laid out just for you but you can also customize your trip here as much as you
and your girls want and even change it up at any time throughout the year in
this video we'll show you how to find fun and exciting badge and journey
meetings on a variety of topics such as science the outdoors
first-aid cookies and so much more we'll even show you how to change some of the
activities in your meeting to an outside activity it's super simple from your
year plan tab navigate to the top and select add meeting from here you'll see
the meeting library filter pop-up select your Girl Scout troop level such as
Daisy brownie junior or multi-level then select the type of meeting you want to
plan intro and closing meetings are great to facilitate the beginning and
end of your troops year with Girl Scout traditions award-earning meetings will
include things like the my promise my feet pin and take action awards after
selecting badges or petals you'll see a list of topics to choose from you can
see brand new badges or choose from things like life skills outdoor or
creativity and the arts just to name a few
simply check the boxes and click view meeting plans
once you've scrolled through the meeting options you'll easily be able to tell
which meetings are already in your year plan and which ones you can add after
clicking select meetings you'll be able to add them to your yearbook
click on a meeting of your choosing perhaps one you've already done as a
troop or any meeting you wish to replace and click replace meeting at the top at
this point you'll be taken to the meeting library filter again choose your
search criteria and select another meeting it will automatically replace
the meeting on your year plan and remember you can just drag and drop from
there
meet to simply remove meetings from your year plan that's easy to click delete
meeting at the top of any meeting and it will be deleted from your year plan
thanks to the support of the Richard King mellon foundation the meeting
activities in your volunteer toolkit make getting girls outside a breeze
while on your year plan tab any meeting that has a small tree icon easily allows
you to switch from an inside to an outside activity simply click into the
meeting locate the activity below that has the tree icon and make it an outside
activity you can do this by either clicking the tree right from here or
click the get girls outside button in the activity pop up the activities will
automatically change to an outside activity now you know the ins and outs
of customizing your troops your plan with awesome badge and journey meetings
