In this video we'll cover how to set up your Canon PIXMA printer on a wireless

network with a compatible Android® device using the Easy Wireless Connect method. Let's get started!

Before connecting your printer to the network, confirm that your wireless router is available and properly set up.

Also, confirm that your mobile device is connected to the network.

First, make sure your printer is plugged in and turned on. The main screen will be lit up when the printer is on.

Tap the Wi-Fi® icon at the bottom left of the screen.

Tap LAN settings.

Next, tap Wireless LAN.

Now, tap Wireless LAN setup.

Then, tap Easy wireless connect.

Tap Yes to continue with the Easy Wireless Connect process.

When you see this screen, the printer will enter Easy Wireless Connect mode.

Now let's download the Canon Print app on your Android® device.

Find and tap the Google Play Store icon.

In the search box type Canon print.

Then tap Search.

Then tap Install and complete the installation.

Now, let's open the Canon Print app.

This message will appear if you've not previously registered a printer with the app.

Tap Yes.

On the next screen, tap the name of your printer listed on the screen.

Confirm the name of your wireless router when it appears, and then tap Yes.

Enter the password for your wireless router.

And tap OK.

The network settings will be sent to the printer.

When this message appears, tap OK.

Verify the printer is detected.

Tap the name of your printer when it appears.

This will select and connect the printer with your device

Tap OK.

If you'd like to test print using images from your device, tap Select Images.

Congratulations! This completes the setup of your Canon PIXMA printer to your Android® device using the

Easy Wireless Connect method. Now you're ready to print or scan.

2018 Giampalmi Scholarship - Duration: 1:17.

I started here at msu as a double major, actually in astro physics and animal science.

I recently decided to take the road less traveled and take the animal science path.

You have to do what you Love.

Being a double major for a while I was very, very busy

Didn't always have time to do everything

or finances to do everything, and even now just being one major

it is a little rocky trying to get to do every extracurricular thing that I want to do.

There's those horse related things that can definitely help me in a career later.

Experience wise that I would love to be able to do,

wouldn't necessarily wouldn't be able to do without a scholarship.

I am also a musician,

I am in winter guard international percussion group that is quite expensive.

Scholarships definitely help me be able to do those kinds things that I wouldn't be able to do.

I was really, really happy, really thankful

it was not a thing I would expect to, get, I guess.

Of course, I would love to thank Anita's family

they've been super kind to me, giving me this scholarship.

They have sent me tons of support,

they are very, very nice and I appreciate that a lot.

DFAS Internships - Duration: 1:56.

I really enjoy serving the

military, and I go home at the

end of the day feeling like I've

helped someone. And made a

difference in their life.

Everything that someone does

here, whether GS-4 or GS-15,

matters because there are

warfighters out there counting

on us to do our part so they can

do their part.

If you have a passion to work

for the government or if you

have passion to work for

servicemembers, I think DFAS

would be a great place to start

because it's going to allow you

opportunity to develop, learn

and grow in whatever your career

field is.

There is the culture within

DFAS, which is supportive of the

war fighter. That is, to me,

phenomenal.

Overall, the mission of DFAS,

what they do and the people they

work for, the military, they do

so much to make sure our

military servicemembers are paid

on time with different benefits

for retirees, they do all that

stuff and take care of those

servicemembers. So, I say,

"Hey, I can directly relate to that

because I'm a servicemember

myself.''

I really thought that it was

interesting and fun because we

actually went on a trip to

Camp Atterbury, and that was really

cool because you get to see your

customer, what they go through,

and it shows how important our

jobs are here at DFAS.

Every person's job here at DFAS

matters. It's like a ripple in a

pond. Every person impacts a

warfighter. If that's what

you're looking for, DFAS will be

a perfect fit.

Whether you're working directly

with with military pay systems

or working or some other system

within DFAS, you're contributing

to what DFAS does as a whole.
