 El tenista argentino Juan Martín del Potro derrotó este martes al estadounidense John Isner en cuatro sets, con lo que selló su pase a las semifinales del Abierto de los Estados Unidos

   Del Potro, tercer mejor tenista del mundo, tuvo un primer set complicado que terminó perdiendo en tiebraek; sin embargo, el de Tandil logró reponerse para llevarse los siguientes tres sets y llevarse el duelo 6-7 (5/7), 6-3, 7-6 (7/4), 6-2  y en tres horas y media de juego

     El argentino ya se encuentra en la antesala por la disputa del título en Flushing Meadows, pero antes tendrá que enfrentar al ganador del duelo entre David Goffin y Rafael Nadal, quien lo eliminó en las semifinales de la edición del año pasado
