Supreme Court Has Made A Groundbreaking Move In President

Trump's Favor!

The U.S. Supreme Court has "trumped" the lower Appeals Court and announced that it

is fast tracking its review of the DACA abortion.

The move allows SCOTUS to bypass the 9thCircuit Court of Appeals, a perennial obstructionist

body that waved 'bye-bye' to objective legal renderings long ago.

USA Today reports that the "justices agreed Tuesday to decide quickly whether to hear

the Trump administration's appeal of a federal district court's order to restart the DACA

program without waiting for an appeals court ruling."

Now, the Trump administration can submit the merits of its case to the high court without

having it biasedly scavenged by the liberal vultures at the 9th Circuit, thus giving the

administration a decent shot at a fair legal hearing.

With the fair, however, comes the unfair that only the Left knows how to deal in.

The Washington Times reports that one of the plaintiffs targeting the President's handling

of DACA is none other than Janet Napolitano.

Currently the president of the University of California (which speaks volumes for the

sore state of education on the Left Coast), Napolitano "was the Homeland Security secretary

who created DACA in 2012."

Than there is the incompetence of U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

When his Justice Department petitioned both the 9th Circuit AND the Supreme Court to fast

track the DACA dilemma, it also refused to ask for an overturning of Judge William Alsup's

decision to tie in the amnesty of millions of DREAMers with the DACA case, thus setting

the stage for a massive immigration win for the Left if they get their way in the courts.

It is a disgusting tact, the likes of which have got to be put to an end.

The nation cannot afford to be undone by omnibus legal decisions, as it is being financially

bankrupted by omnibus budgetary bills pieced together by Capitol Hill's 535 Dr. Frankensteins.

The Nunes memo is now public.

And Trey Gowdy stepped up and revealed the one truth about the memo that the media and

their anti-Trump conspirators are desperate to cover up.

The big take away from the memo was that the Obama administration and the FBI colluded

with a foreign spy to present information paid for by Hillary Clinton in order to obtain

a FISA warrant to snoop on a former Trump campaign aide.

The Fusion GPS "Trump-Russia" dossier alleged Carter Page colluded with the Russians

to help rig the 2016 Presidential election.

No evidence exists to back up these claims.

But the dossier – and a Yahoo news articles based on the dossier – were presented in

a FISA court as the evidence for the government to obtain a warrant to spy on Page.

Gowdy cut through all the media distraction in downplaying the memo and cut right to the

heart of the matter.

And although the memo does answer some questions – like the fact that the fake news dossier

was weaponized by the FBI, even though they knew it was a Hillary Clinton campaign production

– it also raises others.

Chairman Nunes declared on Fox News that this is just

the first memo.

President Donald Trump recently made headlines when he said he planned to cut off aid to

Palestinian terrorists, as he has no intention of hand-holding and coddling potential terrorists

while they terrorize Israel.

This past week, it came time for Trump to put his money where his mouth is, and boy

did he deliver!

Reuters reported that Trump just showed that he is a man of his word when the U.S. State

Department announced plans to withhold $45 million in aid to the Palestinians as well

as an additional $65 million it had planned to pay the U.N. agency that serves the Palestinians.

State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert denied that this move was meant to punish

Palestinians, who have been overly critical of President Trump.

Nauert explained that in order to receive this aid, UNRWA needs to make some serious

reforms.

"At this time, we will not be providing that, but that does not mean – I want to

make it clear – that does not mean that it will not be provided in the future,"

Nauert said.

She went on to say that there are a lot more refugees in the UNRWA program than previously,

and that "money coming in from other countries needs to increase as well to continue paying

for all those refugees."

"So we're asking countries to do more," Nauert said.

"Fundamentally, we just don't believe that we have to be the chief donor to every

organization around the world."

"We are the most generous country on the planet.

We continue to be," she concluded.

Earlier this month, Trump took to Twitter to say that the United States gives the Palestinians

hundreds of millions of dollars a year, "but get no appreciation or respect."

We're glad to see that Trump held strong to this.

Barack Obama spent years making the U.S. look weak to terrorists, as they knew he would

never actually make any moves against them.

By withholding this money, Trump is showing terrorists that they cannot mess with the

U.S. any more!

Obama administration political appointees in the intelligence community repeatedly leaked

stories to the press designed to smear then President-elect Trump.

Shortly before the Electoral College vote, stories appeared in The Washington Post and

NBC News about reports that it was the assessment of the intelligence community that Russian

President Vladimir Putin ordered Russian hackers to interfere in the election in order to help

elect Trump.

Obama's political people at the CIA and other intelligence agencies leaked the story

to paint Trump as a Russian agent, and maybe even influence the Electoral College vote.

After the Electoral College affirmed Trump's victory, an opposition research memo prepared

by an ex-British intelligence agent for political opponents of Trump surfaced in the press — after

it was included in a briefing for President Obama and Vice President Biden.

The memo was filled with unverified and debunked gossip that alleged Trump committed scandalous

acts while traveling in Russia, and that his associate met with agents of the Kremlin.

The memo alleged the Russian government possessed compromising information on Trump.

All of it was false, but many believed it was leaked to the press by Obama political

appointees in the intelligence community.

Some Republicans were outraged.

Senator Rand Paul declared someone should go to jail for these leaks.

It is clear that she doesn't like the current First Lady.

So while speaking to thousands of high school students, Michelle Obama called herself the

"Forever First Lady," which is a clear attack on the current First Lady.

One must wonder if she would have made the same statement if a Democrat was in the White

House.

It is an obvious way to minimize the role that Melania is serving as First Lady and

to insult her in front of thousands of future voters.

Needless to say, the crowd of High School children cheered loudly when she read that

line.

That wasn't much of a surprise considering that Philadelphia went strongly in favor of

Barack Obama in both 2008 and 2012.

Despite the fact that most of the nation has turned on the Obama's they still do have

their places where they remain popular.

That is in their Democrat strongholds, within the media, and within Hollywood.

Every liberal talk show host is clamoring to speak with them.

They hate the fact that Donald Trump, who has been the butt of all their jokes since

he decided to run for office, not only won but is following through on what he said he

would do.

Barack Obama can't say the same thing, considering that he accomplished very little during his

eight years.
