Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan has shown his true colors when he took action in sabotaging

President Trump's alternative of ObamaCare.

He failed both the president and the people of the U.S.

This move hit Paul Ryan like a boomerang, and many leading figures have condemned him,

like Judge Jeanine Pirro, who publicly called on him to quit his job as House Speaker so

that someone else could be placed, someone who will actually do good and support President

Trump.

There were many speculations as to who that someone might be, and finally they got their

answer.

A source close to President Trump told Breitbart, that "This is another example of the staff

failing the president and the weakness of the Paul Ryan as Speaker of the House.

This calls into question once again the speaker's commitment to supporting Donald Trump and

his agenda."

Another source continues:

"House Speaker Ryan proved today that he does not have the best interests of the President

at heart.

He sold out the president and showed his word can be taken with a grain of salt.

There is only one course of action that should be taken to move past this disaster and that

is the swift replacement of Paul Ryan as speaker."

As reported, President Trump is strongly considering switching Paul Ryan with either House Freedom

Caucus Chairman Rep. Mark Meadows or House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

A recent report says that a federal judge just supported President Trump's immigration

ban, which is a pretty good news since his healthcare replacement bill didn't succeed

in the House.

As reported by the Blaze:

Anthony Trenga, the judge who was appointed by former President George W. Bush, stated

in his ruling that President Trump had the authority to ban immigration from those specific

countries and that the order wasn't discriminatory in nature, as the Palestinian activists who

filed the lawsuit for an injunction had suggested.

Judge Trenga clearly stated that the president "has unqualified authority to bar physical

entry to the United States at the border."

He called attention to the fact that the executive order doesn't mention any religion and has

a "state secular purpose" of protecting the American people from various terrorist

attacks.

Trenga didn't view President Trump's campaign rhetoric about a "Muslim ban" as being

negative and is not anything like Hawaiian Judge Derrick Watson presented it.

Judge Trenga's view is much more rational than the one of Judge Watson's.

President Trump's executive order is clear and simple – it defends the country from

all kinds of foreign terror, not just from radical Islamic terrorists!

There is no reason for someone to go on and look beyond the order itself to find a deeper

meaning, unless the order is unclear, which in this case it's not.

The immigration ban order doesn't contain even a crumb of religion, nor it is discriminatory

and racist.

We are grateful that at least one judge defended President Trump's immigration ban order,

and presented it the way

it is.

Exactly 97% of the donations by the Justice Department went to Hillary Clinton.

During the House Intelligence Committee hearing on Monday, in which FBI Director James Comey

was questions in relation with the whole surveillance issue, Comey turned back on president Trump

and stated that the Obama administration didn't wiretap him nor his staff, despite the existence

of the FISA warrant.

And this attitude of his came back and turned on him like a boomerang.

As reported by Truthfeed, President Trump is actually authorized to fire FBI director

Comey, due to a 1960s bill, which states:

Under a U.S. bill that first took effect in 1968, FBI directors are nominated by the president

and must be confirmed by the Senate — a process similar to the nomination and confirmation

of Supreme Court justices or presidential cabinet officials.

Unlike the justices, who are appointed for life and cannot be fired — but can be impeached

by congress (which has happened only one time in the U.S. history) — or cabinet officials

who have no set terms, the FBI director is appointed to a single term of 10 years.

The bill establishing the 10-year term limit was passed in 1976, four years after the death

of legendary FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, who held on to the job for 48 years.

But as a report acquired in 2014 by the Congressional Research Service suggests, "there are no

statutory conditions on the President's authority to remove the FBI Director."

Meaning, President Trump can fire the FBI director without having second though.

An FBI director can also be removed by congress, through the impeachment process.
