This will be one of the five exercises of the category where we will be using dumbbells and barbell.
For this category it is necessary that you work real slow on each exercise,
that you use a weight that is truly demanding,
that you strive on each repetition.
And if you don't have a barbell
or you can't use a barbell
you can replace it for dumbbells and vice versa.
Remember to always warm up and stretch real good before beginning.
For this first exercise we will need a barbell with weights.
We are going to mix 2 movements,
Duck squat
with a closed squat.
Spread legs,
the knee and tip of the foot
are always pointing at the same direction.
The knee must be at 90 degrees when you go down
and you will go down on 3 tempos.
It is very important that you practice the movement without adding resistance,
once you master it you can start adding a light weight
and you increase it gradually.
