Trey Gowdy's Stunning Move Left Robert Mueller Speechless

Robert Mueller's Russia investigation hinges on one question.

Did the Trump campaign collude with Russia?

But Trey Gowdy just made a move that could answer that question once-and-for-all.

The collusion narrative gained traction in the media when BuzzFeed published the unverified

Christopher Steele dossier.

The memo – commissioned by the mysterious Fusion GPS – claimed Russia had compromising

information on Trump and that his campaign colluded with Russia to rig the 2016 election.

But what were the origins of the dossier?

Who paid for it?

Was Fusion GPS also being paid by the Russian government when they commissioned the memo?

And was Steele on the FBI payroll when he put this document together – and did the

Bureau use the document as the basis for their counterintelligence investigation into the

Trump campaign's ties with Russia?

These are serious questions currently being stonewalled by both the FBI and Fusion GPS.

Now the House Intelligence Committee – which Trey Gowdy is a member – has subpoenaed

documents they believe will shed light on these matters.

The Washington Examiner reports:

In the most significant escalation yet in the wrangling between Congress and the FBI

over the Trump dossier, the House Intelligence Committee has subpoenaed the bureau and the

Justice Department for documents relating to the dossier, the FBI's relationship with

dossier author Christopher Steele, and the bureau's possible role in supporting what

began as an opposition research project against candidate Donald Trump in the final months

of last year's presidential campaign.

The subpoenas are an indication of growing frustration inside the committee over the

FBI and Justice Department's lack of cooperation in the Trump-Russia investigation.

The committee issued the subpoenas — one to the FBI, an identical one to the Justice

Department — on August 24, giving both until last Friday, September 1, to turn over the

information.

Neither FBI nor Justice turned over the documents, and now the committee has given them an extension

until September 14 to comply.

Illustrating the seriousness with which investigators view the situation, late Tuesday the committee

issued two more subpoenas, specifically to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney

General Jeff Sessions, directing them to appear before the committee to explain why they have

not provided the subpoenaed information."

Trey Gowdy explained why these documents are so crucial.

The Examiner also reports:

"We got nothing," said committee member Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., who is taking a leading

role in the Russia investigation.

"The witnesses have not been produced and the documents have not been produced."

In a telephone interview Tuesday, Gowdy said the FBI has said it needed more time to comply,

and also that complying might interfere with the investigation of special counsel Robert

Mueller.

Whatever the reason, the documents haven't been produced.

"A subpoena is a tool of last resort in Congress," Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor,

said.

Like investigators with the Senate Judiciary Committee, who are also pursuing information

about the dossier, the House committee wants to know the origin of the FBI's involvement

in the creation of the document.

They are particularly interested to know whether the FBI or Justice Department ever presented

information from the dossier — unverified, possibly from paid informants — to a court

as a basis for obtaining a surveillance warrant in the Russia investigation.

"I want to know the extent to which it was relied upon, if at all, by any of our intelligence

agencies or federal law enforcement agencies," Gowdy said, "and to the extent it was relied

upon, how did they vet, or either corroborate or contradict, the information in it?"

Gowdy's answer is revealing.

The Bureau cited Mueller's investigation as a reason they have not yet produced the

documents.

But if the documents show the whole investigation was based on a fake news memo – or that

the FBI paid the man who put this together, it would drive a stake through the heart of

Mueller's probe.

this story.

FED UP MIKE PENCE GOES ROGUE – UNLEASHES HELL ON ROBERT MUELLER - Duration: 12:23.

FED-UP MIKE PENCE GOES ROGUE – UNLEASHES HELL ON ROBERT MUELLER

Vice President Mike Pence is fed-up with White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation

of Donald Trump's supposed collusion with Russia, and he's finally decided to do something

to put a stop to it.

Daily Mail reported that Pence spoke out on Thursday to say that he believes it's time

for Mueller to end his investigation.

"In the interests of the country, I think it's time to wrap it up," Pence said as

he waited for the three American hostages that were just freed in North Korea to land

in Washington D.C.

The Vice President added that Trump's administration has "fully cooperated" with Mueller's

probe, including turning over more than 1 million documents.

"I would very respectfully encourage the special counsel and his team to bring their

work to completion," Pence added Thursday.

This comes after Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani called on Mueller to end the probe, arguing

that the original basis of the Mueller investigation is dead and is expanding into other things.

"Everybody forgets, the basis of the case is dead," he said.

"Sessions should step in and close it.

And say, 'Enough is enough.'"

Giuliani then doubled down on this by saying that the probe was setting President Trump

up for a process crime.

"What they're really trying to do is trap him in perjury," Giuliani added.

"And we're not suckers."

Trump himself has frequently blasted Mueller on Twitter.

"Much of the bad blood with Russia is caused by the Fake & Corrupt Russia Investigation,

headed up by the all Democrat loyalists, or people that worked for Obama.

Mueller is most conflicted of all (except Rosenstein who signed FISA & Comey letter).

No Collusion, so they go crazy!" Trump tweeted last month.

TERRIFYING IMPEACHMENT ANNOUNCEMENT ROCKS THE NATION - Duration: 12:23.

TERRIFYING IMPEACHMENT ANNOUNCEMENT ROCKS THE NATION

Democrats have been trying to get President Donald Trump impeached ever since he took

office.

Now, they appear to be closer to accomplishing this goal than ever before.

The Daily Caller reported that Democratic Rep. Al Green spoke out on Tuesday to claim

that a Republican member of the House told him privately that he's considered impeachment

for President Trump.

"I have actually had — and when you say what I'm about to say, people will wonder,

'Well, who was it and when was it said?' — but I've actually had a Republican member

who said, 'You know, I'm strongly considering impeachment now,'" Green said.

"And I can only say to you that my suspicion is that there are a good many others who believe

that we've reached that point in our history, but it's a difficult bridge for some to

cross.

For me, it's really not about the difficulty as much as it is about the necessity to do

something about an unfit president.

This is particularly terrifying coming from Green, as the Texas Democrat has been leading

the Trump impeachment charge from the very beginning.

He has already presented multiple impeachment resolutions to the House since Trump took

office.

When presenting his latest impeachment legislation earlier this year, Green argued that Trump

is "legitimizing bigotry."

"Saying that certain countries of color are s-hole countries … and then saying it

as you're discussing a 'merit-based' immigration policy.

Is it really a merit-based policy, or a race-based policy masquerading as merit-based?"

Green said.

"This bigotry is being evinced in policy."

It's no secret that there are Republicans who have wanted to see Trump go down for quite

some time now.

It's a very bad sign that one of these Republicans may have contacting Green and indicated that

he was ready to consider impeachment officially.

Why Does My Cat Always Lick Me? - Animal Facts (Re-upload) Cats 101 - Duration: 2:44.

Have you ever just been sitting there watching Animal Facts on YouTube and your cat comes

up and starts licking you and you don't know why?

Well, he's doing more than just kindly letting you know to hit the subscribe button.

Let's find out why your kitty gives you these unexpected kisses.

Hi, I'm Leroy and I'm Rosie and this is Animal Facts.

Let's get started.

But, before we start, take a moment to like and subscribe for more fun, fauna facts.

Well, experts believe cats lick and groom their feline and human housemates as a way

of showing trust and care.

There are many reasons why cats like to lick their owners, but it's generally thought

of as a positive behavior.

The first reason is that your cat wants attention.

He may simply be licking you because he wants to be played with or wants to be pet.

The second reason is in his mind is he is cleaning you.

Yes, the idea that an arm covered in cat saliva is "clean" doesn't totally compute for

us, but for a cat, it's an important behavior that promotes bonding.

Grooming of pack or family members is common in many mammal species.

He's just doing what comes naturally.

Known as "allogrooming," many species of animals will lick and groom each other

to strengthen their social bonds.

Social grooming by licking is an important affectionate behavior in cats, and licking

can be a sign of affection between cats and between a cat and a human.

You can take these "kisses" as a sign that your cat feels safe and happy.

Since cats live with you, as part of your social group, it's natural for them to engage

in allogrooming to demonstrate affection.

Of course, there's always the possibility that you have something delicious on your

skin that your kitty wants to taste.

The natural ingredients found in human perspiration can be appetizing for some cats.

Cats can also be attracted to items you put on your skin, such as medical ointments and

skin lotion, which may be of concern.

The bottom line: Cats are curious creatures and when they put their trust in people, there's

no end to the attention they'll lavish on them.

Could America Make a Return to Orphanages for Immigrant Children? - Duration: 4:36.

CHILDREN BEING HELD IN SECURE FACILITIES WITHOUT THEIR PARENTS HAVE SPARKED AN UNPRECEDENTED BACKLASH.

SOME HAVE LIKENED OF THE FACILITIES TO PRISONS OR CONCENTRATION CAMPS.

OTHERS HAVE COMPARED THEM TO SUMMER CAMPS AND BOARDING SCHOOLS.

PERHAPS THEY ARE MOST LIKE A INSTITUTION THAT WAS ABOLISHED MORE THAN 50 YEARS AGO IN THIS COUNTRY, ORPHANAGES.

ACCORDING TO ONE ESTIMATE, I 1900, THERE WERE 100,000 CHILDREN LIVING IN ORPHANAGES IN THE UNITED STATES.

BY THE 1950'S, THE SYSTEM HAD BEEN REPLACED BY THE CURRENT FOSTER CARE MODEL.

DR. CHARLES NELSON IS A PROFESSOR OF PEDIATRIC HE IS IN NEWTON, MASSACHUSETTS TODAY.

THERE WAS ONE IN NEW ORLEANS.

THERE WERE OTHER CITIES THAT HAD THESE, AND THE INCREASED OVER THE CENTURIES, AND IT BECAME THE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR HOW TO HOUS AND TAKE CARE OF ORPHANS OR ABANDONED CHILDREN.

THIS CONTINUED FOR SOME NUMBER OF YEARS, AND STARTING IN THE 1930'S, 1940'S, PEOPLE BEGAN TO GET CONCERNED ABOUT KIDS COMING OUT OF ORPHANAGES, AND I GRADUALLY BECAME REPLACED BY THE

CURRENT SYSTEM OF FOSTER CARE.

SOLEDAD: WHAT WERE T CONDITIONS LIKE IN THOSE EARLY ORPHANAGES?

DR. NELSON: WE PROBABLY ALL HAVE VISIONS OF CHARLES DICKENS, AND IN THE UNITED STATES, THEY WEREN'T SO DIFFERENT.

THERE WOULD BE ROOMS WITH LARG NUMBERS OF CHILDREN, VERY FEW CAREGIVERS.

SOMETIMES, THEY WOULD BE STERN THERE WOULD BE KIDS SLEEPING ON COTS.

IF YOU LOOK AT PICTURES OF ORPHANAGES IN THIS COUNTRY 50 OR 60 YEARS AGO, THEY RESEMBLE WHAT WE ARE SEEING IN THE NEWS RIGHT NOW ON THE BORDER STATES.

SOLEDAD: THE FACILITIES WE HAVE BEEN SEEING PICTURES FROM, W KNOW, WE HAVE BEEN TOLD BY SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED THERE, THERE ARE RULES THAT SAY, YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO COMFORT TH

CHILDREN.

A CAREGIVER CAN'T RUN OVER A HUGGED THEM, WHICH HAS BEEN DISTRESSING TO PEOPLE WHO HEAR THAT.

>> IT'S OFTEN DEADLY QUIET WHEN YOU WALK INTO AN ORPHANA BECAUSE KIDS HAVE LEARNED IF THEY EXPRESSED DISTRESS, NO ONE IS GOING TO PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.

I THINK IT IS HEARTBREAKING WATCHING THESE SCENES.

A CHILD WHO HAD BEEN TRAUMATIZED BY BEING REMOVED FROM THEIR PARENTAL CARE, THOSE CHILDRE ARE GOING TO BE ANXIOUS.

THEY ARE GOING TO BE DISTRESSED.

THE FACT YOU CAN'T COMFORT THEM IS HEARTBREAKING AND OF COURSE IS ANTITHETICAL TO WHAT WE KNOW WOULD FOSTER GOOD DEVELOPMENT.

THE THING WE NEED TO DO IS LOO AFTER THEIR EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.

SOLEDAD: IS THERE ANY ABILITY TO RECOVER FROM A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE?

SOME OF THESE KIDS WILL BE DETAINED -- WE DON'T EXACTLY KNOW HOW LONG, BUT SOME FOR MONTHS.

SOME COULD POTENTIALLY BE IN FOR LONGER.

AT THIS POINT, THERE'S NO PL ABOUT WHAT TO DO.

CAN YOU RECOVER FROM THI DR. NELSON: THERE ARE A COUP OF FACTORS YOU WE HAVE TO THINK ABOUT AND CONSIDER WHEN WE T TO PREDICT WHETHER CHILDREN WILL RECOVER.

ONE INCLUDES HOW OLD THE CHI IS WHEN THIS OCCURRED IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A SIX-MONTH-OLD RATHER THAN A 10-YEAR-OLD, THAT IS DIFFERENT.

THE LONGER THIS GOES ON, THE MORE LIKELY THERE IS TO BE LASTING HARM, EVEN FOR OLDER CHILDREN WHO MAY HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO UNDERSTAND THEIR SITUATION.

THIS COULD BE HORRIBLY TRAUMATIC TO THEM, AND THE LONGER THIS GOES ON AND THE GREATER THE UNCERTAINTY, THE MORE LIKE THERE IS TO BE LASTING HARM.

KIDS LIKE CONSISTENCY AN STRUCTURE AND CERTAIN.

THIS PUTS THEM IN A POSITI WHERE THEY MAY NOT KNOW WHERE THEIR PARENTS ARE. THEY MAY NO KNOW ANYONE THEY ARE WITH.

SOLEDAD: DR. CHARLES NELSON FR HARVARD, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Migranti Usa, 700mila in carcere per anni in attesa di espulsione. I 2300 bimbi separati dalle famig - Duration: 12:53.

Confusione.

I minori dove verranno mandati?

Nessuno comunque sa dove i minori siano ospitati.

JUST IN IT'S OVER FOR JEFF SESSIONS - Duration: 16:37.

JUST IN IT'S OVER FOR JEFF SESSIONS

Things just got even worse for Attorney General Jeff Sessions when he was completely humiliated

on live television by late night host Stephen Colbert.

Breitbart reported that went off on Sessions on Thursday night, calling him "evil"

for "enforcing the "tragic" and "shocking" immigration policy of separating illegal border-crossing

parents from their children.

Colbert also described the policy as "new," ignoring the fact that it actually stems from

Barack Obama's administration.

"Let's face it.

The only things dads really want for Father's Day is to be with their kids, which is why

what's happening on our southern border is so shocking," Colbert said.

"This is the conversation everybody should be having.

Attorney General and 'man daydreaming about legally changing his name to Jim Crow' Jeff

Sessions has instituted a new policy to separate immigrant kids from their parents at the border."

"Now if that sounds evil, then good news, your ears are working," Colbert said.

Back in 2014, then-Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott and Senator Ted Cruz slammed the

Obama administration's "lax immigration policy has led to the conditions they saw

while touring a holding facility for unaccompanied immigrant minors at the base."

Colbert ignored all of this and instead criticized Donald Trump's plans to build a tent city

close to El Paso, Texas, meant to house hundreds of young border crossers.

"It wouldn't matter if you took these children to really nice hotels—or Trump

hotels—we'd still be the only country in the whole damn world doing it, because

it's just plain wrong," the CBS funnyman said.

"I sincerely believe that it doesn't matter who you voted for," Colbert concluded.

"If we let this happen in our name, we are a feckless… country."

Andrew McCabe Demands Immunity – Bill And Hillary Clinton On Brink Of Going Down After Latest Revela - Duration: 14:49.

Andrew McCabe Demands Immunity – Bill And Hillary Clinton On Brink Of Going Down After

Latest Revela

Andrew McCabe is suddenly requesting legal immunity in exchange for his testimony on

how the agency handled the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email

server, which means that it's just as corrupt as we all believed it was.

This could take the Clintons down a?

well as a whole bunch of people in the intelligence agencies and the DOJ.

Yesterday, McCabe's lawyer wrote to Senate Judiciary Chairm?n Chuck Grassley seeking

a guarantee of his client's immunity before the panel.

According to his attorney, his client will plead the Fifth if prompted to testify otherwise

– that's telling.

Could thing be finally going to get blown wide ?pen?

Let's hope it will.

"It is Mr. McCabe's sincere wish to testify, but because of the criminal referral, he must

be afforded suitable legal protection," is what Michael Bromwich, McCabe's legal

counsel, wrote to Grassley, as CNN has reported – this is CNN we are referring to on this

being leaked, so there is nothing we can do but to wait and see how this turns out.

"This is a textbook case for granting use immunity.

In case this Committee is somehow not able to obtain such an order, then Mr. McCabe will

have to invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination."

At this point, it's either cut bait or fish here, I would give him immunity depending

on his offer in case it convicts the rest of these corruptocrats, especially Hillary

Clinton.

Also, Bromwich's letter says that McCabe is willing to provide emails according to

which "Mr. McCabe advised former Comey back in October 2016, that Mr. McCabe was working

with FBI colleagues to correct inaccuracies before the publication of certain media stories."

Grassley wrote to the Bureau requesting that McCabe is released from a nondisclosure agreement

that does not let him provide the emails being requested, among other records.

In case McCabe decides to invokes his Fifth Amendment right instead of answering some

questions, a contentious confrontation with lawmakers could be set up.

They could serve him with a subpoena.

In case he does not stop refusing to testify, lawmakers could pursue a contempt resolution

against him, as well as refer the matter for prosecution by the DC US Attorney's Office,

or even enforce the subpoena through civil action in federal court.

Andrew McCabe has been under investigation via a criminal referral from the Bureau's

inspector general.

allegedly, they have discovered that McCabe did not act appropriately by leaking information

to a reporter and lying about it to Comey.

Plus, he is guilty of perjury.

Andrew McCabe was fired last March, citing the internal review that found his "lacked

candor."

McCabe insisted he acted within his authority in authorizing officials of the Bureau to

talk to a reporter about an ongoing investigation regarding the Clinton Foundation about two

years ago – that as certainly not the case and he is aware of that.

What he is trying to do now is making a deal and getting immunity before winding up behind

bars for his misdeeds.

As The Hill has reported, Grassley has invited Comey and Lynch to testify before the committee

regarding the Clinton email investigation, as sources have told CNN, both of which are

as well in the crosshairs.

The President has shredded McCabe publicly for donations to his wife's state Senate

campaign in Virginia in 2015 – that turned out being unsuccessful – from a group led

by then-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, who happens to be a close Clinton family ally.

This is a huge conflict of interest because of which Andrew McCabe should never have been

made the director of the FBI.

President Trump has called for an investigation into McCabe, who brought the investigation

into Clinton's misdeeds to a screeching halt because the Bureau was trying to keep

her out of jail and to get her elected.

A few months back, McCabe stated that he planned to retaliate by suing the President for defamation,

and was considering other charges as well.

None of it was ever materialized.

That threat did certainly not produce results and McCabe saved his own hide, which was quite

a smart move.

Hopefully, this works.

The Judiciary hearing has been set for next Monday with a possibility of being delayed,

as the Inspector General's report is still not public.

According to sources familiar with the report, this is a massive undertaking, walking through

the events leading up to the 2016 election over more than 500 pages.

Some Republicans are saying it is being slow-walked on purpose, or them to be able to react quite

a big portions of the report, which is hopefully not true.

We need answers on this ASAP.

Let the guy have his deal so we are able to scoop up bigger fish for the fryer.
