After Bribing GOP Senators With $4Mil, Rosie Gets Life-Ending News With The Full Extent
Of The Law.
Rosie Odonnell just can't catch a break.
The washed up "Comedian" has lost all credibility after this last presidential election.
The problem with Hollywood is they feel they're entitled to getting their way on whatever
it is they want, even if it costs them time in prison.
Money talks and BS walks.
In the case of Rosie, well… money is about to land her rear-end in the slammer.
Maybe now she can cozy up to a "Bubba" and live happily ever after.
Afterall she's never really had the affection of a man.
I guess she realized she looks and acts like one every day.
Maybe that's why she's jealous of President Trump.
He's a powerful man.
Something Rosie has always wanted to be.
I can't seem to understand how Hollywood liberals claim to be so open-minded and loving.
These people constantly talk down to anyone who isn't them – Suggesting how to live,
what to drive, and how we're supposed to be "Stewards Of The Earth" when they fly
around in private jets and take trips around the world in their million dollar yachts.
Yes, we're talking to you too, Leo.
You're nothing short of a lying hypocrite.
O'Donnell, who has been a long-time critic of President Trump and the Republican Party,
offered a cool $4 million in cash to Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Sen. Jeff Flake
(R-Ariz.) if they voted against the historic tax-cut & reform package.
Her tweet called specifically on Republican Sens. Jeff Flake of Arizona and Susan Collins
of Maine.
Ms. O'Donnell offered $2 million to each senator to vote no.
She then followed up telling Ms. Collins specifically to call if she wanted to negotiate.
Offering money to a lawmaker in exchange for changing a vote, or voting a particular way,
is illegal.
The rule says anyone who "directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything
of value to any public official" in exchange for an action, such as a vote.
It's not immediately clear if O'Donnell's tweets violated the bribery statute.
But Rebecca Roiphe, a New York Law School professor, said the word "corruptly" is
the strongest one in the rule, which O'Donnell didn't display in the tweets.
"It's political commentary," Roiphe, a former prosecutor, told the Daily News.
"What she's trying to do is show these people had already been bought off."
FBI officials neither confirm nor deny investigations.
Most prosecutors would use their discretion, Roiphe said, look at the context of the political
situation and not even interview O'Donnell.
"It all rides on what her intent was in writing that tweet," she told the News.
And trying to buy influence isn't "the point of this whole string of these tweets.
What she's trying to do is fake-offer a bribe to point out that they've already
been politically been bought."

After looking closely to the Tax Reform, No one can seem to understand why Rosie is offering
to pay Republican senators two million dollars to vote "NO".
The Tax Reform helps struggling families get back on their feet and helps get them back
to work, and off welfare.
There isn't anything wrong with that, but somehow Rosie thinks it's the end of the
world.
It's hilarious to watch people like her sink into total Trump Derangement Syndrome.
The media is right behind them.
They make sure the opposite of what's really going on it reported.
There should be a federal investigation opened up on Rosie, and sent straight down to the
prison.
No Republican senator voted against the bill.
Barack Obama's legacy on helping the middle class has been smashed into a billion pieces.
Black unemployment is at an all-time low, and unemployment as a whole is the lowest
it's been since the 1970's.
Take it to the bank that President Trump knows what he's doing.
Everyday normal Americans are sick and tired of being talked down too.
Rosie can't seem to understand that all of her huffing and puffing is only helping
elect President Trump to a second term.
Between Hollywood, and the media.
Trump is sure to upset liberals once more.
Bribery is illegal under federal law.
Here's the relevant portion of 18 USC §201(b):
Whoever—
(1)directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any
public official or person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or promises
any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public officialto give
anything of value to any other person or entity, with intent—
(A) to influence any official act; or
(B) to influence such public official or person who has been selected to be a public official
to commit or aid in committing, or collude in, or allow, any fraud, or make opportunity
for the commission of any fraud, on the United States; or
(C) to induce such public official or such person who has been selected to be a public
official to do or omit to do any act in violation of the lawful duty of such official or person;
shall be fined under this title or not more than three times the monetary equivalent of
the thing of value, whichever is greater, or imprisoned for not more than fifteen years,
or both, and may be disqualified from holding any office of honor, trust, or profit under
the United States.
So Rosie actually broke the law with the tweet itself.
Attorney General Sessions, get cracking!
