US Defense Secretary James Mattis has told American troops to be prepared for war as

the United Nations voted to pass the toughest-ever sanctions on North Korea.

a couple of provisions.

Nikki Haley, the US Ambassador to the UN, thanked the other UN Security Council members

� especially China � for coming together on the resolution and said further North Korean

defiance would �invite further punishment and isolation�.

The sanctions are the latest efforts to force the nuclear-armed country into negotiations

over its nuclear program.

Analysts say the US is fast running out of options.

Even the Central Intelligence Agency has said no amount of economic sanctions will force

the North to give up its nuclear arsenal.

�If the game plan is to use sanctions as the last non-military policy tool to induce

North Korea�s return to the denuclearization table, we may quickly find Washington prioritizing

military options,� ~ John Park, director of the Korea Working Group at Harvard Kennedy

School

During a tour of US bases on Friday, SOD Mattis told soldiers and airmen of the elite 82nd

Airborne Division at the Fort Bragg military base in North Carolina: �My fine young soldiers,

the only way our diplomats can speak with authority and be believed is if you�re ready

to go.�

His comments were carried in the military journal Stars and Stripes.

During his visit to another US base, the Guantanamo Bay Naval Station, Mr Mattis told the soldiers

�you all have to be ready to go� if diplomacy fails.

The US could not assume that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un does not seek nuclear war,

said the retired general.

The Telegraph newspaper, in an exclusive article published on Dec 20, quoted unnamed sources

as saying the US is drawing up plans for a �bloody nose� military attack on North

Korea.

It quoted an unnamed former US security official briefed on policy as saying: �The Pentagon

is trying to find options that would allow them to punch the North Koreans in the nose,

get their attention and show that we�re serious.�

A source told The Sunday Times that such a strike was a possibility, especially if North

Korea were to conduct another missile test.

The strike, if it happens, could take the form of cruise missiles targeting a North

Korean nuclear or missile facility, the source told The Sunday Times on condition of anonymity.

Well, he won alright, and now, a shocking find has been spotted at Markle's "bachelorette

pad" in Toronto.

Calling Donald Trump a "misogynist," Meghan Markle said she would move to Canada if he

were to win the 2016 presidential election, as it would be an easy transition for her

because she already spends a great deal of time there filming "Suits."

"It's really the moment that I go, we film suits in Toronto and I might just stay

in Canada," Markle said while appearing on the Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore on

May 4.

"I mean come on, if that's the reality we are talking about, come on, that is a game

changer in terms of how we move in the world here."

"Yes, of course, Trump is divisive," added the actress.

"Think about just female voters alone.

I think it was in 2012, the Republican Party lost the female vote by 12 points.

That's a huge number and with as misogynistic as Trump is and so vocal about it, that's

a huge chunk of it."

"You're not just voting for a woman if it's Hillary because she's a woman, but

"Suits."

For sale signs have since been spotted at the residence, indicating that the owners

who rented it to the actress are looking to cash in on the notoriety she had created for

the place, instead of renting it to someone else.

With the upcoming royal wedding to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle definitely doesn't

need to rent out her Toronto home anymore.

She'll be living in a cottage at Kensington Palace after all!

However her former rental is now on the market for $1.395 million, according to Realtor.

The three-bedroom home was the soon-to-be royal's crash pad while filming Suits.

With a lovely backyard for kicking back during the summer and a cute little kitchen, we have

a feeling that the actress had quite a fun time in her Canadian home.

tallied, and now Judge Roy Moore wants something done about it.

Moore, who suffered an onslaught of unproven accusations and had basically the entire media

against him, doesn�t believe the results of the election are accurate.

In fact, he believes there was massive voter fraud that took place in order to put his

opponent, Doug Jones, into office.

As a result, he�s filed a lawsuit to stop the certification of the election�s result

so that his claim of voter fraud, which he believes to have proof of, can be investigated.

The court filing occurred about 14 hours ahead of Thursday�s meeting of a state canvassing

board to officially declare Jones the winner of the Dec. 12 special election.

Jones defeated Moore by about 20,000 votes.

Moore�s attorney wrote in the complaint filed late Wednesday that he believed there

were irregularities during the election and said there should be a fraud investigation

and eventually a new election.

�This is not a Republican or Democrat issue as election integrity should matter to everyone,�

Moore said in a statement released Wednesday announcing the complaint.

Although despite Moore�s complaint, Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill said he�ll

be certifying the election regardless.

However, Moore claims his evidence is compelling enough to at least have a second look at the

election.

In the complaint, Moore�s attorneys noted the higher than expected turnout in the race,

particularly in Jefferson County, and said that Moore�s numbers were suspiciously low

in about 20 Jefferson County precincts.

According to the Washington Examiner, Moore also took and submitted a polygraph test to

Merrill that he says proves he didn�t commit the crimes he was accused of.

�Also provided in the complaint is an affidavit from Judge Roy Moore stating that he successfully

completed a polygraph test confirming the representations of misconduct made against

Moore still has yet to concede the race, and he�s been trying to raise money to investigate

his claims of voter fraud, which, as we�ve previously reported, seem to have some credibility.
