Because it's Women's History Month, I want to tell you all a little about Dolores Huerta.

She.

Is.

So.

Cool!

She's a history making woman right here in California…

AND she was a Girl Scout all the way through high school!

Dolores is an American labor leader and civil rights activist. She was the co-founder of

the National Farmworkers Association, which later became the United Farm Workers.

She coined their motto, "Sí, se puede," Spanish for "Yes, we can."

As a role model to many in the Latino community, she is the subject of many ballads and murals.

Dolores said that Girl Scouts taught her to be strong, brave, and open

to new ideas.

Her foundation, which she founded in 2002, creates leadership opportunities for community

organizing, as well as civic engagement, and policy advocacy.

She was an inaugural recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Award, among dozens

of other honors and awards.

All in all, Dolores Huerta is an amazing sister Girl Scout!

Rush Limbaugh Revealed The Secret Trap Mueller Is Laying For President Trump

Robert Mueller's goal is to take down President Trump.

But he isn't going about it in the way everyone thinks.

Rush Limbaugh exposed the secret trap the special counsel is laying for Trump.

Mueller was appointed to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election.

That led him to pursue the collusion angle.

It turned out to be a bust.

Pundits then speculated that Mueller's real goal was to build a case that Trump obstructed

justice when he fired FBI Director James Comey.

But Rush Limbaugh sees something else.

The king of conservative talk radio speculates that Mueller is actually trying to financially

ruin Trump.

Limbaugh reacted to reports that Mueller was subpoenaing records from the Trump organization

and believes this is an attempt to "nullify" the $900 million dollar loss Trump took on

his 1995 tax return – which was illegally leaked to the press during the campaign – and

force him to pay it back.

Breitbart reports:

"Limbaugh accused Mueller of seeking to "nullify" Trump's 1995 IRS claim of

approximately $900 million in operational losses in order to pursue a reclamation of

the money with added penalties and accrued interest:

And these requests, the subpoena for documents from the Trump Organization, I ask you again,

what has that to do with the campaign and with collusion and with the Russians?

They've already been looking into Trump business in Russia with the Miss, what is

it, USA, whatever his pageant is.

Do you all remember during the early days of the campaign there was news that Trump,

in a tax return something like 20 years ago, took a $900 million deduction that was granted

and survived an audit by the IRS?

Now, I forget the details.

It had to do with losses that he had incurred in that year in building things.

It was around 900 or $920 million deduction.

I'll never forget when it was reported because most people will never come close to ever

having that in a lifetime, and to have a guy personally write that much off?

Anyway, I think Mueller wants that $920 million back.

I think Mueller wants to prove that that was a faulty deduction.

I think that they want to go back, they want to get Trump's tax returns because they

want to nullify that $900 million deduction, and then they want to collect 20 years of

interest and penalties and wipe Trump out."

Limbaugh has long suggested that it isn't enough for Mueller and the swamp to take down

Trump.

Their goal is to send a message to any political outsider who wishes to challenge the status

quo—and that message is not only will they face investigations if they win, but they

will also be ruined financially.

supplies whether you're the platform, you're using is

Alibaba Aliexpress dhk you always want to make sure that you do have a supplier template that you're

Contacting them with because a lot of these sellers get message hundreds of hundreds of messages per day

and

It's really easy for them to skim through the good ones and the bad ones and if all you're sending through your message is hey

I want to order 500 units of product X. What's the best price?

You know the supplier is not even gonna take you seriously, but as suppliers

They know what a professional looks like versus someone who is novice and new to Amazon FBA so again

I have a supplier template in the Amazon FBA mastery course that I'm selling steps to success FBA and it basically not only

And I'll give you guys how basically the whole format works you want to reach out to the supplier be like hey

you know I am a

manager

Or you know an important title within the company you never want to say that you're the owner again

you want to show that you are working for a big company and

You're reaching out to them because you're interested in

Adding their product line to your Amazon FBA page or to your e-commerce website

And you're interested in purchasing a thousand units of a product

and

You want to know what is the best possible price that they can do for you and again you want to give them an address?

That includes a ship price to your Amazon FBA warehouse

The reason this is very important

And you guys always want to use it that is because it shows the supplier that you are a professional again

This is like guys. I'll give you guys an example, so you can understand how this works imagine as a real estate agent

You're interested in selling your house, and you're selling it's three million dollar house

Now you want to

interview with five to ten agents and

Out of the ten agents that come into your house to give you a proposal so they get the listing to sell your house

eight out of the ten come and say these are the you know the recently sold within your area and

This is the price that we should sell versus two agents that come in they say hey

This is the list of homes that we sold in your area before

This is the market history for your house. This is where we see it going

These are the things we recommend you doing whether if it's staging this and that it?

showcases that they're professionals and

Everyone likes to deal with professionals because I've already suppliers on Alibaba. They're not looking for someone to order from them one time

They're looking for a long-term business partner as should you be if you are going into Amazon FBA?

For the long term there is so much money to be made and you always want to showcase this even if this is not your

Goal, and you just want to make two three five thousand profit a month again

You want to come off as a professional to all these suppliers, so it's always important to for you to use this supplier template I?

Get asked a ton from so many people every single day hey

I'm contacting these suppliers and out of this five or six supplier that I've contacted

Only one of them has got back to me

Why is that wrong?

The reason is because you've sent a message you have not used a template and a lot of suppliers will not even bother

Replying back so it's really important for you guys to make sure

That you do have a professional supplier template again with the supplier template

There's two goals that you guys want to go out there one is get the absolute rock bottom

pricing and to

Get the lowest moq and as I mentioned you always want to make sure that you place a test order for your product

before you guys go and actually order a

You know 500 unit 1000 unit order and the reason for this is I'll give you guys an example again

so it's easy to understand so imagine that we are going to order a

Security camera light bulb we know that the people on page one are selling five hundred units a month however

You don't want to go on order five hundred units of that product, so what do you do?

when you're sending that initial message to your supplier in the template ask for several prices so ask for a zero to

250 piece

250 to 500

500 to a thousand thousand to five thousand

The reason this is really important is because you'll actually

Get a very good idea of how much discount the supplier will give you on the big orders

And you can take this into account when you're actually

Coming to negotiate at the end with this apart if you do decide to go with this supplier versus the rest

Again for example say for five hundred to a thousand units the supplier will give you

Twenty four dollars apiece, but if you order zero to five hundred your cost is $30

What I usually do is if this is the supplier that I've actually decided to go with at the end

I'll send them a message and I'll be like hey you know out of the five companies we

Interviewed we find you guys to be the best fit for us

However as a token of appreciation and as a token of us doing a long-term business together

Could you please?

Meet us in the halfway line

Which is the five hundred to a thousand mark price?

And give us that price for our test order and the whole reason that we want to do this test order is

to run the quality control that our company cares a lot for make sure your product meets to our standards and

If everything checks out you'll be receiving that initial one to two thousand order peace soon as we order the test order

Now let me backtrack and tell you guys why this is so important

And I'm sure most of you guys know when the supplier sees that you guys are

Doing a test order it shows them that you actually care about the way the quality of the package is their actual

Feedback you get from your customers

And that's why you're doing this a lot of people who are novice and don't know how to talk about surprise

They might go and order bigger quantity and they might not do their homework and not be able to sell it

But it shows your supplier that you're actually serious about this product that they are selling

Again one other thing that I always like to add to my templates is

Tell your supplier that you're not only selling in the US Amazon business

But as well

You can tell them that you're also selling in the UK and the Europe market

So again all you want to show your supplier is that you have all the ammunition

For you to go after a big market for them, and they're not getting a small fish rather

They're getting a big wheel in a whole market of Amazon and that's what these suppliers are looking for they're looking for someone

who's been in the business who knows what they're doing who knows how to negotiate talk with suppliers and surprise actually know and

Understand this it's just like any sales person coming to you. You'll know a good salesperson versus a bad one and the whole reason that

I think it's very important for you guys to approach this right is

Because you'll be able to not only get the best pricing

but you'll get an agent that will actually be more honest with you and will go out of their way to get you an

Extra 2% 3% 5% of the prices because as most of you guys know

Agents make money not only off how much money

They're bringing in but they have a commission base as well so for them to keep their job

they go out of their way sometimes and sometimes you can get

Incredible prices from these suppliers if you play the game right and again

This is what I wanted to make this video for you guys

So just because you see a price on Alibaba don't think that's the best price

I mentioned in some of my other videos again

Check those prices on 1688 which is a similar website to?

Alibaba for locals in China and there you can actually get a good idea of how much you should be paying per unit and

Then you can use that again as extra ammunition when you're negotiating with your suppliers

Now that you found that best rock-bottom price the moq as I mentioned is also very

And that's where you go and say hey, this is our test order

It's not gonna be our real order, but we want to run those quality control

So now you have both that rock-bottom price and the low moq guys

Which is extremely important?

the next step is

Once you figure out the mo Q and the price, and you and the supplier have agreed upon

it is what is the best method for you to go about shipping if your product weighs less than a pound to two pounds I

always recommend doing air shipping

Simply because the whole goal with Amazon FBA is to get your products as early as you can into Amazon FBA

Warehouse for the lowest cost that you can resell it and keep reordering and maximize your profits

However sometimes you might find a product that you can save a great amount of money on if you did see shipping

So I always recommend again going by the air freight method however if you're ordering a thousand pieces

and you believe that 200 pieces via air will be beneficial while waiting an extra two three weeks by sea I

Recommend doing the other 800 by sea, so there is a few terminology with shipping that you guys should make yourself

familiarize with so

DDP

Delivery duty paid ddu delivery duty unpaid ex works and fo B

You always want to get DDP what that means is delivery duty paid taxes. Everything is included

You don't have to pay anything guys

whatever it is that you're getting make sure you hire a

Shipping company or your supplier takes care of all of that for you when it goes with fo b which is Freight on board

Delivery duty unpaid again Amazon warehouse will not be paying for the taxes, or duties for you

So if you do ddu your product is gonna be sent back to China or whatever it came from again fo B

you're responsible for hiring a second shipping company to take your

material from the port that it's you know mate or sent out to and

Take it to Amazon FBA is where else so always make sure that you're getting a DDP price

Very important guys will save you guys not only a lot of headache, but you know it will actually save you time as well

so it's not worth for you guys to try to save an extra fifty or a hundred dollars to

Ordering to separate shipping companies to do the job for you

Again guys make sure you apply both of these methods get a DDP price

Get that rock-bottom price and lower your moq do a test order before you go into a big product especially if it's a new product

And you don't really know how well your product will do

There is so many times that you might think a product will be an okay product and it ends up doing a lot better than

you expected and

Vice versa sometimes you might think a product is a home run product and all of a sudden you'll see a few other sellers selling

The same product and you're still making money

But you're not making as much money as you have hope that's why I always recommend doing a test order because it will give you

guys the feedback and you'll move for sure

Once you place that actual big order once you test the test I count how much money

You'll be putting into it and you will be able to

confidently spend an extra amount of money to restock knowing that your product is selling you're making that profit and

End up the day you're making money, and you're making a good return on your investment
