BREAKING News Out Of North Korea!

HOLY HELL!

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Chinese President Xi Jinping met secretly in northern

China on Monday and Tuesday, marking the third time Kim has left the Hermit Kingdom since

he took power 6 1/2 years ago.

The stealth summit, which was only announced by China state television after Kim had flown

out of the country, comes ahead of high-stakes nuke talks with the United States, Fox News

reported.

In a dispatch from the Chinese city of Dalian, China's Xinhua news agency reported that

Kim and Xi held talks on Monday and Tuesday.

Kim and Xi "had an all-round and in-depth exchange of views on China-DPRK relations

and major issues of common concern," Xinhua said.

DPRK is an acronym for North Korea's formal name, the Democratic People's Republic of

Korea.

The North's state broadcaster also reported on the second summit between Kim and Xi in

the northeastern city of Dalian, Yonhap News reports.

North Korea's state media reported that Kim traveled to Dalian via a special plane

and he was accompanied by his powerful sister Kim Yo-jong and Ri Su-yong, a vice party chairman

on international affairs.

Actually trusting North Korea or China would be beyond foolish and President Trump has

surrounded himself with some of the greatest military minds our military has to offer.

For all practical purposes it "appears" China is helping to orchestrate a peace treaty

between the two Koreas and the United States.

The blunt truth is, China wants the United States out of the South Pacific and especially

the South China Sea.

President Trump has said that if the talks are not what he desires, he will walk-out.

We have to hope if China and North Korea are playing a dangerous game, that our President

will see through the lies as well as be provided the intel to call both communism leaders out.

what do you think about this?

COMEY SLAMS FEDERAL JUDGE - Duration: 15:24.

COMEY SLAMS FEDERAL JUDGE

James Comey was not happy when he heard a federal judge accused Mueller's team of

wanting to use Paul Manafort to impeach President Trump.

Comey said the judge overstepped to have such a view against the Mueller team.

As reported by politico.com

Former FBI Director James Comey on Tuesday criticized a judge who voiced skepticism about

the prosecution of Paul Manafort, saying the judge's comments about overstepping were

themselves going too far.

"I don't know how a federal judge could possibly know enough about an investigation

… to offer a view like that," Comey said in an interview with The Washington Post's

Carol Leonnig.

U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis last week told Justice Department prosecutors that

he thought the financial crimes charges against the former Trump campaign chairman were really

about "getting information that Mr. Manafort can give you that would reflect on Mr. Trump

and lead to his prosecution or impeachment or whatever."

Comey also said that as an American, he thought President Donald Trump should cooperate with

special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe — but if he were Trump's lawyer,

"you'd have to be very thoughtful about that given that your client is somebody who

lies a lot."

And he said he didn't know where allegations in a recent House Intelligence Committee report

about the FBI's handling of former national security adviser Michael Flynn came from.

The report alleged that bureau agents thought Flynn was merely confused, not lying, about

meeting with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

"He pled guilty!"

Comey said.

Lyin' Comey is just trying to protect his buddy Mueller.

The two were best buds and worked together during the Obama Administration.

New Poll Reveals Mueller's Raid On Trump's Lawyer Is Beginning To Backfire Majorly - Duration: 15:52.

New Poll Reveals Mueller's Raid On Trump's Lawyer Is Beginning To Backfire Majorly

This has to be one of the finest examples ever seen of a man whose power and intent

to take down a president has driven him to make such a foolish mistake that he botched

the whole deal.

Although President Trump has made it extremely clear that he believes special counsel Robert

Mueller's investigation into Russia and his 2016 presidential campaign is for all

intent and purpose a political "Witch Hunt," Mueller still enjoyed a vast majority of public

approval.

But now after Mueller's order to the FBI to raid Trump's attorney Michael Cohen's

office over what may have been a campaign law violation when he paid off Stormy Daniels

during the 2016 campaign the tables have finally turned.

According to a new Rasmussen poll released only last week, just 46 percent of likely

U.S. voters now believe Mueller's investigation is an honest attempt to determine criminal

wrongdoing by the President and his administration.

That's down from 52 percent when the same question was asked in the same survey in October

of 2017.

But at the same time, 40 percent of respondents also told Rasmussen they believe Mueller's

investigation has now morphed into a partisan witch hunt.

That's an 8 point rise from October's poll when only 32% believed Mueller's investigation

was indeed partisan.

17% are still undecided.

The tides seem to have turned after Michael Cohen who is Trump's longtime personal attorney

had his office, his home and a hotel room raided by the FBI.

All for what has nothing to do with Russian collusion during the 2016 campaign.

Instead, Cohen is under investigation for campaign finance violations, bank fraud, and

wire fraud.

Someday we will all open a dictionary to the words "Witch Hunt" and we will see a picture

of Former FBI Director Robert Mueller and his merry band of Democrat operatives who

sit on his panel.

Here is more on what Mueller lost thanks to his astronomical misstep via Breitbart:

"Any chance special counsel Robert Mueller had to get an interview with President Trump

was likely k****d with the unprecedented FBI raid on Trump's personal attorney, the far-left

NBC News reports.

Prior to this week's raid, which has shifted public opinion against Mueller, detailed that

talks had been ongoing between the special counsel's office and Trump's attorneys

about a potential interview, an opportunity for Mueller to question the president directly.

NBC reports that the negotiation was nearly concluded, had reached the "final sticking

points" about the "timing, scope and length" of Trump's testimony.

Things were close enough that, in an effort to fully prepare for the interview, Trump

was talking about expanding his legal team.

But the raid, which many see as a mixture of prosecutorial overreach and desperation,

has scrambled negotiations.

The chances of Trump's sitting down with a special counsel, who is obviously out of

control and working way outside his stated mission to investigate collusion between the

Trump campaign and Russia, are probably nil.

Moreover, Mueller's disastrous stunt gives Trump cover with the public to not sit down

with Mueller.

By all accounts, the FBI's raid on Michael Cohen is centered on Trump's personal s*x

life, including, for some bizarre reason, the Access Hollywood tape and the perfectly

legal non-disclosure agreement signed by a porn star and Playboy bunny who claim to have

had consensual affairs with Trump more than a decade ago.

The public just does not care about this stuff.

Because it gave Trump what the public will see as a perfectly legitimate excuse not to

sit for an interview, the Cohen raid is probably the first big mistake Mueller has made.

The interview was Mueller's best chance to nail the president in a process crime,

to lure him into a perjury trap.

As of now, Mueller's investigation is floundering.

Thus far, he has only been able to charge a few people with process or financial crimes,

none of which have anything to do with Trump or his campaign.

In another dramatic move, Mueller did indict a handful of Russians, but this ultimately

proved to be a showy and symbolic gesture.

The accused will never be extradited, will never see the inside of a courtroom, and are

not even charged with "election meddling."

Whatever they might be guilty of, it was small potatoes and more anti-Trump than not.

What's more, the Russian investigation has backfired on the political left.

The Democrats and their allies in the media and intelligence community are the ones facing

the blowback.

Partisan FBI personnel have been fired or demoted, and the congressional investigation

into the Obama's administration's obvious surveillance abuses has only just begun.

As far as Trump's obstructing justice, even the non-stop leaks coming from Mueller's

office to anti-Trump outlets like NBC News cannot make anything close to a credible case

for that:

Three sources familiar with the investigation said the findings Mueller has collected on

Trump's attempts to obstruct justice include: His intent to fire former FBI Director James

Comey; his role in the crafting of a misleading public statement on the nature of a June 2016

Trump Tower meeting between his son and Russians; Trump's dangling of pardons before grand

jury witnesses who might testify against him; and pressuring Attorney General Jeff Sessions

not to recuse himself from the Russia investigation.

This is a laughable pile of nonsense, and Mueller knows it.

So now, Mueller is chasing the s*x angle, but in doing so, he almost certainly blew

his chance to achieve his goal of overturning a presidential election with a perjury charge.

The only thing that might have persuaded Trump to risk an interview was public pressure,

which Trump no longer has to worry about.

Trump has plenty of other things to worry about.

Mueller is more likely than not to make more empty but grandiose moves in the hopes of

affecting the outcomes of the 2018 mid-terms and Trump's 2020 re-election campaign.

But the interview is where Trump would have faced the most risk, and Mueller appears to

have blown that.

Up till now, unlike others at his level under investigation, Trump has been incredibly cooperative.

While Obama officials pleaded the Fifth, Hillary deleted and bleached emails and Bill Clinton

hid what he could behind executive privilege, no one on Team Trump has done

any

of this.

Judgment DAY! Kerry's Spokesman Just Admitted He Violated The Logan Act No More Hiding It - Duration: 5:46.

Judgment DAY!

Kerry's Spokesman Just Admitted He Violated The Logan Act No More Hiding It.

If one thing is abundantly clear it is that the progressive left will eat their own and

suffer little remorse about it, as is the case with John Kerry.

Enter Kerry's spokesperson who has as much admitted that Kerry is in violation of the

Logan Act, and it is a known fact.

Kerry is can also be tried for treason under the Logan Acts as well.

The Logan Act states: "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without

authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence,

or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent

to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent

thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures

of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three

years, or both."

However, he then attempts to laugh it off as though this is some sort of lark and behavior

that every other former Secretary of State does.

Except it is not because quite frankly, it is illegal.

Even more troubling, is that Kerry has taken it upon himself to continue to carry out negotiations

with Iran, along with blasting America's closest Middle Eastern ally the Nation of

Isreal immediately, after meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

Iran is a hostile nation and since Obama is no longer a resident of the White House, the

US policy is no longer anti-Semitic.

Kerry's media speaker stated regarding Kerry's statements on Fox News regarding this latest

incident with Mueller states,

Nothing could be further from the truth!

If Americans wanted a leader of this sort?

They would have elected Hillary Clinton to serve as president of the United States of

America.

Except they did not.

They chose Trump instead.

The Boston Herald is calling on America to demanding that Americans demand a full investigation,

into Kerry's seditious behavior and treasonous actions,

"If special counsel Bob Mueller is truly interested in investigating people, who are

colluding with nefarious foreign powers to undermine U.S. interests, John Kerry should

be Target No. 1 for secretly meeting with Iran's foreign minister, Javad Zarif, and

other foreign officials in recent weeks to usurp U.S foreign policy."

The report comes just as the Trump administration is coming under intense scrutiny regarding

allegations collusion power hungry political despotry, used in an effort to swing the presidential

election towards Hilla.

No evidence has yet been presented to support that claim.

Naturally, President Trump also weighed in via Twitter stating via social media President

Trump attacked Kerry's actions on Twitter, saying Monday.

"The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy, on the

very badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!"

What we need is an active Attorney general, who not only pays lip service to uphold the

law but actually follows his own words.

This is the Deep State at it's extreme worst and needs to be dealt with severely and with

extreme prejudice.

The report comes as the Trump administration is under intense scrutiny for allegations,

that they colluded with a foreign power to swing the presidential election.

No evidence has yet been presented to support that claim.

The Boston Globe reported Friday that Kerry has been engaging in stealth diplomacy, secretly

meeting with high-ranking officials including in Germany, France and the Islamic State to

salvage the contentious Iran nuclear deal he orchestrated during the Obama administration.

Why isn't the DOJ raiding Kerry's mansion, as it did Trump's attorney Michael Cohen's

home?

Or putting the former secretary of state under house arrest, as it did with former Trump

campaign manager Paul Manafort?

It's no secret Iran, the world's leading sponsor of terror, openly chants "Death

to America" and "Death to Israel" while using millions in unmarked currency Kerry,

and Obama administration officials secretly sent unbeknownst to the American people.

That money is reportedly being used to fund terror proxies, including Hezbollah and Hamas.

Kerry has now been caught meddling in U.S. foreign policy, and conspiring with foreign

nations to prop up the collapsing Iran nuclear deal a textbook violation of the Logan Act.

Yet the Department of Justice went after former national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn

with a vengeance, for contacts with a Russian diplomat during the 2016 transition despite

it not being illegal to do so.

Obama's FBI then set perjury traps against Flynn and have destroyed his life as a result.

But John Kerry is a free man, providing additional evidence if you needed any our justice system

has become dangerously politicized.

Perhaps the Democratic Party, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher

Wray can explain, how it's OK that Kerry has colluded with foreign actors while the

Mueller team, and Justice Department continue to engage in a scorched-earth campaign, against

the Trump administration over faux Russian collusion theories, that haven't borne fruit

despite a string of costly government investigations.

What other Deep State officials have been working with Kerry to sabotage U.S. foreign

interests?

Barack Obama?

Former White House officials and swamp-dwellers within the government?

What do you think about this?

Indictment Handed Out In Russian Bribery Case Involving Uranium One – Found It On Hillary Clinton - Duration: 6:17.

YUGE!

Indictment Handed Out In Russian Bribery Case Involving Uranium One – Found It On Hillary

Clinton.

An 11-count indictment has been handed out in connection to the alleged Russian bribery

scheme involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Obama administration,

and Uranium One.

According to a statement from the Department of Justice –

"Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount Airy, Maryland, was charged in an 11-count indictment with

one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit

wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count

of international promotion money laundering.

The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at

JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation

and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment

services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX."

TENEX is the commercial sales arm for Russia's Rosatom, which took full control of Uranium

One in 2013.

The charges are connected to the alleged bribery scheme that involves "Vadim Mikerin, a Russian

official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy

Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium

enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with

TENEX."

The case against Lambert is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Theodore D. Chuang of

the District of Maryland was appointed by Barack Obama in September of 2013.

According to the Hill, this case involves many known key players.

The House Intelligence Committee has recently requested that several of these same people

be pursued for charges –

"The investigation was ultimately supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, an Obama

appointee who now serves as President Trump's deputy attorney general, and then-Assistant

FBI Director Andrew McCabe, now the deputy FBI director under Trump, Justice Department

documents show.

Both men now play a key role in the current investigation into possible, but still unproven,

collusion between Russia and Donald Trump's campaign during the 2016 election cycle.

McCabe is under congressional and Justice Department inspector general investigation

in connection with money his wife's Virginia state Senate campaign accepted in 2015 from

now-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe at a time when McAuliffe was reportedly under investigation

by the FBI.

The probe is not focused on McAuliffe's conduct but rather on whether McCabe's attendance

violated the Hatch Act or other FBI conflict rules.

The connections to the current Russia case are many.

The Mikerin probe began in 2009 when Robert Mueller, now the special counsel in charge

of the Trump case, was still FBI director.

And it ended in late 2015 under the direction of then-FBI Director James Comey, whom Trump

fired earlier this year."

A report from October revealed that federal agents started collecting evidence in 2009

about Russian officials that were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money

laundering connected to the Uranium One deal:

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry

to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as

early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes

and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents

show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear

officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President

Bill Clinton's charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told

The Hill.

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued

investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public

and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when

the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin's commercial nuclear ambitions.

Sessions ordered that prosecutors at the DOJ start "interviewing FBI agents about evidence

they uncovered in a criminal investigation into a highly-controversial uranium deal that

involves Bill and Hillary Clinton."

While Clinton has vehemently denied that she did anything wrong, a fresh round of reports

suggested that there is more to this case than meets the eye.

An October report revealed that the FBI started gathering evidence in 2009 of Russian officials

engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money laundering that were involved in

the Uranium One deal, according to the Daily Wire –

"Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear

industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails

as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes

and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents

show."

In November, Mother Jones interviewed Clinton, who made the wild and audacious claim that

she could not be investigated by the Trump administration as it would constitute an "abuse

of power."

"If they send a signal that we're going to be like some dictatorship, like some authoritarian

regime, where political opponents are going to be unfair, fraudulently investigated, that

rips at the fabric of the contract we have, that we can trust our justice system," Clinton

said.

Except, it turns out that was not quite the case.
