Chuck Schumer has spent one year obstructing Donald Trump.

Republicans in Congress reached a deal on a historic tax cut legislation.

This was a top priority for Trump.

Politico reports:

"THE AGREEMENT INCLUDES A 37 PERCENT TOP TAX RATE FOR INDIVIDUALS, SENATE MAJORITY

WHIP JOHN CORNYN (R-TEXAS) SAID, LOWER THAN EITHER THE HOUSE OR SENATE CALLED FOR EARLIER.

THE CORPORATE TAX RATE WOULD BE 21 PERCENT, HIGHER THAN THE 20 PERCENT IN EACH CHAMBER'S

SEPARATE LEGISLATION, AND WOULD START IN 2018 INSTEAD OF BEING DELAYED UNTIL 2019 AS THE

SENATE PROPOSED.

"PASS-THROUGH" BUSINESSES THAT PAY TAXES THROUGH THE INDIVIDUAL SIDE OF THE TAX CODE

WOULD GET A 20 PERCENT DEDUCTION, AND BUSINESSES WOULD GET TO IMMEDIATELY WRITE OFF INVESTMENTS

FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.

THE CORPORATE ALTERNATIVE MINIMUM TAX, WHICH BUSINESS GROUPS HAD FOUGHT HARD TO GET SQUELCHED

IN A FINAL DEAL, IS OUT, SOURCES SAID.

THE AMT FOR INDIVIDUALS IS RETAINED, THOUGH FEWER PEOPLE ARE EXPECTED TO PAY IT AS THE

EXEMPTION WOULD BE RAISED TO $1 MILLION FOR COUPLES.

THE ESTATE TAX, LONG A TARGET FOR ELIMINATION BY REPUBLICANS, WOULD BE KEPT, CORNYN SAID,

THOUGH THE EXEMPTION WOULD BE DOUBLED.

THE FINAL LEGISLATION WOULD ALSO END OBAMACARE'S MANDATE THAT ALL AMERICANS HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE

OR FACE A FINE.

THE SENATE PLANS TO TAKE UP THE BILL FIRST, ON MONDAY, WITH A FINAL VOTE BY THE CHAMBER

ON TUESDAY."

Republicans have a narrow 52-48 and are pressing ahead to hold the final vote to deliver economic

relief to the American people.

But Chuck Schumer is playing politics.

He is demanding the Republicans delay the vote until Doug Jones is seated following

his victory in Alabama's special election.

Robert Mueller's Russia witch hunt has not been going well for the Democrats.

The media is trying to paint Mueller's Russia investigation as everything but politically

Just this month already, the former FBI agent who interviewed Michael Flynn was removed

from the investigation because of anti-Trump text messages.

And now, another member of the investigation has been exposed with having very deep ties

to the Democrat party, and Hillary Clinton.

Adam Zebley previously served as Mueller's chief of staff, and was often referred to

as Mueller's "right-hand man."

He was heavily involved in the Russia investigation for quite a while.

Zebley, a lawyer, also represented Justin Cooper in 2015, who was the IT staffer that

set up Hillary Clinton's unsecured private email server.

Cooper was also the aide who destroyed Hillary's old BlackBerry cell phones with a hammer.

It becomes hard to argue that someone is unbiased when they represented the person who caused

perhaps the largest scandal of the 2016 election.

CARLSON REVEALED ON HIS SHOW THURSDAY.

COOPER, IT SO HAPPENS, IS ALSO THE AIDE WHO DESTROYED CLINTON'S OLD BLACKBERRIES WITH

A HAMMER.

DOCUMENTS OBTAINED BY FOX NEWS SHOW THAT SENATE INVESTIGATORS GREW FRUSTRATED WITH ZEBLEY

AFTER BEING REPEATEDLY STONEWALLED WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO SET UP A MEETING WITH COOPER.

"MR.

ZEBLEY TELEPHONED HOMELAND SECURITY [COMMITTEE] STAFF TO INFORM THEM THAT COOPER HAD CHOSEN

TO CANCEL THE INTERVIEW," THE DOCUMENTS SAID.

IN A LETTER TO COOPER, CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATORS COMPLAINED: "WE ARE TROUBLED BY YOUR ATTORNEY'S

[REFERRING TO ZEBLEY] COMPLETE REFUSAL TO ENGAGE THE COMMITTEE IN A DISCUSSION ABOUT

HOW TO FURTHER ASSUAGE YOUR CONCERNS.""

So Zebley, who was Mueller's "right-hand man," was also the representative for the

person who Hillary trusted to set up her dangerous email server.

This information is coming out at a time where people are losing any trust for the investigation,

and are calling for the firing of Mueller.

The strong anti-Trump members of his investigation coming to light are only going to continue

to make it harder for the media to paint this investigation as non-partisan.

Billionaire investor George Soros is one of the left's shadowy puppet masters.

Soros told the Financial Times that nationalism is the dominant ideology in the world and

is leading the collapse of the European Union.

Donald Trump has also been associated with the nationalist movement by virtue of his

Soros' goal is to crush Trump and his movement.

"The progressive billionaire speculator George Soros has said he will 'fight back'

against the "dominant ideology" of nationalism, whilst admitting that favoured globalist project

the European Union is "on the verge of a breakdown".

Wistfully writing that Soros's Open Society Foundations (OSF) once 'epitomised the optimism

about the spread of Western-style democracy' after the fall of the Soviet Union, the Financial

Times described the scrutiny the global progressive body is experiencing amidst a wave of patriotism

and populism and the 'wilting' attraction of the leftist agenda.

Soros, alluding to the collapse of the USSR, told the left-liberal newspaper: "It's

déjà vu all over again with one big change — the dominant ideology in the world now

is nationalism…

It's the EU that's the institution that's on the verge of a breakdown.

"And Russia is now the resurgent power, based on nationalism," Soros said."

Soros is working to defeat nationalists like Trump so he can continue to flood the Western

world with migrants.

Breitbart also reports:

Soros has denied accusations his organisations were directly involved in toppling governments

in Ukraine, Macedonia, and Georgia, though admitted to the Financial Times that his grantees

were involved in the 2014 Maidan protests in Ukraine, saying: "We were not involved

in the actual fighting — that's against our guidelines and principles.

But we were supporters of the fighters and that was also during Maidan."

In Macedonia, vice president of the Stop Operation Soros organisation Cvetin Chilimanov accused

OSF of organising protests in the Balkans.

Central European nations have been vocal opponents of Soros's interventions, and the billionaire

is believed by the Hungarian government to be behind the EU's plans to open the bloc's

borders to millions of Middle Eastern and African people through the institutionalisation

of mass migration.

Last week at a European Parliament hearing, Soros–backed migrant rights group the Hungarian

Helsinki Committee and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in Poland urged the European

Parliament to establish a "European Values Instrument" which would financially support

NGOs that are 'protecting European values' in member states.

The hearing was organised by European lawmakers Sophie in't Veld and Frank Engel – both

of whom are named as two of the 226 "reliable allies" of Soros's Open Society European

Policy Institute in the European Parliament."

Europe is Soros' testing ground.

It won't be long before he brings these tactics to America in a desperate bid to defeat

Trump.

Now, lets talk about "the Income Requirements for

Marriage based immigration to the USA?

In order to successfully petition for your spouse or

fiancee to come to the USA, or obtain a Green Card after marriage,

you the US sponsor must demonstrate to Immigration that you have

enough income coming in, to support your spouse, and household.

The minimum financial requirement is that you must have income

equal to and preferably more than 100% of the poverty

income level where you live to be eligible to sponsor for a

Fiancee Visa, and over 125% of the poverty level to be

eligible for Spousal Visa or Adjustment of Status.

Each year the Department of Health and Human Services

publishes their Poverty Guidelines.

The new Poverty Guidelines have risen about $200 from last year.

As of March 2018, for residents in the continental US the Financial Eligibility requirements

for Permanent residency are as follows.

Required Annual Income (For Fiancee Visa) $16,460, if 2 Persons in Family or Household

$20,780, if 3 Persons in Family or Household $25,100, if 4 Persons in Family or Household

For each Additional person add $4,320

Required Annual Income (For Spousal Visa or Green Card)

$20,575, if 2 Persons in Family or Household $25,975, if 3 Persons in Family or Household

$31,375, if 4 Persons in Family or Household

For each Additional person add $5,400

The Financial eligibility thresholds are lower for

active military, and higher for residents of

Alaska or Hawaii.

Proving your Income.

Normally you provide your most recent Federal Tax Return,

3 to 6 pay stubs showing 'Year to date' earnings, plus a letter from your employer confirming

your job, and what your expected annual pay is.

If your income might be low, but you have 'money in the bank' your cash assets, can

be used as a alternative for annual income.

'Cash' assets are assets which can be easily converted

(sold)to cash.

For example: stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, cash in the bank

You may have a lot of other assets such as your car, boat, coin

collection, business or investment property but because these

can NOT be easily turned to cash immigration will not accept

them as alternatives to annual income.

The one exception to an asset that is hard to convert, but

CAN be counted is your home.

If the market value of your home is higher than your mortgage you

may use the equity just like a cash asset.

$5 cash assets is the equivalent of $1 annual income

For example, a retired Fiancee Visa sponsor living in California,

with NO income, and no dependents would need to have

5 times $16,460 or $82,300 in cash assets to quality for the Fiancee

Visa.

Alternatively a combination of income and assets will work.

For example, if the sponsors income is $10,000 per year,

then he should have $32,300 cash or convertible assets

to qualify.

$16,460 - $10,000 = $6,460 x 5 = $ 32,300 cash assets needed.

What if you don't have enough income OR assets?

In that case you can ask a relative or friend to act as a joint-sponsor.

Just like buying a car, your joint-sponsor could 'co-sign' your loan.

When a joint-sponsor is used the size of the household increases.

The combined household (for the financial calculations) would include

the household size of the sponsor combined with the household

size of the co-sponsor.

For example, a college student petitioning for his fiancee,

asks his father to joint-sponsor.

Both the college student and the father would each complete an

affidavit of support.

The student's household is just 2 persons, himself and his fiancee.

The father's household would be father, mother, and the two siblings

still living at home.

Thus the combined household would be 6 persons,

and the combined income of both sponsor and joint-sponsor

would have to be $33,740 or more.

A joint-sponsor can be used for any Spousal Visa or

Adjustment of Status petition, and can be used for MOST

Fiancee Visa petitions.

Not all consulates allow the use of a joint-sponsor for a Fiancee Visa.

For example: Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Nigeria do not.

If you are applying for a Fiancee visa and need a joint-sponsor,

before filing the petition, best is to contact the consulate directly and

confirm whether the consulate's policies permit the use of a

financial joint-sponsor.
