Trump Signed His Latest Executive Order And It Will Effectively Eliminate Mass Amounts

Of Democrat Voters.

On April 10th of this year, the President officially signed an executive order that

will aid in reducing poverty in the United States by promoting financial opportunity

and economic mobility.

However, it has largely been under-reported on.

The White House press office did, however, release a statement on it saying,

"By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United

States of America, and to promote economic mobility, strong social networks, and accountability

to American taxpayers, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.

Purpose.

The United States and its Constitution were founded on the principles of freedom and equal

opportunity for all.

To ensure that all Americans would be able to realize the benefits of those principles,

especially during hard times, the Government established programs to help families with

basic unmet needs.

Unfortunately, many of the programs designed to help families have instead delayed economic

independence, perpetuated poverty, and weakened family bonds.

While bipartisan welfare reform enacted in 1996 was a step toward eliminating the economic

stagnation and social harm that can result from long-term Government dependence, the

welfare system still traps many recipients, especially children, in poverty and is in

need of further reform and modernization in order to increase self-sufficiency, well-being,

and economic mobility.

Sec. 2.

Policy.

(a) In 2017, the Federal Government spent more than $700 billion on low-income assistance.

Since its inception, the welfare system has grown into a large bureaucracy that might

be susceptible to measuring success by how many people are enrolled in a program rather

than by how many have moved from poverty into financial independence.

This is not the type of system that was envisioned when welfare programs were instituted in this

country.

The Federal Government's role is to clear paths to self-sufficiency, reserving public

assistance programs for those who are truly in need.

The Federal Government should do everything within its authority to empower individuals

by providing opportunities for work, including by investing in Federal programs that are

effective at moving people into the workforce and out of poverty.

It must examine Federal policies and programs to ensure that they are consistent with principles

that are central to the American spirit — work, free enterprise, and safeguarding human and

economic resources.

For those policies or programs that are not succeeding in those respects, it is our duty

to either improve or eliminate them.

(b) It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to reform the welfare system of

the United States so that it empowers people in a manner that is consistent with applicable

law and the following principles, which shall be known as the Principles of Economic Mobility:

(i) Improve employment outcomes and economic independence (including by strengthening existing

work requirements for work-capable people and introducing new work requirements when

legally permissible);

(ii) Promote strong social networks as a way of sustainably escaping poverty (including

through work and marriage);

(iii) Address the challenges of populations that may particularly struggle to find and

maintain employment (including single parents, formerly incarcerated individuals, the homeless,

substance abusers, individuals with disabilities, and disconnected youth);

(iv) Balance flexibility and accountability both to ensure that State, local, and tribal

governments, and other institutions, may tailor their public assistance programs to the unique

needs of their communities and to ensure that welfare services and administering agencies

can be held accountable for achieving outcomes (including by designing and tracking measures

that assess whether programs help people escape poverty);

(v) Reduce the size of bureaucracy and streamline services to promote the effective use of resources;

(vi) Reserve benefits for people with low incomes and limited assets;

(vii) Reduce wasteful spending by consolidating or eliminating Federal programs that are duplicative

or ineffective;

(viii) Create a system by which the Federal Government remains updated on State, local,

and tribal successes and failures, and facilitates access to that information so that other States

and localities can benefit from it; and

(ix) Empower the private sector, as well as local communities, to develop and apply locally

based solutions to poverty.""

The executive order continues to describe in great detail and length how the administration

intends on curbing poverty.

But most importantly it focuses on several key factors in achieving this outcome,

improve employment outcomes and economic independence; promote marriage and family as a way of escaping

poverty; address the challenges of hard-to-employ populations;

provide more flexibility to States, while ensuring accountability for achieving outcomes;

streamline services to more effectively use taxpayer resources;

reserve benefits for those truly in need; consolidate duplicative programs;

facilitate greater sharing of information between States and localities; and

empower the private sector to find solutions to poverty

In the fine print of the executive order, the administration makes it clear they will

be increasing work requirements for those utilizing subsidized government benefits,

focusing on using taxpayer dollars for their intended purpose, as well as empowering state

and local authorities to provide services to those in need.

This executive order is going to be yet another notch under the belt of the administration

in curbing poverty and decreasing unemployment.

For the third straight month, the United States has maintained a 4.1 percent unemployment

rate which is the lowest it has been since 2000.

These are near record low numbers at a time when businesses are dealing with a shortage

of labor.President Trump brought this order about because despite the labor shortage federal

government assistance benefits are being used at an all-time high.

In 2016 alone, a total of 16 million able-bodied individuals were enrolled in the Supplemental

Nutrition Assistant Program (SNAP).

While in January 2018 74 million were enrolled in Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance

Program (CHIP).

These numbers continue to increase and something must be done about it which is exactly why

the President introduced and signed this executive order.

By focusing on creating more opportunities for Americans to work it will lead to more

income in their pockets and less of a need for governmental assistance programs.

That means they'll be less likely to vote Democrat.

This is what provides people a pathway to financial freedom and the middle class and

that is what this administration is all about.

Especially given the fact the statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau indicate that 97 percent

of full-time workers eventually move out of poverty.

Well…

IRON MAIDEN Singer BRUCE DICKINSON's CARDIFF AVIATION Signs On To Manage National Carrier

For Djibouti

Cardiff Aviation is a company that provides maintenance to airline companies.

We could say that Iron Maiden has landed in Djibouti but, in this case, they didn't

come to perform.

They came to sell airplanes, train the pilots and design a system so that Djibouti can have

its own

airlines.

But wait a minute because this is the really important thing!

You might think the airlines of a country like Djibouti aren't a big deal, right?

We're talking about a poor country, located in the Horn of Africa, with a population of

less than a

million inhabitants.

However… what if I told you that Djibouti has a big chance of becoming the new DUBAI?

What if Bruce Dickinson is one of the first visionaries to decide to invest in this country?

Think about it while you look at this map.

Here it is.

DJIBOUTI.

This here is the SUEZ CANAL and this is the RED SEA.

Any oil tanker who wants to go from ABU DHABI to Europe must go through here.

All of those Chinese mobile phones sold in the UK travel through this area.

1 out of 10 ships that sail the planet are passing in front of the Djiboutian costs.

But make no mistake, this is not a quiet region.

In fact, the opposite is true.

Have you ever heard of the Somali pirates?

Well, this is Somalia.

And this country, Eritrea, isn't a chill place either.

And this other place you see on the map… this is called Yemen as is in the-middle-of-a-civil-war

Yemen.

So as it turns out, Djibouti is the only peaceful country in the whole region!!!

But hold on a minute because there's still more!!!

If you've been following VisualPolitik for a long time, you should already know that

Ethiopia is one of

the fastest growing countries on the planet.

They are becoming a textile superpower.

And they have more than 90 million inhabitants.

And guess what!

Ethiopia has no coast!

This means, whenever they want to sell their textiles, they have to do so through the Djibouti

port.

And yes, I know what you're thinking now.

Are we really talking about a new Singapore or Dubai or is there something missing here?

Should we be like Bruce Dickinson and start investing in Djibouti?

Today we are going to answer those questions but before we do, let's take a look back

at history.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

After everything I said about Djibouti, many of you might be thinking how it's possible

that we haven't

heard of this country before, right?

The answer lies in their history, which is no different from their neighbours.

In the year 1977, after a peaceful referendum, Djibouti became the latest country to gain

independence

from their French colonizers.

And just as it happened in similar cases, Djibouti became a one party dictatorship.

Until the 90s, Mr. HASSAN GOULED APTIDON and the other members of his tribe controlled

the fate of this

country.

Torturing members of the opposition became a common practice and the ruling party got

rich off of the

port's profits.

Back then, you could say Djibouti was a textbook example of a GATE-KEEPER STATE.

You see, in such poor countries, the whole economy is dependent on just one thing.

In the case of Equatorial Guinea, for instance, that thing is oil.

In the case of Djibouti, it's the port.

Since the dictators have no money to pay a big army to control the whole country, they

must focus all

their oppressive powers in the areas where the money is.

So Djibouti's port was completely secured while the rest of the country was in total

chaos, with murders

on the streets, rape and all kinds of other crimes.

As you can imagine, this is not the ideal situation to create companies or attract foreign

investment.

Now add in the fact that, in the 90s, a civil war started between the Government and the

opposition

parties and tribes.

AND this is where the first difference between

Djibouti and the rest of their neighbours comes in.

The way the government solved their problem was surprising to everyone.

Basically, after years of bloody fighting and thousands of killings on both sides of

the battle, Mr. APTIDON

went to the other party, the so-called, "Front for the Restoration of Unity and

Democracy", and

told them 'Hey fellas!

Get a grip, there's money for everyone here!

Why don't we share it so we can stop

fighting each other!?'

And this is how Djibouti got its first Unity Government: A government that combined most

of the local

political parties.

Of course, there's still political opposition in Djibouti.

But they can hardly make campaigns and anytime there are presidential elections, they're

boycotted.

This explains why APTIDON and, later on, his nephew, OMAR GUELLEH, win the elections with

outcomes close

to 100% of the vote.

Yes, very democratic, right?

But this is just the beginning!

Despite the internal fights, by the year 2001, Djibouti was still a very corrupt country

with a very weak

position.

Think about it… we are talking about a very small country, with less than 1 million inhabitants,

placed

in the middle of one of the most violent regions on the planet.

Next to them there's SOMALIA, which is, virtually, an anarchy where different tribes

are constantly at

each other's throats.

On the other side, we have ERITREA, a dictatorship that makes North Korea look like Sweden.

And in the South there's Ethiopia, the biggest regional power and one who, at any moment,

would be happy

to invade Djibouti so they can have the coast line.

So, in summary, they were far from being in a quiet situation.

But then, when everything seemed to be

against them, history decided to give Djiboutians a break.

"Our enemy is a radical network of terrorists and everyone who supports them"

All of a sudden, America, with George W Bush as their president, declared war on terrorismo.

This meant sending troops to all the areas with Al Qaeda cells.

Which includes, of course, the Horn of Africa.

And is there any better place for building military bases than Djibouti?

It has a peerless location and a government that, corrupted as it is, congratulates itself

for being

stable and having no ties with terrorist groups.

Do you remember when I told you that the Red Sea is extremely dangerous for merchant ships?

From the CAMP LEMMONIER base, American troops can chase those Somali pirates.

And not only the Americans!

In just 10 years, the list of countries who have installed military bases in Djibouti

is never-ending.

We can find French, Italian and Spanish troops there.

The only place where Japan has a military base abroad is Djibouti.

And, as you can imagine, with so many world powers having a military presence here…

China should come

into the picture too!

China opens first overseas base in Djibouti

And, of course, in such a poor and small country, having so many foreign armies is a great deal.

Think about it, all those soldiers need to eat somewhere, do their shopping and have

some fun.

This means lots of jobs and money for the whole country.

And on the top of it, this solves the biggest problem Djibouti had for investment.

With so many military bases in the country, only a wacko would dare to invade them.

In fact, there are few places in Africa that are safer than Djibouti nowadays.

Add to this the perfect situation for international trade routes and you can easily understand

why this

country has been growing at a 5% annual rate since the day American troops put their boots

on the ground.

But as you might have guessed, not everything is so wonderful here.

Despite its recent growth, Djibouti still has an unemployment rate higher than 50%.

Yep, you heard that right, 1 out of 2 Djiboutians has no stable job.

In other words, these airlines that Bruce Dickinson helped create are just sending soldiers

and people

from NGOs that travel to places like Somalia or Ethiopia.

But wait a minute because the times are changing in Djibouti!

A MAN AND HIS VISION

Remember this name, ILYAS MOUSSA DAWALEH.

Do you think he's their new President?

Oh!

No!

No way!

Djibouti has kept the same President for the past 20 years.

This man is the Minister of Economy and Finance.

But, in this case, the finance minister is even more famous than the president.

We needed to plan over a longer period.

We accept that we will probably not be able to achieve all our

objectives during the current administration, but Vision 2035 clearly sets out the aspirations

of the

President and his government --ILYAS MOUSSA DAWALEH.

If you've been following VisualPolitik for a long time, this Vision 2035 thing will remind

you of

something…

Do you remember this video where I told you about Rwanda's road out of poverty?

Yes, this Vision 2035 is a carbon copy of Rwanda's plan in many aspects.

The Djiboutian government wants their ports to have state of the art technology just like

those of

Singapore and Dubai but, for this, they need money.

But not only that!

Dawaleh knows that, in order to make the economy work, you need to diversity it.

If a country only relies on one industry, a single small crisis could easily be its

downfall.

Then again, if you wanna diversify your economy, you still need money and a business friendly

environment.

And… corruption and lack of rule of law are seldom friends of businesses and foreign

investment.

And in these areas, Djibouti has a gold medal.

For example, despite the port being the main economic driver in this country, nobody can

see the

accounting books.

This means many Government officials are getting rich without anyone knowing.

If this wasn't enough, part of the local legislation is based on SHARIA LAW.

And nobody can even protest this because Djibouti is among the 10 countries with the least freedom

of

speech in the entire world.

Just in 2016, the Government sent 3 BBC journalists to jail because they wanted to talk about

the

electoral fraud.

As you can imagine, this is hurting this country's opportunities.

And what's worse… it is almost impossible to change the system!

At the end of the day, the ruling class is already making enough money from the port

and the rent they

get from all of those foreign armies.

And they have enough security to not be scared of a popular uprising.

In other words, if MOUSSA DAWALEH, the Djiboutian finance minister, wanted to change the political

system, and, as he says on his Vision 2035 paper, 'improve the governance of the country'

he has an

impossible job… right?

Well, my dear viewers, sometimes, miracles happen.

Djibouti breaks ground on massive Chinese-backed free trade zone

In other words: if you can't change the whole political system in the entire country,

just change it in a

little part of it.

In this special economic zone, everyone can buy property and build without having to wait

months and

months to get Government permission.

This makes it harder for government officials who want to get bribes.

On the other hand, all the regulations will follow Chinese law.

This is short of a little Shenzhen in the middle of the country.

The agreement calls for the zone to handle $7 billion in trade within two years.

Djibouti will create a

unified customs system with China, establish a transit trade centre and set up a currency

clearing system

So what can we expect now?

Well, the idea of making special economic zones is nothing new.

And it's been proven to work.

In fact, this is the system that let Dubai become the big metropolis it is today.

The idea is that, when you have a special economic zone, both the citizens and the political

elite can

see firsthand what happens when you have transparent laws and a good framework for companies.

If this experiment works, politicians will be more willing to implement real changes

in Djibouti.

In summary, we have an African country where security is granted by foreign armies and

who is starting to

apply serious reforms.

A country with the perfect location and size to become a financial and logistical centre

in one of the

busiest areas on the planet.

It seems Mr. Dickinson found a virgin paradise for investment, doesn't it?

But hold on just a second because this does not mean Djibouti is going to become a Freedom

and Human

Rights haven!

At the end of the day, neither China nor Dubai are such havens either.

But this can be, at least, the beginning of the end of poverty in the region.

SO now the question is…

IT'S ON! Trump Just Made MASSIVE Announcement – Obama Humiliated!

After more than a year of constant threats, persistent defiance, and harsh trade repercussions,

North Korea has finally decided to sit down with the United States and talk about the

possibility of denuclearization.

This comes at a time when most of the Trump Administration's opponents claimed the President

would never reach a non-violent end to their issues.

Most of the President's critics were insistent that his lack of political experience would

prohibit him from being able to broker a deal that didn't end in war.

However, whatever the United States has lacked in diplomacy over the past year, we've made

up for in common sense and ability to make business transactions.

Daily Mail reports that not only will the meeting probably take place in the next few

months, but government officials from all over the world have spoken out in support

of the President and his possible new deal with North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-un:

"President Donald Trump has accepted North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un's dramatic offer

to meet, the White House has confirmed.South Korea's national security adviser Chung

Eui-yong first announced the face-to-face and claimed it was due to take place by May.

However, a statement from the White House did not confirm the two-month timeframe and

said the place and time of the meeting was still being worked out.

'President Trump greatly appreciates the nice words of the South Korean delegation

and President Moon.

He will accept the invitation to meet with Kim Jong Un at a place and time to be determined,'

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement a half hour after South

Korea's announcement.

'We look forward to the denuclearization of North Korea.

In the meantime, all sanctions and maximum pressure must remain.'Chung, who made the

announcement on behalf of South Korea, led the delegation visiting North Korea earlier

this week.

The invitation to meet Trump was made to him directly by Kim.

The foreign official said that Kim understands and accepts the fact that joint U.S.-South

Korean military exercises will continue and that he also made promises to halt nuclear

and ballistic tests until the meeting with Trump takes place.

A U.S. official later said the meeting would take place in 'a matter of a couple of months'

but did not commit the president to a face-to-face with Kim this spring.'He conveyed that he

wants to meet with President Trump as quickly as possible,' the senior official stated.The

official said the stiff punishing actions on North Korea would also stay in place.

'At this point we're not even talking about negotiations,' the U.S. official said

of a plan to hold North Korea to its word that it would freeze its illicit nuclear and

ballistic missile development programs."

Countries around the world have been monitoring the situation with North Korea's possible

nuclear capabilities, and this possibility of a meeting comes as a welcome surprise.

While many countries are hopeful, the President was clear that they don't intend to let

any of their pressure off of North Korea until an actual agreement is met, ad the denuclearization

process is complete.

President Trump made that very clear in a tweet that said:

"'Kim Jong Un talked about denuclearization with the South Korean Representatives, not

just a freeze.

Also, no missile testing by North Korea during this period of time.

Great progress being made but sanctions will remain until an agreement is reached.

Meeting being planned!' the U.S. president said.

The planned meeting drew immediate praise from other nations.

A spokesperson for the British government said, 'The UK welcomes the South Korean

announcement that Kim Jong Un has made a renewed commitment to denuclearise and will refrain

from further nuclear missile tests while dialogue continues.

'We welcome the announcement of direct talks with President Trump by May and (South Korean)

President Moon Jae-in in April.'We have always been clear that we want Kim Jong Un

to change path and put the welfare of his people ahead of the illegal pursuit of nuclear

weapons.

'We will continue to work closely with the US, South Korea and the international community

to ensure that pressure on North Korea continues and sanctions are strictly enforced until

Kim Jong Un matches his words with concrete actions.

We will continue to monitor developments closely.'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov also welcomed the news, saying that Russia considers

the move 'a step in the right direction.'

He went on to express hope that an agreement would be implemented because it is 'necessary

for normalizing the situation around the Korean peninsula.'

Australia's former prime minister expressed surprise at how 'surprisingly good' Trump

has been at foreign policy compared to his predecessors.

Paul John Keating said the United States was directionless under the previous three administrations

and Barack Obama blew an opportunity to reshape the world.

On Friday Keating said he had not expected Trump to have 'such a pragmatic' foreign

policy on China and Russia, and he urged the U.S. president to continue down the path he

was on."

This step in the right direction is a win for many countries for many reasons, not the

least of which is the release of pressure to the neighboring countries who have been

on high alert.

The lesser battle won is the respect gained for the Trump Administration if they can bring

the North Korea nuclear crisis to a peaceful end.

As it turns out, you don't necessarily need to have decades of political experience to

solve international problems, and you just have to stop helping those who threaten you.

Clinton in the presidential election over a year ago.

Instead of these die-hard Liberal Democrats moving on from their tremendous loss, they

continue to whine, moan and throw one heck of a temper tantrum opposing Trump and his

policies to make America great again.

While those actions can grate anyone nerves, there are those in the Democrat party that

has taken their efforts to the next level by pledging violence against the sitting president,

and now they have the backing of a top Democrat leader who just gave these lunatics their

marching orders to "do something" about Trump.

There was a time in our nation's history that when a president was elected, Americans

got behind their new leader to support them no matter what their political affiliation

was.

However, that was then, and this is now when our country is more divided than ever thanks

to the liberal policies of Barack Obama during his destructive presidency.

Now, we have political leaders defying President Trump every step of the way and some even

going as far as to call for violence against him publically.

Those calls for violence against Trump have only continued to increase as he continues

to keep his campaign promises to drain the swamp and build a southern border wall to

protect our nation, which has infuriated Democrat leaders across the country

One Democratic Congressman is so angry over Trump and his America first agenda that during

a recent town hall meeting he strongly implied that American citizens should grab weapons

and oppose President Trump by force if the commander-in-chief doesn't follow the Constitution.

Yep, you read that right, and of course, the mainstream media will spin this in a favorable

light as they always do.

Democratic congressman Tom Suozzi is in the hot seat after suggesting his constituents

take up arms to oppose President Trump.

"A New York Democratic congressman is being accused of promoting violence against President

Trump after suggesting during a town hall that citizens may have to take up arms against

the president if he doesn't follow the law.

"I mean, this is where the Second Amendment comes in quite frankly, because you know,

what if the president was to ignore the courts?

What would you do?

What would we do?"

Rep. Tom Suozzi, D-N.Y., said during a March 12 Q&A session with constituents in Huntington,

on Long Island.

"It's really a matter of putting public pressure on the president," he said.

The exchange was captured on a Facebook Live stream.

After Suozzi referenced the Second Amendment, a constituent asked him to explain the amendment.

"The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms," the Democrat said.

"That's why we have it."

Republicans are accusing Suozzi of promoting violence.

"When resistance and obstruction don't work out, Tom Suozzi proposes violence,"

National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Chris Martin said in a statement.

"He's completely out of touch."

A spokesperson for Suozzi denied that the congressman was calling for "armed insurrection"

against Trump.

"Taking a page from such great Americans as Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Alexander

Hamilton, Congressman Suozzi explained why our founding fathers created the Second Amendment

as a way for citizens to fight back against a tyrannical government that does not follow

the rule of law," senior adviser Kim Devlin said in a Monday statement to Fox News.

Devlin added: "To suggest his comments meant anything else or that he was advocating for

an armed insurrection against the existing president is both irresponsible and ridiculous."

Suozzi made the comment about the Second Amendment when a constituent asked him a question about

Trump and the United States' "constitutional system of checks and balances."

Suozzi predicted the issue could be "going to the courts as well."

Suozzi, who served as Nassau County executive from 2002 to 2009, was elected to Congress

in 2016 and is seeking re-election this fall."

Now, this is the first time that a Democrat has called for violence against President

Trump and it certainly won't be the last.

Just last year, Missouri Democratic State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal posted on Facebook

that she hoped that President Trump was assassinated and when people called for her resignation

she flat out refused to resign saying that people were traumatized by Trump's presidency

which somehow in her twisted logic permitted her to wish for his death.

Then there was Vice President candidate Tim Kaine who called for people to fight in the

streets against the Trump administration in the left's constant calls to resist the

commander-in-chief's policies, and of course, there are many more to add to the growing

list of traitors.

The only way that this sort of behavior will stop is when those that call for violence

against the president are arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

It is one thing to protest policy, but when an elected public official does their best

to create civil unrest they must be held accountable for that, and Democratic congressman Tom Suozzi

should be the first to be arrested.

On Tuesday, Ingraham delivered a reality to check to Bush that he simply can't dispute:

"Actually it doesn't [look pretty good].

Unless endless wars, a financial crisis, unchecked immigration and leaving office with a 28 percent

approval rating is 'pretty good.'

… Repeating the failed policies of the past is getting us nowhere.
