FEDERAL JUDGE RELEASES BENGHAZI EVIDENCE – SENDS HILLARY INTO TOTAL PANIC

federal judge releases Benghazi evidence sends Hillary into total sweating panic it appears

that it's time for Hillary Clinton to come to heal that massive closet

full of skeletons she's thought was locked up has been swung wide open

as a brave federal judge released the Benghazi evidence we've all been waiting on Hillary

may have thought she was above the law but these heroes she ignored

who died fighting because of her negligence deserve justice Fox News

reports in a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington DC a federal judge unabashedly

accused career State Department officials of lying

and signing clearly false affidavits to derail a series of

lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private

email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the

US consulate in Benghazi Libya US District Court Judge Royce Lamberth

also said he was shocked and dumbfounded when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to

former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills during its investigation

into the use of Clinton's server according to a court transcript

of his remarks I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under

oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where

I found her unworthy of belief and I was quite shocked to find out she had

been given immunity in by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case Lamberth

said during the hearing the Department of Justice's Inspector General

gig Michael Horowitz noted in a bombshell report and junior dit was

inconsistent with typical investigative strategy for the FBI to allow Mills to sit and during

the agency's interview of Clinton during the email probe given that

classified information traveled through Mills personal email account T

here are serious potential ramifications when one witness attends another witness interview

the Inc wrote Lamberth who was appointed to the bench by President Ronald

Reagan said he did not know Mills had been granted immunity until he read

the agree port and learned that and that she had accompanied Clinton to her interview the

transparency group Judicial Watch initially sued the State Department

in 2014 seeking information about their response to the Benghazi attack after the government

didn't respond to a Freedom of Information Act

foi a request other parallel lawsuits by Judicial Watch are probing issues like Clinton's server

whose existence was revealed during the course of the litigation

the State Department had immediately moved to dismiss judicial

watch's first lawsuit on a motion for summary judgment saying in an affidavit that it had

conducted a search of all potentially relevant emails in its possession

and provided them the affidavit noted that some more documents

and emails could be forthcoming but Lamberth denied the request to dismiss the lawsuit

at the time and on Friday he said he was happy he did charging that State

Department officials had intentionally misled him

other key documents including those on Clinton's email server had not in fact been produced

it was clear to me that at the time that I ruled initially that false

statements were made to me by career State Department officials and it

became more clear through discovery that the information that I was provided was clearly

false regarding the adequacy of the search and this what we now know turned

out to be the Secretary's email system Lamberth said Friday

he continued I don't know the details of what kind of vague inquiry there was into why these

career officials at the State Department would have filed false affidavits

with me I don't know the details of why the Justice Department

lawyers did not know false affidavits were being filed with me but I was very relieved

that I did not accept them and that I allowed limited discovery into what

had happened during a tense exchange with Justice Department lawyer

Robert Prince Lamberth pressed the issue accusing prince of using doublespeak

and playing the same word games clinton blade that was not true the judge said referring

to the State Department's assurances in a sworn declaration

that it had searched all relevant documents it was a lie but

Prince pushed back sharply saying he took the judges accusations extremely seriously

it might be that our search could be found to be inadequate but that declaration

was absolutely true he said now it's been made clear in

rulings by various courts that basically the courts are going to expect us to search items

that come in afterward in this instance and that's understandable but

at the time that was not at all clear you know Prince continued I understand if

your honor thinks that the searches that were done up to the motion for

summary judgment were inadequate but being wrong about the search being adequate does

not make it a false

Beyond Dream's Door (1989) - Movie Review - Duration: 5:52.

Good day to all you horror fans out there, I am Torstein from Cinema Terror and today

I have a bizarre, wild no budget horror fantasy film from 1989 to talk about called Beyond

Dream's Door.

This film does not have a normal story structure so it's not the easiest film to give a quick

synopsis of, but basically it tells the story of the college student named Ben Dobbs, played

by Nick Baldasare.

He is experiencing some horrific dreams about someone or something trying to get him.

But how can Ben battle his own nightmares?

And at what point does he need to fear that these nightmares will be able to ruin or take

his life?

You'll have to watch the surprisingly coherent and yet disorienting Beyond Dream's Door to

find out...

That's all I'm going to give away when it comes to the plot of the film as I feel I

would be doing a disservice to you if I gave away anything more than that.

The reason for that is that this film is quite an experience that wants to unveil its secrets

to its viewers at its own pace, preferably with the viewer having the chance to put the

pieces together and try to figure what it is all about while taking it all in on the

first watch.

Beyond Dream's Door has a different flow than other films.

Its unique choice of narration makes it seem like the filmmakers tried to emulate how disorienting

and confusing real dreams are.

Quite an ambitious goal for such a low budget production!

I'm used to horror films at this budget range being happy with creating just another cheesy

slasher or vampire flick, so seeing someone with no resources try to make something unique

will always be interesting and get some respect from me.

Some of the creature work in this would be impressive even in a b-movie with a decent

budget behind it.

There's some nightmare fuel to be found here for sure.

On the negative side, the acting is not that great.

As to be expected on such a low budget film I guess.

There are also script problems in that parts of it might not make all that much sense,

and if you don't go along with it, then you might be in for a long, tedious ride as at

times it does feel like the material is being stretched out for a full running time and

I could understand if some will find it to be a bit repetitive.

The overall experience could have been improved if the script was either tightened up and

or fleshed out a bit or rather just cut down to a shorter running time if they had nothing

more to add.

That being said, if you feel like you have more patience than the average moviegoer then

you will look past and accept most of these things that I consider to be flaws.

The first thing I was curious about after finishing this film was who the hell created

this little achievement of a film and what happened to him.

The guy responsible turned out to be Jay Woelfel, who was only 27 years old at the time Beyond

Dream's Door saw its release.

He had based this full feature on a short film with the same title that he created back

in 1982.

He got help from the Ohio State University media program to put this 16mm full feature

film together.

I was happy to find out that this was not a one off for him and that he continued to

work in cinema for years and years.

Hell, he's still active directing, scoring and editing movies to this very day.

Looking at his filmography doesn't spark much interest in me checking out much of his stuff

though.

Most of the films he has done since Beyond Dream's Door seem to still be in the no-budget

range and judging by their trailers, I don't see much potential in them, but I am sure

I will still give one or two of them a chance in the near future.

The most interesting one might perhaps be his latest film, the 2017 Asylum of Darkness,

which Woelfel in an interview called a spiritual successor to Beyond Dream's Door.

And in the same interview he says it was shot on 35mm, so that might be something.

Oh, and I should mention that he also worked with Full Moon Productions on a few pictures,

including Trancers 6 and Demonicus.

Beyond Dream's Door is an impressive borderline experimental independent production that has

no rights to be as good as it turned out to be.

Although all my praise for the film, be warned that this is not a film that I believe everyone

will enjoy.

This is for those of you out there who enjoys going through low budget horror in order to

find one or two hidden gems in between all the other trashy obscurities that are out

there.

The best description I can give for this film is to say that Beyond Dream's Door is what

you would get if David Lynch, fresh out of film school, or still in it, got the job to

make a Nightmare on Elm Street film for no money at all.

It's ambitious, creative and you can feel all of the effort put into it.

Against all odds, Beyond Dream's Door is actually a good film and it deserves the positive score

of 3 out of 5.

Have you seen Beyond Dream's Door?

What are your thoughts on it?

And if you've seen any of Woelfel's other films then let me know how they were as well

as I am genuinly curious about the quality of his output after this film.

If you enjoy z-grade horror films then check out my review for the hilariously entertaining

slasher film Zipperface from 1992.

That one is quite the gem.

That's it from me today, I hope you enjoyed this video review of Beyond Dream's Door and

as always thank you for watching Cinema Terror.
