California Mayor Begs Trump to Come Arrest Her — Immediately Regrets It!
A liberal California mayor is literally begging the Trump administration to arrest her!
Mayor Libby Schaaf of Oakland, California, defied all logic and reason on Wednesday when
she stated that she would happily go to jail to prevent ICE raids in her city.
"It is no surprise that the bully in chief is continuing to try to intimidate our most
vulnerable residents," said Mayor Schaaf, referring to President Donald Trump.
"We're very clear that our values are to protect all of our residents regardless
of where we come from.
We want to protect families, not tear them apart."

Schaaf's remarks came on a day when rumors were swirling that ICE planned to launch a
series of Bay Area raids — arresting as many as 1,500 illegal aliens — because California
has become a Sanctuary State and several communities have adopted Sanctuary City policies.
"We are exercising our legal right to be a Sanctuary City and to protect our residents,"
Schaaf told KPIX 5 of her opposition to ICE raids.
"The fact that the federal government is suggesting that it is actively retaliating
against jurisdictions that are exercising their right to have sanctuary policies — that
is what is illegal."
When asked if she were willing to go to jail to defend those policies, Schaaf answered
emphatically "Yes!"
"The level of fear and anxiety in this community is at unconscionable levels," Schaaf went
on to say.
"The important thing for people to know is that we have a 24/7 rapid response hotline
which is partially funded by the city, the county and philanthropy.
We are here to protect our residents."
"We will not have a presence, we will not do anything to suggest that we condone ICE
raids in Oakland," she said.
All of this hoopla comes on the heels of ICE Director Holman making statements to the effect
that "sanctuary city" politicians will be held criminally responsible for their dereliction
of duty.

Homan said the Department of Justice needs "to file charges against the sanctuary cities"
and "hold back their funding."
Homan, who was announced in December as President Trump's pick to permanently run the agency,
went on to say that politicians enforcing sanctuary city policies need to be held "personally
accountable."
"We gotta take [sanctuary cities] to court, and we gotta start charging some of these
politicians with crimes," he said.

Trey Gowdy Finished Robert Mueller For Good With One Devastating Attack
Robert Mueller's witch hunt against the President is in deep trouble.
The bombshell Inspector General report exposed the corruption and anti-Trump bias that infested
the FBI officials involved in the Russia investigation.
And Trey Gowdy just put Mueller in a body bag with one jaw dropping attack.
Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz was back in front of Congress.
This time Horowitz testified in front of the House Oversight Committee, which is chaired
by Gowdy.
Gowdy opened the hearing by reading a prepared statement where he attacked the conduct of
FBI agents like Peter Strzok and other high ranking FBI officials who were determined
to let Clinton off the hook and give Donald Trump the third degree.
The Chairman stated:
"THESE EXACT SAME FBI AGENTS AND ATTORNEY PREJUDGED THE OUTCOME OF THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION
BEFORE IT EVEN BEGAN,"
"IF PREJUDGING THE OUTCOME OF AN INVESTIGATION BEFORE IT ENDS AND PREJUDGING THE OUTCOME
OF AN INVESTIGATION BEFORE IT BEGINS IS NOT EVIDENCE OF OUTCOME DETERMINATIVE BIAS, FOR
THE LIFE OF ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT WOULD BE.
THAT IS TEXTBOOK BIAS."
"WE CAN'T SURVIVE WITH A JUSTICE SYSTEM WE DON'T TRUST,"
But Gowdy didn't stop there.
The South Carolina Republican dove right into Horowitz's findings.
And they were even worse than anyone thought.
Horowitz found an additional three FBI personnel – two agents and one lawyer – who also
expressed extreme anti-Trump bias.
And to make matters worse, they may have ended up working on the Mueller investigation.
The Mueller investigation really is the fruit of the poisonous tree.
Gowdy later appeared on Fox News and expanded on his criticism of the political bias that
formed the basis of the Russia investigation, stating:
"[PETER STRZOK] IS THE SAME GUY WHO SLEPT WALKED THROUGH THE @HILLARYCLINTON INVESTIGATION,
BUT THEN WOKE UP AND GOT REAL EXCITED AT THE PROSPECT OF ENDING THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN OR ENDING
THE TRUMP PRESIDENCY."
Gowdy is referring to the Inspector General's findings that Strzok slow walked the process
of obtaining a search warrant to gain access to Hillary Clinton's emails.
But while he sat on information that may have been damaging to Clinton, Strzok promised
Page in an August 2016 text message that they would "stop" Donald Trump from winning
the Presidency.
The timing of that message disturbed Gowdy and other Congressional investigators.
Strzok sent that text just days after opening "Crossfire Hurricane," which was the FBI's
investigation into alleged Russian collusion.
Given the Inspector General report and the ever-shifting origin story for the investigation,
it's becoming quite clear what the FBI used as the basis to begin the counterintelligence
investigation.
Never-Trump FBI officials like James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok seized a thin
reed of "evidence" because in their minds, the Trump campaign was already guilty.
Political bias was the only way a fake news dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton could
make its way into a FISA warrant application.
The whole investigation is tainted by conspiracy theories about Russian collusion from anti-Trump
swamp fever
group think.

People want to know," Bongino wrote on Twitter, according to The Gateway Pundit.
As someone who worked with Clinton, Bongino knows what she's really like from firsthand
experience.
These days, he regularly speaks out to expose her criminal behavior.
Before last year's election, Bongino revealed how many agents in the Secret Service see
Clinton.
"People on the inside [of the secret service] have told me that they really see this woman
[Hillary Clinton] as a very unique threat to our republic," he said.
"She did treat her secret service agents generally…poorly," Bongino added.
"This elitist snob attitude toward the military and secret service agents…parlays into this
elitist attitude toward government too–that the rules don't apply to her."
"There are agents…that are deathly afraid of this woman–it's odd that the Left uses
'unique threat to democracy' to describe Donald Trump–that's the exact same expression
[agents] use to talk about Hillary Clinton," the former agent said.

But Attorney General Jeff Sessions responded with a perfect plan that will seal the Democrats

The Democrats are pushing to make immigration the central issue in the 2018 midterms.
Led by the media, Democrats up and down the ballot are placing their opposition to Donald
Trump's "zero tolerance" policy front and center in their campaigns.
Republicans are thrilled with this development.
Democrats continue to escalate their rhetoric as their liberal base yanks them to the far-left
on amnesty and open borders.
It is now a mainstream position in the Democrat Party to call for the abolition of ICE.
Presidential contenders Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand have adopted this position,
and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – the socialist who is the party's newly minted superstar
– also made abolishing ICE a featured issue in her campaign where she topped 20-year-incumbent
Joe Crowley, the fourth ranking Democrat in the House and whom many saw as succeeding
Nancy Pelosi.
The left will only further descend into madness when they find out what Attorney General Jeff
Sessions is working on.
Sessions is preparing the most sweeping rewrite of the nation's asylum laws since the 1960s.
Currently, aliens can request asylum at a point of entry or when they are caught crossing
the border.
The Attorney General is drafting regulations that would ban immigrants from receiving asylum
if they snuck across the border and were prosecuted for illegal entry.
Aliens could only gain asylum if they arrived at a point of entry.
This new regulation would cut off the flow of Central American illegal aliens streaming
across the border requesting asylum.
Vox – which obtained an exclusive draft of the regulation – reported:
WHAT HAPPENS UNDER CURRENT POLICY: MANY ASYLUM SEEKERS ARE CENTRAL AMERICANS WHO COME THROUGH
MEXICO TO SEEK ASYLUM IN THE US.
THE US IS NOT ALLOWED TO SIMPLY TURN THEM BACK AND FORCE THEM TO SEEK ASYLUM IN MEXICO
INSTEAD.
(THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS TRYING TO GET MEXICO TO SIGN A "SAFE THIRD COUNTRY"
AGREEMENT THAT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS, BUT MEXICO APPEARS UNENTHUSIASTIC.)
BUT THE PROPOSED REGULATION WOULD MAKE IT A LOT EASIER TO DENY THEIR ASYLUM CLAIMS BASED
ON NOT HAVING SOUGHT ASYLUM IN MEXICO FIRST.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN UNDER THE PLAN: UNDER THE PROPOSED RULE, THE GOVERNMENT WOULD GENERALLY
WITHHOLD "FAVORABLE DISCRETION" (AND, THEREFORE, DENY THE ASYLUM CLAIM) FOR ANYONE
WHO HAD SPENT MORE THAN TWO WEEKS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY EN ROUTE TO THE US WITHOUT SEEKING
ASYLUM THERE, OR WHO HAD TRAVELED THROUGH MORE THAN ONE COUNTRY ON THE WAY TO THE US.
MANY CENTRAL AMERICANS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY TAKE THE TRAIN THROUGH MEXICO OR TRAVEL ON
FOOT, TAKE MORE THAN TWO WEEKS TO TRAVEL THROUGH MEXICO.
AND ASYLUM-SEEKERS FROM HONDURAS AND EL SALVADOR CROSS THROUGH GUATEMALA AND MEXICO TO GET
TO THE US — MEANING THAT THEY WOULD ALMOST CERTAINLY NOT EARN THE "FAVORABLE DISCRETION"
REQUIRED TO GET THEIR ASYLUM CLAIM APPROVED.
Once published, this proposed regulation would face a 90 day period of public comment and
then would go into effect.
And it will drive the left over the edge.
Abolishing ICE will be seen as quaint moderation once the left sinks their teeth into Trump's
new plan.
Elected Democrats will be forced to follow the lead of their unhinged base because they
will be terrified of turning them off before the midterm elections.
It's a lose-lose situation for the Democrats.
Either they alienate their base, or adopt policy positions on open borders that will
render them unelectable.
A recent Harvard/Harris poll found 84 percent of Americans favor Donald Trump's position
of handing illegal aliens over to authorities.
That same survey also showed that it was Donald Trump's tough positions on illegal immigration
that were the mainstream view in America.
The Harvard/Harris poll found 61 percent of Americans believed that parents caught crossing
the border with children should be sent back to their home country instead of being allowed
to stay in America.
61 percent of respondents said current immigration laws were inadequate and over 60 percent also
backed building a physical and virtual border wall.
If Democrats make opposing Trump's mainstream immigration policies the focus of the midterm
elections, then the much hyped "blue wave" will evaporate and Republicans will hold the
House.
Sessions' new asylum regulations – that will also put a stop on the flood of illegal
aliens faking asylum claims – will box the left into a political corner.

THE CURRENT LAWS ARE A SIGN OF WEAKNESS, GOWDY SAID AND THINKS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD
ACT TO CHANGE THOSE RULES BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY.
"I DON'T KNOW WHAT GETS WEAKER THAN NOT BEING A CRIME AND A MISDEMEANOR," HE SAID.
"NO SOVEREIGN NATION SHOULD EVER APOLOGIZE FOR BORDER INTEGRITY.
SO BY WHATEVER MEANS THAT NEEDS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED."
Gowdy agreed with the President that the current immigration laws are weak and must be strengthened.

The fact that Trump is not a target means Mueller does not have any evidence to charge
him with a crime.
After digging through the President's conduct for 11 months, Mueller has come up with nothing
to indicate Trump committed a crime by firing James Comey or colluding with the Russians
during the campaign.
Instead of sitting for an interview with Mueller, Trump should demand this farce be brought
to a close.
Mueller's only chance to claim Trump engaged in criminal conduct is to sit him down for
an interview and allege Trump lied if he misremembers a date or who attended a meeting.
Trump should insist that Mueller not go on a fishing expedition and if he doesn't have
anything on Trump, he should issue a report clearing his name.
