Hi guys, welcome to the channel of the beer chef
we are here to present dishes of kitchen with beer, in honor
to the breweries that have sponsored us and us they rewarded the chef's throne
of beer, first beer chef in Italy.
The first we will present is the Flying Dog brewery, of my great friends with whom I collaborate
for more than 13 years and one of the first recipes we will make and with the IPA Snake Dog
and it will be a risotto with porcini mushrooms, lime and, of course, the IPA of Flyin Dog
