The FBI Found Something In Hillary Clinton's Emails That No One Ever Expected

Hillary Clinton's scandals just went from bad to worse.

She believed she was out of the woods on facing jail time for her corruption and illegal handling

of classified information.

But the FBI just dug up bombshell evidence that proves she is guilty.

When former FBI Director James Comey announced he would not pursue charges against Clinton,

millions of Americans were outraged and suspected the investigation was rigged to protect her.

They had no idea how right they were.

Newly released summaries of FBI interviews with CIA officials show that the intelligence

community had labeled Clinton's email server as "problematic".

The Daily Caller reports:

"CIA OFFICIALS DESCRIBED EMAILS FOUND ON HILLARY CLINTON'S PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER AS

"PROBLEMATIC" AND DAMAGING TO THE AGENCY, ACCORDING TO SUMMARIES OF INTERVIEWS THEY

GAVE TO THE FBI LAST MAY AND JUNE.

THE TIMING OF THE INTERVIEWS IS SIGNIFICANT BECAUSE THEY ARE WITHIN A 39 DAY TIME WINDOW

IN WHICH TOP FBI OFFICIALS, INCLUDING THEN-DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY, EDITED LANGUAGE IN A DRAFT MEMO

OF A STATEMENT THAT WAS TO BE GIVEN AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE CLINTON EMAIL PROBE.

A MAY 2, 2016 MEMO SENT BY COMEY TO THREE TOP BUREAU OFFICIALS REFERRED TO CLINTON'S

USE OF A PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER TO SEND AND RECEIVE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION AS "GROSSLY

NEGLIGENT."

BUT ACCORDING TO IOWA SEN.

CHUCK GRASSLEY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, THE MEMO WAS CHANGED

ON OR AROUND JUNE 10 TO REFER TO CLINTON'S ACTIONS AS MERELY "EXTREMELY CARELESS."

THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN "GROSSLY NEGLIGENT" AND "EXTREMELY CARELESS" IS SIGNIFICANT

BECAUSE THE FORMER IS CONSIDERED A FEDERAL CRIME WHILE THE LATTER TERM HAS NO LEGAL WEIGHT."

This bombshell comes on the heels of Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley

demanding the FBI answer as to why Comey's initial draft memo on the Clinton investigation

had described her conduct as "grossly negligent", but was later softened to "extremely careless".

"Grossly negligent" meets the legal definition of a crime and means the FBI would have had

to pursue charges.

CNN reports:

"SENATE JUDICIARY CHAIRMAN CHARLES GRASSLEY, AN IOWA REPUBLICAN, HAS TAKEN INTEREST IN

WHY AN EARLY DRAFT OF A MEMO BY THEN-FBI DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY DESCRIBED THE BEHAVIOR OF HILLARY

CLINTON AS "GROSSLY NEGLIGENT" FOR HER HANDLING OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION, THOUGH

COMEY IN HIS JULY 5, 2016 PUBLIC STATEMENT DIDN'T USE THAT TERM.

A SOURCE FAMILIAR WITH THE FBI DECISION TELLS CNN THAT COMEY AND HIS FBI COLLEAGUES WERE

"PLAYING WITH THE LANGUAGE THROUGHOUT" THE PROCESS, BUT CONSISTENTLY HELD THE BELIEF

THAT THEY NEEDED TO CONDEMN CLINTON'S HANDLING OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION WHILE ASSERTING

THEY WOULD NOT BRING CHARGES.

INSTEAD, COMEY ENDED UP CRITICIZING CLINTON'S CONDUCT AS "EXTREMELY CARELESS," BUT SAID

NO REASONABLE PROSECUTOR WOULD PURSUE CHARGES BASED ON THE EVIDENCE…

… "GROSSLY NEGLIGENT," THE LANGUAGE DROPPED FROM THE DRAFT, IS A TERM THAT CARRIES

WITH IT LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS.

"EXTREMELY CARELESS," THE TERM COMEY ENDED UP USING, DOES NOT.

SO WHY THE CHANGE?"

Based on this new evidence, the FBI should have pursued charges against Hillary.

And this will only add to the calls that the Justice Department should appoint a special

prosecutor to investigate the multiple Clinton scandals.

James Comey Is In Deep Trouble After These Secret Documents Went Public - Duration: 10:11.

James Comey Is In Deep Trouble After These Secret Documents Went Public

Former FBI Director James Comey cannot escape the growing scandal surrounding the FBI's

conduct during the 2016 election.

President Trump and his supporters have criticized the FBI for using ex-British spy Christopher

Steele and his work to try and sway the election.

And Comey is now in deep trouble after the FBI made 71 previously secret pages of documents

public.

The FBI's relationship with Christopher Steele continues to become more problematic.

Steele put together the controversial Trump-Russia dossier that became the central basis for

allegations of collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign.

It was also the primary piece of evidence the FBI cited in their application for a FISA

warrant to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

The FBI has not been candid about its dealings with Steele, and there have been major questions

about when Steele began his investigation, if Steele was paid by the FBI, and how materials

were handled after Steele submitted them to the FBI.

In response to these questions, the FBI made public 71 pages of documents about its dealings

with Christopher Steele.

But instead of quieting the critics, the FBI's move raised more questions than answers.

Nearly every line in the 71 pages of documents were blacked out.

This led critics to question why the FBI was so afraid of the American people learning

the true facts about how they worked with a foreign spy during a Presidential campaign.

While the documents did reveal that Steele was given an admonishment in February 2016

by the FBI and that he was paid by the Bureau, the redactions make it impossible to know

when Steele was paid.

The admonishment raises eyebrows because it is typically given when an individual begins

working for the FBI as a confidential informant and then annually thereafter.

Finally, the documents confirmed that Steele had told a third party he was working as a

confidential human source for the FBI and was also the source for a news article—likely

the September 2016 Yahoo piece authored by Michael Isikoff.

Isikoff's article was used as evidence that the FBI had corroborated the allegations in

the dossier.

But they did not tell the court that both the dossier and the Yahoo article were sourced

by Steele.

These documents only add to the headaches for the FBI and its former Director James

Comey.

The cover up of the FBI colluding with a foreign spy to try and influence the 2016 election

continues to unfold.

Precious few details about the relationship between Steele and the FBI have leaked out.

But what information is publically available is raising major red flags.

The details released make it clear that Trump was right to fire James Comey.

In fact, the only question now is why Trump didn't remove Comey on the very first day

of his administration.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this story.

Hillary Clinton Was Caught Red Handed Covering Up This Crime - Duration: 10:36.

Hillary Clinton Was Caught Red Handed Covering Up This Crime

Hillary Clinton's email scandal is still haunting her.

An explosive new revelation just brought her wrongdoing back into the spotlight.

And she's been caught red-handed covering up her criminal conduct.

Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough III was part of the investigation

into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

Apparently he performed his job too well.

McCullough recounts in an interview that he faced professional blowback for his work.

Fox News reports:

"There was personal blowback.

Personal blowback to me, to my family, to my office," former Intelligence Community

Inspector General Charles McCullough III said.

The Obama appointee discussed his role in the Clinton email probe for the first time

on television, during an exclusive interview with Fox News.

McCullough – who came to the inspector general position with more than two decades of experience

at the FBI, Treasury and intelligence community – shed light on how quickly the probe was

politicized and his office was marginalized by Democrats.

In January 2016, after McCullough told the Republican leadership on the Senate intelligence

and foreign affairs committees that emails beyond the "Top Secret" level passed through

the former secretary of state's unsecured personal server, the backlash intensified.

"All of a sudden I became a shill of the right," McCullough recalled.

"And I was told by members of Congress, 'Be careful.

You're losing your credibility.

You need to be careful.

There are people out to get you.'"

McCullough also claimed that his job was threatened for carrying out his duties.

Fox News also reports:

"As Election Day approached, McCullough said the threats went further, singling out

him and another senior government investigator on the email case.

"It was told in no uncertain terms, by a source directly from the campaign, that we

would be the first two to be fired — with [Clinton's] administration.

That that was definitely going to happen," he said.

McCullough said he was just trying to do his job, which requires independence.

"I was, in this context, a whistleblower.

I was explaining to Congress — I was doing exactly what they had expected me to do.

Exactly what I promised them I would do during my confirmation hearing," he said.

"… This was a political matter, and all of a sudden I was the enemy."

McCullough's commitment to justice and the rule of law stands in stark contrast to Clinton

and former FBI Director James Comey.

Comey drafted a memo to not bring charges against Hillary months before the investigation

was even complete.

Critics also accused Comey of rewriting the law as a means of excusing Clinton's conduct.

Should Hillary Clinton be held accountable for this latest cover-up attempt?
