THIS IS IT Congress Drops Nuke on Barack Obama

Barack Obama is undoubtedly in full panic mode right now as reports are coming out that

President Donald Trump is planning to scrap his precious Iran deal today.

Reuters reported that a senior European official said that American officials indicated late

Monday night that Trump will be withdrawing from the deal, but the terms of this are not

yet clear and it is not known whether sanctions will be reimposed.

A senior Western diplomat said France, Britain and German, which were also part of the agreement,

assume there will be a hard U.S. exit after a call last week between U.S. Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo and European officials at which he made clear talks on rescuing the

deal would not go further.

"He let it be known that it was over," the diplomat said.

A senior White House official said that Trump plans to talk about his decision in a phone

call on Tuesday with French President Emmanuel Macron.

Trump has long threatened to pull out of Obama's precious 2015 agreement because it does not

address Iran's ballistic missile program or its role in wars in Syria and Yemen, and

does not permanently prevent Tehran from developing nuclear weapons.

European leaders are furious at Trump for this, claiming that pulling out of the deal

will undo years of work that has kept nuclear weapons out of Iran's hands.

Over the past two days, Trump has blasted Obama's Secretary of State John Kerry for

holding meetings with world leaders this month to try and save the deal.

"The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very

badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!" Trump tweeted on Monday, before

adding on Tuesday, "John Kerry can't get over the fact that he had his chance and blew

it!

Stay away from negotiations John, you are hurting

your country!"

Devin Nunes Dropped The Hammer On Hillary Clinton With These Seven Words - Duration: 11:33.

Devin Nunes Dropped The Hammer On Hillary Clinton With These Seven Words

There is only one real scandal about collusion during the 2016 campaign.

And it has nothing to do with Donald Trump.

During an interview on Fox News Channel, Devin Nunes dropped the hammer on Hillary Clinton

with seven words.

Nunes appeared on Hannity to discuss the recent developments in the Russia investigation.

He was responding to the Democrats political memo, which ended up being nothing more than

talking points designed to distract from the real scandal—the fact that the FBI used

a fake news dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign to spy on the Trump campaign.

And make no mistake, it allowed them to spy on the Trump campaign.

The warrant allowed the FBI to look at emails and texts while Carter Page was a member of

the Trump campaign.

Nunes also blasted the Clinton campaign for being the one engaged in collusion.

They paid money that was funneled to a foreign spy who put together a hoax dossier in order

to swing the election.

But more worrisome for Clinton was when Nunes declared that, "It's clear collusion and

no one is investigating it."

That was a distinct call for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a special counsel

to investigate the real collusion scandal during the 2016 election – Hillary Clinton

and the foreign spy who worked with the Russians to try and destroy Trump.

Do you agree a special counsel should investigate Hillary Clinton for collusion?

Former Navy Sailor Who Was Pardoned By Trump Drops BOMB on Hillary, Obama - Duration: 11:15.

Former Navy Sailor Who Was Pardoned By Trump Drops BOMB on Hillary, Obama

A former Navy sailor who was pardoned by Donald Trump is now getting his revenge on Barack

Obama and Hillary Clinton by filing a lawsuit against the former administration for not

offering him equal protection under the law.

Right Wing News reported that Kristian Saucier served a year in prison simply for taking

photos of classified sections of a submarine on which he worked.

Now, he's arguing that the very same officials who put him in prison are the ones who were

lenient with Clinton when it comes to her use of a private email server and handling

of classified information.

The lawsuit will name U.S. Department of Justice, former FBI Director James Comey and former

President Barack Obama along with many others as defendants.

"They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal," Saucier said, referring

to prosecuting authorities in his case, "but they didn't prosecute Hillary Clinton.

Hillary is still walking free.

Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren't treated as criminals.

We want them to correct the wrong."

Saucier's attorney Ronald Daigle that a notice about the upcoming lawsuit was sent

to the Department of Justice and others included in it in December.

Six months must typically lapse between the notice and the filing.

"We'll highlight the differences in the way Hillary Clinton was prosecuted and how

my client was prosecuted," Daigle said.

"We're seeking to cast a light on this to show that there's a two-tier justice

system and we want it to be corrected."

Saucier praised President Trump for the pardons he has issued so far, specifically mentioning

last week's pardoning of conservative filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza.

"The Obama administration singled out Dinesh for things most people don't even get charged

for," Saucier said.

"President Trump noticed that my career was exemplary and that I didn't deserve

what happened

to me."
