Reds teenager claimed England team-mate was abused during U17 World Cup final against

Spain.

Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster has had a second racism complaint rejected by the

football authorities.

FIFA opened an investigation in January after Brewster claimed during an interview with

the Guardian that he heard England team-mate Morgan Gibbs-White be racially abused by a

Spanish opponent during the Under-17 World Cup final in India in October.

However, they have announced all charges had been dismissed due to a lack of evidence while

still maintaining they had a "zero-tolerance stance" against racism.

Recalling the incident, Brewster had said: "It was a goal kick and I was getting into

position.

'Morgan,' I said, 'did you hear that?'

He said: 'Yeah, yeah, I thought I was the only one.'"

The Football Association lodged a complaint to FIFA following Brewster's claim.

But a FIFA statement released on Thursday said: "Following a thorough investigation,

the Disciplinary Committee has decided to dismiss all charges in view of the lack of

sufficient evidence that could corroborate the English player's claim.

"Despite the absence of a sanction, which can only be imposed on the basis of clear

evidence,

the Disciplinary Committee would like to restate FIFA's unequivocal, zero-tolerance stance

against all forms of discrimination, as enshrined in the FIFA Statutes."

It's the second time Brewster has seen a claim of racism dismissed.

In March, UEFA decided no action would be taken after Spartak Moscow's Leonid Mironov

was accused of making discriminatory comments towards Brewster during Liverpool's UEFA Youth

League clash at Prenton Park in December.

UEFA announced that after a lengthy investigation there was no evidence to support the striker's

statement.

Mironov admitted swearing at Brewster but was adamant he didn't use racist language.

Is Trey Gowdy Running for Speaker of the House? - Duration: 10:31.

Is Trey Gowdy Running for Speaker of the House?

Trey Gowdy sent out a cryptic message yesterday that has a few people shaking their heads.

More than a few echoed the sentiments of Slim Pickens when he uttered his famous question,

"What in the wide, wide world of sports is going on here?"

While commenting on the recent announcement by House Speaker Paul Ryan that he will not

be seeking re-election and will be leaving Congress, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) may have

dropped a hint that he could very well be thinking of taking the reins of the Speakership.

The news may have people pretty perplexed, because Gowdy has also announced that he is

leaving Congress for the private sector following the end of his current term.

As the Daily Caller reports, Gowdy noted the Constitution's allowance for non-Congressmen

to fill the role as Speaker.

The Caller writes that the "Constitution dictates 'the House of Representatives shall

choose their Speaker and other Officers,' but it does not stipulate that you have to

be a sitting member of Congress to run for the leadership position."

Gowdy had effusive praise for Ryan and said that for those who have been arm chair quarterbacks

in the past few years, it was their time to consider stepping up.

"To those outside of Congress who always seemed to have a better idea or a smarter

strategy, you do not have to be a member of the House to be Speaker of the House and hence,

now is your chance to run for Speaker."

Was Gowdy also including himself in that?

The question was posed to Gowdy's office and the Caller got a reply from an official

who said, "not a chance."

Still, it does beg the question… who was he talking about?

Speaker of the House certainly is a tough job, and I can get that he's standing up

for his friend, Paul Ryan, but isn't that why you put yourself into the arena in the

first place?

Must you always abandon principles for the sake of expediency and corporate donations

when you get to Washington?

Let's hope a more principled speaker — no matter who he or she is — will take the

reigns and do the bidding of the American people and not big corporations and big government.

Judge Napolitano Has an Urgent Message for the President - Duration: 11:32.

Judge Napolitano Has an Urgent Message for the President

Thank God that Trump listens to people outside of the RINO beltway from time to time for

advice on policy matters.

He frequently meets with Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs, Judge Jeanine, and you know that Judge

Napolitano has his ear, too.

That's why it encouraging to hear this from the Judge's mouth.

Things between Congress and the Department of Justice are getting 'very serious',

according to Judge Andrew Napolitano.

The Daily Caller reports that the Judge told hosts of "Fox & Friends" on April 12 that

the tension building up between the two parties over access to documents pertaining to what

motivated the DOJ and FBI to launch an investigation of the 2016 Trump transition team.

On April 10, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Ca) warned FBI

Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that they faced imminent

contempt of Congress charges and possible impeachment for obstructing the House committee's

investigation of Justice Department political corruption.

That got Wray to allow Nunes, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and other committee members to see

relevant FBI memos and documents.

Napolitano told the Fox hosts, "This is getting very serious.

This conflict between a Republican Congress and a Republican managed Department of Justice

and — the president of the United States should pick up that telephone and resolve

this."

The Fox News legal analyst added, "The last time we had a dispute like this it was over

Fast and Furious and a Republican House of Representatives held a Democratic Attorney

General Eric Holder in contempt.

What happened as a result of contempt?

Nothing.

They didn't even get the documents.

Because they don't pursue these things."

For this reason, says Napolitano, the President needs to referee the spar before things turn

irreparably sour.

The Judge is 100% correct!

It's time that we demanded that our Republican members

of Congress

start

getting results!

Jeff Session's Massive Mistake Just Gave Illegal Aliens a 'Get Out of Jail Free' Card - Duration: 10:31.

Jeff Session's Massive Mistake Just Gave Illegal Aliens a 'Get Out of Jail Free'

Card

Embattled Attorney General Jeff Sessions has just screwed up what was widely seen as "an

easy slam dunk" for the Trump administration.

Does he wake up every morning and take stupid pills or is the former senator from Alabama

really just that dumb?

By bumbling his way through a lawsuit with the city of Los Angeles, Mr. Sessions has

allowed a federal judge to decree that the DOJ can't factor sanctuary city policies

into decisions over how to award local police grants.

Here's the story from our friends at The Hill:

U.S. District Judge Manuel Real agreed with the city's argument that the Justice Department

was abusing its power in basing grant awards on whether a municipality's police force

cooperated with federal immigration officers.

The city sued over a grant program that helped local police departments hire more officers

to carry out community-oriented policing.

Thursday's court ruling is the latest blow to the Trump administration's efforts to

crackdown on sanctuary cities, which do not direct their local police forces to enforce

federal immigration law.

President Trump issued an executive order last year blocking sanctuary cities from receiving

certain federal funding.

San Fransisco sued over the order, and ultimately won its case.

California has emerged as one of the main adversaries of the Trump administration's

immigration policies.

Sessions announced last month that the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the state

over its immigration policies.

The lawsuit aims to block three sanctuary laws the state's legislature passed last

year.

The DOJ argues that the laws are designed to intentionally obstruct and discriminate

against the enforcement of federal immigration law.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, sadly, has committed a long laundry list of mistakes

since occupying his current post.

From failing to prosecute "Crooked" Hillary Clinton to recusing himself from the Russia

probe, village idiot Sessions has made it very difficult for President Trump and his

agenda to make headway on some important fronts.

And with the America people tiring of his incompetency, it's only a matter of time

before he goes the way of the Dodo bird.

Who would you like to see replace

Sessions

as AG?

SCOOP: Trump's About to Give a Nasty Surprise to Sessions and Rosenstein - Duration: 13:09.

SCOOP: Trump's About to Give a Nasty Surprise to Sessions and Rosenstein

To say that Trump is livid at the FBI and Jeff Sessions is an understatement.

And who can blame him?

Everyone at the Justice Department is sitting idly by while Robert Mueller trounces Donald

Trump's basic American right to equal protection under the law.

As Alan Dershowitz stated, Mueller is not investigating a crime, he's investigating

Trump.

This is the very scenario that our Founding Fathers wanted to safeguard against in the

Constitution.

So, now, as Mueller's team of investigators begin to circle the wagons, the president

is openly considering terminating both Deputy FBI Director Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General

Jeff Sessions.

Against the advice of his legal council, Trump feels that terminating these two lawmen would

get the DOJ and FBI back on track.

But, voices in the conservative media and the president's own party tell a different

story.

Here's the scoop from our friends at The Hill:

President Trump is reportedly mulling firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein after

federal investigators raided the office of Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

CNN reported Tuesday evening that the move is among several that Trump is considering

taking after the FBI raided Cohen's Manhattan office the previous day.

The president is also considering firing Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who recused himself

from the Russia probe last year, CNN reported.

But officials told the network that Rosenstein — the No. 2 Justice Department official

who reportedly personally approved the FBI raid — is his most likely target.

The raid on Cohen's offices reportedly marked a tipping point in how Trump responds to the

most senior members of his Justice Department.

Various members of Trump's legal team have reportedly told the president that Rosenstein

crossed a line in signing off on the raids.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and other Democrats have warned Trump against

trying to fire Rosenstein, who is overseeing special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into

Trump campaign associates' ties to Russia.

Schumer said Tuesday afternoon that Trump firing Rosenstein would spark a "constitutional

crisis."

Rosenstein is not the only one facing the president's wrath.

The New York Times reportedon Tuesday that Trump tried to fire Mueller in December, but

was talked out of it by his attorneys.

Trump openly mused about firing Mueller at the White House on Monday after the FBI raid

against Cohen.

The president has maintained his innocent since the beginning of this debacle, and we

are inclined to believe him.

However, it may turn out that members of his campaign staff have committed crimes involving

collusion with the Russian government or other things.

It may be in Trump's best interest to let the probe continue and those that have broken

laws be indicted and tried by a jury of their peers.

If he elects to fire Rosenstein and Sessions, it may precipitate a "Richard Nixon situation"

and Trump could be seen as obstructing justice.

This is a perilous time for our country and our president.

What do you think Trump should do?

James Comey Is a Liar and Here's the 'Inconvenient Proof' - Duration: 10:31.

James Comey Is a Liar and Here's the 'Inconvenient Proof'

It was just a few months ago that the president exposed Mr. Comey for lying to Congress under

oath.

And friends, if you'll lie during your sworn testimony to elected officials, you'll lie

anywhere at anytime.

Here's the scoop from our friends at The Hill:

President Trump on Sunday accused former FBI Director James Comey of lying under oath during

questioning about anonymous sources.

"Wow, watch Comey lie under oath to [Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa)] when asked 'have

you ever been an anonymous source… or known someone else to be an anonymous source…

?'" Trump wrote on Twitter.

"He said strongly 'never, no.'

He lied as shown clearly on @foxandfriends."

The president on Saturday accused Comey of "lies" and "leaks" related to former

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Friday that he fired McCabe, accusing the bureau's

No. 2 official of leaking information to the media and deceiving congressional investigators.

The dismissal has roiled Washington, D.C., and a senior Democrat on the Senate Judiciary

Committee called for a hearing over the White House's attacks on the Department of Justice

and the FBI.

Trump fired Comey last May in a move that triggered the appointment of special counsel

Robert Mueller to investigate Russia's election meddling and possible ties between the Trump

campaign and Moscow.

Comey told a Senate panel last year that shortly after he was dismissed, he authorized "a

close friend" to leak the contents of a memo to the press in order to prompt a special

counsel investigation.

The truth is that these waters are so muddy, you can't see through the five feet to the

sandy river bottom.

It's lies on top of lies on top of more lies!

And it's not just coming from the blue side of the aisle, either.

Let's fact it: this is Washington and politics is a dirty game.

But to for Comey to call the president a liar, is well, the clearest example of the pot calling

the kettle black I've personally ever seen!

James

Trump Just Gave Welfare Scammers Some Very Bad News - Duration: 11:32.

Trump Just Gave Welfare Scammers Some Very Bad News

A large part of the massive waste within welfare programs stems from the increased centralization

of these programs, robbing states the ability to tailor the social aid to meet the needs

of its constituents.

According to The Western Journal, President Trump is contemplating a way to return greater

control of welfare programs to the states.

Such a move could allow state governments to institute mandatory drug testing for certain

food stamp recipients.

The Journal notes that such a move would apply to about 5 percent of people in the $70 billion

Supplemental Nutrition Program, or SNAP

"The drug testing proposal is another step in the Trump administration's push to allow

states more flexibility in how they implement federal programs that serve the poor, unemployed

or uninsured," according to the AP.

"It also wants to allow states to tighten work requirements for food stamp recipients

and has found support among GOP governors who argue greater state control saves money

and reduces dependency."

Federal law, backed by many federal court rulings, have so far prevented states from

hosting mandatory drug testing, deeming the practice as unconstitutional.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, a conservative, has been pushing for drug testing, saying

that they would increase employment by giving drug users the chance to get help as part

of getting a job.

On April 11, President Donald Trump signed an executive order demanding that those receiving

federal assistance must be working.

"The federal government's role is to clear paths to self-sufficiency, reserving public

assistance programs for those who are truly in need."

Trump continued, "The federal government should do everything within its authority

to empower individuals by providing opportunities for work, including by investing in federal

programs that are effective at moving people into the workforce

and

out of poverty."

Russian Accused of Making Illegal Contribution to Trump, But Look How Much He Gave Hillary - Duration: 13:09.

Russian Accused of Making Illegal Contribution to Trump, But Look How Much He Gave Hillary

Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team of zealous inquisitors is so hypocritical that

it is disgusting.

Following the news that the FBI, in pure Sturmtruppen fashion, raided the office and hotel suite

of the President's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen on April 9, the Daily Caller reports

that Mueller is also targeting a $150,000 donation to Trump made by Russian oligarch

Victor Pinchuk.

The thing is Pinchuk gave Hillary Clinton $13 million, some of that being gifted while

Hillary was Secretary of State.

Where is the special counsel for this?

In 2015, Donald Trump appeared through a video link during a conference hosted by Pinchuk.

Trump did not ask for a fee, but it is being reported that Cohen did ask Pinchuk later

for a $150,000 payment.

Three years prior, Pinchuk attended a dinner at the Clintons' residence.

It is known that the Russian billionaire lobbied the Hillary Clinton State Department, Bill

Clinton was a guest at Pinchuk's annual Yalta conference and the Russian reciprocated

the visit by attending Bill Clinton's 65th birthday party.

The Caller writes that the "Victor Pinchuk Foundation issued a statement to The Times,

downplaying the donation to Trump.

The charity reached out to Trump and other world leaders in order to 'promote strengthened

and enduring ties between Ukraine and the West,' it said.

"Contact to Trump was made at a time when 'it was by no means assured that Mr. Trump

would be the Republican nominee in 2016,' the foundation pointed out."

That fact does not matter to Grand Inquisitor Robert Mueller.

President Trump Just Turned the Tables on Robert Mueller - Duration: 11:32.

President Trump Just Turned the Tables on Robert Mueller

The mainstream media doesn't have two cents worth of credibility these days, but there

are a couple of liberal propaganda rags that are particularly heinous!

President Donald Trump took to his Twitter account today and pushed back against a New

York Times article that alleges he attempted to fire special counsel Robert Mueller in

December.

On Thursday morning, the president tweeted, "If I wanted to fire Robert Mueller in December,

as reported by the Failing New York Times, I would have fired him.

Just more Fake News from a biased newspaper!"

Here's the scoop from Daily Caller:

The NYT report alleged that Trump was incensed by false December reports that Mueller had

subpoenaed his personal financial records from Deutsche Bank.

"To Mr. Trump, the subpoenas suggested that Mr. Mueller had expanded the investigation

in a way that crossed the 'red line' he had set last year," the report noted.

Trump however pushed back saying he would have fired Mueller if he wanted too.

The President has been incensed with Mueller since reports of an FBI raid on his personal

lawyer Michael Cohen's office Monday.

The raid was spawned by a referral from Mueller's office to the U.S. attorney of the southern

district of New York.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Tuesday the President believes

he has the authority to fire Mueller if he desires.

And now the question becomes, should President Trump fire Robert Mueller?

Although the 45th President of the United States most likely has that legal authority,

it would not be in his best interest.

By terminating Mueller, he could precipitate a constitutional crisis where Congress, the

Supreme Court, and the Executive branch would be at odds with each other.

Trump has claimed from the beginning that he is innocent, and personally, I find that

claim convincing.

However, it would not surprise me that some members of his campaign staff are guilty of

financial crimes or even improper communications with Russian authorities.

It would be best to let the investigation run its course and the guilty parties be tried

by a jury of their peers.

It's obviously frustrating for the president to endure all the hoopla surrounding the investigation.

And regrettably, it's an enormous distraction from governing.

What's your take on the Mueller probe?

Should Trump fire special counsel Mueller or let the investigation run it's course?

2015-2018 Mustang GT & GT350 Ford Performance 87MM GT350 Throttle Body Review - Duration: 5:23.

The Ford Performance GT350 Throttle Body will appeal to all 2015 and newer GT and GT350

owners out there for a couple of different reasons.

Now for those 350 and 350R owners out there, this is gonna be an affordable factory replacement

for your 5.2-liter engine and that Voodoo intake manifold.

Now, on the other hand, this is gonna be a subtle upgrade for all 5-liter Coyote owners

out there, who are looking to step up from that factory 80-millimeter option and go with

a slightly larger 87-millimeter throttle body.

Now keep in mind, if you did wanna use this on your 5-liter Coyote, there will be some

supporting mods necessary such as an adapter, four all stock GT intake manifolds, in addition

to a calibration or custom tune.

Your price point for the genuine Ford product is gonna be right around $150 bucks, making

this extremely affordable in the aftermarket throttle body category, while the install

will get a rather simple one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

And we will have a little bit more detail on that later in the video.

So, right off the bat, I would say a majority of people interested in this product or watching

this video will be those 5-liter GT owners out there looking to make a simple upgrade,

as opposed to a Shelby owner looking to replace a faulty throttle body.

So, with that in mind, I will be gearing most of this video on those GT owners from here

on out.

However, if you do have a 350 or a 350R and you need a factory replacement for whatever

reason that isn't covered by your warranty, then yes, you can pick up this option and

call it a day.

But for now, let's switch our focus over to the standard '15 and newer GT owners out there.

And again, the big appeal here guys is gonna be upgrading that standard 80-millimeter opening

to a larger 87-millimeter opening, and then, in turn, increasing performance and throttle

body along the way, using a part found on that high revving Shelby GT350.

Now, this part can also be found in the Ford Performance Power Pack number two and number

three for the GT in conjunction with other parts like the Shelby Cold Air, the Voodoo

intake manifold, and those Ford Performance calibrations.

And honestly guys, this thing has been proven to make some power when used with the necessary

calibration along with those supporting modifications.

But with all that said, let's talk about how you can go about bolting this thing up to

your ride because you do have some options here.

Now first and foremost, if you wanted to throw this thing on your stock Coyote intake manifold,

you're gonna need to purchase that additional adapter kit from the drop-down tab on the

product page, which will allow you to put this thing on your stock 5-liter manifold.

Now, this thing will also include an adapter for your purge valve as well.

So again, if you wanna do that on your Coyote intake manifold, it is a must as the mounting

points are slightly different.

Now, on the other hand, if you've already purchased a GT350 intake manifold, then there's

no need to purchase that additional adapter kit, as the throttle body here and that Voodoo

intake manifold go together like peanut butter and jelly.

However, no matter what option you decide to go with, a tune will be a necessity as

the car is going to run and drive poorly without it.

Now, no matter what manifold you pair this thing up to, owners can look forward to a

small bump in power, nothing too crazy here guys, in a addition to a little bit better

throttle response as well.

And listen, at the end of the day, $150 bucks for a larger aftermarket throttle body is

really hard to beat, especially if you've been shopping around the category a little

bit more and you'll notice that, listen, you can't touch an aftermarket throttle body or

$150 bucks, let alone $200 bucks or $300 bucks.

And the fact that it's a Ford OE part really helps seal the deal for a lot of owners out

there.

But let's talk about the install here briefly, guys.

And honestly, it's going to depend on what manifold you're using, along with the throttle

body.

But either way listen, a throttle body install is very straightforward.

So one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter and maybe an hour or two from start

to finish, depending on whether you have to mess with that adapter kit or not.

Now if you already have a Voodoo intake manifold, then the throttle body will simply bolt right

up without modification.

If you are going to use an adapter kit on a GT manifold, then you'll obviously need

to install that with the manifold first, and then install the throttle body to the adapter

using the hardware included with the kit.

Now, most of this will involve the use of some rather basic hand tools like a socket

set and a hex set if you do have to install that adapter plate.

But, of course, you'll also have to remove that intake from the throttle body before

getting started with the install.

You don't have to totally uninstall the cold air intake or your factory intake, however,

just disconnect it from the throttle body before making the swap.

Now again, doing a throttle body in and of itself is extremely simple.

There's four bolts along with unplugging a connector here so definitely not brain surgery

by any stretch of the imagination.

Take your time, follow the directions if you do have to use the adapter kit, and you should

be wrapped up in no time.

So if you're looking to upgrade your factory 80-millimeter throttle body on your GT with

an affordable part straight off the 350 and 350R, you'll wanna check out the Ford Performance

87-millimeter option right here at americanmuscle.com.

2005-2010 Mustang BMR Non-Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm - Poly Bushing Review & Install - Duration: 9:32.

So, installing the BMR fixed control arm actually starts inside the cab.

There's a main bolt underneath the seats here that you have to get to and pull that out

so you can loosen the control arm mount under the vehicle.

Now, removing the seats is actually pretty easy.

There's two plastic clips on either side, and it's kind of hard to show you, but I'll

kind of point to it here.

All you've gotta do is press on those two clips and you can pull the seat out.

Now, with those rear seat bottoms removed, you're gonna expose the bolt holding on the

control arm mount.

This is tightened down to about 130-foot pounds, so you might need some muscle to break it

loose.

We're gonna go ahead and try it with our impact wrench here, and that's an 18-millimeter socket.

With that bolt removed, it's time for us to put the car up on the lift, and then we can

go underneath and start removing our control arm.

Now that the car is up on the lift, it's time for us to start pulling all the bolts holding

the control arm and the control arm mount to the vehicle.

Now, the control arm is under tension even when the car is not under load, so what I

strongly recommend is you take this bolt and nut out first.

This is the one that connects the control arm to the axle.

Once you remove that, we can start removing all the other ones without any tension, and

this is gonna be a 21-millimeter socket.

All right.

Now that we have the 21-millimeter nut removed from the control arm axle bolt, it's time

for us to remove the bolt from the control arm and the axle.

Now, it's still got a little bit of tension on it, so I'm gonna use a pole jack to support

the rear axle, and that should give it enough room for me to knock that bolt loose.

So, when I pulled that bolt, you saw how the control arm kind of sprung up.

That was that tension that I was talking about.

Now, when I was unthreading this, there aren't actually any threads in there, but I didn't

want to pry on this and force it too much because I didn't want to mess up the threads.

So, even though it's not threaded, you can kind of twist it to help it work its way out.

So, with that bolt removed, it's time for us to loosen the control arm mount itself.

Now, the instructions might say that you have to lower the gas tank.

You don't actually have to.

Since we pulled the bolt underneath the seats and since we're pulling the two bolts holding

the mount to the vehicle, it'll actually give us just enough room to get to the rest of

the control arm bolts and nuts, and we can pull it out without actually having to remove

the gas tank.

So, I'm gonna show you how to do that now.

It's gonna be an 18-millimeter socket with some pretty long extensions.

Now that everything is loosened up here, it's kinda hard to see, I'll show you in a second,

but the only thing that's left is a 21-millimeter nut and an 18-millimeter bolt holding the

control arm to the mount itself.

Now, since we've technically uninstalled the mount from the vehicle and it's just hanging

there, I can actually push it out of the way like this and that gives me just enough room

to get to that nut and bolt.

For that, you're gonna need that 21-millimeter socket and that 18-millimeter wrench.

For your socket, you probably want about a 10-inch extension.

Okay.

So with that little trick, avoiding the whole gas tank ordeal, our control arm is now actually

no longer connected to anything, so it's just a matter of pulling it out.

Now that we have our stock control arm removed from the vehicle, I just wanted to quickly

point out some of the differences here.

This will be kind of a helpful little guide for you to determine if your upper control

arm is shot like mine obviously is.

First things first, you can see on the stock control arm you have this rubber bushing inside

here.

This isn't really connected to much.

You've just got two little connecting points on the inside of this little hole here, and

you can see how cracked and faded everything is.

That's a tell-tale sign that your control arm is pretty much shot.

With this loose rubber cracked like this, it's gonna allow that axle to pivot up and

down, and that's actually how you feel axle wrap and wheel hop.

Now, with our new BMR control arm, you can see we have this nice thick poly bushing with

a nice metal inlet right here, and you also have this grease fitting to make sure your

poly bushing doesn't end up like this after a few years.

When we install this, just make sure your grease fitting is facing downward, that way,

you can get to it and fill it up as you need to.

Now it's time for us to install our new rear upper control arm into the vehicle.

We're gonna go ahead and install it with the bolt holding the arm to the mount first.

We want a little bit of play in there, as you saw when we removed the old one.

And then once that's secure, we're gonna go ahead and put the other bolt in, which holds

the arm to the axle.

Now that our control arm is secured to the mount and hand-tightened, we're gonna go ahead

and secure the arm to the axle with the original bolt and nut.

Now, you might have noticed when you pull the original control arm off that the bolt

is flagged and the original arm has a stop.

That's so that you don't have to hold this end with a wrench while you loosen the nut.

In this case, you're gonna have to, and this is gonna be an 18-millimeter wrench and the

same 21-millimeter socket.

Okay.

Now our control arm is technically secured to the vehicle both on the mount and the axle.

However, the mount is not yet secured.

Before we tighten everything on the control arm itself, we wanna get that mount tight

to the vehicle.

That way when we tighten down the arm, our pinion angle will be correct.

All right.

With our control arm mount tightened up, it's time for us to tighten down the bolts on the

control arm itself.

Now, we're gonna work front-to-back here, and with the order that we went in, unfortunately,

we can't get our power tools back where we were originally.

That's okay.

We can go ahead and use our wrenches here.

So, to tighten the bolt and nut holding the arm to the mount, you're gonna need a 21-millimeter

wrench, and it's helpful to have an 18-millimeter ratchet wrench for the other side.

With the bolt securing the arm to the mount tightened, now the last step is tightening

down the bolt and nut securing the arm to the axle.

Now, again, you're gonna need an 18-millimeter wrench to hold that flag nut and you're gonna

need your 21-millimeter socket to hit the nut on the other side.

All right.

So our control arm is now connected to our vehicle and everything is tightened down.

Mechanically speaking, you're good to go, but remember that grease fitting I mentioned.

We're gonna go ahead and fill the cavity on that poly bushing, ensures this thing has

a nice long life.

All right.

Now with that poly bushing all greased up, we're all set underneath the car.

Our last step is putting the car down and re-installing that final bolt underneath the

seats.

With our car down off the lift, we're gonna go ahead and put in that last bolt for the

control arm mount.

Now, it's very important that this is tightened down to the correct foot-pounds because it

holds the mount and thus the control arm in place.

Really, the other two bolts on the bottom are just to kind of keep it lined up.

This is gonna bet set to 129 foot-pounds.

So, I'm gonna go ahead and screw it in with my air gun, then I'm gonna double-check the

foot-pounds with my foot-pound wrench here.

So, with our bolt tightened down to 129 foot-pounds, our last step is just throwing in our bottom

seats.

All right, guys, so with your rear seats re-installed, that actually wraps up my review and install

of BMR's fixed upper rear control arm, fitting all '05 to '09 GTs.

I'm Travis.

Thanks for watching.

You Should Never Drink Water Stored In Your Car! Here's Why! - Duration: 3:18.

You Should Never Drink Water Stored In Your Car!

Here's Why!

A lot of people leave bottles of water in their cars especially in the summer.

Many people drink water directly from the plastic bottle instead of using glass, and

that is not good at all.

The drivers especially have a tendency to drink the water even if it has been in their

vehicle since forever.

The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention inform us that when the temperatures outside

are somewhere between 80 to 100 degrees, the temperature in the inside of a car that is

exposed directly on the sun can reach between 130 to 172, which is something similar to

the temperature in an oven.

One research from the American Academy of Pediatrics, showed that the temperature inside

a car can increase for almost 40 degrees in just one hour although the temperature outside

is 72F.

If you drink a mineral water that has been in a condition like this, it can have microorganisms

that can make your immune system sick in a period of one week.

The bacteria can come from the bottle or from the water and it multiples with the heat as

well.

The University of Florida conducted one research in which 16 brand names of bottled water were

investigated.

The results showed that they all have bisphenol A or BPA levels in them.

This BPA is chemical that is very dangerous and can cause a lot of problems on our health,

including problems with the digestion or with the process of developing the brain.

This chemical is present in many other products in USA that are used every day.

The pregnant women and the children need to avoid this BPA strictly because it can be

really harmful for them.

The levels that are now present in the plastic are not harmful tough, according to the researches,

but if they are left for 4 weeks at a temperature of 158 degrees then they are.

It means that they react to the heat, so FDA announced to stop keeping hot liquids in plastic

bottles or containers.

For the making of plastic water bottles the polyethylene terephthalate is being used,

as well as for packaging food and drinks because it has the features to be shatterproof, long

lasting and light-weight.

But, the case is that when this is heated up, it also releases BPA that can affect the

level of estrogen and may provoke health illnesses.

So, even though they think that the level of BPA in these bottles is not dangerous,

the researched are concerned about how the chemicals multiply as the time passes by.

Although some of the makes claim that they have found a way to make them even more secure,

we cannot be sure that other compounds that are free of BPA but contain other compounds

similar to it, like for example Bisphenol-S can have the same effects on the people's

health.

So, don't store your water for a long period of time and don't drink the water from your

car.

Also don't use the plastic bottles again, throw them away because they can be harmful

if they are not cleaned and dried in the proper way.

That can cause illnesses to people or conditions such a vomiting and diarrhea.
