Robert Mueller Found Out His Plan To Impeach Trump Just Went Up In Flames

Special counsel Robert Mueller has one goal.

It is to impeach Donald Trump.

But his awful plan to take down the President just went up in flames.

Mueller tried to lay a trap for President Trump.

He requested an interview as part of his Russia witch hunt.

It was a careful ruse.

The goal was to paint Trump into a corner.

If Trump declined the interview, Mueller could count on his lap dogs in the media to push

the false narrative that Trump had something to hide.

He wanted to corner Trump into accepting so the special counsel and his team could conduct

a freewheeling interview about any subject they wanted as a perjury trap.

If Trump misremembered a date, a conversation, or a meeting, Mueller could claim the President

lied to investigators and that Congress has grounds to impeach Trump and try to remove

him from office.

Trump's lawyers were wise to the con Mueller was running and advised the President not

sit down with the special counsel, but to submit to writer interrogatories as Ronald

Reagan did during the Iran-Contra investigation.

COURT BATTLE," PER THE N.Y.

TIMES' MICHAEL SCHMIDT AND MAGGIE HABERMAN:

"His lawyers are concerned that the president, who has a history of making false statements

and contradicting himself, could be charged with lying to investigators."

Why it matters: "Refusing to sit for an interview opens the possibility that Mr. Mueller

will subpoena the president to testify before a grand jury, setting up a court fight that

would drastically escalate the investigation and could be decided by the Supreme Court."

"REJECTING AN INTERVIEW WITH MR.

MUELLER ALSO CARRIES POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES … CASTING A SHADOW OVER REPUBLICANS AS NOVEMBER'S

MIDTERM ELECTIONS APPROACH OR BEYOND INTO THE PRESIDENT'S RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN."

Mueller's investigation is a farce.

No evidence of collusion has been found.

In fact, the only proof of collusion is Hillary Clinton's campaign colluding with the Russians

by paying for the fake news Christopher Steele dossier.

Mueller has no grounds to interview the President.

He is demanding to question Trump on matters unrelated to collusion and that were not a

crime, namely the controversial statement put out about the Trump Tower meeting between

Donald Trump, Jr. and a Russian lawyer.

But misleading the press is not a crime.

If that is what Mueller wants to ask Trump about, then the President should tell the

special counsel to pound sand because Mueller is in violation of the separation of powers.

Interviewing Trump is Mueller's last ditch effort to criminalize Trump's conduct in

office.

The collusion angle was a fake news hoax and the obstruction of justice case is a complete

nonstarter.

Jeff Sessions Said The Two Words That Sent Democrats Over The Edge

The Democrats are on the warpath.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions delivered a speech declaring the administration's support

for law enforcement.

And he said two words that pushed Democrats over the edge.

Sessions was addressing the National Sheriff's Association and praised sheriffs for their

role in local law enforcement throughout the country's history.

He then stated how they represented an important part of the "Anglo-American" law enforcement

heritage.

CNN reports:

"ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS ON MONDAY BROUGHT UP SHERIFFS' "ANGLO-AMERICAN HERITAGE"

DURING REMARKS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN WASHINGTON.

"I WANT TO THANK EVERY SHERIFF IN AMERICA.

SINCE OUR FOUNDING, THE INDEPENDENTLY ELECTED SHERIFF HAS BEEN THE PEOPLE'S PROTECTOR,

WHO KEEPS LAW ENFORCEMENT CLOSE TO AND ACCOUNTABLE TO PEOPLE THROUGH THE ELECTED PROCESS,"

SESSIONS SAID IN REMARKS AT THE NATIONAL SHERIFFS ASSOCIATION WINTER MEETING, ADDING, "THE

OFFICE OF SHERIFF IS A CRITICAL PART OF THE ANGLO-AMERICAN HERITAGE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT."

"WE MUST NEVER ERODE THIS HISTORIC OFFICE," SESSIONS CONTINUED."

Sessions was not out of bounds in any way with his remark – much of American legal

tradition derives from British common law.

But it sent the left into a total frenzy.

Leading Democrats such as Senator Brian Schatz of Hawaii and California Lt. Governor Gavin

Newsome predictably accused Sessions of spreading bigotry and white supremacy.

Newsome went ever further in his outrageous smear of Sessions.

"REMINDER THAT OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL IS AN OUTRIGHT RACIST WHO WANTS US ALL TO ACKNOWLEDGE

'ANGLO-AMERICAN HERITAGE,'" TWEETED NEWSOM, WHO IS RUNNING TO LEAD THE "RESISTANCE

STATE."

"Anglo-American" is a common term when discussing the American legal system.

Barack Obama used the term during a Senate floor speech.

And left-wing icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg has employed it in Supreme Court opinions.

But liberals like Newsome – who is running for California Governor – must adopt the

most extreme positions on identity politics in order to appeal to the Democrats insane

voter base.

Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has dredged on for the last year.

He has constantly looked for ways to link Trump to the Russian government, without much

luck.

But one thing that just happened will shut down Robert Mueller's Russia investigation.

Despite Special Counsel Robert Mueller's attempts to interview President Trump relating

to the Russia investigation; that will likely not happen.

President Donald Trump's legal team has made it clear that the President has not met

the high threshold needed to interview a President in person.

In other words, the investigation into the President's campaign is so baseless that

they don't think the President should have to waste his time being interviewed about

it.

President Trump has made it clear that he'd "love to" meet with Robert Mueller, as

he understands his innocence, but he is relying on his legal team to decide if he should meet

with him.

As reported by CNN:

"PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP'S ATTORNEYS ARE ARGUING THAT SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER'S

TEAM HAS NOT MET THE HIGH THRESHOLD THEY BELIEVE IS NEEDED TO INTERVIEW A PRESIDENT IN PERSON,

ACCORDING TO SOURCES FAMILIAR WITH THE ONGOING DELIBERATIONS.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT TRUMP HIMSELF HAS SAID HE IS "LOOKING FORWARD" AND WOULD "LOVE

TO" MEET WITH MUELLER, HE DID SAY ANY INTERVIEW WOULD BE "SUBJECT TO MY LAWYERS," WHO

BELIEVE THAT TRUMP SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO THAT.

SOURCES SAID THIS IS AN ONGOING NEGOTIATION AND THE POSITION BY THE PRESIDENT'S LAWYERS

IS NOT A FINAL STANCE.

WHILE THE WHITE HOUSE HAS COOPERATED WITH MUELLER'S INVESTIGATION BY PROVIDING DOCUMENTS

AND VOLUNTARY WITNESS TESTIMONY, THE PRESIDENT'S LEGAL TEAM ARGUES THAT THE PRESIDENT SHOULD

NOT BE TREATED LIKE ANYONE ELSE.

TRUMP'S ATTORNEYS WOULD LIKE MUELLER'S PROSECUTORS TO SHOW THAT ONLY THE PRESIDENT

CAN GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION THEY REQUIRE.

THE PRESIDENT'S TEAM, ONE SOURCE SAID, IS CONSULTING WITH THE WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL'S

OFFICE AND OTHER OUTSIDE LEGAL EXPERTS GIVEN THE IMPLICATIONS OF ANY DECISION ABOUT THE

PRESIDENT'S TESTIMONY ON THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

THE DISCUSSIONS ABOUT PRESIDENTIAL TESTIMONY ARE ONGOING AND PROFESSIONAL, SAYS ONE SOURCE.

BUT IT IS NOW CLEAR WHERE THE PRESIDENT'S ATTORNEYS STAND.

MUELLER HAS MADE CLEAR HE IS SEEKING A SIT-DOWN INTERVIEW WITH THE PRESIDENT, CNN REPORTED

LAST WEEK.

MUELLER HAS EVEN PROVIDED TRUMP'S ATTORNEYS WITH A RANGE OF TOPICS HE WANTS TO ASK ABOUT

AS PART OF ONGOING NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING AN INTERVIEW WITH THE PRESIDENT, SOURCES FAMILIAR

WITH THE MATTER TELL CNN."

Unless Mueller can get an interview with President Trump, his investigation will be nothing more

than a fantasy being pushed by the Democrats.

Instead of looking at evidence, or in this case, the lack of, Democrats continue to push

claims that President Trump colluded with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton.

The only small bits of evidence they have to fall back on are from revelations revealed

many months ago, and none of it involves the President himself.

Despite this, Robert Mueller continues to dredge on.

Democrats are in a panic mode.

They are scrambling to keep the Nunes memo – which outlines the FBI's abuse of spying

powers against Donald Trump's campaign – secret.

But Trey Gowdy left them speechless when he dropped this bombshell.

Liberals like Adam Schiff – the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee –are

desperately working to keep the Nunes memo secret.

The House Intelligence Committee voted to make it public now it's up to Donald Trump

to declassify it.

So Schiff and the Deep State insiders are leaning on the administration to keep this

bombshell memo under wraps.

Gowdy went on Fox News and pointed out the hypocrisy of Schiff trying to conceal information

from the American people.

The Daily Caller reported:

TREY GOWDY CALLED OUT CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS FOR TRYING TO HIDE THE CONTENTS OF THE FOREIGN

"MY DEMOCRAT COLLEAGUES DIDN'T WANT US TO FIND THE INFORMATION," GOWDY SAID TUESDAY

ON "FOX & FRIENDS."

"THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO KEEP US FROM FINDING THIS INFORMATION."

GOWDY SPECIFICALLY CHASTISED DEMOCRATIC REP.

ADAM SCHIFF FOR TRYING TO GO TO COURT TO COVER UP LINKS BETWEEN THE INFAMOUS DOSSIER AND

THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE (DNC).

"GOING TO COURT TO HELP FUSION GPS SO WE CAN'T FIND OUT THAT THEY PAID FOR THE DOSSIER

AND THAT THEY WERE WORKING FOR THE DNC.

THAT'S A PRETTY BIG STEP TO GO TO COURT TO TRY TO KEEP THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM

LEARNING SOMETHING," GOWDY SAID.

"IF IT WERE UP TO ADAM SCHIFF, YOU WOULDN'T KNOW ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON'S EMAIL, YOU

WOULDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE SERVER.

YOU WOULDN'T KNOW WHO PAID FOR THE DOSSIER."

GOWDY SAID PARTISANSHIP HAS BECOME MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE TRUTH IN WASHINGTON AND BELIEVES

THE POLITICAL BICKERING IS THE REASON FOR CONGRESS' LOW APPROVAL RATINGS.

"MY OLD JOB, IT WAS PURSUIT OF THE TRUTH.

THIS JOB IS ABOUT WINNING.

I THINK THAT'S WHAT FRUSTRATES PEOPLE AND THAT'S HOW YOU GET A 7% PUBLIC APPROVAL

RATING," GOWDY SAID.

"I TRUST PEOPLE TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN MIND AND DRAW FAIR CONCLUSIONS, BUT POLITICS HAS

DENIGRATED TO THE POINT THAT IT'S ABOUT WINNING AND IT'S ABOUT EMBARRASSING THE

OTHER SIDE AND AGAIN, THAT'S HOW YOU GET 7% PUBLIC APPROVAL RATING."

The only thing Nunes is worried about is that the memo will expose the Russia collusion

story for the conspiracy theory that it is.

The FBI abused the civil rights of American citizens to spy on Trump based on unverified

opposition research.

It could be the biggest scandal in American political history.

Welcome back to Psych-Minded!

I'm your host Kalley Marie and today we're going to continue on with our eating disorders

series and discuss Binge Eating Disorder.

Binge Eating Disorder is the newest, most formally recognized eating disorder currently

in the DSM.

It was added a couple of years ago, along with the main eating disorders such as Anorexia

and Bulimia.

I remember a decade ago when I first started studying eating disorders and getting really

into psychology that, this was not something that was really discussed in the realm of

eating disorders.

It was thought that if you had an eating disorder it was either one of the main such as Anorexia

or Bulimia.

And that simply is not true.

We know now that there is a lot of variation within the eating disorder realm and certainly

compulsive overeating, or Binge Eating Disorder, is a component of that.

So what's really exciting about it being formally acknowledged as a disorder, is that people

that struggle with it can actually get help through their insurance.

So that's why it makes me sort of excited that this is something that we are finally

recognizing as a disorder because there are a lot of people who feel that they cannot

control their eating habits and now we have a way for them to get the psychological help

that they need through their insurance since it is formally recognized.

I know that labels can be difficult and nobody wants to be labeled as having some sort of

disorder, but it does open up a lot of doors and sort of put people on the right pathway

to getting help out of that.

So the main symptoms of Binge Eating Disorder include eating large quantities of food, particularly

very quickly.

Someone might sit down, for example, to eat a plate of food that is 3-4 times the normal

size of a serving and do that 2 or 3 other times within 30 minutes.

So large amounts of food are being eaten in a very small amount of time.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a formal meal.

A lot of people with Binge Eating Disorder find themselves going back to the kitchen

repeatedly or just snacking on different things throughout the day without really being able

to stop.

They feel a lack of control over what they're eating, especially the ability to control

what they eat in the first place.

There is a sense of compulsion and obsession at getting the food that they desire and satisfying

that craving.

A binge episode is typically associated with the person feeling very guilty or shameful

for what they are doing.

They may only eat in the privacy of their own home or when other people are not around

because they feel a sense of shame surrounding their food intake.

Socially, just like with any other eating disorder, this makes it very difficult to

lead a normal life and can be detrimental not being able to enjoy going out with friends

or going and celebrating when food is involved.

So following one of these binge episodes, the individual with Binge Eating Disorder

is likely to feel very shameful and guilty and uncomfortable, as well as even sick to

their stomach.

Their self-esteem is likely to take a dive with each episode of binging that occurs and

they may find it impossible to find the motivation to exercise or start on a healthy diet.

Physically, you may notice somebody with Binge Eating Disorder has frequent weight fluctuations

and they may gain massive amounts of weight in a short amount of time, which can be very

physically painful and cause a lot of problems, as well.

They may complain of fatigue or stomach issues or other ailments, such as muscle aches or

joint pain.

If you or someone you know is struggling with Binge Eating Disorder, know you are not alone.

In recent years a lot of wonderful resource and advocacy has come up surrounding this

disorder in order to get people the help that they need.
