Supreme Court Justice Arrested, Indicted For 22 Counts Fraud & Corruption

The Judicial branch of our government was founded to uphold our nation's laws, but

too often the judiciary is complicit in breaking the law for their own benefit.

Judge Ciavarella of Pennsylvania was caught a few years ago issuing 3,000 minors lengthy

prison sentences for misdemeanors so Ciavarella could create the need for a new for-profit

juvenile prison facility.

He was awarded a "finder's fee" of $2.2 million, but when the plot was exposed, it

was the judge's turn to be sentenced to 28 years for his financial crimes.

Now a Supreme Court Justice is at the center of a new fraud scandal in West Virginia.

A West Virginia Supreme Court justice faces up to 395 years in prison and $5.5 million

in fines after being hit with a 22-count indictment on numerous charges of fraud and corruption.

Allen H. Loughry II, a 47-year-old justice at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals,

was charged by a federal grand jury on Wednesday with fraud, false statement, and witness tampering

offenses.

Loughry was arrested at his home by FBI agents on charges of using government resources,

such as credit cards and vehicles, on personal trips.

He's also being charged with obstructing and influencing the testimony of a Supreme

Court employee facing an upcoming grand jury investigation.

While these accusations are serious, it's worth noting that Loughry is a registered

Republican, but is facing much more serious jail time than Democrats like Judge Ciavarella

and Hillary Clinton.

Nearly 400 years in prison seems a bit excessive for a non-violent crime, especially considering

the amount Loughry allegedly took is far less than what Ciavarella received for sending

children to jail.

But FBI Assistant Special Agent Nick Boshears, who was in charge of this investigation, is

insisting this arrest proves how competent the Federal Bureau of Investigation is.

"Public corruption is a top investigative priority for the FBI," Boshears said.

"It erodes public confidence and undermines the Rule of Law.

We want the people we serve to know the FBI will hold those accountable who betray the

public's trust."

But the FBI's blatantly biased and mismanaged investigation into Hillary Clinton, who has

repeatedly betrayed the public's trust, proves that the FBI don't truly care about

holding corrupt politicians accountable if they're Democrats.

Loughry will be back in court this week to answer the charges against him.

I making this video just to inform you about latest superzoom king from Nikon; it's features,

specification and availability.

4 months ago I made a video packed with rumors and news about Nikon Coolpix P1000.

Many people didn't believe that this will become true.

I am happy to announce that Coolpix P1000 is officially out there.

It was announced about 1 week ago and it's noticeable step forward in superzoom market.

It turns out camera will have crazy 125x optical zoom that's 24-3000mm (in 35mm eq.).

That's something considering Nikon Coolpix P900 had 83x optical zoom.

Honestly I didn't expect that.

I thought that 100x optical zoom rumor was little bit more likely.

Fortunately I was wrong.

Other features worth mentioning include: 16MP 1/2.3 inch sensor

125x optical zoom lens 24-3000mm with f2.8-8 5 stop optical image stabilization

4K video recording at 30fps RAW format support

2.36 milion dot OLED viewfinder 3.2 inch articulating screen

Huge possibilities are on par with weight - it won't be small and light.

In fact it weights almost one and half kilograms and it's as big as professional DSLR.

Unfortunately same goes for price - it won't be cheap - right now it's 999$ at pre-order,

but I think it's performance may justify the price.

From what I know shipping date will begin in September 2018.

So we'll wait a little bit more to see this one.

I really can't wait to get my hands on this camera.

I am curious to see how it compares to Coolpix P900, but more on that later.

Perhaps the biggest roadblock to Trump's MAGA agenda has been radical, liberal judges.

These men and women, appointed by previous presidents and other powers, have interfered

with President Trump's lawful authority.

But that's all about to change.

Judges are supposed to be impartial.

They have a solemn duty to uphold our laws.

Decisions made by judges can decide the fate of not just one person, but millions.

Judges that preside over federal issues can very well affect the lives of every last American.

We've seen how radical judges can harm our country.

Obama-appointed judges have overstepped their bounds by attacking Trump's lawful executive

orders.

They have allowed their personal, political views to violate their responsibilities.

Not only that, but certain groups within our government have been appointing judges—without

the approval of the president.

This is clearly a violation of the Constitution.

Thankfully, the Supreme Court felt so too.

Now many questionable judges are about to get their walking papers.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday expanded presidential control over pivotal jobs in

federal agencies, ruling that the way the Securities and Exchange Commission selected

its in-house judges to enforce investor-protection laws was improper.

In a 7-2 ruling, the justices overturned a lower court ruling that had endorsed the SEC's

in-house judge hiring practice that operated autonomously from the president.

The ruling could reverberate through the federal government, which has nearly 2,000 administrative

law judges deciding matters as varied as unfair trade practices, veterans benefits and patent

infringement.

Such a ruling could also make it easier for some of these judges to be fired by political

appointees.

Six of the justices said the appointments of the judges were unconstitutional.

Liberal Justice Stephen Breyer agreed with the outcome, but said it only violated federal

administrative law.

Liberal Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented from the decision.

The SEC-appointed judges have long been a controversy.

The Commission had the power to appoint their own judges.

These judges were overseeing crucial cases that affected private businesses and the investment

industry.

Clearly, there was a conflict of interest.

It would have been very easy for the SEC to select judges that would only vote in their

favor.

Or, compromised members of the Commission could have picked judges whose rulings would

appease corrupt investment firms.

You see the problem?

The President—who has authority to appoint federal judges—was cut out of the loop.

He would play a crucial role in deciding if judges should stand or not.

Instead, the SEC had free rein.

Not anymore.

This ruling can open the door for Trump to reevaluate numerous, questionable judge seats.

Judges that are clearly letting their bias get in the way of their job might be in trouble.

Trump can allow his cabinet to take stock of sitting judges and decide if they should,

in fact, stick around.

Perhaps we'll see another purge in Washington.

Yet more of the swamp drained.

The patriots of this country have been on to Hillary Clinton for years. We are all patiently

waiting for the day that all of her lying and deception finally catches up to her.

Justice may finally be coming for Clinton, and she laid the trap herself when she got

involved with James Comey leading up to the presidential election. Comey ended up getting

terminated by President Trump, and now, a new FBI director has been confirmed. Trump's

nominee, Christopher Wray, is now director of the FBI b a 92-5 vote, according to The

Hill. Will he renew an investigation into Hillary's crimes?

Hillary should be SHAKING right now if she knows anything about Christopher Wray. Wray

worked in the Department of Justice in the past under the Bush administration in both

2003 and 2005. He served as the Assistant Attorney General, and his job involved him

investigating fraud cases, specifically corporate fraud.

If the new FBI director decides that he is going to take a look at Hillary Clinton, her

associates, and the Clinton Foundation, things are going to go south for the failed presidential

candidate in a hurry.

Wray spoke after getting selected and passed a powerful message to the American people.

He explained that he cannot wait to be the leader of a group of amazing men and women

of the FBI. Wray went on to say that he knows that they have dedicated their lives to protecting

this country, and he sounds like he is willing to do the same.

Surprisingly, even the Democrats were interested in getting Wray into his new position. But,

of course, there is a catch. Liberals believe that Wray is going to side with Robert Mueller

and his investigation into President Trump.

We know that Mueller is siding with the Democrats on the case, or it would certainly seem that

way. According to The Blaze, Mueller has hired a series of lawyers that have either worked

in the Obama administration or donated to the Clinton Foundation.

If you know anything about the Clinton Foundation, you know that they are full of the worst kind

of scammers. We are talking about "pay to play" deals, people like Cheryl Mills getting

special treatment, and a wide variety of other suspicious activities.

We have our hopes up that Wray is going to see through any deception on Mueller's part

and see through this nonsensical investigation as smoothly as possible. Once that situation

is out of the way, he can proceed to take them down once and for all. We suspect that

when Clinton falls, the Democratic Party is going to fall behind her.

She has too many ties to too many big names for the Democrats to continue like it is no

big deal. Loretta Lynch, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Wasserman, and everyone else

involved in Hillary's shady back room dealings is going to go down with the snap of a finger.

There is not even going to be a foundation left for the failed party to stand on.
