Senate Releases Don Jr's Transcripts That Clear Trump, Mueller Hangs Head In Absolute

The Senate just dropped a bombshell and released the interview transcripts about Don Jr.'s

Trump Tower meeting.

Basically, they clear the whole Trump family and the deep state has some explaining to

do.

They went fishing and ignored the simple, most obvious answers about the whole Russia

story.

During his testimony, Donald Trump Jr. explained why he wouldn't have told his father about

the June 2016 meeting.

(Trump Jr. has told House investigators that he did not communicate with his father about

the meeting before it happened.)

Here's how he explained it to the committee:

Q: Why wouldn't you share it with your father given your response that you loved it, especially

later in the summer?

A: Because I wouldn't bring him anything that's unsubstantiated, especially from

a guy like Rob, before I knew what it was actually about myself.

Trump Jr. also says he doesn't know whether anyone gave the information about the meeting

to his father.

Q: So you did not pass the information along to your father.

Do you know if anyone else did

A: I don't believe they did, but I don't know.

Q: Have you ever asked him if he was given this e-mail or told about this meeting

A: No, I haven't.

Q: Has he ever told you whether he saw this e-mail or knew about this meeting?

A: Not that I recall, no.

That a son and advisor would not bring something to the boss unless he was 100% sure of it

because he knows the boss is very busy make sense to you?

Of course, it does.

On day 1 working for someone you learn to only bring completed ideas, plans, thoughts,

etc. to the top if you want to see any kind of positive result.

You learn that if you do not the first thing they will say is "come back when you figured

it out."

Don jr would know this.

As for obstruction?

According to Don Jr, Mueller's got nothing.

From CNN:

Q: The Washington Post has since reported that your father was involved in drafting

your July 8th statement.

Is that correct?

A. I don't know.

I never spoke to my father about it.

Q. Do you know who did draft that statement?

A. Well, there were numerous statements drafted with counsel and other people were involved

and, you know, opined

Q. To the best of your knowledge, did the President provide any edits to the statement

or other input?

A. He may have commented through Hope Hicks

Q. And do you know if his comments provided through Hope Hicks were incorporated into

the final statement?

A. I believe some may have been, but this was an effort through lots of people, mostly

counsel.

Q. Did you ask him to provide any assistance with the statement?

A. No.

She asked if I wanted to actually speak to him, and I chose not to because I didn't

want to bring him into something that he had nothing to do with.

Don Jr. told Business Insider:

"I appreciate the opportunity to have assisted the Judiciary Committee in its inquiry,"

Trump Jr. said in a statement provided to Business Insider.

"The public can now see that for over five hours I answered every question asked and

was candid and forthright with the committee."

The midterm elections are right around the corner.

Pundits are speculating about Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer's chances of seizing power.

Tucker Carlson joined the battle and sent Democrats into a fit of rage with his surprise

prediction.

Democrats and their allies in the media are being forced to confront some uncomfortable

facts.

Donald Trump's poll numbers are on the upswing and the generic ballot numbers for the Democrats

are declining.

Tucker Carlson speculated that it's because American people are waking up to how the Democrats

and the media are using the Mueller probe as a subversive method to nullify the 2016

election.

Monday on Fox News Channel's "Tucker Carlson Tonight," host Tucker Carlson gave a scathing

critique of Department of Justice special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russian

involvement in the 2016 presidential election.

Carlson said the investigation wasn't about any of its stated purposes, but as a means

to explain Democrats' 2016 election loss.

He argued that since Democrats have not come to terms with what cost them that election,

they stand to lose again in the November midterms.

"More than anything, we've learned just how clueless the people who run Washington,

D.C. are," Carlson said.

"Rather than accept the fact that they created Donald Trump themselves by abandoning and

then coming to despise the rest of the country they run.

They couldn't face that, so they concocted the Russia collusion story as a way to sustain

a world where they did nothing wrong.

And they only lost because their enemies betrayed this country to a foreign power.

For more than a year, Russia was all they could talk about because they certainly didn't

want to talk about the issues that got Trump elected in the first place — drug ODs, a

vanishing middle class, their agenda of literally replacing the people who live in this country

with immigrants.

They didn't want to talk about that.

But it hasn't been working."

"For most of Trump's presidency, Democrats have looked forward to the big midterm wins

that will give them control of Congress once again," he continued.

"That's the whole point of all of this.

But it hasn't worked.

Their lead is dwindling.

It's now within the margin of error.

They may not win back the House at all.

It looks like the Senate is going to be beyond their reach.

Why?

Because the public has recognized that the Russian investigation is not what they said

it was.

It is and has been from the beginning been a witch hunt created by a cabal frantic to

keep it hold on power.

The Pentagon, in conjunction with the State Department, has increased the presence of

Marine Corps security forces at a number of US embassies in the Middle East, and Africa

in light of increased tensions and unrest following the US decision to withdraw from

the Iran nuclear deal, and the opening of the new US embassy in Jerusalem, according

to several military officials, KSAT 12 reports.

"DOD takes necessary steps to mitigate threats to U.S. personnel, embassies and consulates

around the world.

At the request of the Department of State, and in coordination with host nations, the

Department of Defense has deployed additional Marine Security Guards to several U.S. embassies

for the purpose of temporarily augmenting security."

Escalating violence in the Gaza strip area has also led to increased concern it could

spark demonstrations in other locations.

In the event a U.S. embassy or consulate were to come under the threat of attack, Marine

Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Teams, known as FAST companies, would be deployed to respond,

according to the Marine Corps.

The teams are designed to prevent or react to an overrun of U.S. government assets and

protect employees and property.

FAST units typically deploy as platoons of about 50 Marines.

Rebarich said the Pentagon could not say how many Marines were deployed or to which embassies,

citing security concerns.

The Marines were deployed from the Marine Security Guard Augmentation Unit from Quantico,

Va., a unit designed specifically to respond to such security threats worldwide at the

State Department's request, a Marine official said.

NBC News reported the additional Marines were sent to embassies in Israel, Jordan and Turkey,

citing five unnamed defense officials.

They reported only modest increases of more than 10 but less than several dozen Marines

at each location, according to three of the unnamed officials.

The mission of the Marine Security Guards is to provide protection to mission personnel

and prevent the compromise of national security information and equipment at designated diplomatic

and consular facilities.

Marine Security Guards will be prepared to execute plans for the protection of the mission

and its personnel as directed by the chief of mission or principal officer through the

regional security officer.

Marine Corps Embassy Security Group (MCESG) Region Commands report to the Commanding Officer

of MCESG and exercise command, less operational supervision, of Marines assigned to the Marine

Security Guard (MSG) detachments in their respective regions.

The MCESG Region Headquarters ensure the continued training, operational readiness, personnel

administration, logistical support, as well as the morale, welfare, and discipline of

Marines assigned for duty to MSG detachments at designated U.S. diplomatic missions in

order to support the Department of State in the protection of classified material at foreign

posts.

BBC The US is to open its new embassy in Jerusalem

� a move praised by Israel but condemned by Palestinians who are gathering for mass

protests.

Top US officials will attend the event, including President Trump�s daughter Ivanka and her

husband, Jared Kushner.

Donald Trump�s decision to move the embassy from Tel Aviv has angered Palestinians, who

claim East Jerusalem as the capital of a future state.

Israel regards it as its �eternal and undivided� capital.

President Trump�s decision last year to recognise it as Israel�s capital broke with

decades of US neutrality on the issue, and put it at odds with most of the international

community.

WHAT WILL BE OPENED AND WHO WILL ATTEND?

A small interim embassy will start operating on Monday inside the existing US consulate

building in Jerusalem.

The opening ceremony was brought forward to coincide with the state of Israel�s 70th

anniversary.

President Trump is expected to address those attending Monday�s event via video link.
