I'm Johanna Kinsler and I work as an innovation engineer at a 30 global and
the role of innovation is to look at the market and find where the unmet needs
are and then to create a solution for that and in my role I particularly
focused on advanced safety systems and autonomous vehicles I have a really big
family and it's a really supportive environment if I were to pass along
something from my family to other people it would be the support that we have for
each other I'm involved in a nonprofit organization it's called lay flood
relief where I sponsor children who need support for education in rural India and
doing this makes me feel fulfilled as a person and to feel like I am
contributing not only to my local community where I live and work every
day but also to the world if achill I live with 4 PhD scientists and science
is fun for us so there's a white board in our eating area and a lot of times
while we're eating dinner we'll just put equations up on the board or if I have a
question from work I'll take my question home and ask my friends one thing that's
very important to me is to feel like what I'm doing is a value and it's very
important to me to help other people and to not only seek a good life for myself
but to enrich that of the people in my community every one of my teammates is
willing to pitch in so I appreciate very much about the
management culture that there's an emphasis on doing what's right working
on what's going to add value and also that behind every job there is a real
person that's I'm treated like a real person
