California Democrat raided by the FBI - they open a closet full of corruption they thought
they could bury the evidence but the FBI knocked down their door
just days after the election Democrats are picking up right where
they left off California is known for its liberal policies and its corruption and the
FBI just hit both hard across California Democrats in office have been making
life a nightmare for residents of the Golden State taxes keep going up
just like homelessness and drug use causing people to flee the state by the
thousands every year and many of the politicians making the horrible decisions for the state
are involved in dirty dealings themselves dot now and new
cases proving just how deep the corruption goes but the Trump
administration is cleaning house and LA city councilman Jose hazhar is likely going down
after the FBI raided his office at City Hall from LA Times FBI special
agent David Nance who supervised the search warrant at City Hall declined
to comment on what the agents were looking for saying the warrants executed Wednesday
were under seal
he said the FBI was not planning on making any arrests in relation to the warrants on
Wednesday bizarre spokesman Rick coca referred questions about the raid
to Stephen Kaufman the councilman's lawyer we are trying to assess the
situation and have no further comment at this time Kaufman said mayor Eric Garcetti
declined to comment Council President Derb Wesson in a statement said the events come
as a surprise to each of us we will continue to do the jobs we were elected
to do and we'll cooperate with authorities a fast
he said sure if you think this Democrat has got to go kazars home was also rated and agents

items were also taken from his City Hall office while no specifics of
the raid have been revealed Bazaar has been facing a slew
of accusations including forcing his employees to engage in inappropriate activities

crony fashion he's working to have his wife a replace him and has been actively raising
money for her campaign to fill his seat Azhar has also been accused of inappropriate
conduct with one of his aides it sounds like an extra dirty

his border wall demands are met and as we near 2019 with No Deal insights we ask what's
it going to take for Congress to come to some kind of a solution you're not to weigh in

Christmas we appreciate it good morning look do you think people want to hear you no I'm
sticking to this shutdown until I get the border wall firm you know no compromise it
sounds like yeah I think 63 million people like to hear that he's sticking to it we voted
for a border wall that's his number one thing in his campaign I mean if you think about
it the left should take this as a dry run in socialism taking money from other people
to fund something you necessarily don't agree with funding that's socialism I also remember
a time when there was a health
care mandate and people lost their health care in order to help the bigger picture so
now the fact that Congress is kicking this can down the road it makes no sense he first
asked for 29 billion for a wall he's made a compromise now asking for five billion I
think a lot of people are disappointed that the Republicans didn't get this done before
midterms no I hear you when you say people voted for President Trump and one of his main
campaign you know speeches and promises that he made was the border wall but it's different
than when you actually have a lot of people out of jobs that is different that is correct
yes but I think a lot of people voted for him because he does take a hard stance he
is unpredictable I mean he's doing what he said he's going to do he's fulfilling a campaign
promise and a lot of people when they vote for someone
what do they want to see happen they want to see those promises fulfilled Jim you know
he's not really standing that tough the reporting coming out of the White House is that they've
dropped it down to two and a half so they've cut their you know they're down 25 down to
five down to two and a half this rate he's gonna have a heck of a time ever getting complete
a complete wall he's already happy after his term two-and-a-half billions it's not going
to get you anywhere close no it's not gonna get us close but you know he's trying to compromise
this is us he's showing us that he can actually compromise and the after showing us that they're
not
willing to so they're putting a lot of people at risk there's a lot of doctor recipients
I mean if you think about it this could actually save a child's life we see so many children
that are dying making this trek to the US border being forced by their parents or traffickers
whoever they're with that day and honestly if you make it less likely for you them to
cross illegally perhaps they won't make that Trek before perhaps those children will be
put in harm's way I mean the president said he's gonna build the wall even if it takes
more money I think he'll still try to get it done and that's what we're looking for
let's take a look at the statement here from Schumer Pelosi the chrismas statement and
says quote President Trump is plunging the country into chaos
instead of bringing certainty into people's lives he's continuing the Trump shutdown the
president wanted the shutdown but he seems not to know how to get himself out of it do
you think heknows how to get himself out of it do you agree with that I don't agree with
that I think he can get himself out of it they said the same thing when he called North
Korean leader Kim jong-un Rocketman there's always this hysteria that's attached to whatever
Donald Trump is doing I think he should stand firm I hope he doesn't give in I know he's
cut down a lot on the amount of money that he's asking for but I think he should continue
to ask for this and honestly I find this tactic intriguing we might finally see which government
employees that are collecting salaries that aren't actually necessary because they weren't
doing work in the first place you know the Democrats contend that the bulk of
the drugs that come into this country are coming through actual checkpoints they also
say that a number of the people that get into the country are coming underneath through
this vast tunnel system and that is their main argument for why the wall is not going
to be as effective as the president says what is the Republican response to that argument
I mean we could sit here and keep doing the same old thing and to me that's the definition
of insanity I mean we have to try to do something if we sit back and say okay we're not gonna
build the wall because the wall won't actually work well then what are we gonna do they're
offering no solutions the left they complain about what Donald Trump wants to do but they're
offering nothing
to the table kemberly what would you see as a good compromise if there is one I would
honestly I think we've gone lower than what we should have I think five billion is great
to start with the wall I think the less they should actually think about putting people
first especially Americans and you have to admit those that come in Legally they end
up making more money and providing for their family better than those that come in illegally
and so to me it's it's a win-win if we just do something we'll see what happens Kimberly

there's a reason that the most powerful man in the world has 56 million Twitter followers
that's how he jumps over the lies of the fake news industrial complex tells the truth to
the American people he's absolutely right you know he is trying to bring us a present
which is border security safety for all of us and Capitol Hill all those Democrats they're
like a collective gaggle of grinches so you know whether it's tweeting about brett mcgurk
the wall him working while they're all you know taking time off that this is who we elected
if it weren't for you know his twitter account hillary clinton would be president dr. mark
out do you anticipate now grievances are sort of the end of the year but I feel like this
grievance is going to keep resurfacing on Twitter as the president holds a line on his
border funding right and he's going to keep on tweeting about he became the president
for one reason alone he loves this country he saw that DC was broken
the swamp didn't work and he wants to fix it he didn't become president because he wanted
that massive government paycheck I mean he's donating it back to the government he didn't
do it because he he wanted the fame I think
the name Donald Trump was pretty well a known global brand before he ran for president but
yes this is what he's going to keep on doing he's working right now right now for us to
keep his promises I know it's shocking for most Americans to have somebody who's a politician
keep their promises but this is what this man does and and he knows more than anybody
else his campaign as president began on a platform of immigration reform and building
the wall and he's never going to give up on that it's not just Democrats that he's going
after the president also tweeting about other individuals in our system of government the
only problem our economy has is the Fed they don't have a feel for the market they don't
understand necessary trade wars or strong dollars or even Democrat shutdowns over borders
the Fed is like a powerful golfer who can't score because he has no touch
he can't putt what's your reaction to that analogy in that tweet there hey when I was
in the White House the mainstream media constantly tried to get me to criticize the president's
tweeting and I never would I remember being on Chris Cuomo show for 16 minutes once talking
about one tweet these people are obsessed but he knows what he's doing he uses he uses
imagery like that to make us understand what what's happening the Fed is acting like a
break it's acting like a brake on the engine that is the American economy which has been
unleashed by the president and his deregulation and his his his dismantling of the administrative
state so he knows exactly what he's doing and he knows that the Fed isn't on board with
what
he's doing to bring prosperity back to America well dr.
Bernie you mentioned the media he also went after the media and he went after senator
bob Corker of tennessee wolf wait and find out what he gives us his Twitter gifts today

weekend the Senate was adjourned until Thursday Majority Leader Mitch McConnell urging some
level of compromise the president from whom we will need a signature and Senate Democrats
from whom we will need votes reach an agreement no procedural votes no test votes just a meaningful
vote on a bipartisan agreement whenever
that is reached and it's my hope that this roof sooner rather than later all right listen
barber is that the White House tracking all of this and Ellison is the White House still
saying they must have that five billion dollars for border security or No Deal well they've
come down from that number a little bit we've repeatedly heard the White House say they've
been saying it all weekend that they need five billion dollars for border security and
some sort of physical barrier senior administration officials briefed reporters on Saturday and
said that that was what they expected from Congress but of course things move pretty
fast around here and with 24 hours of that official briefing reporters vice president
Mike Pence and budget director Mick Mulvaney were on their way to Capitol Hill to meet
with Democratic Senator ChuckSchumer and give him a counteroffer the White House says that
offer is somewhere between 1.3 billion and 5 billion the
ball is in the Senate's Court of course keep in mind any bill that comes out of the Senate
on this topic will have to have 60 votes so they have to have Democrat support they are
there at 1/3 yesterday we were at 5 billion a couple days ago we moved off of the five
we hope they move up from there 1.3 a democratic source tells Fox News the latest offer from
the White House is 2.1 billion for border security and that includes new fencing plus
400 million for other immigration priorities Mulvaney says it is possible that this shutdown
will go into the new year Anita ok and when the White House says they want a physical
barrier we've seen the resident tweet out photos of sort of a something with slaps is
that more amenable to the Democrats do you think
they might go for something like that yeah well we've heard back and forth this idea
that really everything is a game of semantics when it comes to this particular fight that
the White House the president says he needs a wall that Democrats don't want a wall but
now the White House says it's really more so a steel slat barrier they're calling it
a fence a physical barrier the president tweeted this photo last week and the White House describes
it as a steel slatted fence they say this is what they want to build and that they have
told the Democrats this is exactly what they want to build the White House claims that
Democrats have supported this sort of thing in the past with the secure Fence Act that
at best they are playing
a game of semantics and saying they won't agree to a wall but don't consider the steel
slats to be a quote wall at worst the White House says this is all about politics for
Democrats the president tweeting this morning quote virtually every Democrat we are dealing
with today strongly supported a border wall or fence it was only when I made it an important
part of my campaign because people and drugs were pouring into our country unchecked that
they turned against it desperately needed Democrats of course say this is all about
politics for the president and that he is throwing at intricate temper tantrum and playing
