I'm saying when I say smart I mean like you know as in technology is there anything that

our a personnel you need more example of course you need sensors in the
ground you need what we used to use is night infrared devices we can see at

other ways through water I mean is there really I want to set the record
straight is there really that sort of a crisis at the southern border yes yes absolutely
I've caught middle Easterns walking across the border so terrorists tend to be I hate
to say it but they tend to come from Middle Eastern countries just like
the nineteen hijackers during 9/11 all right and they do cross the
us-mexico border you seen the other day on TV the chief said yes we caught two Pakistani
ins across in the border in the McAllen sector yes they come across that
way they come across air they come across every way yes but the crisis word
arthel is not only the terrorists coming across it's the murderers the sex offenders and
every other type of criminal of which I've caught thousands the crisis has existed for
