today in order to talk to you about the truth of aging and facial exercises so

hello everyone thanks so much for coming by

today really - appreciate it today I'm going to talk to you about the

truth of Aging because there are so many myths on the market about aging and also

about facial exercises that people think that they see the channel and they think

they're going to do it - you know the exercises for two weeks and then they're

going to look fantastic so I wanted to talk to you about this because the truth

about it all is is that it does take time for your facial exercises to start

work now this is because we are aging every day we are pushing up against that

wall of aging and some days we look absolutely fantastic and other days we

look like so I want to get you to understand and get your mindset around

the fact that when you start facial exercises you just have to keep chipping

away at it you can't just do it for a little bit and then expect it all to

work you know there might be problems with your hormones there might be

problems with what you're eating there might be problems in your environment

stress levels all of that stuff all of those things I age you and they age

you exponentially you might eat a lot of sugar now sugar is akin to smoking

cigarettes it will aid you to no end and that's why when you look at people today

or you might be looking at yourself and you starting to age quite rapidly sugar

is doing it it's a it's like poison it's an absolute poison to the body so it's

something you might want to think about but I do get a lot of questions from

people about on you know comments from people saying look I've been doing this

for a while it's not working on sixth in my 60s or my late 50s and it's not

working I keep doing it but nothing's happening

now the thing about this is that you've got to understand that once you start

exercises from you know 55 onwards facial exercises especially with your

face you have to manage your expectation it's not like going and having an

injection in your face or you know f left or putting other things into your

face it's not it's not like that it's exercise imagine if you go to the

gym I mean you know it will take us six

months for you to really get into full fitness and if you are 55 going on 60

and into your 60s you can imagine it would take a little bit longer and you'd

have to do it a bit lighter and you know there's a whole different thing that you

have to do with facial exercises in managing the expectation it's not a

quick fix it's not a perfect fix even with my own

journey with facial exercises I'd go up and down every day it's just the way it

is and you just have to understand that you know just because you see these

amazing models on TV and they put a bit of cream on their face and then all of a

sudden their face looks amazing it's TV and smoke and mirrors okay that's what

that is and you have to understand that all those commercials on TV saying I'll

try this this is magical you know it is too good to be true so if it's too good

to be true IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE you'll see people on YouTube doing the

same thing and they look amazing but you know you've got to understand what

they're doing behind the scenes also you need to understand with my program you

need to learn the technique you need to learn how to do the program you need to

learn the exercises I have a full prolific program there but it takes time

you must change my program you must have changed the routines that I do because

if you change them you could be caught in this over-exercising trap and you'll

get more wrinkles truly it happens people do it I tell them not to do it

they still go ahead and do it and then they complain to me about it so you must

have changed the program my program anyway my exercise along with me

routines so guys I really want you to sort of start thinking about when you're

doing the exercises you need to work on the principles I've just done a video

just here about the five principles I've just refreshed that and updated it you

need to really start thinking about applying those five principles and

really using your mind-body connection to what you're doing and if you are a

mature person and you're doing the exercises I want you to really work hard

more at your mind connection with your body even more so

okay because that is what is going to help you so much more and that is what

sets every program apart from my program it's a very magical thing that my

program does with this mind-body connection so guys please do try to be

realistic please look at yourself and think okay I'm 60 I'm not 20 anymore my

muscles have sagged my skin have sagged you know it's taking you 60 years to get

to that point and you cannot think that even after six months that you'll get

back to looking like when you're even 30 or 40 it does take time the good thing

about it though is that all the muscles underneath are all energized they're

strong and they're really really firm and energized so if you can get to that

point you will feel so much better with your facial fitness it will feel so good

and you will then start to feel if you're doing something wrong your

muscles will start to sag a bit and you'll feel this sagging feeling it's

quite amazing so guys please do be realistic about your facial exercises

please be realistic the exercises are there to empower you to give you some

control over your aging process as I said it's not going to be perfect and

you know if you're having injections in your face you know you you will know

that you cannot do that forever and if you do that if you do that for a long

time you'll know the damage that it does along with with facelifts you can't do

them forever I mean there are many celebrities out there that have said

they wish they never did it because you know they look dreadful

they I mean their whole face is misshapen so the best chance that we've

got is facial exercises to keep our face at least looking normal okay so guys

just stick with it and it's all I can tell you give you motivation and and

lose you just to keep going with it now what I'd like to ask you let me know
