Look What Trump Just Did For Social Security Recipients — They Said He Couldn't Do

President Trump defied critics and just made a lot of people very happy with the announcement

that came from the Social Security Administration, They have happily announced that Social Security

and Supplemental Security Income benefits for over 66 million Americans will increase

2 percent during 2018, an increase coming instead of a decrease, giving back a few more

dollars to people who've worked hard their entire lives.

The 2% cost-of-living adjustment will begin with benefits payable to more than 61 million

Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018 and continue with the rest later in the year.

The Social Security Act ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index

as determined by the Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2017.

Some other adjustments that take effect throughout 2018 are based on the increase in average

wages.

Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security

tax will increase to $128,700 from $127,200.

Of the estimated, 175 million workers who will pay Social Security taxes in 2018 and

about 12 million of which will pay more because of the increase in the taxable maximum.

This has been stated as the largest increase since 2012, but people would like to see even

more of an increase if possible.

Of course, that could depend on where people live as the cost of living might be different

in New York compared to a midwestern state.

The following press release was posted on SSA.Gov: "Monthly Social Security and Supplemental

Security Income (SSI) benefits for more than 66 million Americans will increase 2.0 percent

in 2018, the Social Security Administration announced today.

The 2.0 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will begin with benefits payable to

more than 61 million Social Security beneficiaries in January 2018.

Increased payments to more than 8 million SSI beneficiaries will begin on December 29,

2017.

(Note: some people receive both Social Security and SSI benefits) The Social Security Act

And while $27 a month isn't much, Dellutri points out that if you're married, and you

both have $27 a month coming in, that's $54 a month.

It still isn't a fortune, but it adds up to $648 a year.

And if you have other sources of retirement revenue, chances are, you could use that $648

for something useful."

Critics would certainly say this isn't enough of an increase, but if someone handed you

Wikileaks just dropped a huge bombshell about former president Barack Obama.

Apparently, during the time of his presidency Barack Obama was working with the CIA to do

some undercover spying during the presidential election.

President Trump has been working overtime to play defense against the liberal media

and democrats who have been trying to impeach him since day one of the election in 2016.

He has not had a single day where he hasn't had to fight against some type of scandal

from the left.

Now, in response to Trump's tweet on social media about "SPYGATE," Julian Assanage

has come forward with vital information.

He has confirmed that Obama used the CIA to do some dirty work on the French during the

Presidential Election.

This isn't the first time Obama and his team have been caught spying.

President Trump tweeted: "SPYGATE could be one of the biggest political scandals in

history!"

In response to Trump's tweet, WikiLeaks assured President Trump that he wasn't the

first presidential election to be targeted, tweeting: "Obama already did it to the French"

along with a link to a CIA document, showing espionage orders that targeted Marie LaPen

and other French presidential candidates Of course, this would make the THIRD foreign

election (that we know of) Barack Obama interfered in.

In April 2016, President Obama told British voters that they better not vote for Brexit

— the public vote for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union (EU) — or they

would find themselves "at the back of the queue [line]" in getting any sort of trade

deal with the United States.

Of course, with Obama leaving office on January 20, he would not be making any trade deals

with anyone much longer anyway.

It was not the first time that the Obama administration attempted to determine the outcome of a foreign

election.

In the last Israeli election, the Obama State Department funneled hundreds of thousands

of dollars in taxpayer money to the opposition of Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations found that the State Department and a group

called One Voice coordinated political activities — including the building of a voter database,

the training of activists, and the hiring of a political consulting firm tied to President

Obama himself.

Here's a portion of the evidence of Obama's CIA espionage activity that Julian Assange

provided in a Wikileaks document:

The CIA espionage orders published today are classified and restricted to U.S. eyes only

("NOFORN") due to "Friends-on-Friends sensitivities".

The orders state that the collected information is to "support" the activities of the

CIA, the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA)'s E.U section, and the U.S. State Department's

Intelligence and Research Branch.

The CIA operation ran for ten months from 21 Nov 2011 to 29 Sep 2012, crossing the April-May

2012 French presidential election and several months into the formation of the new government.

All major French political parties were targeted for infiltration by the CIA's human ("HUMINT")

and electronic ("SIGINT") spies in the seven months leading up to France's 2012

presidential election.

The revelations are contained within three CIA tasking orders published today by WikiLeaks

as context for its forth coming CIA Vault 7 series.

Named specifically as targets are the French Socialist Party (PS), the National Front (FN)

and Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) together with current President Francois Hollande,

then President Nicolas Sarkozy, current round one presidential front runner Marine Le Pen,

and former presidential candidates Martine Aubry and Dominique Strauss-Khan.

The CIA assessed that President Sarkozy's party was not assured re-election.

Specific tasking concerning his party included obtaining the "Strategic Election Plans"

of the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP); schisms or alliances developing in the UMP

elite; private UMP reactions to Sarkozy's campaign stratagies; discussions within the

UMP on any "perceived vulnerabilities to maintaining power" after the election; efforts

to change the party's ideological mission; and discussions about Sarkozy's support

for the UMP and "the value he places on the continuation of the party's dominance".

Specific instructions tasked CIA officers to discover Sarkozy's private deliberations

"on the other candidates" as well as how he interacted with his advisors.

Sarkozy's earlier self-identification as "Sarkozy the American" did not protect

him from US espionage in the 2012 election or during his presidency.

The espionage order for "Non Ruling Political Parties and Candidates Strategic Election

Plans" which targeted Francois Holland, Marine Le Pen and other opposition figures

requires obtaining opposition parties' strategies for the election; information on internal

party dynamics and rising leaders; efforts to influence and implement political decisions;

support from local government officials, government elites or business elites; views of the United

States; efforts to reach out to other countries, including Germany, U.K., Libya, Israel, Palestine,

Syria & Cote d'Ivoire; as well as information about party

and

candidate funding.

It's been less than a week since the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot at

St. George's Chapel in front of a congregation of 600 guests, but already, there is more

drama.

Meghan Markle is now furious with her step-mother, Camilla, who spilled the beans entirely, telling

reporters what the royal family really thinks of the new addition to their ranks.

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall spoke with 5 News in London on Wednesday after having had

a few days to recover from the royal wedding last weekend.

She described Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials as "uplifting," but she admitted

that even the royal family hadn't been sure "what would happen next."

Of course, Camilla was referencing the chaotic lead-up to the wedding, in which the bride-to-be's

father, Thomas Markle, who lives in a dilapidated shack in Mexico, abruptly backed out of walking

his daughter down the aisle, citing health concerns:

Meghan's dad, Thomas Markle was set to walk his daughter down the aisle, but in the days

leading up to the ceremony he made headlines after admitting he had staged paparazzi photos

and didn't want to embarrass his daughter or the royal family any further.

What followed was several days of back-and-forth as Thomas, who lives in Mexico, initially

walked back his decision not to attend and then ultimately announced that his health

As if that wasn't bad enough, Meghan's siblings brought their own drama to the table

with a plea for Prince Harry to dump their sister:

As if that weren't enough drama, Markle's half siblings, Thomas Jr. and Samantha, took

every opportunity they could get to smear the former Suits star (Thomas Jr. penned a

handwritten note to Price Harry claiming his sister would "make a joke of you and the

royal family heritage," while Samantha began shopping around a book titled The Diary of

Princess Pushy's Sister).

Suddenly, our awkward family dinners on Thanksgiving don't seem so horrible.

rest of the royal family were preparing themselves for the worst as Harry and Meghan's wedding

neared, so when it didn't turn out to be a complete disaster, everyone was pleasantly

surprised.

"It was such a lovely day.

Just everything went right.

We all wondered whatever would happen next and then everything went right," Camilla

told 5 News reporters.

She did get one dig in at Meghan, however, noting that is was "nice to have something

that is uplifting" after all of that "depressing" drama beforehand.

"It's nice to have something that is uplifting rather than depressing.

Everything was just perfect, including the weather, which couldn't have been better.

It was a beautiful day," said Camilla.

"The only thing is that we are all losing our voices now!"

It's really a testament to all of the people who worked behind the scenes to make this

wedding happen that it went off without a hitch, even when huge decisions like who would

walk the bride down the aisle were made in the eleventh hour.

Luckily for Meghan, even though her own family didn't come through, Prince Charles stepped

up to do the honors.

Apparently, Prince Harry hasn't heard the old adage that when you marry someone, you

marry their family.

Either that, or he was so smitten with Meghan that he was willing to put aside the fact

that her siblings and parents are scandalous.

It is unlikely that this will be as easy to overlook once the honeymoon stage is over,

though.

Once the smoke clears, Prince Harry will be left with the reality that he married a girl

without the "breeding" the royal family is accustomed to.

An estranged dad and money-hungry siblings would be enough to cause rifts between any

average couple, but Meghan and Harry are one of the most famous couples in the world.

Furthermore, Harry is not accustomed to the kind of drama his new wife's family seems

to thrive off of.

This is exactly why many people worried that the union was doomed from the start — Meghan

simply isn't "royal material."
