Hello everyone! welcome back to my channel and welcome back to my summer
series on a patio! Today I'd like to talk about sport clothes. You will find
out what are my favorite clothes for yoga, for golf and to the gym. So okay let's
start this interesting topic. What is in my gym bag? So let's start with a
gym bag. I use different gym bag for my gym and for yoga and different for golf.
But this time I'm going to show you what is in my workout gym bag. Okay
as you know I do yoga, you can see all my yoga videos on my
youtube channel. There are a few of them so if you want
to join me in this workout you're more than welcome.
Ok so what is in my gym bag? So usually I have like many tops, top for yoga I
like this top because has no sleeves and it's more comfortable for exercise and
of course I like the color it's pink. is energetic. I really love it and
when I buy tops or any clothes for sport I use to look on labels and I look
what is it made from. is it made from cotton or is it really made 100% from
artificial ingredients, so yeah for me is important that its made from
cotton, or it has some part of cotton in the material. All right so what else is
in the bag? For yoga I like to use leggings I like these but
sometimes I like it more colors but more colors I liked on a top and black I use
as a leggings and I always buy high waisted leggings. Now these
leggings are from Victoria Secret. if you want

now I buy a lot of leggings with high waist you know. Afew years
ago in fashion not even in sport fashion in every
fashion was very popular a low waisted leggings or jeans or
whatever and you know these low wasted wasted jeans or shorts or
leggings are really no good, because when you seat you know, your belly is outside
and all your back and part is outside and everyone who sat behind you, could have
seen some parts that we don't want them to see. Okay so yeah high waisted leggings YES
Low wasted leggings NO. Okay and what else is it in my gym bag? Hey this
you will like it here are my yoga shoes
I have a lot of compliments when I wear them in my gym in my yoga classes so
everyone ask me where did you get it from? yeah they are really
nice, because they are really nice and a color you know it's like bright and light
kind of yellow and they have a surface that it's anti slippery so you will not
slip in it and if I exercise yoga and really have to watch
out my poses and my posture so sometimes it's really hot in a gym
and in a yoga room, so you know I sweat and then I can't really do any
pose so these shoes are really helping me and this is my discovery or the
decade. Ok these shoes so I really highly recommend it ok. Sport's bra, of course
this is very important for us girls sport bra of course in pink color this
one is from Victoria's Secret and I really like it I also have it in a white
color so yeah I use them because there is soft and nice
material and I think Victoria's Secret sport is better now, they
improved and I like them their sport line clothes yeah they're pretty pricey
but it's a good a good kind of clothes for sport and you know they're
very popular all Instagram angels have it!
so yeah I try it and I love it so yeah I really recommend this kind of Victoria
Secret sports bras and they always have some sales so
affordable price or you know normal price but I really recommend it for
sport.And what else? here are my elastic bands I use it sometimes when don't know
yoga classes or pilates when I want to stretch my body you know
so it helps and of course if you want to stretch your leg you know it's hard
sometimes so I'm not that flexible yet so these elastic bands really helped me
and yeah it really it's really really good so I really recommend it to
everyone who wants to feel more flexible who wants to feel more you know routine
and they are really really good and they are really not very expensive I think I
got them in Target and they were like about ten dollars so it's not really
expensive and what else is here? this is my towel
you know wipe my sweat, I just carrie this towel so I can put it on my yoga
mat when we do some kind of poses that with me so I have to do you know I have
to be on my knees and some kind of you know hard, difficult poses so sometimes
this surface on the gym classroom is really really hard so mat that is not
enough to really do these exercises so that I put yoga mat and a towel on the
top and then I can exercise alright. So what else is here?
alright so here are my favorite gym shoes they are from Puma and as you can
see they look like ballet shoes they're so light they are satin covered
very light and very girly and beautiful blush pink
so another pink color anything what is pink I love it so yeah a different
shades of pink this is pink, this is pink, my mat is pink
a lot of pink in my life so yeah these are my favourite really
favourite shoes as you can see I love them
okay so now let's go to my golf workout clothes so as you know probably if you
follow my Instagram you can watch my golf practice on a driving range I'm not
good enough to go on a golf course yes but I'm practicing I hope I will be
better so yeah you can If you want tune in into my Instagram and
then you will see my golf swings, I am not perfect yet but I'm getting there
okay I'm getting there so what I wear on my
golf practice? the workout well usually I wear tops of course with color you know
that is pink okay so of course it has to be a really good stretchy material and I
have to feel very comfortable and you know like actually this is this is also
good and I prefer Nike or adidas for a year actually this is unknown brand this
t-shirt but it has a good ingredients in material so I really love it right and
then so it's also really nice stretchy I feel comfortable with it and yeah
and another top for golf this time as a black color sometimes I like to
wear black but when I go for golf you know there's a kind of of rules
with clothing you can't just go like with your sweatpants or dirty top you
or something like that poor is a kind of prestiges sport
and when you go there and really with your dirty clothes you would have some
looks that they would be a dirty look so you better be careful what you wear
when you're going to practice golf. okay but I think sports and nice and clean
workout clothes are still acceptable yeah we're getting to the last item and
here is my favorite after workout and before workout this is a Garnier skin
active soothing facial mist it's made from rose water without
parabens and silicones so I like it because this time to find in a
drugstore something without artificial ingredients is actually impossible so
when I find something with 99 percent natural ingredients I'm very happy and I
buy it and I must say this is great your skin feels smooth refreshed and it
smells really nice but not very strong just is very delicate so I use it before
and after workout and yeah and in the summer when it's really hot this product
is a must-have. So yeah I think this is it guys I showed
