Gone are the days when the United States makes "desperate deals," like the one Obama

made with Iran.

President Trump is showing North Korea and the world that he's in charge and he'd

rather walk away than make a bad deal.

That's exactly what happened when President Trump announced that he's canceling the

North Korea summit, due to Kim Jong-un's "open hostility."

President Trump backed out of a planned June 12 summit in Singapore with North Korean leader

Kim Jong Un on Thursday, citing recent public remarks from the authoritarian nation's

leaders.

In an open letter to Kim, Trump cited "the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed

in your most recent statement."

After explosive first-year exchanges, Trump in March accepted an invitation from Kim to

meet from Kim, after the communication was conveyed by South Korean officials.

Both governments took public steps to ease tensions.

Ahead of the meeting, North Korea released three detained Americans following two visits

by Mike Pompeo, the former CIA director recently confirmed as secretary of state.

North Korea said ahead of the meeting that it would close its nuclear weapons test cite,

though some experts suspected that this was because the site no longer was viable.

The planned summit resulted in a marked shift in Trump's public description of Kim, dropping

last year's insulting nickname "Little Rocket Man" in favor of calling him "respected."

But as the summit neared, North Korean officials suggested the meeting was in question.

Choe Son Hui, a vice minister in the North Korean Foreign Ministry, issued an aggressive

statement via state media on Thursday, lashing out at Vice President Mike Pence's suggestion

that North Korea give up its nuclear program like Libya did during the George W. Bush administration.

"Whether the U.S. will meet us at a meeting room or encounter us at nuclear-to-nuclear

showdown is entirely dependent upon the decision and behavior of the United States," Choe

said.

In his open letter, Trump said to Kim, "If you change your mind having to do with this

most important summit, please do not hesitate to call me or write."

The "spygate" scandal is reaching crisis levels.

FBI and Department of Justice officials are being forced to share details of the attempts

to implant a spy in the Trump campaign in a meeting with members of Congress.

But before the meeting could even take place, Trey Gowdy shut down the Deep State leakers

with these nine words.

Congress – led by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes – has been pressing

the DOJ and FBI to turn over documents relating to the efforts of an FBI spy snooping around

the Trump campaign.

The FBI and DOJ have responded with the laughable claim that turning over these documents would

risk exposing the source's identity and threaten national security.

These claims were blown out of the water when leaks that clearly came from the DOJ and FBI

about the spy's biography appeared in the New York Times and the Washington Post which

rendered it child's play to guess the spy's identity.

Congress is empowered to conduct oversight, and given that the FBI used the fake news

Christopher Steele dossier to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump campaign aide Carter

Page, there is every reason to suspect that the intentions of the FBI to sicc a spy on

Trump were not on the up-and-up.

So the DOJ was forced to obey the Constitution and set up a briefing for Trey Gowdy and Devin

Nunes on spygate.

But the Democrats complained about not being included—even though the leaks have come

from Democrats and their allies in the Deep State.

That's when Gowdy responded to their grumbling with nine simple words: "Show up with an

open mind and closed lips."

The Daily Caller reports:

"House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer sent

a letter requesting that a meeting between Trump and the House Intelligence Committee

be bipartisan.

Gowdy said he doesn't care who attends the meeting, but the only thing he would ask is

"if you're going to show up, show up with an open mind and closed lips."

"In other words, don't leak like a sieve when we get through with the meeting," Gowdy

continued.

The South Carolina Republican said that many members of the House have already moved to

impeach the president before Special Counsel Robert Mueller released any report on his

investigation.

Gowdy added that he is willing to sit down with "a Democrat who is serious about what

our law enforcement agencies did in 2016," but added that it's not his meeting and

he is not in charge of the invite list."

Gowdy's comments about leaking struck a nerve.

The last time Gowdy and Nunes met with Rosenstein about getting documents about the spy, Rosenstein

– or his Deep State allies – leaked that the White House came down against Nunes and

Gowdy and agreed with the DOJ in protecting the documents they sought.

That was not the case.

So Gowdy fired a warning shot that similar behavior will not be tolerated.

Mueller's Latest Request Proves He's at THE VERY END of His Rope

Robert Mueller is at the end of his rope.

In a desperate effort to keep his sham Russia probe going, Mueller asked a federal judge

to REJECT the "right to a speedy trial" against the 13 so-called election-interfering

Russians and asked for an INDEFINITE DELAY to the trial.

So, in other words, it will never happen, and he can keep this garbage in the news through

the 2018 midterms.

Clearly, Mueller has no case, and this witch-hunt should have ended eons ago.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller asked a federal judge Tuesday to reject the four-decade-old

speedy trial law in the case against 13 Russians and three Russian companies and has asked

for an indefinite delay to the Russian collusion trial.

It is the second time Mueller tried to delay the trial.

Judge Dabney L. Friedrich, a Trump appointee, rejected the earlier request without comment

and ordered the case to go forward.

One of the Russian companies — Concord Management and Consulting — entered the U.S., hired

American lawyers, and demanded a speedy trial.

The Speedy Trial Act is a 44-year old federal law that dictates that a federal criminal

case must begin within 70 days from the date of the indictment.

The "complexity" of the case warrants excluding the speedy trial law and delaying

the trial, Mueller argued in Tuesday's court filing.

A "district court can, on its own motion or at the request of a party, grant an excludable

continuance if 'the ends of justice served by taking such action outweigh the best interest

of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial,'" Mueller wrote.

"This case also warrants a continuance and exclusion of time to accommodate the voluminous

discovery at issue and to allow sufficient time for the Court to resolve certain outstanding

procedural issues unique to discovery in this case," he continued.

Former federal prosecutor and National Review Contributing Editor Andrew C. McCarthy told

TheDCNF it was too late for Mueller to claim that the complexity of the case warranted

a delay.

"Speedy trial rights belong to the defendant, and if the defendant pushes for a trial within

the 70 days, the government has little cause to complain," McCarthy said.

"If the case was too complex, the government had the option of holding off on seeking an

indictment until it was ready to proceed to trial.

When a prosecutor files an indictment, it is tantamount to saying, 'We are ready to

go.'"

Mueller originally filed the indictment against the Russians on Feb. 16, charging that they

"engaged in a multi-year conspiracy" to interfere with the 2016 presidential election.

Because none of the defendants were U.S. citizens, law experts said it appeared unlikely that

the case would ever go to trial.

McCarthy called the indictment "more theater than prosecution."

On May 9, Eric A. Dubelier, a partner with Reed Smith, a prestigious American law firm

that represents Concord, entered a not guilty plea in the U.S. District Court for the District

of Columbia.

He also repeated his client's interest for a speedy trial.

Dubelier has repeatedly notified the court he would insist on using "discovery" to

review the "evidence" the special counsel had accumulated about their charge of Russian

collusion.

His use of discovery would compel Mueller to turn over the U.S. intelligence about Russian

activities.

In response, Mueller informed the court on May 16 his office was prepared to enter two

terabytes of Russian social media into the record, thereby flooding the docket with a

huge amount of evidence, all of it in Russian.

The volume could fill 3,000 CD-ROM discs.

It's "inappropriate for a prosecutor to manufacture complexity and then contend that

things are too complex," McCarthy told TheDCNF.

"If a prosecutor is disclosing mountains of foreign language materials without an understanding

or explanation of their relevance to the case, that is a delaying tactic and an attempt to

chew up the defendant's resources."

The tactic "is apt to make the presiding judge very angry," he added.

Dubelier contended the voluminous evidence against the 13 Russians did not apply to Concord.

Friedrich has yet to rule

on Mueller's request

for

a delay.

with sentencing former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos to prison.

This filing means Papadopoulos' cooperation with the special counsel has ended.

The Daily Caller reports:

OF A PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGATION REPORT, A STANDARD DOCUMENT THAT JUDGES USE TO DETERMINE

CRIMINAL SENTENCES.

THE REPORT WILL BE PROVIDED BY JUNE 22, MUELLER SAID.

THE FILING SUGGESTS THAT MUELLER IS FINISHED USING PAPADOPOULOS AS A COOPERATING WITNESS.

PAPADOPOULOS, 30, AGREED TO COOPERATE WITH THE INVESTIGATION AS PART OF AN OCT. 5, 2017

PLEA DEAL.

IN THE PLEA, PAPADOPOULOS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HE LIED TO FBI AGENTS DURING A JAN. 27, 2017

INTERVIEW ABOUT HIS CONTACTS WITH JOSEPH MIFSUD, A PROFESSOR WHO MAY HAVE LINKS TO THE RUSSIAN

GOVERNMENT.

PAPADOPOULOS LIED WHEN HE TOLD AGENTS THAT HE WAS IN CONTACT WITH MIFSUD AND TWO RUSSIAN

NATIONALS PRIOR TO JOINING THE CAMPAIGN IN MARCH 2016.

THE TRUMP AIDE ACTUALLY MET MIFSUD ON MARCH 14, 2016, JUST A WEEK BEFORE PRESIDENT TRUMP

IDENTIFIED PAPADOPOULOS AS A MEMBER OF HIS NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISORY TEAM."

But this move to sentence Papadopoulos does not mean what many in the media thinks it

means.

When Papadopoulos pleaded guilty, he did not admit to scheming to collude with the Russians

during the campaign.

In fact, reports indicate Papadopoulos has denied any collusion.

Papadopoulos was one of the Trump aides approached by alleged FBI spy Stefan Halper.

Had Papadopoulos actually colluded with the Russians – or possessed any evidence that

other Trump officials were in league with Moscow – it would have been included in

his allocution, or the spy's reports to his FBI handlers would have leaked.

Neither avenue has produced any evidence of collusion.

That's because there never was any.

The collusion narrative was a hoax pretext by the Obama administration to spy on the

Trump campaign.

It has been confirmed that the President was correct when he said Obama "wiretapped"

him.

The FBI deployed national security letters, FISA warrants and spies to snoop around and

infiltrate the Trump campaign.

Trump has labeled this affair "spygate" and declared it could be the worst scandal

in America history.

It looks like the former FBI Director James Comey and his Deputy Andrew McCabe might soon

be in a heap of trouble.

Multiple agents in the FBI have expressed a desire to be subpoenaed by Congress so they

can reveal the deep corruption which Comey and McCabe have brought unto an organization

that's supposed work for the people and our best interests.

Former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova told The Daily Caller Tuesday that these agents

from all over the nation are sickened by what they have seen from Comey, McCabe.

Holder, Lynch, and Brennan who let the bureau be used as a political tool to gather intelligence

by the Obama Administration and his thugs.

"They are just waiting for a chance to come forward and testify."

former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova said Tuesday.

Later a former Trump administration official explained that all these agents who are ready

and willing to spill the goods on Comey and McCabe would rather be subpoenaed then to

have to become official government whistleblowers since by the later method they would be in

fear of political and professional backlash from FBI personal still friendly to the Barack

Hussein Obama wing of the FBI.

"The subpoena is preferred, he said, "because when you are subpoenaed, Congress then pays…for

your legal counsel and the subpoena protects [the agent] from any organizational retaliation….

they are on their own as whistleblowers, they get no legal protection and there will be

organizational retaliation against them."

Digenova, who along with his wife, Victoria Toensing, has represented government whistleblowers

in the past agreed with the subpoena route.

And he added that it's actually an intelligent approach considering this situation is of

a vindictive nature and the fact that the FBI is for all intent and purposes in a freefall

since Comey managed to destroy the institution he claims to love, to the point where it will

take decades to restore the faith the people once had in the bureau.

"The administrations are so politicized that any time a Special Agent comes forward

as a whistleblower, they can expect to be thrown under the bus by leadership.

Go against the Muslim Brotherhood, you're crushed.

Go against the Clintons, you're crushed.

The FBI has long been politicized to the detriment of national security and law enforcement."

The special agent added, "Activity that Congress is investigating is being stonewalled

by leadership and rank-and-file FBI employees in the periphery are just doing their jobs.

All Congress needs to do is subpoena involved personnel and they will tell you what they

know.

These are honest people.

Leadership cannot stop anyone from responding to a subpoena.

Those subpoenaed also get legal counsel provided by the government to represent them."

The former Trump administration official explained the problems at the bureau go beyond just

two people.

"They know that it wasn't just Comey and McCabe in this case.

That's too narrow a net to cast over these guys.

There's a much broader corruption that seeped into the seventh floor at the bureau."

"They ruined the credibility of the bureau and the technical ability of the bureau, so

systemically, over the past several years, they're worried about their organizational

reputation and their professional careers," this former Trump administration staffer said,

noting the bureau's difficulty in prosecuting cases these days.

"They go to court and they're just laughed at."

According to an analysis in Time Magazine earlier this month, the FBI has struggled

with conviction rates for several years now after they send cases to the DOJ for prosecution.

In less than half the cases the FBI sent to the Justice Department, the conviction rate

was only 47 percent in 2017.

This number is far below the mean of the 72 percent average for all other government agencies,

according to Time.

In the meantime, DiGenova and the others who spoke to TheDC believe it is time for Congress

to issue subpoenas to FBI agents who are willing to talk.

According to DiGenova, the House and Senate Judiciary Committees can issue these subpoenas.

"Either one of those [committees] would be fine.

I'm sure the committees could hold hearings in a New York minute," he said.

He added, "I can assure you I've been approached by agents who want to be subpoenaed

for the same reason the guys in the field," adding, "All over this country there are

agents but the big ones the ones that matter New York–Washington I can assure you I've

spoken with agents who want to come forward."

It's time for them to solve this mess and start putting whoever is responsible for this

behind bars.

Enough of the idea that there are some in our society who are untouchable and just can't

go to prison.

The pressure gets stronger as President Donald Trump relentlessly taunts the FBI.

The president took to social media early on Wednesday as is his custom and mused "how

things have turned around on the Criminal Deep State."

He continues as he remarks on the irony of the FBI "getting caught in a major SPY scandal,

the likes of which this country may never have seen before" after they went after

"Phony Collusion with Russia," which he called "a made-up Scam".

"Look how things have turned around on the Criminal Deep State.

They go after Phony Collusion with Russia, a made up Scam, and end up getting caught

What goes around, comes around!" Trump tweeted.

Just minutes later, President Trump followed with another tweet adding "SPYGATE could

be one of the biggest political scandals in history!"

Since the New York Times and Washington Post on Friday confirmed speculation that the FBI

did, in fact, have a mole inside the 2016 Trump presidential campaign, President Trump

himself has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of the Mueller probe.

He also pointed out that if there was indeed any evidence of collusion, the FBI's own

mole would have discovered it during the campaign.

Yet nothing was found or reported.

Instead, the Mueller probe has dragged on for more than a year wasting countless millions

of hardworking American taxpayer dollars.

The intelligence community insists that they never deliberately spied on the Trump campaign,

despite continued mounting evidence to the contrary.

As embarrassing and downright sinister revelations continue to mount, we now know that the bureau

FBI enlisted Stefan Halper, a US citizen, political veteran and longtime US Intelligence

asset, to befriend and spy on three members of the Trump campaign during the 2016 US election.

Those three members of the Trump campaign were Foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos,

Trump aide Carter Page, and campaign adviser Sam Clovis.

President Trump then moved on to respond specifically to the Obama-era Director of National Intelligence

James Clapper and his recent discussion on the issue of an FBI informant Tuesday during

ABC's "The View."

President Trump tweeted to Clapper – "No, James Clapper, I am not happy.

Spying on a campaign would be illegal, and a scandal to boot!"

Clapper is apparently under the impression that being under federal investigation for

a year is a totally benign experience.

Remember, Clapper also famously lied to Congress about the US's surveillance tactics.

President Trump began tweeting about the scandal he has dubbed "Spygate" last evening,

using Twitter to question just why Halper was paid so much money if he was not feeding

information about the Trump campaign to the FBI.

He also suggested that Bernie Sanders (VT-I) "got duped!" as the FBI used similar surveillance

tactics on his campaign.

Sanders was an early contender for the Democratic nomination and as a result of information

leaked from the Democratic National Convention, it was discovered he was the preferred candidate

of the people despite the DNC's preference for Hillary Clinton and her ultimate selection

as the Democratic party candidate.

"If they had spies in my campaign…for political purposes, that would be unprecedented,"

Trump said Tuesday during a meeting in the Oval Office with South Korean President Moon

Jae-in, calling it a "disgrace."

"I hope there weren't," Trump said.

"[If there were], it would make every political event ever before look like small potatoes."

Spygate is not the only scandal plaguing the FBI this week either, as emails recently obtained

by Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson suggest that disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew

McCabe may have actively leaked the now infamous Steel dossier to CNN.

An email exchange between McCabe and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates revealed

that McCabe offered Yates a heads up on the CNN story and confirmed the network would

be running the story.

It raises many questions as to just how McCabe became privy to CNN's plans.

Fox News:

"The Justice Department instructed its inspector general to investigate any alleged "impropriety

or political motivation" in the FBI's investigation into Russian interference and

potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election, following

demands from Trump.

"I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look

into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political

Purposes—and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!"

the president tweeted Sunday.

Earlier this week, the president met with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and

FBI Director Christopher Wray in the Oval Office, discussing the expansion of Inspector

General Michael Horowitz's investigation to include "irregularities" with the FBI

or DOJ's "tactics concerning the Trump campaign."

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders also said that during the meeting, the three

agreed that White House Chief of Staff John Kelly would "immediately set up a meeting

with the FBI, DOJ, and DNI together with congressional leaders to review highly classified and other

information they have requested."

That meeting is slated for Thursday, and will be with House Intelligence Chairman Devin

Nunes, House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, Wray, and Director of National

Intelligence Dan Coats.

Kelly will not attend the meeting — his role was simply to coordinate."

that the true people in control of the United States President are the deep state.

A truth widely talked about in alternative news but silenced in elite owned mainstream

media, the reality of the deep state, not only in America but the world in general,

is one that must make its way into mass consciousness if we want to begin to see real change.

��A further reason is that we don�t think the president of that regime is in control.

We all believe that the deep state, the real state, is in control, or is in control of

The interview raised questions about the alleged recent chemical attacks in Syria.

We had reported that the reason for this false narrative going around the western media was

to gain the manufactured consent from the people to approve of an attack on Syria in

an attempt to destabilize it.

Assad further discusses this in the interview when he stated; �When the terrorists lost,

the US, France, the UK and their other allies who want to destabilize Syria lost one of

their main cards, and that�s why they had to attack the Syrian Army, just to raise the

morale of the terrorists and to prevent the Syrian Army from liberating more areas in

Syria.�

Of course who funds and supports these terrorists?

The very countries allied together who joined for the Syrian attack; US, France, the UK.

We can see quite clearly that it�s simply the Western media trying to again convince

the public there is an enemy out there and we must do something about it.

Of course they never provide real evidence of this.

Just like with 9/11.

So What Do We Do?

At the end of the day what do we do with this information?

We opt our consciousness OUT of the old world.

Often times we want to come up with some physical solution to stop this, when in reality the

majority of it starts within.

If we can shift collective consciousness in a way that begins to face these truths head

on and stops us from turning a blind eye to what is truly going on, we will begin to see

the world differently.

Further, we then have the opportunity to opt out of supporting the world as it is today.
