Feds Rock DC With Seth Rich Announcement

A few weeks ago, the family of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich filed a lawsuit against

Fox News over the retracted story about questions surrounding his death.

Now, Fox News is firing back with a motion to dismiss the case.

Mediaite reported that the network's motion to dismiss cites a failure to state a claim

of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"Although Plaintiffs assert that the Fox News article caused them pain, other readers

might well consider their son to be a hero," the motion stated.

"Far from condemning Seth Rich for the purported leak, the Fox News article portrayed him as

a whistleblower who released the DNC emails to expose that "top party officials conspired

to stop Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont from becoming the party's presidential nominee."

The lawsuit has accused Fox News of spreading conspiracy theories about Seth Rich's murder.

It also claims that Fox News, reporter Malia Zimmerman, and commentator Ed Butowsky "aided

and abetted the intentional infliction of emotional distress."

"On a daily basis," the lawsuit alleges, "Joel and Mary feel that they are being

attacked from all sides," with both of them saying that they are struggling with post-traumatic

stress disorder and social anxiety as a result of the intense harassment and scrutiny they've

suffered.

The main conspiracy theory about Rich has been that he was a supporter of Sen. Bernie

Sanders's presidential candidacy and that he released the emails once Sanders lost the

nomination, and was murdered for doing so.

His parents have said that those "attempting to politicize this horrible tragedy" were

"causing more harm than good" and asking for space to mourn.

Hillary Clinton is undoubtedly in full panic mode after an 11-count indictment was handed

down about the alleged Russian bribery scheme involving her, the rest of Barack Obama's

administration, and Uranium One.

The Department of Justice released a statement saying that, "Mark Lambert, 54, of Mount

Airy, Maryland, was charged in an 11-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to

violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts

of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion

money laundering."

"The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official

at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation

and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment

services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX,"

the statement continued.

Right Wing News reported that this case involves many key players, including then-U.S. Attorney

Rod Rosenstein and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who both oversaw the investigation.

Rosenstein now serves as President Donald Trump's deputy attorney general while McCabe

serves as the deputy FBI director under Trump.

A report from last October has confirmed that federal agents began collecting evidence in

2009 about Russian officials that were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money

laundering connected to the Uranium One deal.

Sources say that they found eyewitness accounts and documents that confirmed that Russian

nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President

Bill Clinton's charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow.

Hillary has denied doing anything wrong and said that she could not be investigated by

the Trump administration as it would constitute an "abuse of power."

"If they send a signal that we're going to be like some dictatorship, like some authoritarian

regime, where political opponents are going to be unfair, fraudulently investigated, that

rips at the fabric of the contract we have, that we can trust our justice system," she

said.

Obama Shows Up & Tries To Be President, Realizes His Big Mistake Too Late

Former President Barack Obama is apparently still having issues with the fact that he

has been replaced by President Donald Trump.

On Monday, Obama showed up in San Diego, trying to be president again, only to realize his

big mistake once it was already too late.

According to The Daily Caller, Obama had some thinly-veiled criticism for President Trump

during a discussion at the ATD International Conference & Exposition in San Diego on Monday,

implying that American values "are not being upheld."

This was strange, of course, coming from the man who spent eight years leading the assault

on Christian values, emboldening terrorists, and welcoming dangerous illegal immigrants

with open arms.

People lined up to hear former President Barack Obama speak Monday at a conference held for

people who develop talent in the workplace.

The former president spoke about values and change in his keynote for the Association

for Talent Development (ATD) International Conference & Exposition at the San Diego Convention

Center.

"I've been trying to be careful about not editorializing too much.

When I get worried about our country, or the world, it is not around a particular issue.

I worry when our values are not being upheld," said Obama.

"Our democracy, just like any organization, can't work if, for example, we don't insist

on facts.

Like, facts are really useful.

We can't make good decisions if we don't at least agree on the facts."

This didn't make much sense, either, when you consider the fact that Obama repeatedly

turned a blind eye to the facts when he held the office Trump now occupies.

For example, Obama fought tirelessly for gun control, even as shootings unfolded across

the country, perpetrated by gunmen who skirted the already existing gun laws.

Just look at Obama's hometown — Chicago — which has some of the strictest gun control

measures and highest murder rates in the nation.

Furthermore, Obama ignored the facts surrounding black-on-black violence and officer-involved

shootings when he emboldened groups like Black Lives Matter.

As it turns out, police officers are far more likely to shoot a white suspect than a black

one.

But, that didn't stop Obama from championing Black Lives Matter and other activist groups,

creating more racial division in our country than we have seen since the Civil Rights Era.

Moreover, the vast majority of violent crimes committed against black people are perpetrated

by other blacks.

These things seem to have been lost on the former president, though.

"I mean this in all seriousness.

It is important for us to make sure, regardless of our political proclivities, that the values

underlining this great country don't get eroded, because situationally, in this particular

circumstance, it's convenient for us to abandon our values to get what we want,"

Obama said Monday, according to NTK Network.

He continued, "Our kids do watch what we do.

And so if they see that, you know what, adults aren't honest or they make excuses or they

try to get out of stuff or they distort things.

Over time we'll pay a price for that."

Good grief!

Ever since his inauguration, President Donald Trump has been hard at work restoring the

American values our great nation was founded upon.

It should be noted that he's had to work overtime at this, seeing how Obama did his

best to erode those values.

American values like faith, family, and freedom are now being represented once again in the

Barack Obama, on the other hand, is clearly out-of-touch

with reality.

Hillary Clinton just can't seem to accept the fact that she lost the election and will

NEVER be president of the United States.

Right Wing News reported that two time presidential loser Clinton showed up in Auckland, New Zealand

on Monday to promote her book "What Happened."

During her speech there, she whined about Donald Trump and took as many shots at him

as she could, showing how bitter she truly is.

"The forces at work in the 2016 election in the United States are still with us and

not only in my country but around the world," Clinton said.

"It was a perfect storm: deep currents of anger and resentment flowing through our culture.

Our political press that told voters my emails were the most important story.

The unprecedented intervention in our election by the FBI director.

The information warfare waged from within the Kremlin."

Clinton went on to act as if we are at war and that she is leading the charge against

Trump.

"We're having a very important struggle in the United States right now," she continued.

"It's difficult to fully grasp because there are 20 stories and people are getting

overwhelmed by the strange goings on we are living through."

During her time in New Zealand, Clinton also pretended like she was president by having

a meeting with the nation's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

"We had a good discussion, which included some domestic policy here in New Zealand that

Mrs. Clinton had an interest in," Ardern said after the meeting.

Clinton proudly added that the two had a "broad-ranging substantive and personal conversation."
