The fastest growing state in the nation this year wasn't in a place with year-round warm

weather such as the Sun Belt but further north, according to a census report released Wednesday.

The U.S Census Bureau announced that Idaho had the largest percentage increase in population

of any state in the nation in a recent census, rising by 2.2 percent from July 2016 to July

2017 to 1.7 million residents.

That's about 37,000 more people living in the state.

"Domestic migration drove change in the two fastest-growing states, Idaho and Nevada,

while an excess of births over deaths played a major part in the growth of the third fastest-growing

state, Utah," said Luke Rogers, chief of the Population Estimates Branch.

After Idaho, the states with the largest percentage increases of population were Nevada (2 percent),

Utah (1.9 percent), Washington (1.7 percent) and Florida along with Arizona (1.6 percent).

On the opposite end, eight states lost population in the same time period with Illinois garnering

the title of place with the largest numeric decline, losing 33,703 people.

The U.S. Census Bureau noted this was a "relatively small percentage change" compared to the state's

population of 12.8 million people, but it was enough for the "Land of Lincoln" to

slip to the sixth-largest state in the nation behind Pennsylvania.

In terms of largest percentage decline in 2017, that title went to Wyoming, which dipped

by 1 percent.

Three states that had been losing population in 2016, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Vermont,

all saw slight increases.

Overall, states in the South and West continue to lead population growth, according to the

Census Bureau.

In 2017, 38 percent of the nation's population lived in the South, and 23.8 percent lived

in the West.

The nation as a whole grew by 2.3 million people between July 1, 2016, and July 1, 2017,

representing a 0.72 percent increase to 325.7 million overall.

The United States takes its national sovereignty very seriously.

One of the major problems that many Americans have with the Democratic Party is that they�re

more than willing to hand that sovereignty over to the highest bidder if it will make

them a buck along the way.

For that reason, the United Nations has been a hot-button topic for some time.

Presidents before Trump have gone to the UN summits like a dog with its tail between its

legs, looking to bow to whatever the rest of the world sees fit.

That�s not the case with President Trump, or his U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, both of

whom aren�t looking to change the United States for the sake of what other countries

want.

The most recent scandal has been surrounding the United States backing Jerusalem as Israel�s

capital.

This particular piece of real estate has been fought over for years, and the U.S. siding

with Israel wasn�t taken well.

A lot of nations wanted to pretend for the day that they were Switzerland and not take

a side, or give over to the more violent party, the Palestinians to cut down on the bloodshed.

President Trump had an answer to that problem, but it�s not one that the other countries

like, at all.

Reuters reports that the President warned the other nations what his reaction would

be if they stood against the United States:

that vote in favor of a draft United Nations resolution calling for the United States to

withdraw its decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel�s capital.

�They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars, and then they

We don�t care,� Trump told reporters at the White House.

The 193-member U.N. General Assembly will hold a rare emergency special session on Thursday

� at the request of Arab and Muslim countries � to vote on a draft resolution, which the

United States vetoed on Monday in the 15-member U.N. Security Council.

The remaining 14 Security Council members voted in favor of the Egyptian-drafted resolution,

which did not specifically mention the United States or Trump but which expressed �deep

regret at recent decisions concerning the status of Jerusalem.�

U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley, in a letter to dozens of U.N. states on Tuesday seen by Reuters,

warned that Trump had asked her to �report back on those countries who voted against

us.�

She bluntly echoed that call in a Twitter post: �The U.S. will be taking names

Not one to mince words, President Donald Trump let FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe have

it in a series of tweets on Saturday and Sunday accusing him of rampant corruption in the

investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton�s private email server.

In addition to revelations that two top FBI staffers exchanged pro-Clinton, anti-Trump

text messages, McCabe remains under investigation by the Justice Department�s inspector general

for how he handled the FBI�s probe of Hillary Clinton�s private email server.

This comes after McCabe�s closed-door testimony in front of congressional committees this

week.

President Trump asks �

�How can FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the man in charge, along with leakin� James

Comey, of the Phony Hillary Clinton investigation (including her 33,000 illegally deleted emails)

be given $700,000 for wife�s campaign by Clinton Puppets during investigation?�

He followed with news that McCabe is planning to retire in a few months when he becomes

eligible for his government pension in 2018.

McCabe announced his retirement after a disastrous round of Congressional testimony, where he

reportedly failed to answer basic questions about his connections with the anti-Trump

Russian dossier and the investigation of Hillary Clinton�s private email server.

In a seven-hour interview with the House Intelligence Committee Wednesday, McCabe repeatedly declined

to answer even the most basic of questions with regard to whether the bureau has been

able to verify the substantive allegations in the now infamous Trump dossier.

McCabe failed to identify a single substantive allegation that has been corroborated throughout

his lengthy hearing.

President Trump�s tweet reads �

President Trump also accused McCable of political bias in the investigation into Hillary Clinton�s

emails.

He cites McCabe�s use of his official FBI email account to promote his wife Dr. Jill

McCabe to promote her political campaign in her 2015 bid for Virginia state Senate, as

well some questionable donations to the tune of approximately $675,000.

Jill�s campaign received donations from former Democratic National Committee Chairman

Terry McAuliffe�s super PAC, as well as the Democratic Party of Virginia.

McAuliffe is a Democrat with longstanding ties directly to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

President Trump tweeted �

�.@FoxNews-FBI�s Andrew McCabe, �in addition to his wife getting all of this money

from M (Clinton Puppet), he was using, allegedly, his FBI Official Email Account to promote

her campaign.

You obviously cannot do this.

These were the people who were investigating Hillary Clinton.'�

up $467,500 to Jill�s campaign, and the Virginia Democratic Party gave more than $200,000

at a time when McCabe headed the FBI�s Washington field office.

That same field office provided the manpower for the investigation into Hillary�s secret

email system.

McCabe would later be promoted to the third-ranking post at the FBI, and then named deputy.

Jill ran to unseat sitting Republican Senator Dick Black.

His ouster would have swung control of the Virginia state Senate to Democrats.

Black ultimately won the senatorial election and states it was his belief McCabe should

resign from his post over what he and many others view as a significant bias or conflict

of interest.
