USA news on Youtube May 7 2018

welcome back and in today's video sub Sunday do the sub Sunday dance if I had

won I would we're coming up on 20,000 subscribers

maybe I'll swim in 20,000 cookies but in today's sub Sunday sub sunday is a day

that I usually pick from viewer videos and then I did the interview yesterday

for the radio podcast thing and they asked me if I ever made enemies on

YouTube and I said how many like enemies have you made on YouTube um well that's

a question I don't wanna say enemies as so much as misunderstood I guess yeah

the very first I guess if you guys want to call it enemy I don't want to call it

anomie I believe the person that got the maddest at me ever was probably Titanic

Sinclair yeah he so basically not enemies as much as misunderstood the

full podcast will be out I think they're releasing a Tuesday and when that

releases you can go to the rip so it's Twitter you're gonna want to follow that

to keep up with the news so you guys need to talk about when I think Sinclair

sit mediums and emails and stuff like that and I figured I could release a

little bit of that because it seems really relevant in this current

situation he actually reached out to me in a very abusive manner and I actually

have that I'm gonna reach out to the other youtubers that he he said really

bad things about me too and if I can grab those diems

I'll get back to you on that the screenshots have since been deleted but

basically he was sending me screenshots about of comments that

from my videos that he didn't like he said do you not see how creepy this

makes you look pretty weird anyway I hope rehab is going okay is Rachel still

in the hospital I was going to reach out to Keaney but I figured I'd ask you

first if you talk to Breanna tell her I still want to take her and her

grandmother Linda out to Red Lobster have a nice day

this is awful right off the bat with all the controversy that's going on with him

currently about his abuse of in Psychological abusive behavior he is

literally trying to psychologically abused me now and at the time it really

did affect me because he's saying my family's members names that's not public

I don't see how he figured them out the only thing that I could figure out was

that he more than likely got a different Facebook account a fake one or got

somebody else too and I accidentally accepted that it kind of since been way

more protective but information that he would only know if he was on my personal

Facebook he asked me how rehab was going if you remember I was ran over by a car

and I had to go to rehabilitation to learn how to walk again so he brings

that up and he asked about is Rachel still in the hospital

that was my aunt and she has since passed away I was going to reach out to

Kimmy who is my father but I figured I'd talk to you first and then it goes on to

try to intimidate me by bringing up my ex Brianna and I asked if he was gonna

take her in her grandmother out to dinner he says he literally says I still

want to take her and her grandmother Linda out to Red Lobster implying that

he has spoken to my ex-girlfriend who I reached out to at the time and no there

was no communication between him and her but the fact that he would even do this

man this speaks not only a lot on his character but with the ongoing lawsuit

I feel like this help that he was very upset with the video that I made about

him being arrested because the community was like the had he ever been arrested

and he did which I didn't release any private information on everything was

public said I understand the way the way I see it is stuff like that it doesn't

really matter people are always going to criticizing him and you cannot let stuff

like that get under your skin man you have a good direction going for you and

I would like to see you accomplish your greater vision and this is way before

all of the abuse and lawsuit and he says the way I see it in the way everyone

else sees it is you see photoshopped a photo of me in a jumpsuit trying to

clickbait people into watching more videos it's honestly disgusting dude you

are so disrespectful to me papi and Mars please take that stuff down there was

one point in the conversation where he said you are so sad lying to fans of my

work about me talking to you and praising your YouTube channel good God

please get mental help and again this is another tactic to psychological abuse um

whether he knows he's doing it if he is conscious of the fact that he is doing

this I have no idea because clearly he was reaching out to me and he doesn't

know that I know that other youtubers were telling me what he was saying to

him about me trying very awful things to be honest with you I actually said this

is this is when I got a little upset and I said the picture is being painted

clearer I don't see an intellectual person acting on this manner that's

right rip Zilla told him he got told but there was a lot more to the

conversations and I didn't like on my I eventually just told him just leave me

alone you know and that's pretty much where that ended at least from me and

him but I really just feel like this type of behavior plays along with how he

is currently have a lawsuit is currently taking him to be

just not it's not tasteful a youtuber of his stature at the time I was a very

small channel he should not be reaching out to me anyways and I knew that he was

reaching out to even smaller channels than mine and being using the same type

of manipulation and abuse he I can't tell you how many of his copyright

strikes came my way a fake copyright strikes copyright strikes without reason

on videos that had nothing to do with him it was pretty it got pretty annoying

and I'm glad that ended up last year but no I don't make enemies in YouTube not

like I said in that interview the other day it's just a misunderstanding I kind

of always believe that between two people we're all kind of trying to say

the same thing we're just using different words and definitions for

those things so we get a little heated to try to get across our points at times

so I just feel like things are just misunderstandings but in this case it

seems to be how just how this person is and I don't blame a I have a very

compassionate person I believe that everyone is evolving in a different rate

he I have some things going on that we

don't know about the thing is is that we truly don't know what is going on in

other people's lives we will never be able to know exactly what another person

is thinking not one two people think the same thing about a situation and so if

we can just understand that we don't need to argue about those things we can

move on and just lead a lot of healthier and happier lives that being said as

interesting as this is there's always some it's more interesting to me that's

right you guessed I want to know what you think swear just read leave your

creative and/or interesting responses in the comment box

there's always brothers and sisters I will see you in the next video this was

This Government Proposal Could Bankrupt You For Posting Anti-Government Articles

Still fuming over their November loss to Donald Trump, Democrats have proposed new FEC rules

that would make it illegal to share Facebook articles the government deems as "fake news."

"Political content on the internet, paid or not, should face substantial federal regulation

to eliminate undefined "disinformation," and users of platforms and news feeds, from

Facebook to Twitter, to the Drudge Report and even New York Times, could be punished

for sharing "fake news" from those sites, the former Democratic chair of the FEC is

urging," Washington Examiner's Paul Bedard writes.

Under the proposal by Obama-era FEC chair Ann Ravel, the federal government would seize

control of internet news content in order to "improve voter competence."

"Government regulation is particularly powerful and useful when it solves informational deficits,"

says Ravel, defining disagreement with the government as an "informational deficit."

"Government regulations to help voters avoid spreading disinformation," Ravel claims,

blaming "disinformation" on the fact voters didn't pick Hillary Clinton after learning

the truth about her.

In order to stop voters from learning information about politicians that politicians don't

want them to know Ravel proposes:

"..after a social media user clicks 'share' on a disputed item (if the platforms do not

remove them and only label them as disputed), government can require that the user be reminded

of the definition of libel against a public figure.

Libel of public figures requires 'actual malice,' defined as knowledge of falsity

or reckless disregard for the truth.

Sharing an item that has been flagged as untrue might trigger liability under libel laws."

That means if one were to share an article from Fox News that the government "disputes,"

you could be held personally and legally liable in court for posting it to your Facebook account.

"Without clearly defining 'disinformation' Ravel would give bureaucrats the power to

label postings as false and harass those who share such information.

Of course, this would also involve massive databanks of collections ads and discussions

by the government.," writes constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley, who is generally

liberal.

In other words, the government would define truth and legally punish anyone in dispute

with the government.

Ravel's proposal would also require the government to catalog and review all political

advertising.

"Government should require all platforms to save and post every version of every political

ad placed online," Ravel proposes.

"Ann's proposal is full blown regulation of all political content, even discussion

of issues, posted at any time, for free or for a fee, on any online platform, from Facebook

to the NewYorkTimes.com," warns fellow former FEC chairman Lee Goodman.

"A fatal flaw of Ann's proposal is that it cannot define what is, or is not, 'disinformation'

in a political message," says Goodman.

"Nevertheless, it proposes to tag threats of libel lawsuits and liability to thousands

of American citizens who might want to retweet or forward a message that somebody else subjectively

considers to be 'disinformational.'

I call that the big chill."

"Americans should not be required to sign a national registry every time they post

a political video on YouTube," says Goodman.

Report Obama Took $9M In Taxpayer Cash, Sent It Overseas To Fund Sinister Soros Plan - Duration: 16:14.

Report: Obama Took $9M In Taxpayer Cash, Sent It Overseas To Fund Sinister Soros Plan

Seems like every time we turn around, we hear another report confirming that Barack Obama

misused and abused taxpayer money.

And it's never any surprise to hear that billionaire leftist George Soros is involved.

We may never know how much of our money Obama used to further his own agenda but one thing

is certain: Americans aren't pleased.

Now, more bad news:

Former President Obama took millions of taxpayer money to fund a group backed by Soros, which

helped fund left-wing activities in Albania.

Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch (via Fox News) has obtained 32 pages of records

from the Justice Department through the May 2017 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit.

These documents show that USAID funds were sent through the agency's Civil Society

Project to back something called the "East West Management Institute."

What exactly is that?

Well, it's supposed to "increase citizens' trust in the judiciary."

In fact, however, it only serves to give the Albanian socialist government more control

of the judiciary system.

Said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton:

"The Obama administration quietly spent at least $9 million in U.S. taxpayers' dollars

in direct collusion with left-wing billionaire George Soros' backing of a socialist government

in Albania.

It is particularly outrageous that the State Department allowed the Soros operation to

help direct taxpayer funds to other groups."

The documents prove the State Department gave Soros' Open Society Foundation "direct

input" for its own program funding reviews in Albania.

An Open Society Foundation spokesperson claims Albania never received any funds directly

from the Foundation, but another memo shows the U.S. Embassy "sponsored" a survey

with the Foundation in 2016.

This constant association with Soros' group, and the fact that $9 million is still not

accounted for, is enough to make most Americans see red.

And as Fitton added:

"George Soros is a billionaire and he shouldn't be receiving taxpayer support to advance his

radical left agenda to undermine freedom here at home and abroad."

Why should a billionaire and a power-drunk president take OUR money and send it overseas

to a Socialist government?

There's simply zero defense for that, no matter what any of Soros' henchmen have

to say.

Period.

SECOND Fake Dossier from Clinton Team – Russian Hoax! - Duration: 18:49.

SECOND Fake Dossier from Clinton Team – Russian Hoax!

Clinton operatives pushed a dossier during the 2016 presidential campaign that appeared

to be a classic "rope-a-dope" scheme being peddled by purported Russian spies, according

to a person who was briefed on the documents by one of the Clinton insiders during the

2016 presidential campaign.

The dossier in question was written by Cody Shearer, a notorious Clinton fixer.

It was passed to the Department of State by Sidney Blumenthal, a friend of Shearer's

and another Clinton operative.

The eight-page document eventually made its way to the FBI through Christopher Steele,

the former British spy who wrote a dossier of his own.

While the FBI is reportedly investigating the claims made in the Shearer memos, one

person who discussed the document with Shearer during the campaign says it appeared at the

time to be a ruse.

According to the source, who spoke to The Daily Caller News Foundation on condition

of anonymity, Shearer claimed that members of Russia's spy service, the FSB, had video

tape of Trump engaged in sexually compromising acts.

That allegation was similar to the one contained in Steele's dossier, which was funded by

the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee.

Steele, a former MI6 officer, cited a source who said that the Kremlin has video of Trump

in a Moscow hotel room in 2013 with prostitutes.

The Russian government was blackmailing Trump with the footage, Steele alleged.

[Cody Shearer, a longtime Clinton insider, was peddling dirt on President Donald Trump

as early as Aug. 2016, (Screenshot/YouTube/merrywriter B)

Shearer said he did not have the supposed tapes, TheDCNF's source said, adding that

Shearer's situation sounded like a "rope-a-dope story where the FSB throws this stuff out

there, sucks people in, tries to get money."

A U.S. government official who was briefed on the Shearer memos in Aug. 2016 — though

not by Shearer — told TheDCNF that the allegations were not taken seriously because Shearer was

"not a guy with a whole lot of credibility."

"The whole thing stinks," recalled the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity

because of the sensitivity of the Russia investigation.

The official said that Shearer's effort showed that Clinton loyalists were "doing

their best to get this stuff out into the mainstream media before the election."

Shearer's memos have received little media attention since their existence was revealed

in January.

The Guardian broke the story that the documents had been passed to the FBI through Steele

and that the bureau was attempting to ascertain their accuracy.

Steele reportedly told the FBI that the information came ultimately from Shearer.

Shearer first gained notoriety in 1991 when he was involved in spreading the false claim

that Dan Quayle, the vice president, purchased drugs from Brett Kimberlin, a drug dealer

who was the culprit behind the Speedway bombings.

It turned out that Kimberlin made up the story about Quayle.

He is now a left-wing political activist.

Shearer, whose brother-in-law is Brookings Institutions President Strobe Talbott, was

also reportedly investigated by the State Department's inspector general in the late

1990s for allegedly misrepresenting himself as State Department official during negotiations

with associates of a Bosnian warlord.

Shearer was reportedly paid at least $25,000 in exchange for helping the warlord.

New details of Shearer's memos emerged on Thursday with a report from Real Clear Investigations.

Journalist Lee Smith reported that Shearer created two four-page reports entitled "Donald

Trump — Background Notes — The Compromised Candidate" and "FSB Interview," a reference

to the Russian spy agency.

Shearer wrote that he relied on information from an unnamed Turkish businessman who claimed

to have "excellent contacts within the FSB."

The businessman said the FSB source knew of a "cut out" between the Trump campaign

and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Trump campaign was "also involved hacking his opponents and trying to alter votes on

election day," Shearer's source claimed.

Shearer wrote that his FSB source said that the spy agency knew of Trump's predilection

for women and used it against him.

"From observing Trump for years in previous visits to Moscow, the FSB knew he had a weakness

for women," reads the Shearer memo, according to Real Clear Investigations.

Trump was also aware that the Kremlin had compromising material on him.

Copies of the video were in Bulgaria, Israel and in vaults in Moscow, Shearer's source

said.

Shearer's memos wove a twisted path to the FBI, with Blumenthal being the initial conduit.

In Summer 2016, Blumenthal shared Shearer's documents with a friend, a State Department

official named Jonathan Winer.

At the time, he was serving as special envoy to Libya, provided the Shearer reports to

Steele, who he had known since 2009.

Steele gave the Shearer reports to the FBI.

The London-based Steele first contacted the bureau in July 2016 to share his information

on Trump.

He continued meeting with investigators through that October.

Steele provided information from his own dossier to Winer.

Winer wrote a two-page memo summarizing Steele's allegations and passed them up the chain of

command at the State Department.

Sec. of State John Kerry ultimately decided that the dossier information should be shared

with the FBI.

According to Lee Smith, the Real Clear Investigations reporter, Shearer's memos also detail conversations

he had with two journalists who heard rumors about Trump's activities in Moscow.

Both of the journalists, ABC News' Brian Ross and The Wall Street Journal's Alan

Cullison, had been in contact with Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that hired

Steele.

According to Shearer, Ross said that he would report on the story if he would "fly to

Moscow to tape and air for broadcast," which he would do if he could find a "talking

head source" to back up Shearer's claims.

While Ross did not secure the explosive interview he sought, he did interview Sergei Millian,

a Belarus-born businessman who is alleged to be "Source D," the dossier's main

source for the Moscow hotel room allegation.

The recent book "Russian Roulette" suggests that Ross learned about Millian from Fusion

GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson.

Simpson hired Steele in June 2016 to investigate Trump's activities in Russia

"For Simpson, Millian was now an investigative target.

He tipped off ABC News, which conducted an on-air interview with Millian, in which he

said Trump 'likes Russia, because he likes beautiful ladies — talking to them, of course,'"

write Michael Isikoff and David Corn, the authors of "Russian Roulette."

Corn is the Washington bureau chief of the left-wing Mother Jones magazine.

Millian's alleged involvement as a source for the dossier has raised questions about

the veracity of the document.

Former business associates of Millian have claimed that he has embellished his business

achievements and connections.

According to "Russian Roulette," Fusion GPS's Simpson was concerned that Millian

was a source for Steele.

"Simpson had his doubts.

He considered Millian a big talker," the book reads.

Cullison, a former Moscow correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, was one of the three

reporters who broke the Jan. 11, 2017 story revealing that Steele was the author of the

dossier.

According to Real Clear Investigations, Shearer claimed in his memo that Cullison told him

that the DNC was paying Fusion GPS to corroborate the story about Trump's Moscow visit

The Journal has denied that Cullison knew who hired Fusion GPS.

But as Lee Smith notes in his report at Real Clear Investigations, even if Cullison did

not know that the DNC had hired Fusion GPS, Shearer clearly had that information.

It remains unclear how Shearer knew that the DNC was involved with Fusion GPS and how he

happened to speak with two reporters who were in contact with the opposition research firm.

Shearer's memos show he also spoke to Robert Baer, a former CIA operative who currently

works for CNN.

Shearer said that Baer claimed that "the Russians had established an encrypted communication

system" between the Trump campaign and Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Baer told Real Clear Investigations that he picked up that story "from acquaintances

at The New York Times who were trying to run the story down."

He recalled speaking with Shearer in March or April 2016.

As Smith notes, if that timeline is accurate, Shearer was investigating the salacious Trump

claims at around the time that Fusion GPS was hired by the Clinton

campaign

and DNC.
