DEMS INTRODUCE FIVE ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP
Just days after Democrat Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.), became the third House Dem to file
articles of impeachment, joining Trump antagonists Brad Sherman (Calif.) and Al Green (Texas)
who both filed similar articles earlier this year, on Wednesday morning several House Democrats
introduced five articles of impeachment targeting President Trump, claiming that Trump has violated
the Constitution.
According to Daily Caller, the congressmen list a number of charges against the president,
including: obstruction of justice, a violation of the Constitution's foreign emoluments
clause, a violation of the Constitution's domestic emoluments clause, undermining the
federal judiciary process and undermining the press.
The articles focus primarily on Trump's handing of the termination of former FBI Director
James Comey, and potential conflicts of interest with Trump's businesses and properties while
he's served as president.
Cohen said they are simply calling for the House to begin hearings on the articles.
"We believe that President Trump has violated the Constitution, and we've introduced five
articles of impeachment," Cohen, the ranking member of the House Judiciary subcommittee
on the Constitution and Civil Justice, said Wednesday.
The Tennessee congressman also said there are at least "a dozen other members who
are close" to joining them in calling for Trump's impeachment.
Cohen said that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi understands why they are bringing forth
the articles, even though she does not agree.
Pelosi said in early November that she thought impeachment is "not someplace that I think
we should go," and that Democrats should be focusing "first and foremost" on trying
to "unify the nation."
Republicans are currently focused on pushing tax reform through Congress before the clock
runs out on the 2017 legislative calendar.
"House Democrats lack a positive message and are completely unwilling to work across
the aisle, so instead they've decided to support a baseless radical effort that the
vast majority of Americans disagree with.
Republicans are focused on issues the middle class actually cares about, like cutting taxes
and growing the economy," Michael Ahrens, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee,
said

Amidst the overwhelming bipartisan praise given to former FBI Director Robert Mueller
for his appointment as special counsel in the Trump-Russia investigation, few media
outlets have voiced concern over his credentials.
Mueller's unforgivably poor performance during an investigation into the 2001 anthrax
scare should give pause to those who hope to find out the truth about Russia's alleged
involvement in U.S. politics.
Many popular commentators have been totally ignorant towards to fact that ex- FBI Directors
Robert Mueller and James Comey are not the best people in the world.
In fact, they've done quite a lot of questionable things in the past.
Since both Mueller and Comey have been involved in thorough investigations into President
Trump, they've been all over the news outlets.
People even went as far as saying that they were amazing people who are firm law enforcement
symbols.
Everyone who made that kind of statement should take a minute to think of the beginning of
both Mueller and Comey.
Back in the day when George W. Bush was the US President, Mueller served as FBI Director,
while Comey served as Deputy Attorney General.
Being in those positions means that Mueller and Comey could have been involved in some
post-9/11 cover-ups and hidden Constitution abuses.
Long before Mueller became FBI Director, he served as Acting U.S. Attorney in Boston.
But, even then, people had their doubts about his possible involvement in a couple of corruption
and concealing deals.
He was the leading official handling the Anthrax terror fiasco investigation into those 2001
murders, which targeted a blameless man (Steven Hatfill).
After 9/11, Comey used his position as Deputy Attorney General to sign off numerous very
illegitimate programs involving warrantless supervision of Americans and captives torture.
Many have suspected over the years that Mueller and Comey could have worked together on preventing
Bush's men from pressuring the ill Attorney General to sign the certification that evening
was a short-lived instance.
Mueller was very much aware that the CIA carried out torture programs after his own agents
cautioned against taking part.
He later tried to prosecute NSA and CIA whistleblowers who exposed these violations.

It appears clear that according to his history and close "partnership" with Comey, referred
as"one of the closest working relationships the top ranks of the Justice Department have
ever seen," Mueller was elected as Special Counsel not due to his integrity but since
he will do what the powerful instruct him to do.

Dems Get Catastrophic News, But Totally Deserve This
Dems' decision to tout around about their victories in Virginia and New Jersey was actually
a huge mistake.
However, blinded by their small victories, they are unaware that they've actually lost
a major struggle.
A struggle between powers is occurring, centered around President Trump's judicial appointments.
The Left was convinced they would be able to stop the President from moving forward
with his plan.
They were profoundly mistaken, and it is due to Harry Reid, the former Democrat majority
Senate leader, reported Christian News Alert.
According to The Washington Times, Democrats will have a nearly impossible time stopping
the judicial appointments because Reid's Nuclear Option backfired on them.
The old Senate rule stated that a judicial nominee must be approved by at least 60 senators.
The Democrats, who seemingly did not think this though, failed to realize that Republicans
have enough senators in their minority to deny confirmation through means of filibustering
former-President Obama's nominations.
However, they are in their powers as a majority to rewrite the rule citing that there need
to be 60 votes.
This rule is deemed the "Nuclear Option."
The name comes from the idea that neither party wanted nuclear warfare within the Senate
unless there was no other choice.
In 2013, Harry Reid instantly confirmed all of Mr. Obama's nominees via a simple majority.
Now that Mitch McConnell and the Republicans are in control, the nuclear option is still
alive and well.
It is a tool to fight back against the Democrats who aspire to "resist" Trump, his nominees,
or anything that he works to accomplish.
The nuclear option has once again become useful.
At this point, the Left is not willing to reason with anyone.
While touting bipartisanship, they repeatedly oppose anything Republicans bring to the table.
This Nuclear Option will allow Republicans to bring in nominees now and in the future.
President Trump already confirmed judicial appointments for 13 people.
That number is higher than the past four presidents at the same point in their presidencies as
Trump is in now.
Reid's nuclear option is going to be necessary due to how many spots are available.
Currently, there are 49 judicial nominees awaiting confirmation.
There are also 98 vacancies throughout the system that are waiting for an appointment.
A lot of work is still left to be done, and this nuclear deal will help resolve most of
these issues in a timely and reasonable fashion.
This is just one example of how the Democrats are slowly letting their power slip from their
grasp.
Their obsessive behavior over everything that President Trump does or talks about is distracting
them from the real issues facing the country.
Some would say that Democrats don't really care about power anymore; they are only looking
for affirmation.
It is hard to imagine a group that wants control when they can't discuss serious political
issues without calling someone a racist or a bigot.
It is this kind of intolerant behavior that got President Trump elected
in the first place.

Breaking News: FBI Caught In Major Cover-Up, Everything is Exposed
Judicial Watch was informed yesterday by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that the
FBI has located 30 pages of documents related to the June 27, 2016, tarmac meeting between
former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton, and proposes
non-exempt material be produced no later than November 30, 2017.
As Christian News Alerts reports, Judicial Watch is a government watchdog group that
often uses lawsuits to reveal information to the public.
Their latest investigation is going to flip FBI officials on their heads.
The documents are being sent directly to Judicial Watch in response to a Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) lawsuit that was filed when the Justice Department disregarded their request
on July 7, 2016.
A number of details are bound to be exposed when information surrounding this meeting
comes out.
Many have wondered about the nature of the meeting, and this instantly throws out the
narrative that Lynch and Clinton gave for the event.
According to the two of them, they met up to talk about golfing and grandkids.
One can't help but wonder how golfing and grandkids produced 30 pages of documentation
— unless that was just a cover story.
Once the information is released, all FD-302 forms under the FBI's investigation into
former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server will be, too.
Allegedly, the meeting between Lynch and Clinton involved details about these servers.
If anyone in the FBI, the office of the President, or the DNC have a communication log within
these 30 pages, that information is included in the request.
This information could help determine if Clinton and Lynch worked on establishing the "grandkids
and golf" alibi before it ever went public.
Finally, all records related to the meeting of Lynch and Clinton will be released to Judicial
Watch.
This information can further elaborate on motive and foresight.
Initially, the FBI told Judicial Watch that there were no documents or records relevant
to that tarmac meeting.
However, in a similar case, the Justice Department found emails where officials within the department
spoke with the FBI about the event.
As a result of those findings, a letter was sent to Judicial Watch from the FBI reading,
"Upon further review, we subsequently determined potentially responsive documents may exist.
As a result, your [FOIA] request has been reopened…"
Now, the true nature of this meeting is going to be exposed to the public.
There are some that have speculated that the meetings directly involved Hillary Clinton's
private email server.
Others have said that since this meeting happened right before the release of the Benghazi report,
that this may have something to do with that incident where four Americans lost their lives.
Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch has stated,
"The FBI is out of control.
It is stunning that the FBI 'found' these Clinton-Lynch tarmac records only after we
caught the agency hiding them in another lawsuit."
He continued, "Judicial Watch will continue to press for answers about the FBI's document
games in court.
In the meantime, the FBI should stop the stonewall and release these new records immediately."

former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills; John Bentel, former director of the State Department's
Office of Information Resources Management; Heather Samuelson, Clinton's executive assistant;

server; and an employee at Platt River Networks, the company that maintained it.
It is not clear whether Hillary Clinton received some type of immunity.

Well, it's finally happened – someone has placed Robert Mueller right on the hot
seat.
Russia is agreeing to cooperate with Robert Mueller's witch hunt, however, in order
to do so, they're asking to see PROOF of this so-called widespread Russia collusion.

Russia's ambassador to the U.S. on Wednesday said the Trump administration needs to provide
proof that Russian officials meddled in the 2016 election, or stop talking about it.
"As for interference, to paraphrase a Chinese proverb, one cannot make a tiger of one hundred
mice," Ambassador Anatoly Antonov said, according to Russia's state-owned news service
Tass.
"No matter how many accusations, the key demand is to furnish evidence."
"The U.S. wants to announce a verdict first and then have a conversation," Antonov added.
Russia has also been blamed for organizing an assassination attempt against a former
Russian official living in England.
But in that case, Antonov noted, U.K. officials at least hedged by saying it is "highly
likely" Russia was involved.
"[B]ut now some just say that Russia did interfere in U.S. domestic affairs," he
said.
"This is total nonsense.
Russian President Vladimir Putin put it clearly at the joint press conference in Helsinki."
Putin rejected the accusation that Russia tried to influence the 2016 presidential election,
just days after special counsel Robert Mueller indicted 12 Russian officials for stealing
Democratic emails and leaking them.
Trump also downplayed Russia's involvement during his summit meeting with Putin in Helsinki,
but on Tuesday walked back those comments and said he does trust U.S. intelligence officials
who say Russia was meddling.
