today I'm going to do the neck update the neck exercise update for exercise
along with me series three so stay with me and I'll be back soon
hello everyone thanks so much for coming by today I really do appreciate it today
I'm doing the update and update to the neck exercise for series 3 now
remembering that this is part of a full-face routine and not to be done as
a standalone exercise here is the link to the full face routine and also in
that link there are beginner videos for people who may be new to the channel and
need to learn how the program works and where to find the information so it's
all there in that link for you as you see it pop up ok so before we do though

channel you get all these great new updates that come to me things that I do
with the exercises I might be tweaking the exercises just to make things better
for you now when you do subscribe please hit the notification bell that

please go ahead and hit that bell to get notifications ok let's get into it when
you do this exercise the muscles will be moving this way and not down with
downwards and upwards now the other thing too when you do then any of the
neck exercises people will complain about their neck hurting but what you
need to do is if your neck starts to hurt it means that your focus has gone
to the back of your neck and focus is key to this program ok so if you feel
your neck hurting when you're doing the exercise neck exercise especially bring
all your focus to the front of the neck area this is the same for any of the
exercises if you were doing an exercise and you're not feeling or you're feeling
something it means your focus is not in the right area so you need to bring
especially with the neck you need to bring all of your focus all your
attention into that area so place your hands
in this position see where my little finger is in placed in this part of the
jaw just under the ear see where the rest of my hands are place my fingers
are place they're not placed back here they're placed in line of where I've
placed the little finger if you've got this position right you've got the rest
of the hand position right then I'm actually using this part of my hand to
rest it on my collarbone and that gives you the range of motion up and down and
as you pull the skin back just a very fraction you can't stretch your skin but
just pull it back very gently to make sure that it's smooth when you're going
up and down and I know I'm doing it fast so don't worry about how fast I'm doing
it because I'm not making you don't do it that fast but I'm just trying to show
you how to do it now you can add your tongue to the roof of your mouth or to
the bottom of your mouth and that will make it stronger it's a very good
exercise this one
okay I hope that's clear now what I want you to do take this video to the mirror
watch it again and keep watching it until you get it right because as you
know you can't substitute the exercises you can't change the exercises or take
them away from the routines so what I ask you to do is get them right okay so
take it to the mirror and learn how to do the exercise correctly that way
you will be doing it perfectly and you'll have success okay if you have
