Paul Ryan Betrayed Trump With These Comments About Robert Mueller

Donald Trump is fighting against a coup attempt to remove him from office.

He has repeatedly blasted special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation as a witch

hunt.

So Paul Ryan shocked everyone when he stabbed Trump in the back with his comments about

Mueller.

Trump recently took to Twitter to point out the ridiculous nature of the Russia investigation

and the lack of support he's received from the Republican establishment.

As the phony Russian Witch Hunt continues, two groups are laughing at this excuse for

a lost election taking hold, Democrats and Russians!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 23, 2017

It's very sad that Republicans, even some that were carried over the line on my back,

do very little to protect their President.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 23, 2017

But not everyone agreed.

Speaker Paul Ryan defended Mueller's honor and did not back up his President from a politically

motivated hit job.

Breitbart reports:

"Monday on WISN's "The Jay Weber Show," Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) defended special

counsel Robert Mueller and his investigation into Russian election interference by saying

Mueller was "anything but" a "biased partisan."

A listener asked Ryan a question about why Republicans in Congress are not doing more

to defend Trump against "what is becoming an obvious witch-hunt."

Ryan replied, "Remember, Bob Mueller is a Republican, who was appointed by a Republican,

who served in the Republican administration, and crossed over — I mean and stayed on

until his term ended."

He continued, "I don't think many people are saying Bob Mueller is a person who is

a biased partisan.

He's really, sort of, anything but."

He added, "The point is, we have an investigation in the House, an investigation in the Senate,

and a special counsel, which sort of de-politicizes this stuff and gets it out of the political

theater, and that is, I think, better to get this off to the side.

I think the facts will vindicate themselves, and then let's just go do our jobs."

Ryan showed more loyalty to the prosecutor tasked with destroying Trump than he did the

President from his own party.

It was an unbelievable betrayal.

But Ryan is of the establishment.

He is an open borders globalist who favors mass migration and international trade deals.

It's in his interest to see Trump and his nationalist brand of conservatism destroyed.

And apparently he is willing to give credibility to an investigative team stacked with big

money Democrat donors who are gunning for Donald Trump.

Trump Just Gave Special Counsel Career-Ending Warning

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was assigned to investigate allegations of Russian interference

in the 2016 presidential election but seems to be more interested in taking down Trump

than finding the truth.

Most recently, Mueller attempted to investigate Trump family finances, claiming it was related

to the Russian probe.

But President Trump issued a warning to the Deep State agent wanting to see him fail as

President.

Trump told Mueller he had crossed a major line by investigating his family finances–

which had nothing to do with the Russian investigation.

Trump interviewed with the New York Times recently and lamented how improper he felt

it was Mueller was trying to investigate Trump family matters that were not related to the

accusations of Russian election interference.

Business Insider reported:

On Thursday, it emerged that Mueller was expanding his investigation to do just that.

Asked by Times reporters Michael Schmidt and Maggie Haberman about whether an investigation

into Trump's finances would be a breach of a "red line," Trump answered, "I

would say yeah."

"By the way, I would say, I don't — I don't — I mean, it's possible there's

a condo or something, so, you know, I sell a lot of condo units, and somebody from Russia

buys a condo, who knows?"

Trump said.

"I don't make money from Russia.

In fact, I put out a letter saying that I don't make — from one of the most highly

respected law firms, accounting firms.

I don't have buildings in Russia.

They said I own buildings in Russia.

I don't.

"They said I made money from Russia.

I don't," Trump continued.

"It's not my thing.

I don't, I don't do that.

Over the years, I've looked at maybe doing a deal in Russia, but I never did one.

Other than I held the Miss Universe pageant there eight, nine years."

Special Counsel Mueller is also looking into whether Trump committed obstruction of justice

by asking officials to deny that he colluded with Russia– something Trump fervently denies,

and for which there is absolutely no evidence.

The Daily Caller writes:

The Washington Post has previously reported that Mueller is looking into whether Trump

committed obstruction of justice by asking key officials to deny that he colluded with

Russia.

Trump was asked whether he knows if Mueller is ng into this and the president replied:

"I'm not under investigation.

For what?

I didn't do anything wrong."

Mueller seems determined to incriminate the President in some way, and with a team of

Democratic lawyers behind him, a fair investigation against the President seems unlikely.

Chuck Grassley Comes Forward, Knocks Bob Mueller Right Off His Broom With New Demand - Duration: 11:53.

Chuck Grassley Comes Forward, Knocks Bob Mueller Right Off His Broom With New Demand

The time has come to finally get to the bottom of this whole Russia mess.

Look, as we see with Dianne Feinstein and her Chinese spy (remember the Clintons taking

all that cash from China in the 90's) America's political system is corrupt.

And not just corrupted by big corporate donors but by foreign governments.

The only real solution is to totally take money out of politics.

Until we do we will have more problems Like the one Chuck is trying to solve.

From Fox News: A key lawmaker has ratcheted up the pressure to obtain video of a deposition

Christopher Steele, author of the infamous Trump dossier, gave in a U.K. legal proceeding

that could shed light on events that led to the appointment of a special counsel to investigate

President Trump.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley wants to review the deposition given

by Steele, a former British spy, as part of ongoing civil litigation against online publisher

Buzzfeed and Steele's U.K.-based company Orbis Business Intelligence LTD.

On both sides of the Atlantic, a multimillion-dollar civil litigation fight is underway.

Russian tech guru Aleksej Gubarev claimed that his companies, Webzilla and XBT Holding,

were defamed after Buzzfeed published the 35-page unverified dossier authored by Christopher

Steele in January 2017.

Steele wrote a series of memos which became known as the "Trump dossier" and one of

the memos alleged that Gubarev's companies "used botnets and porn traffic to transmit

viruses, plant bugs, steal data, and conduct 'alerting operations' against the Democratic

party leadership."

Steele has yet to tell Congress details about who he was working for and when.

For a time, the former spy was a paid FBI "confidential human source" while he was

working for Glenn Simpson and the American-based opposition research firm Fusion GPS during

the hotly contested 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Emails show Christopher Steele and Bruce Ohr at the DOJ discusses dossier research; Byron

York explains on 'The Ingraham Angle.'Video

After a long legal battle, on June 18 in London, as Fox News first reported, the former spy

finally sat down for a four-hour deposition in a secret location.

Fusion GPS hired Steele with money received from law firm Perkins Coie, which the Democratic

National Committee had retained.

Currently, Steele's deposition is designated confidential and sealed under the Amended

Protective Order in Gubarev's lawsuit.

Now, Grassley has written that he wants to see it.

In the letter dated July 25 and written to Gubarev's Boston-based legal team citing

Fox News' reporting, Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote that "…Mr. Steele has refused all Congressional

attempts to interview him."

It continued, "Accordingly, please produce to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary the

transcript and video of Mr. Steele's deposition, as well as any exhibits used during the deposition

and all other discovery materials received from Mr. Steele."

The videotaped deposition of David J. Kramer, confidant of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is

sealed as well.

Kramer pleaded the fifth before Congress but was deposed

in

the Gubarev case.
