Today am going to show you how to make thick curd in home.
Also will see tips to make curd in Cold countries like USA, France etc.,
We just need these tools to prepare Milk to set as Curd.
Boil 2 Cups of Milk in low flame
Mix to make sure it doesn't form Cream on top.
Even though we didn't add water to Milk. Milk has Water content already so we need to boil it to let water gets evaporated.
Milk boiled well. Let's turn off the stove.
Transfer it to a bowl/vessel.
Use Whisk/Mathu to whisk Milk to avoid cream formation on top.
Let it cool down for sometime until Milk turns Hot to Warm.
Cream formation on top reduces the thickness of Curd so keep whisking to avoid cream formation.
