Now this is something that happens between other cats and cats

and humans naturally on it's own but there are a few things you can do to

make bonding with your cats a little bit easier! Now whether you have a brand new

cat so you've adopted a new cat or you have moved somewhere where there is

already an existing cat bonding is a great way for your cat to trust you, but

also a surefire way you're gonna have a lovely furry companion. Now unfortunately

when Rags and I moved into this house Godiva was a little bit mistrustful of me

Now their relationship is going really really well but I've had to work

on it a little bit with Godiva. She is not the greatest fan of me but I have

been doing a few things over the past few weeks to help her trust me a little

bit more and we are fast becoming friends. Now one of the first things you can do if you want a bond with your cat is to let them suss you out

Now don't go straight in and grab a cat for a cuddle you want to let them get

your scent and get used to the idea of you being around. So and the first time

that you approach the cat or any you subsequent time that you want to spend

some time with them just extend a hand out to them so they can sniff you out

and find out who you are. This is one of the easiest ways for them to get

familiar with your scent and familiar with you being a safe person. Now the

first thing you need to do if you want to bond with your cat is make sure that they feel safe.

Now if you have a brand new cat so you've adopted another one or

you are moving into a house with a pre-existing cat like we did with Rags, it

is important that they have somewhere to go that is away from you and somewhere

that they feel safe. The last thing you want to do is to make your cat not like

to be in your company because you're not going to bond at all now for example

Godiva has the front lounge and the the upstairs which is her safe bolt

hole I make a point not to go to any of these areas when she's in them so that

she feels that there's so much she can go to feel safe and away from me

a good place to provide for your cat to feel safe is either a covered bed or

a carrier somewhere in a room that they can get easy access to. Now the frequent

playtime and exercise is a great way to bond with your cat! Play with one another is one

thing that cats will do automatically when they're either left alone with

other cats or they're with their siblings. So this is a surefire way that

you're going to be doing something your cat enjoys and it will eventually

associate with you and someone that they trust and enjoy spending time with. Now

great way to do this is to find one or two toys that you know that your cat

absolutely loves so they will enjoy playing with this game at all this toy

and you will be attached to the toy so eventually they are essentially at you

with this one time and begin to trust and bond with you. Now another great way

to bond with a cat is through feeding and treats - so if you are armed with a

good old bag of dreamies or something that your cat really enjoys is a great way

for them to associate you with good things. Now with Godiva this isn't

something I can do as she is on a medicated diet and she can't eat anything

except this diet but with other cats and other cat owners this is a great way for

you to bond with them. So give your cat a tasty treat every now and again is a

surefire way for them to associate you with something yummy and finally you're

going to have to be patient. Cats don't like to do anything in a rush unless

it's running to the food bowl obviously, so you're going to have to be patient

and a persevere with your cat. You are going to have good days and going to

have bad days but stick with it and eventually you'll be on the road to

VYU360 Activ - 360° 4K cam for SNORKELING (review) - Duration: 10:53.

Hello everybody and welcome to this new video.

New camera - new experiences.

Vyu360 I love these tricks of words.

"VYU", which would be "VIEW", in theory.

And so "Vyu360" should be "View360", then a look in 360°.

If it's really like that, it's fantastic.

Before starting I want to say thanks to Vyu360 for have sent me it and I wanna tell you something:

You are crazy. You are mad because everything you sent me is madness. Thank you, of course, but it's madness.

I don't know how you make money if every package contains all this stuff. It's....madness.

Unboxing.

In addition to the camera, which we will see soon, we have the IP9K underwater case,

the easy-breath mask, designed specifically for snorkeling that allows you to breathe with the nose and has the attack for action cams.

The summer backpack to bring everything and the VR cardboard for the smartphone.

And there is also the package with accessories.

In short: flexible tripod, USB-microUSB cable for charging and transferring files, tripod mount,

articulated attachment, two directional shifting brackets, two screws, a curved adhesive, a flat one,

the wrist strap that I will never use in my life, a white stuff which I have never understood the function,

a cloth to clean the lenses, the pouch and the instruction booklet.

Too much stuff. There's really a lot of stuff. But let's go to the camera.

Vyu360 Activ 3840, a simpler name of course not, but let's call it simply Vyu360 Activ.

Two sensors of 8MP each, f/2.0 that cover 220° each, LCD screen that tells us what we are doing

next to it there are LEDs, on one side there are the 4 buttons to control the camera,

on the other side the door that protects the microSD and the microUSB port and, below, the door that protects the removable battery.

This is a good choice because when a battery is discharged, you can easily extract it, put a new one and continue to record. Truly a great choice.

In the middle there is the speaker for the shutter sounds and, among other things, the camera is sold with a 32GB microSD.

These are crazy.

Near each sensor there is a microphone and so we have stereo sound.

Photo and video quality.

Even if the sensors are 8MP each, the photos are in 6080x3040 and then in 18MP and not 16.

I don't understand why, maybe they are simply stretched a little but the photos are still good.

Unfortunately, the videos come out in 3K. And for 3K I mean 3040x1520. On various sites I've read that the camera records in 4K and I contacted the assistance

which told me that the camera records in 4K but the video is converted into 3K and lowered by bitrate,

in fact the videos have between 15 and 20 mbps , for compatibility issues, to be loaded faster on Google and these things.

And on one side, yes. All right.

On the other, because of the compression of the file, you lose a little bit of quality. To bring the file back to 4K, it will be not a decompression,

but an enlargement. In fact they told me "Make the videos back in 4K, if you want them in 4K and increase their bitrate"

so, through Sony Vegas, I converted files from 3K to 4K 100mbps. They told me "between 60 and 120 mbps there should be no loss of quality".

I tried to do this thing, yes the quality has been increased a little bit, not excessively.

However, the videos are still good. They are acceptable, watching them from a smartphone or a tablet, they are good even in 3K

but in any case in 4K their dimensions are a bit bigger but, in my opinion, it is worth making this conversion.

You are surely watching some photos, some videos I did around during my tests and I was really impressed by the colors.

Because the colors are very vivid, they are saturated at the right point and the most of times I did not even edit

the image because the colors of this cam are really beautiful.

The sensors are f/2.0 and the photos in the dark do not come out badly, but they are not really exceptional.

Surely you must be soo steady while shooting or place the cam somewhere, which is the best solution.

There is a little image noise, but obviously you can not expect much from this cam because the cost is quite low.

There are different shooting modes: photo, video, time lapse video with customizable seconds of shooting,

video loop that records videos of 1/3/5 min and once filled the memory cancels the old videos to save the new,

auto-shot, timed shot and the Drama Shot that takes a sequence of 3/5/10 photos.

And slow motion. Which is done in FullHD, which is not quite a true FullHD, but it is 760p.

And it's done from 60 fps to 15 and ... nothing. Because the FullHD is too little for a 360 video and 15 fps are too few because the video goes jerkily.

Vyu360 ...

The camera allows to adjust the exposure, the white balance, the rotation of the camera and the frequency of the light source.

You can remove the audio recording and the LEDs, the only thing I have not found is how to remove the sounds of the machine, such as shooting, turning on and off.

And I would like to take them off.

Because...

The files are not very heavy because of the conversion and 1 min of video weighs about 100 MB

that are really few and the microSD you receive together with the camera is very well, in fact you can put in a lot of stuff.

Then, during the reconversion, if converted to 4K at 100 mbps, 1 min of video weighs about 1 GB,

but all this happens on the computer so there are no memory problems.

The battery is enough to make about 2 hours of continuous recording and, being removable,

you can remove it and put a new one to continue using the camera.

And finally the app.

Because the camera can be used either stand-alone or using the smartphone or PC app.

The camera connects via Wi-Fi, I'm glad that it does not use the bluetooth because in this way you can control it from about 20 meters away

and in the app we have a live preview of what the camera sees and all the settings that I told you before.

And of course, you can transfer files from the camera to the device, smartphone or PC, depending on how you use it.

And here the things get a bit complicated.

Usually the easiest way to work on a 360 content is having it equirectangular.

I show you an equirectangular image so you know what it means. That is, in a rectangle we have everything that is framed by the camera.

To have a file equirectangular with the Vyu360 you must transfer the file you want on the device, on your smartphone or PC,

you have to open that file, make the visualization in VR and then you can save the photo that you can share or save in an album.

A bit cumbersome, yes. Nothing in particular, but I had to contact the assistance for this thing because I could not find it myself.

In fact, saving the file not in VR view, it is as if you make a screenshot of what you see at that moment in the app.

Oh yes, maybe it had to be something more intuitive.

And talking about the customer service, Vyu360 Italia is really fantastic. Because the assistance replies very quickly,

give a lot of solutions to problems, they explain a lot of stuff, so thank you so much guys!

And, Vyu360, if some superior is watching me, give an increase to Maria because she has been very useful and she deserves it.

Returning to the app, the camera can also be controlled by the app on the PC.

In fact, just connect the PC to the camera via Wi-Fi and we can have all things as if we had the smartphone, but on the computer.

And this reminded me of one thing because the Vyu360, by providing a constant power supply,

could also be used as a 360 ° security camera because combined with the video loop that deletes the old files and saves the new ones,

as the files weight is very little, you put a microSD maybe of 64 GB

and the camera can be used as a security camera because it's good, you can control everything through the computer.

But in truth the Vyu360 Activ was not designed for this. It's more for snorkeling, this kind of activity

and even to keep it in your hand it looks very rugged, it looks sturdy.

In fact, the materials are very robust and there is no fear that it falls to the ground, fear that I have with all the other cams because they seem very fragile.

This camera looks very rugged, even if it would fall I would be more afraid for the tile than for the camera.
