FITTON – OBAMA, GOWDY, MUELLER, SOROS AND DEMS TEAM UP FOR SHADOW GOVT

Fitton and Dobbs discuss Obama's Logan Act crimes with Canada's Trudeau and others

as well as Gowdy's siding with Mueller and the silence on Pakistani Awan spy…

Lou Dobbs begins the segment with Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch by revealing that Hussein

Obama has been operating against President Trump on a more deliberate, Logan Act violating

international basis, ever since he defeated both Obama and Clinton in the 2016 election.

Dobbs notes that the Obama efforts to formulate and operate a shadow government have been

exposed by one of Obama's own cronies, his official fairy tale fabricator, creative writer

Ben Rhodes.

In a new book Rhodes reveals the Obama efforts with Canadian Prime Minister and bromance

partner Justin Trudeau and other international leaders in the wake of the globalist Democrat

defeat.

Dobbs explains that Obama urged those leaders "to fight against President Trump and to

defend the values that they share" and asks Tom Fitton, "Is that not illegal?"

Fitton replies, "According to the Obama gang, who targeted General Flynn with a Logan

Act potential violation, I don't know why it wouldn't apply to [pretend] president

Obama.

Certainly undermining the government of the United States by working with foreign government

leaders is the very basis of the Logan Act or what the Logan Act is designed to prohibit,"

noting the hypocrisy of the ambush of General Flynn, alleging false Logan Act violations

as Obama is in reality doing that very thing.

Dobbs is seething as he describes the despicable left parsing words to cover their misdeeds

and mischaracterize the spying that was being done by the Obama regime on President Trump

and the "rationalization of inexcusable illegal conduct."

Fitton says the spying operation may not have ended with the campaign and that it looks

to him as if it was targeted "not only at candidate Trump but at President Trump."

As Dobbs bemoans the absurdity that the legitimacy of such treasonous conduct is even being discussed,

Fitton interjects, "And having to argue with Republicans in Congress who are pretending

that it was perfectly normal.

It was the height of illegality in my view, for this to have gone on and we've got a

bunch of water carriers in the Republican caucus for Mueller and the deep state."

Dobbs says, "And I'm naming names here, I'm through with it.

I mean Trey Gowdy is a complete schizophrenic.

He is absolutely in the service of the establishment [endorsed Rubio for President] and the deep

state, whether intentionally, consciously, or purposefully.

He is exactly that.

And I am delighted that Congressman Ron DeSantis and a handful of others have stood up and

called him out, calling his rationalization of putting a spy in the Trump campaign absolute

balderdash."

Fitton replies with a small big picture evaluation, one that assigns motives to Gowdy that don't

reach all the way to Obama, Soros and the globalist takeover.

He says, "For Congressman Gowdy it's all been about protecting Robert Mueller.

And Gowdy, I think, understands that Spygate goes to the heart of the Mueller operation

in terms of destroying its credibility."

"That's why he's making excuses," says Fitton, "because he knows that by making

excuses for Spygate he's helping Mueller, who he supports, unbelievably."

The topic then shifts to another story that could and should on it's own be enough to

bring down the criminal, anti-American Democrat Party, that of the Imran Awan Pakistani espionage

case.

It was made possible by forty Democrats in the House of Representatives, under the DNC

"leadership" of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, with compromised systems including members

of the Intelligence, Oversight and Reform, Homeland Security and Judiciary Committees.

It's largely been ignored by the mainstream media, Congress and law enforcement despite

the mountain of evidence and the primary perpetrators, Imran Awan and his wife, being in federal

custody.

Fitton points out there were instances for months at a time where the supposed "IT

services" were engaged in directly from Pakistan.

Fitton notes, "We hear the Russians hacked the DNC and Democrat servers, were the Pakistanis

doing the same thing?

Is Mueller investigating this?

DERSHOWITZ – NOBODY KNOWS IF TRUMP CAN PARDON HIMSELF – BUT HE CAN'T BE PROSECUTED

Constitutional scholar and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz says it's a moot point whether

a president can pardon himself.

One can't be prosecuted in office so…

Against a backdrop of Rudy Giuliani reminding folks that Trump has done nothing wrong and

his opinion that if he chose to pardon himself it would lead to his immediate impeachment,

Alan Dershowitz offers his expert opinion, saying that nobody knows because it's not

in the Constitution, nobody has every debated it in the judiciary, and there are no legal

precedents.

Dershowitz goes one step further, saying he doesn't think we'll ever know the answer

because he doesn't think any president will ever pardon himself, for a very obvious reason,

they don't have to.

"A sitting president can't be prosecuted and pardon doesn't apply to impeachment.

So the concept just never will come up."

Dershowitz says the Constitution is very clear on the grounds for impeachment, "Treason,

bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.

Pardoning oneself doesn't fit into any of those categories.

So you cannot, in my view, impeach the President."

He adds, "You cannot, in my view, impeach a president for misconduct, malservice in

office or anything else.

That's what the framers rejected.

That's what Madison rejected and that's what the Constitution rejected.

The Constitution has specified criteria and unless those criteria are met, in my view,

there can't be impeachment.

So if the President were to pardon himself that would not constitute a ground for impeachment

and removal."

They go on to the topic of one of President Trumps most unhinged critics, Congresswoman

Maxine Waters (D-CA).

Two clips of her on completely opposite sides of the issue, with Bill Clinton and President

Trump, vividly illustrate her hypocrisy and the fact that she's nothing but a political

hack.

Dershowitz says, "Why anyone would listen to Congresswoman Waters on a Constitutional

issue, I don't know.

She is a partisan hypocrite."

He adds, "She's outrageous.

For her everything has to do with race and everything has to do with whether it helps

the Democrats and hurts the Republicans.

She's a rampant hypocrite.

She's an ignoramus when it comes to the Constitution, and nobody should pay any attention

to what she says when it comes to Constitutional law."

He says for her "The same criteria don't apply to Democrats and Republicans.

She's part of the problem not part of the solution.

The Framers explicitly rejected impeachment as a partisan tactic and she wants to introduce

it as a partisan tactic.

One rule for Democrats, one rule for Republicans.

That's her and nobody should take her seriously."

Many on the right, including President Trump, have questioned why TBS has not fired Samantha

Bee or taken disciplinary action.

The President came out Friday morning in response to the lefts hypocrisy.

The President tweeted, "Why aren't they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible

language used on her low ratings show?

A total double standard but that's O.K., we are Winning, and will be doing so for a

long time to come!"

The Judge pointed out that Bee also suggested an inappropriate relationship between President

Trump and the First Daughter, Ivanka Trump.

She said if similar comments came from a conservative toward Chelsea Clinton or another liberal

woman, the consequences would have been far harsher.

"Ivanka has devoted her career to empowering women and these women want to take her down."

"The left has said for years 'we're so great, we love everybody.'

I have never seen such intolerant haters.

disgusted and appalled by the deleterious and negative impact of

illegal immigration into this country and that's just simply the

straightforward facts but they can't even raise a voice that is even remotely

comparable to the to the ownership of the the establishment and global elites

preserve lower wages just just as president Trump has wages rising the

middle class is now growing it was stagnant and declining for 20 years

American population in order to serve the interests of a very small group of

jobs bringing back manufacturing dealing with all of the important issues in

foreign policy whether it is the the immense success of the Singapore summit

which is just one of a litany of achievements of this president

unprecedented achievements over the course of 16 months it is the most

mindless limbing like rush I've ever seen even though they're rhinos to

absolute disaster

Ji-yoon, the joint press conference came right after a trilateral session at the Foreign

Ministry,... between the top diplomats of South Korea, the U.S. and Japan,... where

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo briefed South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha

and Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Kono on the details of the recent summit in Singapore.

And before that, there was a bilateral session between Kang and Pompeo.

The three countries agreed to continue their joint efforts in dealing with North Korea,...

to achieve denuclearization and peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Following the conference,... Kang and her Japanese counterpart Kono will hold talks

over a working lunch-- they're probably heading there now.

As for Pompeo,... he's scheduled to fly over to Beijing in the afternoon to brief senior

Chinese officials, and possibly President Xi Jinping, on the North Korea-U.S. Summit.

He's also expected to ask for Beijing's support for the follow-up measures to implement the

joint statement,... before he heads back home in the late evening.

I'll be keeping a close eye on that trip to Beijing as well.
