MUELLER INVESTIGATION JUST ROCKED THE NATION

Robert Mueller Corners New Witness, Said to "Break a lot of things wide open"

ByJames LyttlePublished on August 3, 2018 The Robert Mueller investigation into Donald

Trump and his connections to Russia has taken some strange and unexpected turns before,

but now news is surfacing that the special sounsel wants to interview a Russian pop music

star that may have valuable information on Trump.

Emin Agalarov is a Russian pop singer who is also the son of a Russian oligarch, and

it looks like he has been in contact with Donald Trump regularly since they partied

together in 2013 and may have helped set up the infamous Trump Tower meeting.

As you can see, some people like Seth Abramson believe Agalarav cooperating with Mueller

would blow the case against Trump wide open.

2/ Emin Agalarov partied with Trump in November 2013 in Moscow; stayed in regular touch with

him thereafter; told Forbes in mid-2017 that his dad and Trump signed a Letter of Intent

in *2013* for a Trump Tower Moscow; and set up the June 2016 Trump-Russia meeting at Trump

Tower.

3/ If Emin cooperates, as this suggests he might; if he tells the truth, which he won't

at first but which Mueller's team can get him to do *if* he does really show up for

this interview; it will break a lot of things wide open, and not just what happened in 2016

but 2013, also.

NBC News repots, "Conversations are ongoing" about a potential interview, the lawyer, Scott

Balber, wrote in an email.

"Unclear how this will play out."

Balber did not elaborate on whether Mueller is also interested in speaking to Agalarov's

father, Aras Agalarov, a billionaire with ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A spokesman for the special counsel's office declined to comment, according to NBC News.

TERRIFYING ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT MUELLER ROCKS WASHINGTON DC

With all the stories circulating the last few months regarding Donald Trump's scandals,

it's been easy to overlook Special Counsel Robert Mueller's ongoing grand jury pursuit

of Roger Stone.

However, given a recent revelation in that legal proceeding, it appears it is now back

at the forefront and, according to reports, Mueller scored a huge legal ruling that will

help him leverage Roger Stone against Donald Trump.

Per the reports, the proceeding took a turn when Mueller called Stone's sidekick Andrew

Miller to testify.

Miller allegedly tried to fight the subpoena with a legal motion asserting that Mueller

didn't have the constitutional authority, but he was unsuccessful in doing so.

In fact, the federal judge in question wrote a lengthy 92-page ruling which struck Miller

down and spelled out Mueller's legal authority in detail.

"Multiple statutes authorize the Special Counsel's appointment, and the official

who appointed the Special Counsel had power to do so.

For these reasons … the witness's motion to quash the grand jury subpoenas is denied,"

US District Court for the District of Columbia Chief Judge Beryl Howell wrote in the July

31 ruling.

Considering Howell is a Chief Judge, this sends a strong message and sets a solid legal

precedent.

And if we've learned anything from the motions leading up to the start of the Paul Manafort

trial, Miller should have seen this coming.

I get it, though.

Any time the evidence is piling up against you, it seems only natural to grasp for a

legal defense that could potentially get the whole thing thrown out on the grounds of legitimacy.

Unfortunately for both Manafort and now Miller, it appears there's no such luck.

Nevertheless, given this revelation, one can't help but wonder if Donald Trump and his lawyers

resort to the same defense strategy when/if the time comes for his subpoena.

Perhaps they'll have better luck arguing against Robert Mueller's legal authority,

but after learning of a Chief Judge's 92-page ruling spelling out Mueller's legal authority

over Miller, I'm inclined to believe the odds aren't in their favor
