today we will make green gram seeds pakode

it can be eat everyone and it is so healthy

Green gram seeds contain rich proteins

so today we will make organic pakore

i prepare 500 G green gram seeds

2 cup gram flour

2 Tsp rice flour

two Grated onion

2 Tsp coriander

2 tsp garlic- ginger- chilly pest

1 tsp roasted cumin &coriander powder

1/2 tsp ground spices

1/2 Tsp asafoetida

salt by taste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 lemon

and oil for fry

i removed peel of green gram

now we will crush it

put seeds in mixer jar

we will not fully crush , we need little bit crush

we need just like it

transfer in a bowl

add onion in it

coriander

garlic- ginger- chilly pest

turmeric powder

Hing

cumin powder

garam amsala

salt

mix well

you can add masala more or less

all masala has been mixed

mow add rice flour in it

add gram flour in it and mix well

i used soft gram flour

rice flour are optional

rice flour will help to make more crispy pakora

been mixed

add little bit water in it and prepare the batter

do not make a soft batter

we can add corn flour also in it

we need little bit hard batter

batter has been ready

add lemon juice in it

one lemon

mix well

just like it

do not make more thin

take oil for heat

put in oil like this

you can use hand or spoon

fry on slow flame

if you keep high flame, it will not fry properly

roll out

you may add cooking soda also

but we don't need it

it will become very crispy without cooking soda
