Democrats in California want to get rid of either George Washington or Abraham Lincoln's

birthday as a holiday.

Their suggested replacement has patriots outraged.

We've talked about California a lot lately.

I know, it's getting annoying.

But it seems like the Golden State is determined to ruin what's left of its reputation.

The super-liberal leadership of California is pushing one bad idea after another.

These toxic policies are bad, even for Democrats.

Nevertheless, they are pushing full steam ahead.

As a result, the state is suffering.

Gov. Jerry Brown's policies put criminals and illegals ahead of Americans.

Bad minimum wage laws are driving companies from the state.

Legalized drugs have caused homelessness to explode.

High taxes are crippling job opportunities.

And, of course, the lack of solid infrastructure continues to plague millions of citizens.Let's

not forget it's sanctuary status that forces local police to protect criminal aliens from

the government.

Now, we've learned of another measure that insults our country.

A left-wing lawmaker is pushing for a bill that will erase either Washington's or Lincoln's

birthday as a holiday.

Guess what they want to put in its place?

"International Socialist Workers' Day," or "May Day."

That's right, California liberals are no longer pretending that they aren't Commies.

Patriotic Americans are outraged.

A California assemblyman vehemently argued against a bill that would adopt International

Workers' Day as a paid holiday.

The bill, introduced by Assemblyman Miguel Santiago (D), would designate the third Monday

in February "as a single school holiday to be known as 'Presidents' Day.'"

"Are we in competition to become the laughingstock of the United States?"

Assemblyman Matthew Harper (R) asked.

"This is ridiculous.

This is insane."

The bill would subsequently get rid of either George Washington or Abraham Lincoln's birthday

as a holiday and designate May 1 as "International Workers' Day."

International Socialist Workers' Day, or "May Day" had been observed in countries

under Communist rule and was an official holiday of the Soviet Union.

"Seriously, the substitution of adding International Socialist Workers' Day?

May Day?

The day of parades in the Soviet Union?"

Harper said.

"I'm aghast that a bill like this would be able to get through committee."

Don't be.

This is what liberals do.

They try to eradicate our history, traditions, and values — and replace them with socialist/communist

garbage.

Liberals want to get rid of the free market, private wealth, and the worship of God.

They have to do this if they are to install socialism onto our country.

It's no surprise that they'd do this while insulting two of our greatest presidents.

George Washington was our Founding Father.

He was the first president who helped establish our great country.

His example has inspired every other president.

Lincoln led our country during one of our darkest eras, the Civil War.

He saw the nation reunited.

Thanks to his leadership, slavery was abolished for good.

Both these men deserve to be remembered and celebrated by every American.

But what does California want?

For their people to forget our leaders and instead observe a holiday invented by communists.

A celebration of "workers" is a way for socialist/communist leaders to exalt the working

man.

It is a way to highlight their struggles, as a result of the "evil" rich.

You know, the people who actually create jobs.

Democrats have always exploited the working classes for votes.

Yet whenever they get into power, does anything get better?

Of course not.

Their only solutions involve higher taxes, bigger government, and toxic programs.

The working man is punished by the corruption and abuse of liberals in power.

Only one California leader is brave enough to stand up to this bill.

What about the others?

Will the rest of the state allow our Founding Fathers to be erased so a socialist holiday

is observed?

National Guard Storms Mexico Border, Makes Game-Changing Impact In Just 30 Days.

A major game-changing incident took place after the National Guard stormed the border

to protect the immigration laws, and defend citizens from having nearly 2,000 people break

into America illegally.

America is a land of laws and those wishing to immigrate to the country must follow the

proper laws and protocol, because people cannot simply walk in without following the rules.

Thanks to the National Guard arriving at the border to help lend a hand to the roving tribe

of potential illegal immigrants, The U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers were

able to arrest 1,600 extra people, who were trying to allegedly cross the border illegally.

Out of those 1,600 it's unknown how many people have criminal records, but they were

all about to have a criminal record if they broke into a country illegally.

The National Guard helped protect the border and provided the extra manpower, that was

needed to keep the situation under control.

It was reported that the level of criminal activity has slowed due to the agents being

present.

The Washington Examiner provided this information about the border situation: "U.S. Customs,

and Border Protection officers have apprehended an additional 1,600 people, attempting to

illegally enter the country from Mexico since April 15, as a result of the deployment of

National Guard troops to the southwest border, CBP and defense officials said Wednesday.

National Guard officials overseeing the border state deployments said, troops helping monitor

the international boundary have freed up more border agents to physically guard the border.

The result has led to a surge in the amount of criminal activity agents have stopped.

The increased surveillance and communication between guardsmen, and border officers also

led to CBP intercepting an additional 451 people, who were turned back before illegally

entering the U.S.

Those numbers could tick up considerably if the 4,000 National Guard troops President

Trump approved on April 4 are called on in a future request from CBP.

As of Wednesday, 775 troops have been deployed and are on the ground providing "direct

support on the ground", in seven sectors assisting law enforcement officers.

Troops are providing support from the air, surveillance back-up, and assistance with

infrastructure projects like vegetation clearing and road maintenance, not including to the

border wall construction.

Another task is to specifically free up agents to leave their desks and get back out to the

field.

The troops monitoring remote video surveillance systems have then been able to report sightings

to a greater field of agents and thus, the number of apprehensions has increased, officials

said.

"Those folks are giving us the additional situational awareness in the radio rooms,

which are allowing the Border Patrol agents sitting in those areas to go into the field,"

said one National Guard official, who described the addition of the Guard as a "force multiplier"

for the CBP.

"As a reminder, these guardsmen are not carrying out law enforcement duties," an

official representing the Texas National Guard said.

Guardsmen have been deployed to the following Border Patrol sectors: 200 to the Rio Grande

Valley, 120 to Laredo, 90 to Del Rio, 70 to Big Bend, 110 to El Paso, 135 to Tuscon, and

50 to Yuma.

In late April, the California National Guard said 200 guardsmen were in training at Camp

Roberts, and would be deployed in early May.

Around 55 troops are already working in those sectors.

The deployment is funded through the end of fiscal year 2018, September 30.

Ronald Vitiello, CBP deputy commissioner, said in April the intent of the mission is

for CBP to regain operational control of the border."

With the deployment being funded through to the end of the fiscal year of 2018, that means

the law should likely be upheld for quite a while, until it's time to renew the budget

or the illegal swarm backs off and follows the law.

Some critics are upset that America won't simply allow people to break into the country,

but borders exist for reasons and permit the land to adhere to their laws.

Some people want borderless countries, but that would result in absolute chaos much like

what's happening to Germany, Sweden, and London where they have been ravaged by refugees.

Leader Mitch McConnell and the lead swamp rat's obstruction of 300 nominations that

he is deliberately blocking from confirmation votes in the Senate.

Among these are more than a hundred judicial nominations to the federal bench.

With legitimate America First investigators finally in place they will need America First

judges to hear the cases that are currently pending against the Clinton-Obama treasonous

cabal.

We have already witnessed how Clinton-Bush-Obama apostate judicial appointees ignored the Constitution

to subvert President Trump's immigration authority.

This has to be corrected before the 25,000 (so far) sealed federal indictments that are

rumored to have already been handed down can be opened with any confidence of reasoned

and fair adjudication.

This must include a long overdue examination of Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's constant

"companion"and closest confidant.

Abedin's roots as an advocate for the Muslim Brotherhood, a terrorist organization, should

have disqualified her for any job in the American political system.

Instead, she became Hillary Clinton's closest "friend, travel partner" and top advisor.

Hillary's affinity for terrorists began during her husband's first term as president

and lies in the ability to monetize her relationship with them.

And, as an operative for the richest terrorists in that region, the Muslim Brotherhood, Huma

Abedin held the keys to all of that Middle Eastern wealth.

Between the efforts of Clinton and Obama, Muslim extremists with a deep-seated hatred

of the West, and Israel and the United States in particular, were virtually welcomed to

infiltrate our government.

For his part, current special counsel and former FBI Director Robert Mueller purged

the FBI field agent's handbook of all references to radical Islam in the immediate aftermath

of 9/11.

Now, as special counsel, Mueller is desperately trying to suppress the awakening that Donald

Trump has spawned.

There was also Mueller's persecution of Michael Flynn the hid how Clinton and Obama

protected and furthered the radical Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen and his nationwide,

multi-billion dollar charter schools that really served as Islamic indoctrination centers.

Abedin has been as responsible as anyone for the radicalization of the Democratic Party

and the Muslim Brotherhood's successful placement into key government positions.

An example were the Awan brothers who were never granted security clearances to handle

classified information but were nevertheless given access by Democrat members of the House

Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence by Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Much of the infiltration of our government has been successful only because of the selection

of compromised candidates whose votes could be controlled.

Prior to the 2016 election the NYPD seized Abedin's sexual pervert husband's laptop

to which she downloaded every Clinton communication.

Clearly, that was to serve as her personal insurance policy and to continue her control

over Hillary Clinton and every one of her compromised associates.

It's time to Abedin her under oath and demand that she finally explain the contents of her

husband's laptop that people with knowledge of the evidence on it have said:

"There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they've seen of that

650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty

of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level

After months of stonewalling, the Department of Justice has officially denied the House

Freedom Caucus' request to view Robert Mueller's memo, which details the scope and duration

of the Russia probe.

This lack of transparency clearly shows they're hiding something big.

The Department of Justice sent a letter to the leaders of the House Freedom Caucus on

Monday declining their request to see the unredacted version of a memo detailing the

scope of the special counsel's Russia probe.

In the letter, obtained by the Washington Examiner, Assistant Attorney General Stephen

Boyd writes: "Although we are working to accommodate the requests of the House Oversight

and Government Reform Committee in a number of oversight matters, we cannot provide the

requested information pertaining to the Special Counsel's ongoing investigation consistent

with longstanding principles of investigatory independence."

Turning over the unredacted memo would "threaten the integrity" of Mueller's investigation,

the letter reads.

It would also violate Justice Department policy of "against confirming or denying information

about active investigations," wrote Boyd.

Trump-aligned Reps. Mark Meadows, of North Carolina, and Jim Jordan, of Ohio, told Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last month in a private meeting that they wanted to see

the unredacted version of the August 2017 memo that details the scope of Robert Mueller's

investigation, CNN reported late Tuesday.

The heavily-redacted and classified August 2, 2017, memo signed by Rosenstein was made

public in April in court filings as part of Mueller's ongoing criminal case against

former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

In the memo, Rosenstein empowers Mueller to investigate allegations that Manafort "committed

a crime or crimes by colluding with Russian government officials" to interfere in the

2016 presidential election.

The request from Meadows and Jordan — and subsequent denial by the Justice Department

— adds new fuel Republican lawmakers' accusations that the department is stonewalling

its numerous requests for documents.

But on Tuesday, Rosenstein — a Republican who was handpicked by Trump — sent a message

the Congress that he will adhere to the rule of law when it comes to demands.

"There have been people who have been making threats privately and publicly against me

for quite some time and I think they should understand by now the Department of Justice

is not going to be extorted," he said at an event in Washington.

In response, Meadows tweeted : "If he believes being asked to do his job is 'extortion,'

then Rod Rosenstein should step aside and allow us to find a new Deputy Attorney General

— preferably one who is interested in transparency."

The Washington Post reported this week Meadows and the House Freedom Caucus had drafted articles

of impeachment against Rosenstein.

Earlier Wednesday, Trump threatened to "get involved" in in facilitating the turning

over of documents to Congress.

"A Rigged System – They don't want to turn over Documents to Congress," Trump

tweeted . "What are they afraid of?

Why so much redacting?

Why such unequal 'justice?'

At some point I will have no choice but to use the powers granted to the Presidency and

get involved!"

Trump did not describe which committee requests he was referring to, though there have been

numerous requests in the last few months.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., issued a subpoena to the

Justice Department in March, seeking various documents, including on the FBI's investigation

into Hillary Clinton's private email server and alleged abuse of surveillance powers during

the 2016 election.

The Justice Department missed Goodlatte's subpoena deadline in early April, and Trump

railed against the department on Twitter , accusing them of "slow walking."

At the time, a Republican House Judiciary Committee aide told the Washington Examiner

that they were working with the Justice Department to take "immediate steps to comply with

the subpoena and produce documents to the Committee."

The Justice Department last month did turn over a document requested by House Intelligence

Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, who had wanted to see the document he said prompted the FBI's

investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

In a statement on the deadline, April 11, Nunes thanked Rosenstein, but warned his committee's

subpoenas from last year "remain in effect."

The Intelligence Committee subpoenaed the FBI on Aug. 24, 2017 for a broad range of

documents, including the two-page originating document, commonly called the Electronic Communication,

or EC.

immediate aftermath of the Florida shooting that he was somehow shirking his duty as President.

Likewise, he used the political theater of the Mueller indictment of 13 Russian nationals

to smear Republicans as not caring about national security.

In the case of the tragic shooting in Florida, it was law enforcement that failed.

The gunmen had been reported to the FBI twice.

And they dropped the ball.

More money for background checks would not have prevented anything.

As for Mueller's indictment, it explicitly said there was no collusion involved in the

charges that were brought.

There was no evidence any American knowingly participated in any of the alleged schemes.

Schumer got it wrong on both counts.

The special counsel is running out of time to make his move against the President.

Mueller extracted a guilty plea from Rick Gates, who was Paul Manafort's campaign

deputy.

In exchange for his guilty plea, Mueller dropped the 22 counts of criminal charges Gates was

facing in Virginia as well as the batch of new charges Mueller had recently filed in

Washington, D.C.

DEFRAUD THE UNITED STATES AND LYING TO THE FBI.

THAT PLEA PERTAINED TO CHARGES FILED AGAINST HIM IN OCTOBER IN WASHINGTON, D.C., FOR WHICH

HE STILL FACES UP TO 71 MONTHS IN PRISON.

UNDER THE TERMS OF THE DEAL, THE GOVERNMENT HAD AGREED IT WOULD MOVE TO DISMISS ANOTHER

SET OF CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST HIM MORE RECENTLY IN A VIRGINIA FEDERAL COURT.

MANAFORT.

AS WELL AS OTHER EVENTS THAT HAVE SPARKED THE INTEREST OF FEDERAL INVESTIGATORS."

Gates and Manafort are facing charges for their foreign lobbying work from 2006 to 2014.

While the charges have nothing to do with the election or collusion, some experts believe

Mueller's real target is Trump.

By inducing Gates to testify against Manafort, the special counsel is hoping Manafort will

see his situation as hopeless and agree to cut a deal in exchange for testifying against

Trump.

Mueller is determined to remove Trump from office.

And he will leave no stone unturned.

And he may believe Manafort holds the smoking gun that will prove collusion once and for

all.

But is this the case?

Manafort has denied any collusion with Russia for over one year.

And nothing has emerged that would disprove his denials.

Mueller turning his attention to Manafort may be more of a sign of the special counsel's

desperation, than the fact that the former Trump campaign chairman actually has any valuable

information.

Every other collusion angle has run into a dead end.

Manafort could just be a Hail Mary attempt by the special counsel to find anything he

can use to justify submitting a report to Congress recommending they move ahead with

impeaching the President.

Renowned presidential historian Douglas Brinkley just spoke out to say that he does not think

Donald and Melania Trump's marriage is "hinged right."

"In modern times, we haven't had such an awkward marriage — one that seems to

be, if not unraveling, it seems to be frozen.

It doesn't seem to be a very organic thing," Brinkley, a professor of history at Rice University

and CNN's presidential historian, told People Magazine.

"It's almost painful to watch the president and first lady together — they seem uncomfortable

in the same photo frame," Brinkley continued.

"There's not a lot of warmth that is being exuded."

Brinkley went on to say that the stories of Trump's womanizing "all gets through to

the first lady.

She knows this is happening."

This comes after a longtime friend of the Trumps revealed that they lead very separate

lives.

"They spend very little to no time together," the source said.

Donald and Melania reportedly have separate bedrooms in the White House and the president

wakes up very early to start work.

"They are not that couple that holds hands just because; she is old-world European and

it's not who she is," said Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who previously held a volunteer White

House job.

Melania's spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham slammed the "persistent rumor" that the

first lady doesn't even live in the White House and stays with her parents near son

Barron Trump's school.

"It's 1,000 percent false.

We laugh at it all the time," said Grisham.

Sources say that Melania is "paralyzed with anxiety" in the White House.

"Melania feels paralyzed with anxiety by all of her husband's embarrassing actions

and his latest lawsuit involving Stormy Daniels," a source said.

"Melania has to be very careful about what she says and to whom.

She feels like she can't answer any question honestly and she is always restraining herself

from her true feelings.

She has not been calm or relaxed since becoming first lady and the new Stormy Daniels lawsuits

have only made things worse.

Melania is doing her best to stay calm and handle everything gracefully but she can't

wait for it to be all over so she can get back to being herself."

Special counsel Robert Mueller seems to have many in mainstream media and on the progressive

left fooled, convinced he is some kind of an upstanding public servant.

In The Threat Matrix, Garrett Graff writes that "both political parties respect"

Mueller as "a consummate law enforcement professional with a track record, forged in

Vietnam, of grace under fire and getting organizations on track."

Yet, that veneer is starting to wear thin with moderates, independents, libertarians,

conservatives, and pretty much any other thinking person that is willing to actually consider

the facts.

Many are no longer fooled by Mueller's Boy Scout act and critics point out that Mueller's

actions along with the corruption and complicity of the FBI may be the downfall of America

as we know it.

Political commentator Mark Levin points out that Mueller has and continues to undermine

the Constitution and the very foundation of the United States of America with this continued

investigation.

He states that the very nature of the investigation itself is unconstitutional as the framers

never intended for one single man to have the power to impeach the president of the

United States.

It utterly obliterates the entire idea of checks and balances.

If Mueller has nothing on President Donald Trump at all, then he is simply trying to

railroad him and overthrow a legitimately elected leader to the office of president.

But, if Mueller does actually have any evidence at all?

Then it would be up to Congress to make the decision as to whether that offense is worthy

of impeachment, not Mueller and his team of sycophants.Levin states – "Mr. Mueller

wants to interview the President and he wants to interview him under the most onerous circumstances.

What is the purpose of an interview like that, based on those 49 general areas?

His purpose is to indict the President.

Now, what's the purpose of indicting the President?

To try the president and to find him guilty.

What's the purpose of a conviction?

It's to remove the President of the United States from office.

That's the bottom line.

o president has ever been indicted while in office, not one.

No President has ever been forced before a federal grand jury, not one.

No President has ever been removed from office by the United States Senate in two-thirds

vote of the Senate.

Not one.

Mueller's purpose, his purpose is to remove the President."

Levin goes on to explain exactly what that could mean and why it is so dangerous -"That

means one man, one jury will usurp the entire constitutional power of Congress, the power

to remove a President.

You can indict every other public official, a judge, for instance, while they're in

office, and go through the impeachment process.

You cannot do it with a President."

As this Russian collusion investigation heads towards the two-year mark with still no proof

of wrongdoing in sight – Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders appeared to speak for

many Americans when she expressed frustration, stating – "the president is frustrated

by the continued witch hunt of the Russia investigation and he'd love for this to

come to a full conclusion so that everyone can focus fully on the thing that he was elected

to do."

Levin rightly goes on to point out that in his opinion it is way past time for the subversive

AG Jeff Sessions to step up, and it is time for the corrupt anti-American Rod Rosenstein

to pay attention.

Both of those things are unlikely to happen, given that their loyalties lie outside of

the wellbeing of this country.

The discussion about potential indictments and all of the associated chatter from various

attorneys claiming to be some level of expert involving issues so bizarre as to defy comprehension

with what the original framers of the Constitution and the original founders of this country

had in mind originally at this country's inception.Levin believes the entire purpose

that the progressive Left and their media lapdogs "are hanging their hat on Mueller"

is they'll never get 2/3rds in the Senate to remove this President.

I don't care if they impeach him, they'll never get 2/3rds.

It's never happened before."

Levin explains – "So what they're hoping to do is trap him in this notion of a subpoena

and questioning, indict him, try and humiliate him, try and force him in front of a court,

hope that they get the Supreme Court on their side, which I doubt they will, but you never

know with these courts and then get him to resign.

That's their game plan.

Mr. Mueller is undermining the Constitution.

He's not upholding the rule of law…what's going on right now is anti-Constitutional.

It is undermining our system.

The framers wanted the body politic to decide on whether or not to remove one branch of

government, just as the body politic put that person there in the first place."

After nearly two years of no proof, no crime, and no evidence committed by President Trump

and his administration, yet the ever-growing mountain of evidence mounting of crimes and

obstruction of justice on the part of the crooked Department of Justice, FBI and Obama-Clinton-Soros

Mafia.

The swamp is very, very deep and a very dangerous place for good, decent people to venture into.

he is the architect responsible for the renovation of my apartment

can you show it a little bit?

yeah, absolutely

I chose architecture unconsciously so it started it of

as a child I had video games that would be placement of furniture and designing houses and

designing office spaces whatever came to my mind but that's just

an alternative to a video game that I use when I was a child

l and then I materialized into college eventually

and fascination with science and physics and led to an engineering background

so I started of college in engineering and civil mechanical engineering and gotten

a civil mechanical engineering and then I moved from there to architecture so I needed a

bit more creativity than engineering was allowing so I moved to architecture

started my degree to architecture and then ultimately finished that with the passion

I had creativity I had the fascination for physics all kind of stuff with it

so it was a nice combination of both

and then through architecture

I got into construction because not only do I want to see

my projects being designed but I need to see being built

right now there are a big disconnect

in the industry where architects are designing projects but not actually

getting to see them built or knowing that fact is they're gonna be built so

I wanna to be able to combine both so be able to design and build

and ultimately followed the historic turn my master builder which is being able to do both designing and build projects

probably would be a project that I did it for a development company

mmm, it was a multiple unit townhome building

that we designed and built

so that was a project that started of from sketch of townhomes and community center and marina

and developed into full occupied townhome community

so that was probably my most important job of my career so far

so the projects I am working on right now

I slightly scattered so we have projects that range from

custom townhomes in Victoria Park area to custom homes in the Rio Vista area

and we have all sorts of projects from large to small we have one that's kind unique right now we are doing

which it's converting a horse stable into a guesthouse / man cave

and so that's kind of unique project that you don't get to work on every day

and then we have a couple renovations going on

like I mentioned before the my personal home which we are really excited about this

very unique project

and then we're working on projects right now that

are going to start change the direction that company, one of them

is a boutique hotel on the west coast of Florida that we're going to be designing and building

that's a big undertaking that's really shape the company in a unique way

and than we are also working on a very unique project in Miami

which is an in essence a playground for adults and for children

where you can bring children into the facility and let them play on

like a jungle gym very large scale like forty or fifty thousand square feet

and also be a bar sitting at the same time that is a unique challenge for us

to have a bar and children's play area combined in one space to figure out all that program works together so

so the motivation to open this office

has been a part of my vision since day one since the idea of opening my own company came to me

so I knew that since the beginning

as far as when I was ready to do it

got to the point in business where the company slowed in growth

and it needed a push and it wasn't slowed in growth because of the availability of projects

it was slowing growth because of my capacity to keep up with the projects

as far as man power and as far as a space and as far as

representing in the product that I was trying to give to my clients

and so the only way that image could really manifest would be to have a space where I can host clients

and showcase our style which you'll see, I am assuming, in this video a little bit

the showcase our style our attention to detail our unique characters of

of design and of construction of management and also to have a beautiful place that

we can have team members working together

and feel comfortable ultimately the goal of this office is to create a living room

life environment where nobody really felt like there so much in an office

as they were a living room or lounge type of setting to keep

everything is light as possible music playing not typical office

setting with fluorescent lights in and cold air blowing in you

and your girlfriend supports you

she does she's very supportive

and pretty compassionate about what I'm doing she's helping me doing

she is a big part of this whole thing which I'm grateful for

and she actually works in the industry so she understands all that goes into this whole thing

so thank you

so my tips for people that want to start a project renovation new construction

any sort of a construction project

would be to just be vulnerable in the sense that you need to put yourself out there

don't hesitate to call an architect don't hesitate to call us

don't hesitate to call anybody that has any sort of insight in this industry

it's a lot that goes into this whole process so you just might get started

get started there's no harm there's no commitment in putting your ideas on paper

so just kind of figure out what you want

to figure out what wanted lead

needs to happen and it's write things down and then

reach out to a couple professionals and start talking start the process

my basic advice would be just be opened the more information you give from the very beginning

the better product you'll get ultimately
