FBI Director Demands Immunity NOW – Clintons On Brink Of Going Down

News broke overnight that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is requesting legal

immunity in exchange for his testimony on the agency's handling of the investigation

into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

This is huge news.

That means that it's just as corrupt as all of us suspected it was.

Not only could it take the Clintons down, but whole bunch of people in the intelligence

agencies and the Department of Justice.

Good times.

McCabe's lawyer wrote to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) yesterday seeking

a guarantee of immunity for McCabe's testimony before the panel.

His attorney says that his client will plead the Fifth if prompted to testify otherwise.

Now, that's telling.

Could it be this thing is finally going to get blown wide open and the nasty little corrupt

sausage-making details exposed?

I certainly hope so.

"Mr. McCabe is willing to testify, but because of the criminal referral, he must be afforded

suitable legal protection," Michael Bromwich, McCabe's legal counsel, wrote to Grassley,

according to CNN.

Of course this is CNN we are referring to on this being leaked, so we will just have

to see how it all plays out.

"This is a textbook case for granting use immunity…If this Committee is unwilling

or unable to obtain such an order, then Mr. McCabe will have to no choice but to invoke

his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination."

It's either cut bait or fish here and at this point, I would give this guy immunity

depending on what he has to offer up if it convicts the rest of these corruptocrats,

especially Hillary Clinton.

Bromwich's letter also makes clear that McCabe is willing to provide emails that "demonstrate

that Mr. McCabe advised former Director Comey, in October 2016, that Mr. McCabe was working

with FBI colleagues to correct inaccuracies before certain media stories were published."

Yeah, I bet he was.

Grassley wrote to the FBI requesting that McCabe be released from a nondisclosure agreement

that prevents him from providing the emails being requested, among other records.

If McCabe invokes his Fifth Amendment right instead of answering certain questions, it

could set up a contentious confrontation with lawmakers.

They could serve him with a subpoena and if he continues to refuse to testify, lawmakers

could pursue a contempt resolution against him and refer the matter for prosecution by

the DC US Attorney's Office or enforce the subpoena through civil action in federal court.

McCabe has been under investigation via a criminal referral from the FBI's inspector

general.

They have reportedly found that McCabe acted inappropriately by leaking information to

a reporter and then lying about it to then-FBI Director James Comey.

He's also guilty of perjury.

McCabe was fired last March, citing the internal review that found McCabe "lacked candor."

That's FBI speak for 'lying'.

Of course, McCabe proceeded to insist he acted within his authority in authorizing FBI officials

to talk to a reporter about an ongoing investigation surrounding the Clinton Foundation in 2016.

Oh, but that wasn't the case and he knows it.

Now, the slippery bureaucrat is looking to make a deal and get immunity before he winds

up behind bars for his misdeeds.

According to The Hill, Grassley has also invited Comey, as well as former Attorney General

Loretta Lynch, to testify before the committee about the Clinton email investigation, sources

told CNN.

Both of them are in the crosshairs as well.

President Trump has shredded McCabe publicly for donations to his wife's unsuccessful

state Senate campaign in Virginia in 2015 from a group led by then-Virginia Gov. Terry

McAuliffe (D), a close Clinton family ally.

It is a massive conflict of interest and McCabe should never have been made director of the

FBI in the first place because of it.

Trump has called for an investigation into McCabe and rightly so.

McCabe brought the investigation into Clinton's misdeeds to a screeching halt, not because

of her innocence, but because the FBI was covering for her to keep her out of jail and

to help get her elected.

In April, McCabe stated that he planned to retaliate by suing Trump for defamation and

was considering other charges.

None of which ever materialized.

When that threat did not produce results, McCabe decided to save his own hide.

Smart move.

I certainly hope this moves forward and produces results.

Grassley has set the Judiciary hearing for next Monday, but it could be delayed, as the

Inspector General's report is still not public yet.

Sources familiar with the report describe it as a massive undertaking, walking through

the events leading up to the 2016 election over roughly 500 pages.

Some Republicans are saying it is being slow-walked so they can redact massive portions of the

report.

I hope that is not true.

We need answers on this and soon… let McCabe have his deal so we can scoop up bigger fish

for the fryer here.

Robert Mueller Just Proved How Deranged He Is With A Crazy Statement - Duration: 11:16.

Robert Mueller Just Proved How Deranged He Is With A Crazy Statement

Despite him trying to claim otherwise, Robert Mueller's Russia investigation is extremely

biased.

Mueller's goal of the past year has been to stoke the fires of Donald Trump's impeachment.

And Robert Mueller just proved how deranged he is with a crazy statement.

In a shocking claim, Special Counsel Robert Mueller claimed that Russian intelligence

agencies are still interfering with the U.S. election process.

That's right; the same Robert Mueller who can't provide any substantial proof of collusion

between the Trump campaign and Russia is convinced that Russia is still interfering with the

election.

Robert Mueller has done everything in his power to make it seem like there was collusion

between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, but under the slightest

scrutiny, it can quickly be disproven.

Despite toting multiple indictments of people close to Trump, Mueller and the media always

seem to fail to disclose that their indictments actually have nothing to do with Russia collusion.

The most recent arrest of Donald Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort actually

has to do with financial crimes, which have been accused back as far as 2008.

Regardless, the media has pushed his arrest as some sort of smoking gun proving that the

Trump campaign colluded with Russia.

In reality, evidence has not been provided of any collusion.

Despite this, Mueller believes that Russia is still meddling with elections today.

Mueller simply referred to the people he believes are engaging in election interference as "uncharged

individuals and entities."

He had no other evidence to provide besides that very broad claim.

This is just more proof of how desperate Mueller has become in his investigation to destroy

Donald Trump.

And while recent polling shows that much of America is turning on him, Democrats continue

to show massive support for Mueller's investigation.

That's because Democrats are banking on Robert Mueller providing enough evidence to

lead towards President Donald Trump's impeachment.

The number one goal of the Democrat party currently is to take down President Donald

Trump, and they look to Mueller as their savior in order to get that done.

They don't care about what President Trump has done; they hate him because he defeated

their anointed candidate Hillary Clinton.

It doesn't matter that President Trump is leading very successful negotiations with

North Korea that could lead towards denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

They don't even care that Trump has lowered taxes for most Americans because if Democrats

had it their way, taxes would have been raised dramatically.

Robert Mueller's Russia investigation is all that they have left to impeach President

Trump.

Because if you look at the President's actions he has continually served to make the lives

of everyday Americans better.

The Republican Party is stronger than almost ever before, and Trump's approval rating

is steadily climbing.

The upcoming midterm elections aren't looking good for Democrats, and it even appears that

Robert Mueller can't help them.

Do you think that Robert Mueller should end his Russia investigation?

Meanwhile, we had previously reported that Pope Francis criticised the United States president, Donald Trumps zero tolerance immigration policy that is leading to the separation of migrant children from their parents at the US-Mexico border.

The pontiff described the immigration policy as immoral, adding that populism is not the solution to America's immigration crisis.

President Trump had earlier defended the policy, saying it was necessary. He claimed that his political opponents wanted "illegal immigrants, no matter how bad they may be, to pour into and infest our country, like (the gang) MS-13" .

MICHELLE OBAMA PROUDLY PROCLAIMS HERSELF TO BE A 'SEX SYMBOL'… DOES NOT GET THE REACTION SHE HOPED F - Duration: 10:27.

MICHELLE OBAMA PROUDLY PROCLAIMS HERSELF TO BE A 'SEX SYMBOL'… DOES NOT GET THE

REACTION SHE HOPED FOR

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is so full of herself that she had the nerve to just

speak out to proclaim herself to be a sex symbol.

Unfortunately for Michelle, however, the American people were not having any of it.

Right Wing News reported that Michelle recently gave a self-serving interview in which she

bragged about all of her "accomplishments" as First Lady.

She then boasted about being a "sex symbol," saying that she is so attractive that she

can't even walk down the street without men hitting on her.

"As I got older, I found that men would whistle at me or make comments about how I

looked as I walked down the street," Michelle said, claiming that men would routinely cat

call as she walked by.

"As if my body were their property.

As if I were an object to be commented on instead of a full human being with thoughts

and feelings of my own."

It didn't take long for this to backfire on her, as social media users made it clear

that she is far from a sex symbol.

"More like an abstinence symbol, I think," one user wrote.

"Her poor attitude and condescending arrogance is a symbol for abstinence.

A person's charm is what attracts," another added.

"She is disgusting.

Every parent of a horny teenage boy should make certain he has a picture Michelle in

his wallet next to the Trojan."

"First, if she's a sex symbol, what does that make Melania?

And in all seriousness, she could be the most beautiful person on the planet, but to me,

she's ugly on the inside," a third social media user wrote.

Michelle Obama is a lot of things, but

a sex symbol is not one of them

How Canada is following a softening of cannabis laws across the world - Duration: 10:29.

Canada voted to legalise the recreational use of cannabis, coming good on a manifesto promise from 2015 and becoming just the second country in the world to do so

But cannabis laws across the world are changing, with many countries decriminalising or legalising possession, sale and cultivation in recent years

In countries where the drug is fully legal it is heavily regulated and taxed. Other countries like the Netherlands take a more tolerant approach, choosing to not prosecute rather than to legalise

USA  Cannabis legalisation for medical and recreational uses is increasing across the country, albeit at a state level

It is still illegal under federal law.  California was the first state to legalise cannabis for medical use in 1996, and Washington and Colorado hold the joint title for being the first states to fully legalise the drug for sale to adults in 2012

Currently there are nine states, including Washington DC, where it is legal for adult use

29 states allow the drug to be sold for medical use and as taxation of the industry brings extra spending money, more states are expected to follow suit in legalising or at least decriminalising the drug

Uruguay  In 2014 Uruguay became the first country in the world to fully legalise the use drug for recreational purposes

The country's already liberal laws permitting consumption were relaxed to allow citizens to possess the drug and cultivate plants at home or in growing clubs

The legislation was voted through by the senate in 2013 and it was enacted in 2014

Following concerns about the practicalities of the new legislation, regulated sale of the drug was finally allowed in 2017

Citizens can now register with the government to buy the drug from state licensed pharmacies

Netherlands  Famous for its 'tolerance' of the drug, Holland has never actually legalised cannabis, but rather allows police to overlook its sale, cultivation and use in coffee shops

Police will also not prosecute people for possessing up to 5g of the drug or cultivating up to five plants, despite possession and cultivation still being illegal

In 2013 legislation was passed which essentially turned coffee shops into clubs with a maximum of 2,000 members in order to counter drug tourism

However in 2014 it was mainly abandoned as a policy and municipalities now decide on whether foreigners can enter coffee shops

Cannabis | Top producers Jamaica  Jamaica is the only country in the world to legalise cannabis for religious purposes

Marijuana is a key part of rastafarian culture and it plays an important role in religious ceremonies

But it was only in 2015 that the Caribbean island decriminalised possession of the drug with a discretionary fine of $5 for up to 56 grams per person

Cultivation of the plants was allowed but limited to a maximum of five. The new legislation allowed the use of the drug for the intentionally ambiguous 'therapeutic' and 'medical' purposes to allow tourists to use it and develop a legal, medical marijuana industry

Spain  In Spain, the drug can be bought by members of not-for profit cannabis clubs, where the drug is grown

A legal loophole allows the consumption of the drug in private spaces.  The first cannabis club opened its doors in 1991 and now there are over 500 across the country

Barcelona, capital of the autonomous region of Catalonia, has the highest concentration of cannabis clubs as the region's government voted to legalise and regulate the production and possession of cannabis in clubs in 2017

These new laws are considered to be some of the most liberal in Europe. Morocco  Sale and consumption of the drug is illegal in Morocco, the world's second largest producer of hashish (a brown resin that is produced from marijuana plants)

In 2014 a bill was tabled to legalise the production of the drug for medical and industrial purposes, but it fell through

Although conservative and religious groups still strongly oppose legalisation, the drug is broadly available

Foreign tourists flock to picturesque mountain villages where hashish is produced and the police do not generally interfere with the industry

Cambodia  The cultivation and consumption of marijuana is a historical part of Khmer (Cambodian) cuisine where the leaf is sprinkled as a herb over food

Police will turn a blind eye to locals growing it in their gardens and fields. Restaurants in tourist areas sell 'happy' pizza and other dishes made with the drug as Cambodia becomes more popular as a tourist destination

But there have been crackdowns and a spate of large scale drug busts in the past couple of years

Nonetheless, use and sale of the drug is commonplace. Portugal  After Portugal decriminalised possession and personal use of all drugs in 2001, the country has seen a nationwide reduction in HIV infections, drug related deaths and prison populations

Drug abuse is now seen as a medical condition and not a criminal act. If people are found with more than 10 days supply of marijuana, they are referred to medical services for support, rather than being arrested

Production and trafficking of marijuana are still criminal offences that can carry sentences of up to 12 years

Countries with strict laws Indonesia  Indonesia made headlines in 2015 when nine foreigners were sentenced to life or executed for trafficking heroin

Sentences are heavy for possession of marijuana too. In 2005, Schapelle Corby an Australian national, was sentenced to nine years in prison for trafficking just over 4kg of the drug

Possession of small quantities is equally tough. Enough cannabis to make a joint can result in a four-year prison sentence

Japan  Consumption of cannabis is viewed as a serious crime in Japan. Under the 'cannabis control law' dating back to 1948, citizens face a minimum of five years in prison as well as hard labour for possession of the small amounts

Foreigners normally face immediate deportation, but in 1980 Sir Paul Macartney was imprisoned for nine days before being sent home for possessing 200g of marijuana

U.S. Commerce Dept probing steel 'profiteering' after tariffs - Duration: 4:32.

U.S. Commerce Dept probing steel 'profiteering' after tariffs

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Commerce DeparRoss told a Senate Finance Committee hearing that the price of steel in the U.S.

market has risen far more than justified by the 25 percent tariff imposed by the Trump administration, possibly because of "speculative activity," with some market intermediaries holding back inventories. U.S.

benchmark hot-rolled steel coil June futures prices were quoted at $902 per ton on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Wednesday, up 53 percent from $589 a year ago.tment is investigating recent steel price hikes to determine whether some market participants are "illegitimately profiteering" from new tariffs, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said on Wednesday.

"There's no reason for tariffs to increase the price of steel by far more than the percentage of the tariff, and yet that's what has been happening," Ross said.

"That clearly is not a result of the tariff, that's clearly a result of antisocial behavior by participants in the industry.".

Ross did not name any parties responsible for the price hikes. But he said the restart of some idled domestic mills would help alleviate any supply constraints by late this year, citing U.S.

Steel Corp's restart of its Granite City, Illinois, blast furnace operations, which should add 2.5 million tons of raw steel output annually.

Ross also said that Commerce had made decisions in the first 98 requests for steel product exclusions by companies, approving 41 and rejecting 56.

The Commerce Department has received more than 20,000 individual steel product exclusion requests, with nearly 4,000 objections filed. For aluminum, Commerce has received 2,503 product exclusion requests, with 98 objections.

In addition to the 25 percent tariff on steel, the Trump administration imposed a 10 percent tariff on steel imports from certain countries.

Ross said relatively few of those requests will be granted because "many of them have no substance but have objections that were well grounded.

In cases where product exclusions are granted, companies will be refunded the tariffs they paid on steel and aluminum imports, Ross said.

The Commerce Department later said the steel exclusion requests issued on Wednesday cover seven different companies importing steel products from Japan, Sweden, Belgium, Germany and China.

The companies include razor maker Schick Manufacturing Inc, cutting tool maker Nachi America, specialty steel supplier Hankev International, wire fabricator Zapp Precision Wire and steel mill equipment maker Woodings Industrial Corp.

Ross also said the Commerce Department was in the early stages of its Section 232 national security investigation into motor vehicle and auto parts imports, and no decisions made regarding whether tariffs are warranted.

Commerce was trying to conduct the investigation in a "very judicious very open and transparent manner," Ross said. "We will try very hard to avoid there being any unintended consequences.".
