Jeff Sessions Is Faced With One Decision That Is Making Everyone Nervous

President Trump has been demanding Deep State leakers be prosecuted and thrown in jail for

months.

Now Attorney General Jeff Sessions received the one piece of paper Trump and his supporters

have been waiting for.

And he is faced with the one decision that is making everyone nervous.

The Department of Justice's Inspector General's office has sent a criminal referral regarding

Andrew McCabe to the United States Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia.

The Inspector General report found McCabe had repeatedly lied to investigators about

leaks he engineered to the Wall Street Journal during the Clinton email investigation.

Breitbart reports:

"THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE'S (DOJ) OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL (OIG) HAS REFERRED

FIRED FBI DEPUTY DIRECTOR ANDREW MCCABE TO THE U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR THE DISTRICT

OF COLUMBIA FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, MULTIPLE REPORTS INDICATED THURSDAY.

INSPECTOR GENERAL MICHAEL HOROWITZ'S INVESTIGATION OF MCCABE'S INVOLVEMENT IN LEAKS TO THE

MEDIA CONCLUDED LAST MONTH.

THE FINAL REPORT INDICATED THREE INSTANCES IN WHICH MCCABE LIED TO INVESTIGATORS, PROMPTING

ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS TO FIRE MCCABE EVEN BEFORE THE REPORT WAS RELEASED.

ON THURSDAY, MULTIPLE OUTLETS REPORTED THAT HOROWITZ'S OFFICE ALSO MADE A CRIMINAL REFERRAL

BASED ON MCCABE'S CONDUCT OUTLINED IN THE REPORT TO THE OFFICE OF U.S. ATTORNEY JESSIE

LIU, THE TOP FEDERAL PROSECUTOR IN THE NATION'S CAPITAL.

IN CONTRAST TO THE HEADLINE-GRABBING CRIMINAL REFERRALS MADE BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, THIS

TYPE OF REFERRAL IS PART OF THE DOJ'S STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND STANDS A MUCH BETTER

CHANCE OF RESULTING IN ACTUAL CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST MCCABE.

IT IS UNCLEAR EXACTLY WHEN THE REFERRAL WAS MADE, EXACTLY WHICH CHARGES WERE RECOMMENDED,

OR HOW IT WAS RECEIVED BY LIU AND HER OFFICE."

Since being fired, McCabe has sought the aid and comfort of the resistance.

He set up a GoFundMe account under the pretenses of raising money to pay for the legal expenses

in a potential lawsuit against the President.

That money will now likely be used to pay for his criminal defense.

But that will only happen if Sessions follows through and

the U.S. Attorney that works under him presses forward with a criminal case.

Trump supporters are nervous because Sessions has yet to show the killer instinct to take

down the Deep State.

So far, he has played by the establishment's rules.

That must change.

The Deep State is trying to overthrow Trump and nullify the results of

the 2016 election.

Sessions can prove that the rule of law still exists in America and that the elites must

live under the same laws as everyday Americans by prosecuting McCabe.

Multiple Trump associates including former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn pled

guilty to lying to

the FBI.

McCabe is accused of the same crime and should also stand trial.

will

press forward with criminal charges?
