US Supreme Court Just Ruled Against Obama – Found Him In Complete Violation!

For eight years, President Barack Hussein Obama felt like he were some kind of God that

ruled our great nation.

He thought wrong.

After eight years of hell, the supreme court has finally decided to prove to everyone once,

and for all that Obama completely violated the United States Constitution.

The Supreme court, earlier this month ruled that Obama Appointee, Lafe Solomon illegally

served as the acting general counsel for the National Labor Relations Board.

Solomon spent three years in this position.

While Barack Obama ignored the U.S Senates reasons on why they would not take up Solomon's

nomination he made damn sure that Solomon kept his job.

The Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998 clearly states Solomon was supposed to step down from

any company he had stock in, or sat on a board.

When Solomon refused to do this the U.S Senate refused to take up his nomination.

During Solomon's illegal appointment he intervened in a case on behalf of a company

he has stock in.

This is the kind of lawlessness we had in the previous administration.

The media gave Obama, as well as the rest of the administration a pass.

Let a Republican U.S Senator make a wrong foot gesture in the men's restroom, and

it's blasted all over the world, and pushed hard until the Senator either resigns, or

is forced out.

Eric Holder literally got away with m****r during Fast and Furious and yet the media

just let it go as if it were something that happens everyday, and no one really cared.

President Trump knows first hand what it's like to be attacked by the media.

It's a good thing our POTUS knows how to handle them, and put them in their place from

time to time.

In a 6-2 opinion, written authored by Chief Justice John Roberts, the court ruled that

Barack Hussein Obama violated the Constitution.

Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Unlike every other President in modern history, Barack Hussein Obama is not stepping aside

for the good of the country to let the new President govern.

Out of office for under a year, Barack Hussein Obama already has a "community organizing"

organization with 250 offices around the country, and 30,000 employees in place.

Their sole purpose is to interfere, and fight the Trump administration every step of the

way.

It is despicable.

It is Un-American!

The name of his new leftist nonprofit group is called OFA.

Get use to that folks, it will soon be as famous as George Soros, and Black Lives Matter.

OFA stands for Organizing for Action.

How appropriate.

The community organizer is going back to organizing albeit on a much larger scale, not to mention

more violent and destructive.

It's obvious that Soros money is at the forefront of it all.

It's all so obvious, but the Left continues to deny, deny, deny!

Barack and Michelle Obama deliberately moved into an 8,000 square foot mansion just two

miles from President Donald Trump's current home, the White House.

Obama will also be leasing office space in the headquarters building of the National

Wildlife Building.

It's all too suspicious.

The Daily Mail has also reported that Obama's closest adviser, Valerie Jarrett, has also

moved into the mansion.

The reasoning?

She is working beside Michelle Obama and Barack Obama.

She is extremely close with the Obamas.

She also lived in the White House with them while Obama was in office.

Jarrett was involved in many major domestic and foreign policy decisions while Obama was

in office as well.

Many Americans are concerned that Barack Obama is working on constructing a shadow government

to disrupt the presidency of Donald Trump.

It seems that we are getting awfully close to sedition.

Obama is walking a fine line, and many are claiming that he is working against the best

interests of the United Sates government.

The New York Post reported:

Barack Obama didn't care at all about the Constitution.

Take the Chrysler Bailout for example.

Yes, the Bush Admin started it, but Barack Obama's Admin used the TARP funds to bully

Chrysler's secured creditors who were entitles to "Absolute priority" into accepting

30 cents on every dollar while the smaller creditors received much more.

Obamacare, Political Profiling by the IRS, Recess Appointments, DACA & DAPA, Assault

On Free Speech and Due Process On College Campuses, The Clean Power Act, The WOTUS Rule,

Net Neutrality, EPA's Cap & Trade just to name a few.

The audacity that Barack Obama had to shreds the Constitution is despicable.

It was obviously difficult to narrow that enumeration to just 10—and I cheated by

putting all the Obamacare shenanigans under one item.

Some may complain that I should've prioritized other kinds of executive actions, whether

regarding g**s or transgender bathroom access or electricity regulation.

Others may prefer to invoke President Obama's decision not to subject the Iran nuclear treaty

to a Senate vote—aided by Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker's naïve complicity—or

engaging in the Bowe Bergdahl prisoner swap without notifying Congress.

Sadly, the possibilities for this parlor game are nearly endless.

Then, of course, there's the administration's abysmal performance before the Supreme Court,

where its win percentage hovers around 45 percent (as against a historical norm of 60-70

percent).

The Justice Department has even suffered nearly 50 unanimous losses, half again as many as

under George W. Bush or Bill Clinton.

These cases have come in such disparate areas as criminal procedure, religious liberty,

property rights, immigration, securities regulation, tax law, and the separation of powers.

They have nothing in common other than incredible assertions of federal power.

The government's arguments across this wide variety of cases would essentially allow the

executive branch to do whatever it wants without constitutional restraint.

Are these really the kind of powers President Obama and his progressive enablers would want

their worst enemies to have?

As my colleague Gene Healy writes in the latest issue of Reason, "the very idea of 'President

Trump' seemed like a thought experiment a libertarian might have invented to get a

liberal friend to focus on the dangers of concentrated power.

Now it's an experiment we're going to run in real life, starting January 20, 2017."

If you live by executive action, you d*e by executive action—whether that means reversing

President Obama's policies or pocketing his constitutional excesses for future use.

Freedom Daily reported that Murad A. Alhanik, owner of the Obama Mart in Columbia, South

Carolina, has been arrested and charged with four counts of state tax evasion.

Federal investigators say that he did not pay more than $136,000 in sales taxes over

four years.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and/or $10,000 fine for each count.

Alhanik bought the station in 2011 and made headlines when he named it after Obama.

He claimed that he saw an immediate increase in business after he renamed the store.

"I see more people come in," Alhanik said.

"Excited with the name."

In January of 2017, Alhanik told reporters that he would never change the name of the

store despite Obama not being president anymore because "it's still history."

It seems that just like his idol Obama, Alhanik thought the rules did not apply to him!

Unfortunately for him, however, he just learned he was dead wrong.

This comes after Obama sat down for a deranged interview with David Letterman in which the

former president ranted about Russia and slammed Fox News as he desperately tried to make Trump

look bad.

"What the Russians exploited, but it was already here, is we are operating in completely

different information universes," Obama told Letterman.

"If you watch Fox News you are living on a different planet than you are if you listen

to NPR."

"One of the biggest challenges to our democracy is the degree to which we don't share a

common baseline of facts," Obama continued.

Being the self-centered egomaniac that he is, Obama went on to talk about the way he

used social media in his 2007 presidential campaign.

"We were some of the earliest adapters of social media," he said of his campaign staff.

"And we were reliant on a bunch of 22- and 23-year-olds, and volunteers … they were

communicating entirely through social media.

We essentially built what ended up being the most effective political campaign probably

in modern political history.

So I had a very optimistic feeling about it.

I think what we missed was the degree to which people who are in power … can in fact manipulate

that and propagandize."

Obama claimed that social media has led to political polarization, not acknowledging

that it was he himself who divided our entire country like no leader had before.

"If you are getting all your information off algorithms being sent through phone and

it's just reinforcing whatever biases you have, which is the pattern that develops,"

he said, "at a certain point, you just live in a bubble, and that's part of why our

politics is so polarized right now.

I think it's a solvable problem but I think it's one we have to spend a lot of time

thinking about."

He uses tax dollars to conduct an investigation that has no legs.

There is zero evidence Donald Trump worked with Russia to "steal" the election.

There is plenty of evidence to prove Hillary Clinton worked with Russian agents to undermine

the election.

Where is that investigation?

The only progress Mueller has made is to persecute people remotely connected with the Trump campaign.

None of the prosecutions to come out of his probe have anything to do with the President

or Russia.

Clearly, Mueller is exploiting his power, abusing for his own ends.

Now political experts are weighing in.

One conservative heavyweight dropped a truth bomb on Mueller.

Mark Levin said that the framers never even dreamed that one man, one prosecutor, would

have the power to usurp the entire constitutional power of Congress to impeach the president…

Levin says it's time for Sessions to step up and Rosenstein has to wake up – it sounds

like he wants them to get rid of Mueller.

He says that Mueller is undermining the Constitution with his investigation and that it's unconstitutional

because the framers did not intend for one man to have the power to impeach the president.

I guess I would say that he's right, but only if Mueller has nothing on the president,

and he's trying to railroad him.

But, if he does have something, any evidence at all, then it's up to Congress to decide

if it's impeachable.

If it's not, then the Constitution will be just fine.

Sessions might not be listening, but America is.

How long do we have to put up with this hoax?

Mueller has been abusing his power, just to appease bitter democrats.

They want him to find something—anything—that they can use as an excuse to destroy President

Trump.

This has nothing to do with their Russia conspiracy theory.

It's simply about the Democrats trying to steal back our country.

They never cared about democracy or the people's right to vote.

The fact that Trump is in power drives them crazy.

So, they allow Mueller to waste our time and money.

Levin's point is spot on.

Mueller does not have the power to investigate forever.

If he cannot produce results, the case should end.

There is no reason we should put up with this charade for so long.

But will the Justice Department do anything about it?

Where is the oversight?

Where is the accountability?

Mueller's removal is long overdue.

Rod Rosenstein, Assistant Deputy Attorney General in the Department of Justice is a

smug piece of work.

During his testimony on Capitol Hill last week with the oversight committees of Congress,

Rosenstein said something of grave concern.

As reported by The Hill, Rosenstein said, "There's actually not a constitutional

basis for oversight.

That's something that's been viewed as sort of an implied power, and has developed

over the years."

Perhaps, Rosenstein should be reminded that "on July 26, 1908, the Federal Bureau of

Investigation (FBI) is born when U.S. Attorney General Charles Bonaparte orders a group of

newly hired federal investigators to report to Chief Examiner Stanley W. Finch of the

Department of Justice."

The History continues, "One year later, the Office of the Chief Examiner was renamed

the Bureau of Investigation, and in 1935 it became the Federal Bureau of Investigation."

In other words, if it were not for Congress – there would be NO Federal Bureau of Investigations.

And the people have EVERY RIGHT with oversight into what appears to be a bloated bureaucracy

with the deputy rat running all-things-curious.

The Hill reports, "Rosenstein recommended that President Trump fire FBI Director James

Comey — then handpicked Robert Mueller to investigate why Trump fired Comey."

That in itself, is reason for the American people to know WHY that happened.

Now, let's all let that sink in.

On top of that, The Hill continues, "Conservative Republicans have criticized Rod Rosenstein

for appointing Robert Mueller as special counsel without evidence that any crime was committed;

and they note that Rosenstein signed some of the FISA renewal applications for surveillance

on Carter Page, a volunteer adviser with the Trump campaign."

Furthermore, "Republicans want to see those FISA applications, which reportedly used opposition

research, paid for by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign, as the basis for surveilling

Carter Page."

So why is Rosenstein stonewalling?

The Congress has every right to see every document they seek.

That's why WE THE PEOPLE elected our representatives – to ensure the Government is free from

corruption, in part.

The Hill reports, "Rosenstein is in the position to decide whether to pursue criminal

charges against the man who provided the anti-Trump "oppo" research used for the wiretaps

that Rosenstein approved: Christopher Steele.

But implicating Steele — an FBI source — could call into question the actions of Rosenstein

himself and his colleagues.

Rosenstein has taken no public action on a criminal referral against Steele sent to him

almost six months ago by Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.)."

Despite it being well known that Clapper spoke to CNN about the dossier, he initially denied

that happened.

Trump's tirade against James Clapper comes in response to a Fox & Friends segment where

former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino claimed that Clapper had been dishonest about the

dossier.

Bongino called Clapper a "conniving snake" carefully choosing his every move with the

ultimate goal of getting the dossier released to the media.

That appears to be exactly what he did.

While in communication with CNN he convinced Robert Mueller to brief the President on the

dossier to use as pretext to release it to the public.

As reported by The Daily Caller:

Trey Gowdy is well known for his brutal questionings of those testifying in front of the Senate.

He always knows what to say to break anyone.

And although he wasn't the one questioning him, Gowdy found something interesting about

a statement that Comey made to Bret Baier during a Fox News interview.

Gowdy believes that Comey is distorting the definition of an information "leak" in

order to suit his own purposes.

This occurred when Comey was trying to convince Baier that he didn't really "leak" his

memos on meetings with President Trump, but rather just shared personal correspondence

that could be seen no different than a private diary.

Trey Gowdy didn't like that definition one bit.

While speaking with Tucker Carlson, Gowdy stated that Comey "has a definition of the

word leak that no one else has."

He then contends that what Comey is describing is a felony, as he disclosed a confidential

conversation to people unauthorized to hear it, which is the definition of a leak.

James Comey has been having a hard time since being fired by President Trump from his position

as FBI Director.

He has clamored for relevancy, even writing a book, which so far hasn't been doing so

for him.

Along with

the release of his book, Comey has spent a lot of time talking to

the media.

As this recent interview proves, that could turn out to

be his downfall.

With his constant need for attention, it isn't surprising that

Gowdy just shut down the criminal case with a jaw dropping statement.

Gowdy appeared on Fox News and responded to an interview given by former FBI Director

James Comey.

Comey had been grilled about reports that he had told Congress the FBI did not believe

former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn lied to the FBI.

Mueller later forced Flynn to plead guilty to one count of making false statements to

investigators.

During the interview, Comey claimed he never told Congress the FBI agents who interviewed

Flynn did not believe he lied to them.

But Gowdy shut that down by revealing that there are transcripts of Congressional testimony

where Comey says that is exactly the case.

The Flynn investigation is the lynch pin of Mueller's obstruction case.

Mueller will try to claim Trump ordered Comey to go easy on Flynn—then fired him to shut

down the Russia investigation.

But if the FBI already believed Flynn was truthful when they interviewed him then he

was in no danger.

There was nothing to obstruct.

Mueller's investigation is a witch hunt to get to the President.

And he strong armed an innocent man – Flynn – into pleading guilty by threatening him

with financial ruin due to legal fees from a never-ending investigation.

Trump is also innocent of collusion with Russia and obstruction of justice, but Muller continues

to press forward out of crazed hatred for the President.

But his case is collapsing.

Trey Gowdy's interview was the latest proof that Mueller has nothing.

For over a year the special counsel has teased that he holds evidence of collusion with Russia.

But one slip of paper just doomed Mueller for good.

Donald Trump and his supporters have pointed out every day that there is no evidence of

collusion and that the investigation is a witch hunt.

That was out to the test in a Virginia courthouse.

Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort is on trial for financial crimes unrelated

to the Trump campaign.

It is an outrageous abuse of power by Mueller.

But as part of the trial, Manafort's legal team filed a motion demanding Mueller's

office produce evidence or transcripts of intercepted communications that proved Manafort

colluded with the Russians.

Mueller's office informed them they had nothing.

The Daily Caller reports:

"THE SPECIAL COUNSEL'S OFFICE HAS TOLD LAWYERS FOR PAUL MANAFORT THAT IT DOES NOT

THAT'S AT LEAST ACCORDING TO MANAFORT'S ATTORNEYS, WHO DISCLOSED DETAILS OF THE INTERACTIONS

IN COURT PAPERS FILED ON MONDAY NIGHT.

THE LAWYERS SAY THEY WANT A HEARING TO LOOK INTO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS' LEAKS TO THE

MEDIA REGARDING MANAFORT, A LONGTIME POLITICAL CONSULTANT WHO HAS BEEN INDICTED ON MONEY

LAUNDERING AND BANK FRAUD CHARGES.

"BY THEIR ACTIONS, IT IS SELF-EVIDENT THAT THE OBJECTIVE OF THESE GOVERNMENT SOURCES

WAS TO CREATE UNFAIR PREJUDICE AGAINST MR.

MANAFORT AND THEREBY DEPRIVE HIM OF HIS FIFTH AND SIXTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS," WROTE MANAFORT

If Mueller has no evidence of collusion then he should shut down his investigation and

apologize to the President of the United States and the American people.

But Mueller has proven he is a zealot whose only concern is destroying the President of

the United States by any means necessary – even if it means using an illegitimate and extra-illegal

investigation.

ELECTION," READS THE REPORT, WHICH ADDS THAT JONES "PLANNED TO SHARE THE INFORMATION

HE OBTAINED WITH POLICYMAKERS…AND WITH THE PRESS."

JONES "ALSO OFFERED TO PROVIDE PQG'S ENTIRE HOLDINGS TO THE FBI," THE REPORT SAYS.

THE REPORT CITES A TRANSCRIPT OF AN INTERVIEW THAT JONES GAVE TO THE FBI.

THE TRANSCRIPT, KNOWN AS AN FD-302, IS DATED MARCH 28, 2017."

This revelation raises another question.

Diane Feinstein is the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

She is playing a lead role in one of the three Congressional investigations into the 2016

election.

Was Feinstein aware of her former staffer's activities?

And if Feinstein did know about Jones' involvement with Fusion GPS and Christopher Steel, why

didn't she disclose it?

These troubling questions deserve answers.

And Trump isn't going to let him get away with it.

While speaking on Thursday's edition of Fox & Friends, President Trump went after

Tester, telling him that the people of Montana respect and admire him, and aren't going

to like what he said about Jackson.

Bringing up the voters of Montana is something that should put fear into the heart of Sen.

Tester.

Trump is extremely popular among the voters of Montana.

In 2016, he won the state with over 20% more voters than Hillary Clinton.

With the Trump wave leading towards mistrust in "conservative-leaning" Democrats, especially

in states like Montana, it would be in Tester's best interest to be on Trump's good side.
