Federal Judge Drops Crushing Anvil On Mueller Investigation, Delivers Trump Victory - Duration: 5:28.
Federal Judge Drops Crushing Anvil On Mueller Investigation, Delivers Trump Victory.
Nice to see not all judges are partisan and some are starting to wake up and sounding
the alarm.
Yesterday a Federal judge in Virginia expressed alarming skepticism about the actions of special
counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, in the bank fraud case against former Trump
campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
To the point that he even said what everyone has known from day one, that he believes that
Mueller's motivation is to oust President Donald Trump from office.
This all went down at a tense hearing in a federal court in Virginia on Friday, where
U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III sharply questioned whether Mueller exceeded his authority
in filing tax, and bank fraud charges against Trump's former campaign manager, Paul Manafort
since all he was supposed to be doing is investigating Russian collision between the Trump Campaign
and the Kremlin.
"The vernacular is to sing," Ellis said.
"You don't really care about Mr. Manafort," the judge said.
"You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead to Mr. Trump"
and his eventual prosecution or impeachment.
"It's unlikely you're going to persuade me the special counsel has unfettered power
to do whatever he wants," Ellis, who was appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan,
said at a hearing on Manafort's motion to dismiss the Virginia charges."
Ellis later added that it appeared that with these charges Mueller and company are trying
to bully Manafort into flipping on Trump, and giving them information which could be
used against the president.
Manafort served as Trump's campaign manager for five months, and also faces federal charges
in Washington.
Where he is being accused of conspiring to launder money and failing to register as a
foreign agent, when he lobbied for the pro-Russia Ukrainian government.
Something which Democrat Party operatives do regularly but get away with it.
Manfort previously lost a civil suit making similar complaints about the special counsel's
investigation last week.
Manafort had filed a lawsuit in Washington claiming Rosenstein and Mueller exceeded their
authority in charging him with alleged crimes, he said had nothing to do with the 2016 campaign.
DC District Judge Amy Berman Jackson dismissed that lawsuit, saying a civil case was "not
the appropriate vehicle" for objecting to either past or future actions by a prosecutor.
Here is more on this story via Reuters:
"A WITCH HUNT"
Trump enthusiastically read the judge's comments out loud to his audience during a
speech to the National Rifle Association in Dallas, saying they echoed his longstanding
views.
He called Ellis "a very respected person."
"I've been saying that for a long time.
It's a witch hunt," he said of Mueller's probe into his campaign's ties to Russia
and whether it colluded with Russians to interfere in the 2016 election.
He also distanced himself from Manafort, calling him a nice guy but saying "he worked for
me for a very short period of time."
The sharp tone of the judge's comments could spell trouble for Mueller's case against
Manafort, and put even greater pressure on Rosenstein to rein in the Russia investigation.
But several legal experts cautioned against reading too much into the comments.
"I think there are some judges that believe that in being evenhanded, they should give
the winner a hard time, too," said James Trusty, a former federal prosecutor now with
the law firm Ifrah Law.
"At the end of the day, it's very dangerous to read the tea leaves from comments from
the bench."
Lisa Kern Griffin, a professor at Duke University School of Law and a former federal prosecutor,
said it is unlikely Ellis will dismiss the charges against Manafort because bringing
them was "almost certainly" within Mueller's broad authority.
If Ellis dismissed the charges, they would likely be reinstated by an appeals court,
Griffin said.
"I think Judge Ellis may just be putting to the government through its paces," she
said.
"That is not uncommon."
The hearing on Friday was the third time Manafort has tried to get charges against him dismissed.
A civil case alleging the Justice Department's order appointing Mueller was overly broad
was tossed last month.
He also asked for dismissal of the Washington-based criminal charges on similar legal grounds,
but there has not been a ruling.
Ellis did not rule on the motion to dismiss on Friday.
Ellis asked why a run-of-the-mill bank fraud case with no "reference to any Russian individual
or Russian bank", could not be handed over to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern
District of Virginia.
As an example, he pointed to the FBI probe into Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen,
and said the special counsel had turned that matter over to federal prosecutors in Manhattan.
Dreeben declined to discuss the Cohen case.
Ellis also complained that the bulk of that August memo he received was highly redacted.
He told Mueller's office to take two weeks to consult with U.S. intelligence agencies
to see, whether they would sign off so that he can personally review a sealed, unredacted
version of the memo.
Dreeben told him the redacted portions did not pertain to the Manafort case.
"I'll be the judge," Ellis said.

California School Allows Massive Hateful Trump Mural To Go Up Giving Kids Nightmares – TAKE IT DOWN! - Duration: 5:30.
California School Allows Massive Hateful Trump Mural To Go Up Giving Kids Nightmares – TAKE
IT DOWN!
A school in California allowed students to paint a mural of President Trump's head
being speared by some kind of Aztec Warrior.
You can clearly see the Mexican flag in the background.
This is a disgusting response to President Trump's immigration policy.
What do you expect from California?
The land of liberalism holds zero standards when teaching their youth.
The mural proves us right.
The Mural was one of many that were painted on the back of the MAAC Charter School in
Chula Vista.
The artist, Sasha Andrade, thinks this is perfectly fine and refuses to apologize for
any wrongdoing.
She's even offering stickers to her "Fans" By the looks of her Facebook page, Sasha is
very hateful towards White Americans.
Gateway Pundit wrote: "The artist, Sasha Andrade, claims that
the high school approved of the image before she painted it.
On Wednesday, following local news reports about the graphics image, the school covered
the painting with a black tarp and asked the same artist to come back and modify it.
The mural was reportedly part of an event called "Battlegroundz" that the school
holds annually to raise money for scholarships."
The San Diego Union-Tribune reported:
"Chula Vista school mural that depicts the bloody, severed head of President Donald Trump
on a spear sparked a controversy that prompted officials to cover it and issue a response
distancing themselves from the work.
The statement also said the artist will alter the painting.
"We understand that there was a mural painted at the event this past weekend that does not
align with our school's philosophy of non-violence," read the statement from MAAC Community Charter
School director Tommy Ramirez.
"We have been in communication with the artist — who has agreed to modify the artwork
— to better align with the school's philosophy."
The event Ramirez referred to was the annual Battlegroundz, a scholarship fundraiser held
during the last weekend of April.
During the fundraiser, students and invited artists paint murals that highlight urban
art in an alley behind the school.
Francia Baluca, marketing and communications manager for MAAC, the nonprofit that oversees
the school, said officials were looking into questions raised about the mural, including
whether anyone knew of its content before it was painted and when school officials first
became aware of it.
After receiving complaints about the mural from the community and coverage about it from
KUSI, the school had covered it with black plastic by Wednesday.
On Friday, it appeared to be covered by plywood, with a vehicle parked in front of it.
Baluca said Battlegroundz attracts amateur and professional artists from around the world.
Artist Sasha Andrade painted the part of the mural with Trump.
She could not be reached Friday.
The mural depicts three warriors, each with different types of dress.
One appears to be holding a human heart and another wears a leopard headdress and is holding
a spear.
At its end is the severed head of Trump, with the spear's tip protruding from his mouth.
While school officials said Andrade has agreed to change the painting, she was defiant and
proud of it on Facebook post earlier this week.
Her Facebook banner is a picture of her painting the mural, and on May 2 she posted a photo
of the mural with the message, "They can try to #censor it but here it is guys!!!!
" Hashtags in the message included "#urwelcome" and "#freedomofexpression."
She noted in one post that comedian George Lopez had liked her Instagram post of the
mural, and she signed her message with "#firstamendment."
She also has her share of detractors.
On Twitter, a woman who goes by "Adorable Deplorable" called on the Secret Service
to arrest Andrade for threatening the president.
The school is open to all San Diego County students 14-24 years old and is chartered
by Sweetwater Union High School District.
It serves 300 students.
Manny Rubio, public information officer at the district, said his office had received
many calls about the mural, including from people out of state, but said MAAC Charter
is independently run and not governed by the district's board of trustees."
The School APPROVED of the image?
That's insane.
This event is great to help raise money for college, but the mural Sasha painted was completely
uncalled for.
This is the education system that's teaching the future generations to come.
What's next?
Will there be public hangings of bodies depicting the President?
The Sweetwater District Released A Statement:
"Although the MAAC School is chartered by the Sweetwater Union High School District,
we do not have administrative or programmatic oversight of them or their programs.
We are glad to see that they are taking immediate action on this.
However, any concerns regarding this situation should be addressed with them directly and
not with the Sweetwater Union High School District."
Maybe the Secret Service will pay Ms. Andrade's a visit like they did Kathy Griffin and Madonna.
We can not allow these kinds of threats to keep happening.
There are far too many violent actions coming from our schools.
We don't need another catastrophe to happen.

Where Walt Disney Found The Magic - From Marceline To Magic Kingdom - Exploring Walt's Boyhood Home - Duration: 13:06.
As an adult, Walt wrote, "To tell the truth, more things of importance happened to me
in Marceline that have happened to me since or are likely to in the future ."
We decided to take just a stop off the route. And why did we do that? We're going
to Walt Disney's home town, Marceline, Missouri. And what year did they say
he came here? 1906? Yep. Yep, they said his mom and dad were living in Chicago and they
decided they didn't want their kids to have like the dangers of the city to
affect them. Okay, we're coming up into the city of Marceline. There's a water
tower. I was hoping it would have Mickey Mouse ears on it! This says Tiger country
instead of Mouse country. Marceline welcomes you.
It's not a big town. Located on the north edge of town as
you're coming in on highway five is where Walt's boyhood home was. This is
where his father, Elias, and his mother, Flora, settled when they came to
Marceline from Chicago. And behind the residence and down a side road is where
you'll find Walt's Dreaming Tree and Barn. Walt's dreaming tree and barn are this
way. This is the Son of the Dreaming Tree. This was planted in September 2004 by
Bradford Disney Lund and Disney World ambassadors. And they brought soil from
the Magic Kingdom and waters from the Rivers of America to be added to the
soil on the Disney farm for the planting ceremony. The original dreaming tree was
a large cottonwood tree and it was destroyed in a storm in 2015. And I
believe this area is all that's left of the original dreaming tree where Walt
would sit for hours. And he would do what he called Belly Botany. He'd lay on the ground
and watch bugs, animals, and the trees and everything around him. And he said on a
good day he would see Bambi. And from his time spent here thinking, and dreaming,
and planning, and playing, came the cartoons, movies, and the theme parks that
we all loved. This is a replica that was built here of the original barn that was
on the Elias Disney family farm. This barn played an important part in
young Walt Disney's life. Inside the barn are lots of signatures, and thanks to
Walt and his family. So if you come, it's perfectly okay to write on the barn walls,
and tell Walt and his family thank you, for all the memories and the dreams come true.
There's a book, and it's made out of wood.
Walt called this barn his "Happy Place". It tells the story about how he was age four
when his family moved from Chicago to the farm and Marceline.
Walt soon discovered he loved farm life. Walt made movies with real actors
and animals. One movie had a barn just like the one in his boyhood farm.
Walt wanted a workshop in his backyard he had the same barn created again.
This barn was a celebration of his hundredth birthday. So on September 22, 2001, they recreated
this replica of his original barn on the farm once owned by the Disney family.
It is a fitting tribute - the humble little red barn finally came home from its long
journey through the life and times of a small-town farm boy.
The original one was destroyed over the years, and they think some of the wood was even used for
firewood during the Depression. And his happy place barn was said to be the
birthplace of Imagineering. Walt would spend his time there coming up with
ideas for the theme parks, and movies, and cartoons. So it was definitely his happy place.
I'm going to try to find a blank spot and write something here too. Ah, I
like this saying over here. May the magic of Disney be with all who visit
Marceline, Missouri. And this this little sign here says, "This beam was on display
at Disneyland prior to being permanently installed in Walt's Marceline barn."
Somebody wrote, "You brought us together. 5/7/12 The true Disney Dream, Happily Ever After."
And we're here in Walt's barn on our 35th wedding anniversary!
We're happy to get to share it with Walt. Cuz we love Disney. He's given us a lot
of enjoyment over the years. Yeah, his dreams have made our dreams
fulfilled! You're my dream! Sweet! Corny, but sweet. And the story's funny about this barn.
Walt held his first barnyard circus in here. He charged his friends 10 cents a
head to come to watch it. And he dressed up some animals and clothes and put on a show.
Some of those that came complained that it was just a cat, a dog, and a pig
dressed up in clothes and they wanted their money back. So his mom made him refund all the money.
This is Marceline Missouri, the boyhood home of Walter Elias Disney. Now we're
going to turn off and go to his museum. Walt Disney Hometown Museum. We need to
go there to the left. We're at the Walt Disney Hometown Museum
in Marceline. This is the Santa Fe Depot, Circa 1913. Marceline used to be a big
railroad town. But the station was shut down and the stop discontinued, and
they turned it into a museum for Walt Disney after he passed away. Trains
were definitely one thing that Walt loved. His love of trains may have
started when he came here from Chicago on a train. Admission is $10 for adults,
children 6 to 12 is $5, and members and children under 6 is free. Self-guided
tour, 10,000 square feet of immersive Disney history. Exciting! Here we go.
WDHM. Walt Disney Hometown Museum.
They have a little souvenir shop here, with lots of Disney memorabilia. Magnets, hats,
shirts. Railroad spikes commemorating Walt Disney's 100th birthday party in
Marceline Missouri. It's a cool museum. Shows all kinds of things about Marceline.
And the Dreaming Tree.
Walt Disney: "I always thought, let's take time to go visit again.
This would be the perfect time, if Roy's not busy. Roy's not busy!
Midget Autopia, like one of the little gas-powered cars at the speedway.
Disneyland speedway. It says the original was open adjacent to Storybook Land Canal boats in Disneyland.
In 1960, Walt Disney came to Marceline for the dedication of the Walt Disney
Elementary School. And it's still named that to this day. And Walt sent Bob Moore, one
of his favorite studio artists, to decorate the building with themed
character murals. Walt Disney Elementary. "Where the Magic of Learning Begins".
You think, Stan, it's a school of dreamers? I think so - I hope so!
Walt would want it that way. Yeah, I think so too.
Walt's imagination and dreams took him from the Main Street of Marceline to
Main Street USA in Disneyland and Magic Kingdom. The Confectionery, located at
this site in the Allen hotel block built in 1905, was a favorite for Marcelineans
with a sweet tooth. When designing Downtown Disney, which is adjacent to
Disneyland, the Disney Company included Marceline's Confectionery in this themed area.
Ma Vic's Corner Cafe. It even looks like it's made with a Disney font.
Inside Ma Vic's they have some pictures of Walt Disney.
A Sketch. Seven Dwarfs. On one of Walt's visits to Marceline, Roy and Walt went down to
one of Walt's favorite fishing spots and tried it out again. Walt made several
visits back to Marceline over the years and was a great supporter of the town.
And there's Walt and Roy at the Midwest premiere of his full-length feature film,
"The Great Locomotive Chase". Here's the old Zurcher's Jewelry Store.
Walt used this building as design for one of his buildings on Main Street USA.
This building now is the "Magic of Marceline" store. It has a lot of Disney
memorabilia here. The Zurcher building in Marceline is linked to Disneyland's
Coke Corner. And this Coca-Cola billboard is said to have been probably established
in 1906, the same year that the Disney's moved to Marceline. There's the Uptown
Theater. This is where Walt held some movie premieres and those drew a big
crowd and a lot of attention. In 1956, Walt and Roy Disney held the Midwest
premiere of their feature film, "The Great Locomotive Chase. In 1998, the Walt Disney
Company held another premiere, "The Spirit of Mickey", at this theater. 18,000
enthusiastic Disney fans came to Marceline for the premiere.
Wow, that's a lot of people in a small town! And Goofy is sitting in the
admission booth. He's gonna take your tickets if you come. And inside is a
Donald Duck sitting there on the floor.
A concession counter, and a sign that says, "Walt Disney's, Spirit of Mickey".
Walt credited his boyhood years in Marceline as the time when his imagination grew
and his dreams began. So these were very formative years for him here.
Marceline gave Walt his inspiration for the Matterhorn ride in Disneyland, scenes in Lady and
the Tramp, Silly Symphonies, a lot of the animals and creatures you see in his
cartoons, and his whole future started here.
Ripley Park is where the Disney family would come to listen to concerts. They
would hitch up their horse-drawn wagon and come to town and gather around the
gazebo to hear the band's play. In Ripley Park there's also the Santa Fe 2546
train, Disneyland railroad. In 2004, the Marceline post office was renamed the
Walt Disney post office, the only Federal Building named after Walt Disney.
After Walt Disney's death in 1966, the town of Marceline lobbied to
have a Walt Disney stamp made. And in 1968, the first day of issue ceremony was held
at the Marceline post office. And inside the lobby of the post office are some
Disney stamps that were issued over the years. There's the stamp that was issued
to honor Walt in 1968. Any day of the year you can go into the Marceline post
office, the Walt Disney post office, and get a special cancellation. It says, "Where
The Dream Began", Walt Disney Post Office, Marceline, Missouri. It's pretty cool.
The cancellation was free, so all it cost you is the price of the envelope. If you
don't have one, you can bring your own envelope and stamp in and they'll
stamp it for you. This is very cool! We just found this where it says, "Main
Street USA", and it's got the Mickey ears. Very cool. At the end of Main Street is
Walt Disney municipal park. This park was dedicated in Walt Disney's name.
A pool was built here. There are ball fields and playgrounds. And this is where Disney
set up his Midget Autopia ride that he brought in from Disneyland and donated
to the town and the children of Marceline. Okay, we're coming up on Main Street and
we're leaving Main Street USA which is the middle of town in Marceline. And you
really don't want to come on a Monday, because a lot of the shops and stores
are closed. And in fact the Walt Disney museum is actually closed on Mondays, so
you wouldn't be able to go through all of his different archives. And so many
neat things that they had donated to the town of Marceline, and that was the
Disney family that donated it. So remember, don't come on Mondays!
Take time out of your life and go visit Marceline, and get to see where Walt lived. We love
Disney, and we think it's special. And the town's motto is, "Where Walt found the
magic". See you real soon, Marceline!

You Won't Believe Who One President Was Caught In Bed With - Duration: 10:54.
You Won't Believe Who One President Was Caught In Bed With
Democrats can't outrun their history of sex scandals.
Their party has a sorry track record when it comes to mistreating women.
Now a new revelation exposed how one President was caught in his wife's bed with a teenage
intern.
Mimi Alfred was a 19-year-old intern working in the White House when John F. Kennedy was
President.
She revealed in her 2012 book 'Once a Secret' that President Kennedy had seduced her in
the same bedroom he shared with his wife Jackie.
People Magazine reports:
"Mimi Alford (née Beardsley) was all of 19 when she began working in the White House
press office in 1962, and almost immediately caught the eye of President John F. Kennedy.
While last year's Jackie movie shed new light on how the first lady created the myth
of Camelot after JFK's assassination, much curiosity remains about their marriage and
what Jackie knew.
As Alford details in her 2012 book, Once Upon a Secret, she was stunned when she received
a call from Dave Powers, a close Kennedy aide known unofficially as the First Friend, who
invited her for a swim in the White House pool.
(It didn't matter that she didn't have a swim suit, there were plenty available to
choose from…
… A short time later Kennedy offered her a private tour of the residence, and it was
when they were alone in the bedroom he shared with First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy that he
made his move.
"This is a very private room," Alford writes that he told her after slipping a hand
on her shoulder.
"The next thing I knew he was standing in front of me, his face inches away," she
writes.
"He placed both hands on my shoulders and guided me toward the edge of the bed."
A short time later, Alford lost her virginity to the world-renowned leader, and their trysts
continued for more than a year."
Kennedy was just one Democrat President who had difficulty staying faithful to his wife.
Bill Clinton was accused of multiple affairs and acts of sexual harassment, assault, and
rape.
He was even impeached for lying under oath about his affair with Monica Lewinsky.
Democrat President's past treatment of women has come under new scrutiny since the left-wing
Washington Post launched a political hit job against Alabama senate candidate Judge Roy
Moore.
They published a story based on he-said-she-said allegations that Moore was involved in a case
of sexual misconduct with a young girl when she was 32.
This attack piece was published just one month before the special election, and Moore and
his supporters smell a rat.
Democrats wish to gloss over proven misconduct by their past Presidents to wield unsubstantiated
allegations as a club to defeat Judge Moore in the senate race.
Will they succeed?

Federal Judge Just Took Mueller Down – Rebukes Him For 'LYING To Get Trump' - Duration: 11:42.
Federal Judge Just Took Mueller Down – Rebukes Him For 'LYING To Get Trump'
A federal judge on Friday harshly rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team during
a hearing for ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort – suggesting they lied about the
scope of the investigation, are seeking "unfettered power" and are more interested in bringing
down the president.
"You don't really care about Mr. Manafort," U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III told Mueller's
team.
"You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr.
Trump and an impeachment, or whatever."
Further, Ellis demanded to see the unredacted "scope memo," a document outlining the
scope of the special counsel's Russia probe that congressional Republicans have also sought.
The hearing, where Manafort's team fought to dismiss an 18-count indictment on tax and
bank fraud-related charges, took a confrontational turn as it was revealed that at least some
of the information in the investigation derived from an earlier Justice Department probe – in
the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Manafort's attorneys argue the special counsel does not have the power to indict him on the
charges they have brought – and seemed to find a sympathetic ear with Ellis.
The Reagan-appointed judge asked Mueller's team where they got the authority to indict
Manafort on alleged crimes dating as far back as 2005.
The special counsel argues that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein granted them broad
authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing Mueller to this investigation.
But after the revelation that the team is using information from the earlier DOJ probe,
Ellis said that information did not "arise" out of the special counsel probe – and therefore
may not be within the scope of that investigation.
"We don't want anyone with unfettered power," he said.
Mueller's team says its authorities are laid out in documents including the August
2017 scope memo – and that some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing
investigations and national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.
Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded.
He summed up the argument of the Special Counsel's Office as, "We said this was what [the]
investigation was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying."
He referenced the common exclamation from NFL announcers, saying: "C'mon man!"
The judge also gave the government two weeks to hand over the unredacted "scope memo"
or provide an explanation why not — after prosecutors were reluctant to do so, claiming
it has material that doesn't pertain to Manafort.
"I'll be the judge of that," Ellis said.
House Republicans have also sought the full document, though the Justice Department previously
released a redacted version, which includes information related to Manafort but not much
else.
The charges in federal court in Virginia were on top of another round of charges in October.
Manafort has pleaded not guilty to both rounds.
The charges filed earlier this year include conspiring against the United States, conspiring
to launder money, failing to register as an agent of a foreign principal and providing
false statements.
Earlier this year, Ellis suggested that Manafort could face life in prison, and "poses a
substantial flight risk" because of his "financial means and international connections
to flee and remain
at large."

Hundreds Of Elite Democrats Could Be Getting Arrested - Duration: 10:23.
Hundreds Of Elite Democrats Could Be Getting Arrested
Americans are watching with horrific anticipation as 294 more sealed indictments have been being
filed by Federal Courts throughout the nation.
It's very rare for any district to have more than 1 or 2 sealed indictments in just
one district, let alone multiple.
However, hundreds are pouring in now, and it's looking like this trend isn't stopping
anytime soon.
Between the 294 new sealed indictments across the nation and the 91 in East Virginia and
Washington DC, this equates to close t0 400 of these indictments.
This is a record-breaking, off-the-charts number.
Even more frightening, this is by far the highest number of indictments at any one time
in the nation's history.
Although we don't yet know what's in these files yet, it's pretty easy to figure out
if you connect the dots.
Think about it – we've been hearing about more uncovered pedophile cases showing up
in the news and media in the last three weeks than ever before.
After years of silence, the nation is now hearing case after case of perverts across
the globe and their actions coming to light.
These indictments are coming from everywhere from Hollywood to Washington DC.
Not to mention, we've been hearing about Uranium One with its money laundering, kickbacks,
bribery and extortion.
And who can forget how Clinton and the DNC were laundering money through Perkins Cole
Law Firm?
It is no coincidence that all of the areas in the above list are also the stomping grounds
of the administrations leading as far back as former President Bush.
As more and more sealed indictments continue to come pouring in, it is only a matter of
time to see the what the repercussions will be for the so-called "elite" in the
U.S.

Donald Trump Did The One Thing That Proved Obama Was A Traitor - Duration: 10:23.
Donald Trump Did The One Thing That Proved Obama Was A Traitor
Barack Obama was the most anti-American President in history.
He routinely apologized for America and appeased her enemies.
But now Donald Trump did the one thing that exposed him as a traitor.
When Trump traveled to Asia, he met the Japanese Emperor.
Trump merely shook his hand in a polite greeting.
This was in sharp contrast to Obama who in 2009 bowed in submission to a ceremonial foreign
leader.
Obama was blasted for signaling that America was a submissive nation who bowed to foreign
dignitaries.
Fox News had reported:
"Pamela Eyring, the president of The Protocol School of Washington, said that while there's
no "hard-and-fast" rule, a bow is not appropriate when national leaders meet.
"They're peers.
… Unfortunately, it isn't correct for a chief of state to bow to another chief of
state," she told FoxNews.com.
"It's not appropriate.
He should not be bowing to other chiefs of state."
She said Obama was clearly trying to show respect, but that the royal couple would not
expect such a gesture from a Western leader.
Eyring, who reviewed the video of the encounter, said they seemed a "bit uncomfortable"
watching Obama bow.
"When you're representing the United States of America, everything speaks … on behalf
of our country," Eyring said.
"It's a visual.
It shows more of a subservient look."
By most accounts, it hasn't been official protocol for a U.S. president, or any American,
to bow to a foreign head of state or symbolic monarch.
Other heads of state and officials, like former Vice President Cheney, have greeted the Japanese
emperor with a handshake — which Eyring said is the appropriate custom."
When Trump was campaigning for President, he would routinely ridicule Obama for the
disrespect he tolerated as President.
Trump often mocked Obama for not being met by the Head of State at the airport and promised
Air Force One would be turned around if a nation's leader was not ready to greet him.
Americans saw Obama's bow to the Japanese Emperor as a symbol that he did not respect
America as a special place, and that he believed America was just one of many nations in the
global community.
Trump – on the other hand – pledged to put America First and has lived up to that
promise
since
being
in office.

Hillary Heard Five Words That Means Prison Is Right Around The Corner - Duration: 10:23.
Hillary Heard Five Words That Means Prison Is Right Around The Corner
Hillary Clinton cannot run away from her scandalous past.
Every day more news breaks about her corrupt deals with the Russians that sold out America.
But now she just heard the five words that means prison is right around the corner.
Donald Trump is fed up with her skating through her scandals without being held accountable.
And he's revving back up on his campaign promise to "lock her up."
Clinton has been exposed for engaging in pay-for-play behavior regarding the sale of twenty percent
of America's uranium stock to the Russians, and for colluding with Moscow by paying for
the fake news Christopher Steele "Trump-Russia" dossier.
So Trump took to Twitter and demanded the FBI and Justice Department investigate her
because "the American public deserves it."
With Clinton's scandals – and evidence of wrong doing piling up – the American
people are wondering why she isn't being held accountable.
Do you agree that Hillary Clinton should be investigated?

BREAKING NEIL GORSUCH JUST RECEIVED SOME BAD NEWS FROM THE SENATE… THIS ISN'T GOOD! - Duration: 12:12.
BREAKING: NEIL GORSUCH JUST RECEIVED SOME BAD NEWS FROM THE SENATE….
THIS ISN'T GOOD!
President Trump's nominee to fulfill the empty Supreme Court seat of deceased Antonin
Scalia, Neil Gorsuch, has witnessed yet another complication, before it is to be confirmed,
as the Senate Democrats put an initial committee vote on hold for another week.
The Committee on Monday was reaching conclusion based on objections from Democrat members
who showed dissatisfaction with several Judge Neil Gorsuch provided during the hearing.
Prior to the decision, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer stated that a halt is necessary
as there are many still ongoing investigations relating to President Trump's ties with
Russia.
"You can bet, if the shoe were on the other foot and a Democratic president was under
investigation by the FBI, the Republicans would be howling at the moon about filling
a Supreme Court seat in such circumstances," stated Schumer.
In his support stood up several other Democrats and Independents who disliked Judge Gorsuch's
rulings in the past.
As reported by the Associated Press, Gorsuch's opponents think that his rulings are greatly
in favor of businesses and against workers.
Despite this claim, Gorsuch has made his views on commitment to impartiality perfectly clear.
"There's no such thing as a Republican judge or a Democratic judge," Gorsuch said
when asked about whether receiving his nomination from a Republican president would influence
his decisions.
"We just have judges in this country."
Radio Host Rush Limbaugh and Senator Ted Cruz have vigorously defended Gorsuch.
Sen. Cruz even went on to say that Democrats have "slandered" Gorsuch.
But there are some who spoke in his favor, such as Sen. Michael Bennet, who stated that
a distinctive political views won't get in Gorsuch way to do his job properly.
"I have no doubt that unlike the president, Judge Gorsuch has profound respect for an
independent judiciary and the vital role it plays as a check on the executive and legislative
branches," said Bennet.
"I may not always agree with his rulings, but I believe Judge Gorsuch is unquestionably
committed to the rule of law."
Despite this little halt in Gorsuch's confirmation, it is still inevitable, as he's got rock
solid Republican support.
He will need 60 votes from the Senate.
The Republicans are leading the Senate with 52-48.
He will only need additional 8 votes from Democrat members, which still can be achieved,
as some Senate Democrats have showed support
for Gorsuch.

Robert Mueller Got Caught Using This Spy In His Sick Plan To Impeach Trump - Duration: 10:54.
Robert Mueller Got Caught Using This Spy In His Sick Plan To Impeach Trump
Robert Mueller is going for broke.
He's all in on taking out Donald Trump.
But he just got caught using this spy.
When Mueller announced he had secured a guilty plea from former Trump campaign volunteer
George Papadopolous for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russians during his brief
time on the campaign, many Americans scratch their heads and said "who?"
The guilty plea surprised pundits because no one had ever really heard his name mentioned
before in the investigation.
He was arrested over the summer and pled guilty in the beginning of October and the entire
affair was kept under wraps.
In the plea agreement, however, there was a clue.
Papadopolous was listed as a "cooperating witness."
This alarmed observers, as it likely meant he had been wearing a wire whenever he spoke
to anyone connected with the Trump campaign as a spy so Mueller could catch them in process-crime
lies and then prosecute them as leverage against Trump.
Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News said this made the investigation very dangerous for
Trump.
Fox News reports:
"The Fox News senior judicial analyst emphasized the seriousness of the guilty plea by former
Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopolous, who he said most likely "wore
a wire" to potentially gather incriminating evidence against other Trump campaign officials.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller announced the guilty plea on Monday, saying Papadopolous
lied to FBI agents about contacts with a Russia-linked professor who spoke of "dirt" on Hillary
Clinton in the spring of 2016.
The professor, based in London, has denied the claims laid out by Papadopolous.
Napolitano said the guilty plea by Papadopolous was "very unusual" because it occurred
in secret and the judge ordered the plea documents to be sealed.
Napolitano said for that to happen, prosecutors would need to convince the court that a lack
of secrecy would "materially interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation."
He explained that the judge's decision was likely based on Papadopolous "wearing a
wire" as a cooperating witness.
Napolitano also said it's telling that Papadopolous was not charged with obstruction of justice,
perhaps because he has already provided "significant assistance" to investigators."
Mueller is using an inside man to rat out Trump officials.
But will it work?
Papadopolous was a low-level volunteer who didn't have any extensive contracts with
the Trump campaign.
Using him as a spy could be a sign that Mueller doesn't have much in the way of a collusion
case and that he's desperate to make anything stick so he can take out Trump.
We will keep you up to date on any new developments
in this story.

FBI Still REFUSES to Obtain Personal Texts and Emails From Strzok & Page - Duration: 3:15.
FBI Still REFUSES to Obtain Personal Texts and Emails From Strzok & Page.
The FBI claims they're not obligated to obtain the personal emails and text messages
from anti-Trump FBI agents, and lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, even though their work
text messages indicate a serious suspicion of obstruction.
Remember the insurance policy Strzok mentioned?
However, the FBI refuses to delve deeper.
They're too busy raiding President Trump's lawyer's private office and home.
From Bizpacreview.com,
The FBI says it has not requested information from the personal email accounts of Peter
Strzok and Lisa Page, the two bureau officials who exchanged anti-President Donald Trump
text messages, while working on the investigation into possible Trump campaign collusion with
Russia.
The disclosure was made in a letter sent May 2 to Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman
of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Grassley, a Republican, questioned why the bureau has not sought Strzok and Page's
personal email records, noting they referred to using private email accounts to conduct
government-related business.
"FBI has not requested from Ms. Page or Mr. Strzok any information from their personal
email accounts, nor has the FBI conducted searches of non-FBI issued communications
devices or non-FBI email accounts associated with Mr. Strzok or Ms. Page," Charles A.
Thorley, the acting assistant director at the FBI office of congressional affairs, wrote
to Grassley.
Strzok and Page worked closely on both the Trump-Russia investigation and the Clinton
email probe.
Their politically biased texts were discovered as part of a Justice Department inspector
general's investigation, into the FBI handling of the Clinton email investigation.
The Justice Department has provided Congress with thousands of text messages Strzok, and
Page exchanged during the course of both investigations.
Grassley has pointed to text messages Strzok and Page exchanged, "show substantial reason"
to believe the two FBI officials conducted government work on their private email accounts.
In one exchange, Strzok wrote to Page: "Gmailed you two drafts of what I'm thinking of sending
Bill, would appreciate your thoughts."
In another text, Strzok wrote: "Sent something to your gmail, work-related."
"Although, as your letter notes, the FBI is not obligated to collect all communications
between employees; it is obligated to collect and preserve federal records," Grassley
wrote Friday to FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Grassley asked Wray why the FBI has not requested Strzok, and Page to turn over any government
records they may have on their personal devices.
He also wants to know why the FBI has apparently not conducted a search of Strzok and Page's
non-FBI email accounts.
