chop onion
stew fry onion
chop carrot, fry with onion
remove meat from broth after 40 minutes
add onion and carrot
dice potatoes
add to broth, cook for 10 minutes
salt and pepper
chopped chicken meat
cream, boil
cream cheese, boil
serve with croutons
