USA news on Youtube Jun 6 2018

Dlaczego wybrałaś ten kolor na swoje włosy?

Bo mi się ten kolor podoba.

Nie podoba Ci się różowy?

Niebieski to mój ulubiony kolor.

Why don't you record a video

or answer in what ways

one can live and work legally in USA.

No problem.

DAVID M PRESENTS

A SHORT FILM ABOUT LEGAL WAYS TO LIVE and WORK in USA

In general there are three ways I can comment on

The first one is winning the Green Card lottery.

Your chances aren't huge but a lot of people do win so it is worth it

to sign up for the program and maybe you'll get lucky.

As Mira was saying in our previous episode

If you want something very much and keep dreaming about it then

Then all it takes is some meditation and, and, and...

It's a lottery as the very name suggests so your changes aren't amazing but who knows you may get lucky.

The second way, working visa.

It's not easy to get, from what I can tell it's a pretty complicated and lengthy process.

You really have to be a specialist in what you do

or for a very specific reason a company must need your presence here in the USA.

But it is possible so if you do have a highly valued skill set

you should give it a shot because it's worth it, of course.

The third way, the fastest, the easiest, the most certain one

getting married to a citizen.

Not for everyone of course, because...

you have to get married and of course it has to be an absolutely real marriage.

Trying anything not completely real

is a crime

and it ends with very serious consequences so

it absolutely has to be a real marriage.

Right away I'd like to answer the next question:

can you get legal status and a work permit

in USA by marrying a green card holder?

Yes, you can but it's a lengthy process - from what I heard -

between 3 and even 8 years.

In different states, different cases, for different reasons - I don't know exactly.

For more questions and specific information I refer you

to our immigration expert, Ania Paciorek

Sweet & Paciorek LLC

Probably in situations where you think about this seriously

and you have a specific immigration problem to solve.

This was a short film by David M about the legal possibilities of staying in US of America

in the year of 2018.

Thanks for your attention, now we're moving on to our regular vlogging.

THE END (of the short film about staying in USA legally)

To wygląda okropnie.

It's been a long time since a recording was done at a gas station

We only drove around... I mean, on the road

the pure driving itself has been about 5 hours so far.

And the whole thing including stops already took

over 6 hours so you can already see what I just talked about

that the whole road trip to Colorado, despite

despite the actual pure driving is only 25 hours it takes a lot longer.

Because the first 5 already turned into 6.

I don't really know how much you are interested in these particular facts

but at the moment I don't really have anything else to communicate so this is the subject.

For right now... let's hope this gets more interesting.

Dobrze!

Masz już dosyć? Siedzenia w samochodzie?

Nie!

Almost 600 miles driven, more than 9 hours of straight driving.

It's about 2:30am right now.

I was the driver all this time, not going to hide I am tired

but I am doing well, just need to get a new coffee and I'll keep driving.

I've been wondering if I'm able to drive the whole thing myself.

And I didn't make it of course. It ended up with me driving about

12 hours.

I dropped out at 5am.

and aah... we slept a little at a rest area

and Blonnie drove a litte.

Ile nam jeszcze zostało?

12 godzin i 40 minut.

883 mile.

Over 12 hours left to go, more than 800 miles.

Now it's time for a breakfast because one has to eat on the way, too.

The worst thing about all of this is that Blonnie will have to drive alone the entire way back.

And why she'll have to do it alone you are about to find out during the next two espiodes.

So... keep watching!

Pytanie brzmi:

Dasz redę przejechać sama całą drogę powrotną?

Tak, bo zrobię sobie więcej przystanków niż robimy w tą stronę.

Wiesz...

u Alicji i potem w hotelu.

Jeszcze coś?

Nie wierzysz mi?

i może sporo kawy będę piła.

A bit of a problem driving through USA is that

in all the central States like

Kansas, Iowa , Missouri,

Ohio, Kentucky

you don't really have much.

You're just driving, Illinois also, you're just driving

driving, driving through like fields and very flat, mundane parts

all very the same and you don't really have much to look at

a person just starts falling asleep behind the wheel

Especially when your goal is just to get to the west.

And then when you sort of move past Denver in Colorado all of a sudden everything is so beautiful

you can't figure out which way to look, so...

too bad it's not a bit more equalized.

But of course there's no point complaining

It's the middle of the day, around 3pm. We made it to

Kansas City in the State of Missouri.

And the city itself is pretty nice

especially the area where we're about to

have a meal to keep going, because today

we are intending to reach our destination, which is Boulder, Colorado.

I know, it's going to be late. Probably after midnight so theoretically it's not today but tomorrow.

But in a way this is going to be the conclusion of this entire day.

Bubble tea!

Prawdopodobnie najlepsza część dzisiejszego dnia.

Czyż nie?

Zgadza się.

Mama dasz mi mój telefon? Tak.

Potrzebuję zrobić zdjęcie.

Bardzo dobre.

Te kulki w bubble tea to tapioka, zgadza się?

Przepyszne.

Mango?

Ice tea.

A ty jaki masz smak?

Zwykłą, mleczną.

A Judge Just Gave Mueller A Key Victory That Could Lead To Trump's Impeachment - Duration: 12:43.

A Judge Just Gave Mueller A Key Victory That Could Lead To Trump's Impeachment

Robert Mueller is on a crusade.

He is part of the swamp's plan to get rid of Donald Trump.

And one judge just gave him a big victory that could make impeaching the President a

reality.

A judge in Washington, D.C. announced that the trial of former Trump campaign chairman

Paul Manafort will begin September 17th.

That ensures every negative development will dominate the news in the run up to the midterm

elections.

A guilty verdict could be Mueller's version of an October surprise.

Politico reports:

"A judge in Washington on Wednesday set a Sept. 17 trial date for former Trump campaign

chief Paul Manafort on charges from special counsel Robert Mueller, including money laundering

and failing to register as a foreign agent.

The decision from U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson would put Manafort on trial

at the height of the midterm campaign season, a potentially unwelcome distraction for Republicans

as they try to maintain majorities in Congress.

Manafort also faces the prospect of another trial in Alexandria, Virginia, on a separate

indictment Mueller's team obtained earlier this month accusing the veteran lobbyist and

political consultant of 18 counts of tax and bank fraud.

Manafort is scheduled to be arraigned in that case on Friday.

No trial date has been set there.

During the brief hearing Wednesday morning at which Jackson scheduled the Washington

trial, Manafort stood before the judge and entered a formal "not guilty" plea to

a revised indictment in the D.C. case that effectively transfers to Virginia some charges

related to offshore bank accounts."

This is just what the swamp ordered.

When George H.W. Bush was running for re-election in 1992, the Iran-Contra special prosecutor

obtained a guilty verdict against former Secretary of Defense Casper Weinberger just four days

before the election.

It blunted Bush's momentum and helped Bill Clinton win the election.

Democrats would be counting on a similar set of developments this fall.

Any negative stories about Trump could depress GOP base turnout and energize Democrats.

That would allow them to seize control of the House and maybe – if all their chips

fell right – the Senate.

Either way, they would immediately be able to begin the process of impeaching Trump.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

this story.

Trey Gowdy Announced A New Investigation And No One Could Believe The Target - Duration: 12:53.

Trey Gowdy Announced A New Investigation And No One Could Believe The Target

Trey Gowdy stunned Washington when he announced a new investigation.

The chairman of the House Oversight Committee has his sights set on one figure in particular.

And you aren't going to believe who it is.

Conservatives were puzzled when Gowdy announced an investigation in Secretary of Housing and

Urban Development Ben Carson's $31,000 bill for redecorating his office.

The Blaze reports:

"An employee of the HUD office said that she was demoted when she refused to spend

more for decoration of the office than was legally allowed.

Gowdy sent a letter to Carson at the HUD department, asking that he supply all documents having

to do with the accusations issued against him.

"The Committee is aware of a complaint filed with the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) by

Department of Housing and Urban Development employee Helen Foster alleging retaliation

when Foster refused to abet exceeding a spending cap on redecorating your office," the letter

read.

Gowdy asked to obtain all, "documents and communications referring or relating to redecorating,

furnishing, or equipping your office since January 1, 2017, including, but not limited

to, receipts for related expenses, and a February 22, 2017."

Foster had filed a complaint about the spending in November – the limit of spending was

set at $5,000, and the request had far exceeded that amount, with $31,000 spent on a "new

office suite dining room set."

Dr. Carson responded by tweeting out that he had done nothing wrong and that he would

be vindicated.

The Blaze also reports:

"Thank you to so many who have expressed concern for me and my family over the latest

accusations," he said.

"Rest assured that there has been no dishonesty or wrongdoing by us.

All the numbers and evidence are being gathered and a full disclosure is forthcoming."

"We suspect, based on past attempts, that they will continue to probe and make further

accusations even without evidence or substantiation," he concluded.

"We will continue to ask for God's guidance to do what is right."

Some Trump supporters are wondering why Gowdy is investigating the administration on this

matter when there is an avalanche of scandal flowing out of the FBI and Obama administration

that has yet to be fully investigated.

It's a strange move by Gowdy who has been at the forefront of the fight to uncover the

wrong doing by the FBI in their spying on the Trump campaign.

Should Gowdy change course?

Mitch McConnell Brings Dems To Their Knees With An Anti-Obstruction Mega Move - Duration: 3:32.

Mitch McConnell Brings Dems To Their Knees With An Anti-Obstruction Mega Move.

In a bold move, Mitch McConnell cancelled summer recess for the Senate. Historically,

"each year, Congress recesses for the month of August. During the Senate's early years,

senators typically convened a session in December and adjourned in the spring, before the summer

heat overwhelmed them and their small staff," per the government website.

With over 4,000 positions for POTUS to fill, the Democrats continue to obstruct. Trump

nominations lag far behind other President's at this time. And it is because of the Democrats

obstruction tactics.

McConnell threw some shade back on the entire Senate and cancelled all but one week of summer

recess! This has infuriated the Democrats. The Democrats thought they were clever in

their ability to obstruct nominations.

What are the Democrats saying about the fact that they will be working through their summer

vacation?

They are saying that McConnell (KY-R) is politicizing summer vacation! Even though, clearly the

Senate Majority Leader states it is because of "the historic obstruction by Senate Democrats

of the President's nominees."

In a fit of hilarity, the lefty source Buzzfeed reports, "the move will screw over nearly

a dozen Democrats running in tight races, preventing them from campaigning while their

Republican opponents hit up every summer barbecue in their home states, is just a happy accident."

Moreover, in typical Dem style, Buzzfeed reports on an email that a Dem aide sent them. In

part, it reads, "the aide added that it was too soon to tell how much this might affect

Democrats in tough races because they can use some procedural moves to slow down nominations,

potentially only allowing a few votes per week and giving members time to go home."

Furthermore, PROVING that Dems are planning to continue to obstruct! Oh the irony!

The statement, from the Republican leader of the Senate:

The Statement reads:

McConnell Statement on Cancelling the August Recess

'Senators should expect to remain in session in August to pass legislation, including appropriations

bills, and to make additional progress on the president's nominees.'

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made the following

statement Tuesday regarding the cancellation of August recess:

"Due to the historic obstruction by Senate Democrats of the president's nominees, and

the goal of passing appropriations bills prior to the end of the fiscal year, the August

recess has been canceled. Senators should expect to remain in session in August to pass

legislation, including appropriations bills, and to make additional progress on the president's

nominees."

Background: It is expected that Senators will have a state work period during the first

full week in August before returning for the rest of the month.

Furthermore, POTUS tweets about the recess being cancelled, he says, "Mitch McConnell

announced he will cancel the Senate's August Recess. Great, maybe the Democrats will finally

get something done other than their acceptance of High Crime and High Taxes. We need Border

Security!"

In closing, are you thrilled to see McConnell stepping up and having the Senate work through

the summer break?

Liberal Trans Professor Tries To Shut Down Conservative Speaker, Gets Rude Awakening - Duration: 4:47.

Liberal Trans Professor Tries To Shut Down Conservative Speaker, Gets Rude Awakening.

After a liberal professor barbarically disrupted a conservative speaker in an attempt to shut

down free speech, he learned a valuable lesson in constitutional freedoms.

The left unequivocally believes they have a monopoly on tolerance and morality.

Ironically, their flagrant intolerance and penchant for underhanded tactics surface at

the first hint of disagreement with their extremist values.

This often prompts them to, at the least, shouting down opposing speakers, and, at the

most, fascist violence.

When transgender liberal professor Joelle Ruby Ryan, a senior lecturer in the Women's

Studies department of the University of New Hampshire, heard that gay conservative comedian

and political commentator Dave Rubin was invited to speak on May 1, he immediately resorted

to the left's choice strategy in fighting free thought.

Ryan proceeded to disrupt Rubin's event, leading protesters in attempting to drown

out the speaker with noisemakers, obnoxious chants, and insolent screaming.

After relentlessly trying to shut down Rubin and bragging about the disruption on social

media, Ryan's career is deservedly in jeopardy.

According to The College Fix, Ryan reportedly violated the university's code on "harassing"

and "hostile" behavior, placing him at the center of an academic review.

Part D of the code, section 3.5, states that "harassing…forms of communication,"

as well as "any form of conduct that creates a hostile learning and/or working environment,"

are forbidden.

Ryan has undeniably breached the code, which also stipulates that employees must allow

for the "civil discourse" that Ryan delightedly confessed to suppressing.

The rule states that educators "should exercise appropriate restraint, should show respect

for the opinions of others, and should make every effort to indicate that they are not

speaking for the institution."

Further, subsection 3.5.2.1 forbids university members from engaging in conduct that creates

"a hostile, intimidating, or offensive working and/or academic environment."

Section 3.5.2.4 similarly forbids "conduct [that] unreasonably interferes with an individual's

ability to participate in or benefit from an educational program or activity."

Ryan bragged about his fascist behavior, posting the proof of his willingness to tyrannically

shut down thought and speech with which he disagrees.

"We did something right!

Glad we were able to disrupt this man's hate speech as much as possible.

He is nothing but a provocateur and 'civil discourse' with him is impossible," Ryan

admitted on Twitter.

However, once his behavior was reported to the university leadership, Ryan had nothing

to say about his potential punishment.

Remarkably, the university seems to be taking the issue seriously and has expressed its

dedication to the free exchange of ideas.

Via email, Erika Mantz, a spokeswoman for the university, told The College Fix: "The

University is proud of these students for exercising their rights to speak freely.

Unfortunately, there were disruptions before and during the event.

The University will continue to work with students, staff and faculty to uphold both

the letter of the law and the spirit of free inquiry."

"The University cannot comment on its response to the behavior of any particular student

or employee at the event, but notes that as a community we strive to cherish the right

of all persons to speak to a robust variety of viewpoints and for members of this community

to choose to hear those viewpoints," Mantz added.

Only time will tell if the university truly values free speech and if it will appropriately

reprimand Ryan for his infringement of it.

Universities have become a breeding ground for progressive indoctrination instead of

higher education.

Young people are learning to regurgitate their liberal professors' ideological tenets,

avoiding critical thinking and logic.

As such, campuses across the U.S. are churning out vicious ideologues who are willing to

sacrifice our exceptional freedoms for utopian ideals like diversity.

Hopefully, the university will terminate Joelle Ruby Ryan before he continues to propagate

his far-left ideology while simultaneously infringing upon the rights of students and

taxpayers.
