Trump Has One Ace Up His Sleeve That Would Be Robert Mueller's Worst Nightmare

Robert Mueller is waging war on Donald Trump and the American people.

The special counsel took his Russia probe to the next level by indicting Trump aides

and signaling he wants them to flip on the President.

But Donald Trump has one ace up his sleeve that could shut Mueller down for good.

Even after the indictments of former campaign manager Paul Manafort and his deputy Rick

Gates, Mueller has yet to produce any evidence of collusion with Russia.

It's clear Mueller's probe is a fishing expedition designed to concoct any reason

the swamp can use to impeach Trump and remove him from office.

But there is a way Trump can end this farce.

Writing in the Wall Street Journal, former Reagan administration officials David B. Rivkin

Jr. and Lee A. Casey say that Trump could shut down the Mueller investigation by issuing

a blanket pardon to anyone involved in the investigation.

They write:

"Mr. Trump can end this madness by immediately issuing a blanket presidential pardon to anyone

involved in supposed collusion with Russia or Russians during the 2016 presidential campaign,

to anyone involved with Russian acquisition of an American uranium company during the

Obama administration, and to anyone for any offense that has been investigated by Mr.

Mueller's office.

Political weaponization of criminal law should give way to a politically accountable democratic

process.

Nefarious Russian activities, including possible interference in U.S. elections, can and should

be investigated by Congress.

Partisan bitterness will not evaporate if lawmakers take up the investigation.

But at least those conducting the inquiry will be legitimate and politically accountable.

And the question of whether Russia intervened in the 2016 election, and of whether it made

efforts to influence U.S. policy makers in previous administrations, is first and foremost

one of policy and national security, not criminal law.

The president himself would be covered by the blanket pardon we recommend, but the pardon

power does not extend to impeachment.

If Congress finds evidence that he was somehow involved in collusion with Russia, the House

can determine whether to begin impeachment proceedings.

Congress also is better equipped, as part of its oversight role, to determine whether

and how the FBI, Justice Department and intelligence agencies might have been involved in the whole

affair, including possible misuse of surveillance and mishandling of criminal investigations."

Rivkin and Casey cite the blanket amnesty given out by President Washington after the

Whiskey Rebellion, and Lincoln's pardon to Confederates who had pledged their loyalty

to the Union.

Mueller's Russia probe has been a partisan political hit job from day one.

And Donald Trump would be well within his authority to shut this nonsense down.

Robert Mueller Got Caught Using This Spy In His Sick Plan To Impeach Trump - Duration: 12:56.

Robert Mueller Got Caught Using This Spy In His Sick Plan To Impeach Trump

Robert Mueller is going for broke.

He's all in on taking out Donald Trump.

But he just got caught using this spy.

When Mueller announced he had secured a guilty plea from former Trump campaign volunteer

George Papadopolous for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russians during his brief

time on the campaign, many Americans scratch their heads and said "who?"

The guilty plea surprised pundits because no one had ever really heard his name mentioned

before in the investigation.

He was arrested over the summer and pled guilty in the beginning of October and the entire

affair was kept under wraps.

In the plea agreement, however, there was a clue.

Papadopolous was listed as a "cooperating witness."

This alarmed observers, as it likely meant he had been wearing a wire whenever he spoke

to anyone connected with the Trump campaign as a spy so Mueller could catch them in process-crime

lies and then prosecute them as leverage against Trump.

Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News said this made the

investigation very dangerous for Trump.

Fox News reports:

"The Fox News senior judicial analyst emphasized the seriousness of the guilty plea by former

Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopolous, who he said most likely "wore

a wire" to potentially gather incriminating evidence against other Trump campaign officials.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller announced the guilty plea on Monday, saying Papadopolous

lied to FBI agents about contacts with a Russia-linked professor who spoke of "dirt" on Hillary

Clinton in the spring of 2016.

The professor, based in London, has denied the claims laid out by Papadopolous.

Napolitano said the guilty plea by Papadopolous was "very unusual" because it occurred

in secret and the judge ordered the plea documents to be sealed.

Napolitano said for that to happen, prosecutors would need to convince the court that a

lack of secrecy would "materially interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation."

He explained that the judge's decision was likely based on Papadopolous "wearing a

wire" as a cooperating witness.

Napolitano also said it's telling that Papadopolous was not charged with obstruction of justice,

perhaps because he has already provided "significant assistance" to investigators."

Mueller is using an inside man to rat out Trump officials.

But will it work?

Papadopolous was a low-level volunteer who didn't have any extensive contracts with

the Trump campaign.

Using him as a spy could be a sign that Mueller doesn't have much

in

the way of a collusion case and

that he's desperate to make anything stick so he

can take out Trump.

Trey Gowdy Uncovered The Awful Secret The FBI Tried To Bury About Hillary - Duration: 16:52.

Trey Gowdy Uncovered The Awful Secret The FBI Tried To Bury About Hillary

Trey Gowdy has been on the trail of Hillary Clinton's wrongdoing since Benghazi.

But he has been thwarted by a powerful cover-up.

Now's he's uncovered the dark secret the FBI used to shield Hillary from prosecution.

Gowdy – in his role as Chairman of the Oversight Committee – announced hearings into the

FBI's conduct during the 2016 election that will include why former Director James Comey

drafted a letter clearing Clinton of criminal wrongdoing before the investigation into her

emails was complete.

The Washington Examiner reports:

"Rep. Trey Gowdy plans to grill former FBI Director James Comey about his decision-making

as part of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's decision to re-examine

the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

"Have to, won't we?" the South Carolina Republican told the Washington Examiner when

asked about interviewing Comey.

Gowdy chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which has opened a joint

investigation with the Judiciary Committee in order to review the Justice Department's

handling of the politically charged investigation.

Gowdy is particularly concerned that "the decision to charge or not charge [Clinton]

was made before all the witnesses were interviewed," but he emphasized that the investigation topics

are structured in a nonpartisan way.

"Of the six things we listed with specificity, three of them are things Democrats gave a

big damn about last fall," said Gowdy.

"So, the question is, do they still?

And three of them are things that Republicans cared about a lot last year, and the question

is, do they still?"

The committees announced the investigation Tuesday morning, with an emphasis on Comey

and why the FBI decided what information to reveal and when.

Questions include whether the FBI made the right decision to say in public that Clinton's

team was "extremely careless" in its handling of classified information, which Democratic

critics protested was a breach of DOJ protocol.

But the committee will also ask about the parallel refusal to confirm during the campaign

that some of President Trump's campaign associates faced investigations over their

apparent ties to Russia."

But there is a new wrinkle in this story that will also demand Comey be grilled by Gowdy.

According to the Washington Post, the FBI was set to pay Christopher Steele – of the

famous Trump-Russia dossier – to continue digging into Trump at the same time Hillary

Clinton's campaign and the Democrat National Committee was paying him to dredge up opposition

research on Trump.

The Post reports:

"After the election, the FBI agreed to pay Steele to continue gathering intelligence

about Trump and Russia, but the bureau pulled out of the arrangement after Steele was publicly

identified in news reports."

Gowdy should demand Comey to answer for why the FBI was willing to pay someone connected

to both the Russians and Hillary Clinton to dig up dirt on another party's Presidential

nominee.

It's an unbelievable revelation that federal law enforcement was being used to spy on Barack

Obama's political opponents.

We will keep you updated

on

any new developments in this story.

Indians with advanced degree may have to wait 150 years for green card in US: Report - Duration: 7:55.

Indians with advanced degree may have to wait 150 years for green card in US: Report

As of April 20, 2018, there were 632,219 Indian immigrants and their spouses and minor children waiting for green cards also known as legal permanent residency cards.

Indians with advanced degree may have to wait 150 years for green card in US: Report As of April 20, 2018, there were 632,219 Indian immigrants and their spouses and minor children waiting for green cards also known as legal permanent residency cards.

Washington: Indians with advanced degrees may have to wait for over 150 years for a green card which authorises them to live and work in the US permanently, according to projections by a think-tank.

The new calculation on the Green card wait period by Cato Institute, a Washington-based think-tank, comes after the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently released number of applicants for such cards.

The calculation is based on the number of green card issuances in 2017.  As of April 20, 2018, there were 632,219 Indian immigrants and their spouses and minor children waiting for green cards also known as legal permanent residency cards.

The shortest wait is for the highest skilled category for EB-1 immigrants with extraordinary ability.

EB stands for employment based.  The extraordinary immigrants from India will have to wait only six years, Cato Institute said in its latest report.  According to the USCIS, there are 34,824 Indian applicants under EB-1 category.

Along with their 48,754 spouse and children, 83,578 Indians are in line for green card under EB-1 category. EB-3 immigrants those with bachelors degrees will have to wait about 17 years, Cato Institute said.

As of April 20, there were 54,892 Indians in this category.

Clubbed with 60,381 spouses and children, the total number of Indians waiting for green card in EB-3 category are 1,15,273.  However, the biggest backlog is for EB-2 workers, who have advanced degrees.  At current rates of visa issuances, they will have to wait 151 years for a green card.

Obviously, unless the law changes, they will have died or left by that point, Cato institute said. According to the USCIS, there were 2,16,684 primary Indian applicants under EB-2 category and 2,16,684 spouses and children, thus making a total of 4,33,368.

This is primarily because of the existing laws which imposes per-country-limit of seven per cent.  In all 306,400 primary Indian applicants are waiting for their green cards.

Clubbed with their spouses and children numbering 325,819; as many as 632,219 Indians in all are waiting for their green cards. In 2017 only 22,602 Indians were issued the legal permanent residency cards.

Of these 13,082 were in the EB-1 category, 2,879 in EB-2 category and 6,641 in Eb-3 category, according to the latest USCIS figures.

Cato Institute said the green card allocation is not based on the the backlog, so 69 per cent of the backlog is in the EB-2 category, but it received only 13 per cent of the green cards issued in 2017.

There are two reasons for this, it explained. First, each category is guaranteed a minimum of 40,040 green cards, so the allocation between categories does not adjust when one category has higher demand than the others.

Second, EB-2 is currently subject to the per-country limits, that prevent Indian immigrants from receiving more than seven per cent of the green cards issued in the category, the report said.

Cato Institute notes that that for employment-based green cards, the per-country limit only applies in full force when the category is filled up, meaning that if some green cards would go to waste, Indian immigrants can receive above the per-country limit of 7 per cent.

For this reason, Indian immigrants received nearly 18 per cent of the total green cards issued in the EB-3 category in 2017.

Referring to the inconsistency in the application of the per-country limit, the report said if the per-country limits end up not applying fully for EB-2 during some future years, they could receive their green cards before the next century.

For example, if they received the same number of green cards as EB-3 workers did in 2017, they would have to wait only for 65 years, rather than 151 years as projected based on the number of issuances in 2017.  On the other hand, if the per-country limits end up applying fully for EB-3 workers after 2018, they could end up having to wait more than 40 years, rather than 17 years, the report said.
