Originally, the Vans US Open was made as a surfing competition.

With the passage of time, other competitions were added to the event.

These other competitions attract attention of a lot of people.

After I take a video around here.

I'm going to go for my girlfriend, and my friends.

And then we're going to see the skateboarding competition.

A bleeding in brain was also a problem.

She was relieved when she recovered.

Fernando Alonso sent IndyCar message by former champion after F1 quit shock Fernando Alonso would be the kind of guy who'd be fantastic for IndyCar IndyCar 2016 champion Simon Pagenaud Alonso confirmed earlier this week that he would not be taking up an F1 contract in 2019, announcing his retirement from the sport. The Spaniard is a two-time F1 world champion but has not finished on the podium in four years thanks to his consistently under-performing McLaren.

And having given up on matching Michael Schumacher's seven world titles, Alonso is now chasing the "Triple Crown" of motor sport, of which he now has two: the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Monaco Grand Prix. The third is the Indianapolis 500, the most famous race in the IndyCar series, which is generally viewed as Alonso's likely destination in 2019.   And Simon Pagenaud, the 2016 IndyCar champion who is currently seventh in the 2018 standings, would love to see the 37-year-old head to the US. "If Fernando comes here, it'd be awesome," said Pagenaud.

"He would be the kind of guy who'd be fantastic for the sport. "It'd be like it was with Nigel Mansell. "I'd welcome a big name like that because it's fun to get to cross swords again with the biggest names in the world." Alonso has already dipped his toe in the IndyCar pond, having skipped the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix to race in Indy 500, a privilege he was afforded by McLaren in an effort to keep him with the team for another year.

He obliged with a 12-month extension but has now confirmed his departure. And Ryan Hunter-Reay, who won the IndyCar title back in 2012 and races for the Andretti outfit Alonso briefly joined last year, would love to have him back.   "It would be appealing to me, if I were him," said Hunter-Reay. "I spent time with him as his teammate. "He's as hungry as ever to win. "I think he'd be a great addition to IndyCar, and I think he'd have a lot of fun here." But Alonso himself has remained tight-lipped about exactly what he might do next and McLaren boss Zak Brown has also given little away in his tributes to the driver, despite rumours that the two of them will lead a new venture for the team into IndyCar.

"Fernando is not only an outstanding ambassador for McLaren but also for Formula 1," Brown said. "His 17 years in the sport, as arguably the pre-eminent driver of his generation and undoubtedly an F1 great, have added another layer to Formula 1's rich history. "There is a time for everyone to make a change and Fernando has decided the end of this season to be his. "We respect his decision, even if we believe he is in the finest form of his career.

"Our open dialogue with Fernando has meant we could plan for this eventuality. "While evaluating his future during the past months, Fernando's competitiveness has been undimmed. "He has continued to perform at the highest level throughout, as we know he will do in the remaining nine races of this year's championship.".
