JUDGE DROPS NUKE ON MUELLER IT'S ALL OVER

On Monday, Rick Gates, Paul Manafort's former business associate took the witness stand

in the bank fraud and tax evasion case against Manafort.

Gates later pleaded guilty to reduced charges as part of a plea deal.

But, regardless of who wins and who loses, it's encouraging to finally see someone

with some authority keeping this circus fair.

So, it's encouraging to finally find someone who isn't part of Mueller's witchhunt.

The tension between judge Ellis and Mueller's prosecutor heated when the judge pushed Mueller's

prosecutor Greg Andres to tears during a discussion out of the jury's earshot, and then mocked

him for his weakness according to a transcript of the proceedings!

"I understand how frustrated you are," U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III said during

the discussion.

"In fact, there's tears in your eyes right now.''

When Prosecutor Greg Andres protested that he didn't have tears in his eyes, the judge

shot back: "Well, they're watery."

What follows is taken from the transcript:

"Look at me when you're talking to me,'' Ellis said to Andres.

"I'm sorry, judge, I was,'' Andres said.

"No, you weren't,'' Ellis said.

"You were looking down.''

"Because I don't want to get in trouble for some facial expression,'' the prosecutor

said.

"I don't want to get yelled at again by the court for having some facial expression

when I'm not doing anything wrong, but trying my case.''

Ellis said to another prosecutor: "You must be quiet.''

"I'm sorry, judge,'' Andres said.

I think that the lawyer knows deep down they're doing something wrong.

However, Mueller's team has clashed repeatedly with judge Ellis.

Andres complained that Ellis was blocking him from asking important questions while

placing an emphasis on moving quickly at the bank- and tax-fraud trial of Manafort, President

Donald Trump's former campaign chairman.

Ellis disagreed, saying he wasn't emphasizing speed over substance.

The judge continued that delay is unnecessary, and prosecutors should stick to the relevant

evidence.

Judge Ellis is turning the lights on and watching the rats scurry around the room.

He clearly sees this is a political, malicious prosecution considering that Rosenstein has

already cleared him for those crimes when they originally took place.

The judge keeps telling these guys to focus on the alleged crime.

Looks like there is not much of a case.

So, it is time to put an end to this Mueller witch hunt and start an investigation into

Rosenstein and Mueller and their collusion in attempted sedition!

Do you agree?

Let's share this and expose this huge witch hunt!

TREY GOWDY HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ROBERT MUELLER - Duration: 12:16.

TREY GOWDY UNLEASHES – ROCKS DC WITH MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT

The media's Russia hysteria is reaching a fever pitch.

They are still flailing about without any evidence of wrongdoing.

And Trey Gowdy just made a startling admission that revealed what the media is really up

to.

The so-called "mainstream" media, Democrats and the FBI have been investigating Russian

"collusion" for a year.

And all they have turned up is one meeting between a Russian lawyer and Donald Trump,

Jr. where the primary topic was Russian adoption.

So they are moving the goalposts from collusion to "willingness to collude."

The story was a big zero in terms of producing evidence of a crime, but it allowed the press

to generate three days of news cycles to throw Donald Trump off stride after he returned

home from his successful trip to Europe.

Trey Gowdy was speaking to the press and he aired his frustrations with the Russia investigation.

The Weekly Standard reports:

Gowdy, frustration evident, suggested the Russia matter has become a distraction for

Hill Republicans.

"I don't want to talk about it at all," he admitted.

"There is a political component to it, which is: Here you are in mid-July asking me about

Russia, and it's not your fault that you're doing it, but that's how another week is

starting here, so that's a political concern," he said.

"You're not here to ask me about infrastructure or tax reform or anything about that."

In this context, the Russia investigation is a success for the media.

It has created a cloud of doubt over the Trump administration that has the GOP tied up

in knots.

Trump stormed into office on the platform of undoing Obama's agenda.

And he has succeeded in rolling back regulations and dismantling his job-killing global warming

policies.

But those were actions he could take on his own.

In order to repeal Obamacare and cut taxes, he needs the help of Congressional Republicans.

And they panic over every Russia story.

Republicans in Congress constantly take the media bait that every new revelation is a

supposed "bombshell" that is one step closer to discovering evidence of collusion.

No evidence of collusion exists.

And no one has been accused of a crime.

But that hasn't stopped the anti-Trump media from beating the drum on this story for the

past 12 months.

Trey Gowdy got right to the heart of the matter.

This is a distraction that is keeping Republicans from enacting the agenda the American people

elected them to put into place.

JUST IN HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT JEFF SESSIONS - Duration: 12:16.

JUST IN HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT JEFF SESSIONS

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been the subject of Washington speculation.

Pundits and insiders believe he is on the verge of being fired.

And Attorney General Sessions got the final word on his fate in one phone call.

Attorney General Sessions' job is safe.

New Chief of Staff John Kelly called Sessions to assure him of his place in Trump's cabinet.

ABC News reports:

"NEWLY APPOINTED WHITE HOUSE CHIEF OF STAFF JOHN KELLY CALLED ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS

ON SATURDAY TO REASSURE HIM ABOUT HIS JOB SECURITY, A SENIOR LEVEL SOURCE FAMILIAR WITH

THE SITUATION TOLD ABC NEWS.

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS FIRST REPORTED ON THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN KELLY AND SESSIONS, ON

WEDNESDAY.

IT FOLLOWS A WAVE OF CRITICISM OF SESSIONS BY PRESIDENT TRUMP ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKS

ONE OF KELLY'S FIRST ACTIONS IN HIS NEW ROLE."

Donald Trump had been critical of Sessions for his decision to recuse himself from Russia

related matters.

This put Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in charge of the Russia investigation and

it was Rosenstein who appointed special counsel Robert Mueller.

Trump believed Sessions never should have recused himself and that Sessions decision

was responsible for Mueller's appointment.

Trump also attacked Sessions for not investigating Hillary Clinton and for not making more progress

on leak investigations.

But that storm has passed.

Sessions announced progress on leak investigations and continues to work at the Department of

Justice to dismantle Obama's legacy.

He is one of the most effective officials in implementing Trump's agenda.

Conservatives breathed a sigh of relief when it was announced that Sessions job was safe.
